A Study on Developing the 3D Interaction Program for the Customized e-commerce (주문형 전자상거래를 위한 3차원 주문 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구)

  • With the remarkable progression of network and the sophistication of contents, we now see various ways of communication methods in World Wide Web. In such trend, 3D web deserves our attention, which is applied for various areas such as education, game, chatting, e-commerce. Among those, by using 3D contents, e-commerce, especially the customized e-commerce, can give users more rich information about products. However, most of current 3D e-commerce sites are adopting a mere tool-based methods without considering contents and interaction required for the customized e-commerce. So, this paper proposes the direction of developing 3D interaction program for the customized e-commerce, based on a study on the required information elements about products and the interaction of controlling those factors. The evaluation to compare with the existing program is follows by the development of practical program, to give more persuasive reasons on the advantages of 3D e-commerce program.

  • This paper investigates changing business transaction under the e-commerce environment and their implications on freight transport industry with some case studies. It shows that an efficient and reliable delivery system is essential for e-commerce as business industries are faced with the stricter and more diversified demands of customer. In addition, many aspects of business practices such as small batch, customized production and just-in-time distribution in the e-commerce environment, in turn, bring about a number of changes in the volume and service patterns of freight transport. E-commerce requires longer transport distances and often higher delivery frequencies. It also entails to a certain extent a modal shift towards truck and air freight transport modes. On the one hand, the logistical requirements of e-commerce goods may stimulate greater complexity in existing supply chain management, causing higher costs. However it is true that the increased visibility of goods through more efficient information flow allows more efficient and effective transport management in the logistics system.

  • The rapid increase of E-commerce market requires a solution to assist the buyer to find his or her interested items. The intelligent agent model is one of the approaches to help the buyers in purchasing items in outline market. In this paper, the user query processing model in the item recommendation agent is proposed. In the proposed model, the retrieval result is affected by the automatically generated queries from user preference information as well as the queries explicitly given by user. Therefore, the proposed model can provide the customized search results to each user.

  • Electronic commerce includes the tasks that support the buying and selling of goods and services, and interactions among those tasks. Electronic commerce enables companies to close stores, reduce inventory requirements, and distribute products over the internet. Electronic commerce can simplify communication and change relationships The expanding global e-marketplace has triggered an evolution with powerful implications. The introduction of interactive media and the online environment has made real-time, customized one-to-one advertising, marketing and commerce possible. I-marketing is the most rapidly growing channel being explored today. Users of this expanding medium include a range of service providers, publishers, marketers of music, s/w, other products that cross an increasing number of industry lines. Thus, the opportunities for e-business marketing strategy, and new businesses based on interactivity and sophisticated database technology are vast. This study explores the e-business marketing strategy of digital age. Strategic e-marketing can harness the power of today's technology to propel a company of any size farther into the worldwide market than ay any other time in history, increasing potential profits and productivity.

  • This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

Dynamic Perspectives on the Advancement of Korea's Electronic Customs Clearance System (한국의 전자통관시스템에 관한 연구)

  • This thesis examines the problems faced in the clearance procedures of Korea's e-customs system for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's e-customs system are as follows. First, the substructure of the e-customs clearance system, which is the basis for the establishment of a global single window, should be developed into a more modern and advanced system. Second, additional improvements in the law are required to render the broad array of Internet-based export and import documents legally binding. Third, customized services should be provided in order to improve the operating efficiency of the e-customs clearance system. Fourth, the reputation of Korea's e-customs clearance system should be raised via the strengthening of a cooperative system between concerned parties, including exporters and importers. This innovative approach to systematic improvements will come about when we can simplify current customs clearance procedures and establish a fairer customs inspection administration regime. Additionally, when we review the methods intrinsic to our customs system, we must emphasize the urgency of proper completion of related systems and arrangements in the trade business and similar fields.

  • The customized cosmetics preparation management qualification system was implemented in March 2020, and it served to create jobs by developing professionals and vitalizing the cosmetics business. However, various problems such as high examination fees, suitability of questions, and utilization in industries are emerging. This paper attempts to prevent disputes that the system can cause and suggest ways to improve it by researching customized cosmetics, the industry status, and comparing foreign cosmetics laws. There is a kind of opinion that laws should be eased for this industry and the other opinion that expertise is necessary in this field because of safety. The system now has adverse effects due to a failure to adjust the difficulty of the exam. Cosmetics are not prescription-based, so they are routinely used. However, some toxic ingredients can cause side effects if they do not conform with certain standards. Also, it is difficult for a case to lead to lawsuits because most consumer damages related to cosmetics are individual. In addition, as e-commerce develops, there is a growing possibility of seeing more consumer damages. If safety and distribution issues, which experts are concerned about, escalate, the private dispute settlement system (among the ADR systems) should be activated as a resolution method.

  • In trying to bring about online CRM(customer relationship management), companies have paid much attention to eCRM. The key of eCRM is a recommendation system, which is being used by E-commerce sites to find products to purchase. To maintain a constant flow of marketing information and feedback it is important to staying in touch with customers. In this respect, eCRM becomes a serious business tool for sales activities. In this article we present tee case of Kookmin Internet banking eCRM welch is one of the first examples of implementing eCRM in commercial web site in Korea. We examine how Kookmin Internet banking develops eCRM and how it provides customized services to customers. We also explore the role of eCRM in Internet banking and the level of personalization technology used in Kookmin eCRM case.

  • With the expansion of e-commerce, E-marketplace has become one of the most discussed topics in recent years. Limited theoretical works, however, have been done to optimize the practical use of e-marketplace systems. Other potential issues aside, this research has focused on this problem: 'the participants waste too much time, effort and cost to find out their best partner in B2B marketplace.' To solve this problem, this paper proposes a system which provides the user-company with the automated and customized brokering service. The system proposed in this paper assesses the weight on the priorities of a user-company, runs the two-stage clustering algorithm with self-organizing map and K-means clustering technique. Subsequently, the system shows the clustering result and user guide-line. This system enables B2B marketplace to have more efficiency on transaction with smaller pool of partners to be searched.
