In this paper, we proposed an SNS review analysis method based on deep learning for user tendency. The existing SNS review analysis method has a problem that does not reflect a variety of opinions on various interests because most are processed based on the highest weight. To solve this problem, the proposed method is to extract the user's personal tendency from the SNS review for food. It performs classification using the YOLOv3 model, and after performing a sentiment analysis through the BiLSTM model, it extracts various personal tendencies through a set algorithm. Experiments showed that the performance of Top-1 accuracy 88.61% and Top-5 90.13% for the YOLOv3 model, and 90.99% accuracy for the BiLSTM model. Also, it was shown that diversity of the individual tendencies in the SNS review classification through the heat map. In the future, it is expected to extract personal tendencies from various fields and be used for customized service or marketing.

Aggressive driving is a major cause of car accidents. Previous studies have mainly analyzed young driver's aggressive driving tendency, yet they were only done through pure clustering or classification technique of machine learning. However, since elderly people have different driving habits due to their fragile physical conditions, it is necessary to develop a new method such as enhancing the characteristics of driving data to properly analyze aggressive driving of elderly drivers. In this study, acceleration data collected from a smartphone of a driving vehicle is analyzed by a newly proposed ECA(Enhanced Clustering method for Acceleration data) technique, coupled with a conventional clustering technique (K-means Clustering, Expectation-maximization algorithm). ECA selects high-intensity data among the data of the cluster group detected through K-means and EM in all of the subjects' data and models the characteristic data through the scaled value. Using this method, the aggressive driving data of all youth and elderly experiment participants were collected, unlike the pure clustering method. We further found that the K-means clustering has higher detection efficiency than EM method. Also, the results of K-means clustering demonstrate that a young driver has a driving strength 1.29 times higher than that of an elderly driver. In conclusion, the proposed method of our research is able to detect aggressive driving maneuvers from data of the elderly having low operating intensity. The proposed method is able to construct a customized safe driving system for the elderly driver. In the future, it will be possible to detect abnormal driving conditions and to use the collected data for early warning to drivers.
Recently, the "Smart Consumer" has been emerging. He or she is increasingly inclined to search for and purchase products by taking into account personal judgment or expert reviews rather than by relying on information delivered through manufacturers' advertising. This is especially true when purchasing cosmetics. Because cosmetics act directly on the skin, consumers respond seriously to dangerous chemical elements they contain or to skin problems they may cause. Above all, cosmetics should fit well with the purchaser's skin type. In addition, changes in global cosmetics consumer trends make it necessary to study this field. The desire to find one's own individualized cosmetics is being revealed to consumers around the world and is known as "Finding the Holy Grail." Many consumers show a deep interest in customized cosmetics with the cultural boom known as "K-Beauty" (an aspect of "Han-Ryu"), the growth of personal grooming, and the emergence of "self-culture" that includes "self-beauty" and "self-interior." These trends have led to the explosive popularity of cosmetics made in Korea in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets. In order to meet the customized cosmetics needs of consumers, cosmetics manufacturers and related companies are responding by concentrating on delivering premium services through the convergence of ICT(Information, Communication and Technology). Despite the evolution of companies' responses regarding market trends toward customized cosmetics, there is no "Intelligent Data Platform" that deals holistically with consumers' skin condition experience and thus attaches emotions to products and services. To find the Holy Grail of customized cosmetics, it is important to acquire and analyze consumer data on what they want in order to address their experiences and emotions. The emotions consumers are addressing when purchasing cosmetics varies by their age, sex, skin type, and specific skin issues and influences what price is considered reasonable. Therefore, it is necessary to classify emotions regarding cosmetics by individual consumer. Because of its importance, consumer emotion analysis has been used for both services and products. Given the trends identified above, we judge that consumer emotion analysis can be used in our study. Therefore, we collected and indexed data on consumers' emotions regarding their cosmetics experiences focusing on consumers' language. We crawled the cosmetics emotion data from SNS (blog and Twitter) according to sales ranking ($1^{st}$ to $99^{th}$), focusing on the ample/serum category. A total of 357 emotional adjectives were