The purpose of the current study is to examine the role of mothers' personality traits in predicting their parenting stress. The study subjects were married working woman who live at Gyeonggi-do and has their first child studying in elementary, middle, or high school. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The results were as follows.: First, it has been shown through examination of the general tendency of observation subjects' relative factor, that many have above average parenting stress. The compositing factor for parenting stress were mainly the burden and distress of the parent role. Second, the differences in parenting stress were affected by relative variables in accordance with the general features of the study object. If the younger the parent, the higher the education, the lower the age of the first child, and if there were a child assistant after school