collected, and we combined and abstracted similar or duplicate emotional adjectives. We conducted a "Consumer Sentiment Journey" workshop to build a "Consumer Sentiment Dictionary," and this resulted in a total of 76 emotional adjectives regarding cosmetics consumer experience. Using these 76 emotional adjectives, we performed clustering with the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) method. As a result of the analysis, we derived eight final clusters of cosmetics consumer sentiments. Using the vector values of each node for each cluster, the characteristics of each cluster were derived based on the top ten most frequently appearing consumer sentiments. Different characteristics were found in consumer sentiments in each cluster. We also developed a cosmetics experience pattern map. The study results confirmed that recommendation and classification systems that consider consumer emotions and sentiments are needed because each consumer differs in what he or she pursues and prefers. Furthermore, this study reaffirms that the application of emotion and sentiment analysis can be extended to various fields other than cosmetics, and it implies that consumer insights can be derived using these methods. They can be used not only to build a specialized sentiment dictionary using scientific processes and "Design Thinking Methodology," but we also expect that these methods can help us to understand consumers' psychological reactions and cognitive behaviors. If this study is further developed, we believe that it will be able to provide solutions based on consumer experience, and therefore that it can be developed as an aspect of marketing intelligence.

In order to strengthen the future capabilities of the nuclear power plant industry as a state-of-the-art energy company, it has set tasks to attract investment from partner companies, localization and new technologies R&D, and commercialization of innovative technologies. This is an effort to develop advanced nuclear power plant technology as a concrete practical measure of eco-friendly development. Meanwhile, the EU is preparing a social taxonomy to focus on the social sector, another important axis in ESG management, following the Green Taxonomy, a classification system in the environmental sector. KHNP includes enhancing local vitality, increasing income for the underprivileged, and overcoming the COVID-19 crisis as part of its shared growth activities, which is a representative social taxonomy field. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment patterns of Children with cerebral palsy, and to analyze the effect of physical function level and treatment intensity on improvement of physical function in children with cerebral palsy for six months. METHODS: Participants were 126 children (boys 83, girls 43) diagnosed cerebral palsy that the mean age was at 33months, ranged from 8 months to 77 months. We collected data related on demography and disable characteristic, treatment pattern using by questionnaire constructed ourselves for six months on caregivers. The treatment pattern includes, type, frequency, and institute of treatment. We performed the evaluation of Gross Motor Function Measurement (GMFM) and Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory (PEDI) between pre and post for six months in order to find out improvement of physical function. We analyzed the effect of physical functional level measured by Gross Motor Functional Classification system, age, treatment intensity on physical function using by repeated measures ANOVA for SPSS PC ver. 22.0. RESULTS: The average of treatment frequency for physical therapy was 5.74 times per week, occupational therapy was 3.96 times, speech therapy was 2.96 times, treatment for accompanying disability was 3.12 times. Physical function level and age was significantly factors affecting improvement of physical function, there was no significant difference according to treatment intensity. CONCLUSION: We suggest that physical function and age might be important factors on improvement of physical function and professional rehabilitation team must consider the appropriate treatment type customized to each children.

The purpose of this study was to examine how region-specific characteristics affect the occurrence of cardiac arrest. To analyze, we combined a unique data set including key indicators of health condition and cardiac arrest occurrence at the 244 small administrative districts. Our data came from two main sources in Korea Center For Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC): 2010 Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Surveillance and Community Health Survey. We analyzed data by using multiple regression, geographically weighted regression and decision tree. Decision tree model is selected as the final model to explain regional variations of cardiac arrest. Factors of regional variations of cardiac arrest occurrence are population density, diagnosis rates of hypertension, stress level, participating screening level, high drinking rate, and smoking rate. Taken as a whole, accounting for geographical variations of health conditions, health behaviors and other socioeconomic factors are important when regionally customized health policy is implemented to decrease the cardiac arrest occurrence.
Pruritus (itching) is classically defined as an unpleasant cutaneous sensation that leads to scratching behavior. Although the scientific criteria of classification for pruritic diseases are not clear, it can be divided as acute or chronic by duration of symptoms. In this study, we investigated whether skin injury caused by chemical (contact hypersensitivity, CHS) or physical (skin-scratching stimulation, SSS) stimuli causes initial pruritus and analyzed gene expression profiles systemically to determine how changes in skin gene expression in the affected area are related to itching. In both CHS and SSS, we ranked the Gene Ontology Biological Process terms that are generally associated with changes. The factors associated with upregulation were keratinization, inflammatory response and neutrophil chemotaxis. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway shows the difference of immune system, cell growth and death, signaling molecules and interactions, and signal transduction pathways. Il1a, Il1b and Il22 were upregulated in the CHS, and Tnf, Tnfrsf1b, Il1b, Il1r1 and Il6 were upregulated in the SSS. Trpc1 channel genes were observed in representative itching-related candidate genes. By comparing and analyzing RNA-sequencing data obtained from the skin tissue of each animal model in these characteristic stages, it is possible to find useful diagnostic markers for the treatment of itching, to diagnose itching causes and to apply customized treatment.
Compared with public archives, personal archives are likely to disappear if creators don't preserve and manage them. So personal archives must be managed by oneself. But it's difficult to manage their archives systematically for people who don't have the expertise in archival science. Besides, there are not enough available informations. So this thesis suggests how to manage personal archives by two steps. First step is figuring out one's own archives through analyzing one's life by top-down approach and organizing them into collection. Second step is conducting archival appraisal by three steps and establishing classification schemes, describing them. Especially, this study adduce description elements using ISAD(G) for personal archives. this study also recommends using blogs on portal to manage one's archives easily. But they don't have the audit train and exporting function. So this thesis emphasizes the necessity of 'customized archive blogs'. At conclusion, this study highlights the necessity of developing education programs and manuals for people who are trying to manage one's own archives.

Recently, with the development of AR, VR, and smart device technologies, the demand for services based on non-face-to-face environments is also increasing in the fitness industry. The non-face-to-face online home training service has the advantage of not being limited by time and place compared to the existing offline service. However, there are disadvantages including the absence of exercise equipment, difficulty in measuring the amount of exercise and chekcing whether the user maintains an accurate exercise posture or not. In this study, we develop a standard exercise program that can compensate for these shortcomings and propose a new non-face-to-face home training application by using a deep learning-based body posture estimation image processing algorithm. This application allows the user to directly watch and follow the trainer of the standard exercise program video, correct the user's own posture, and perform an accurate exercise. Furthermore, if the results of this study are customized according to their purpose, it will be possible to apply them to performances, films, club activities, and conferences
With the launch of Artificial Intelligence(AI)-based intelligent products on the market, innovative changes are taking place not only in business but also in consumers' daily lives. Intelligent products have the potential to realize technology differentiation and increase market competitiveness through advanced functions of artificial intelligence. However, there is no new product development methodology that can sufficiently reflect the characteristics of artificial intelligence for the purpose of developing intelligent products with high market acceptance. This study proposes a KANO-QFD integrated model as a methodology for intelligent product development. As a specific example of the empirical analysis, the types of consumer requirements for hair loss prediction and treatment device were classified, and the relative importance and priority of engineering characteristics were derived to suggest the direction of intelligent medical product development. As a result of a survey of 130 consumers, accurate prediction of future hair loss progress, future hair loss and improved future after treatment realized and viewed on a smartphone, sophisticated design, and treatment using laser and LED combined light energy were realized as attractive quality factors among the KANO categories. As a result of the analysis based on House of Quality of QFD, learning data for hair loss diagnosis and prediction, micro camera resolution for scalp scan, hair loss type classification model, customized personal account management, and hair loss progress diagnosis model were derived. This study is significant in that it presented directions for the development of artificial intelligence-based intelligent medical product that were not previously preceded.
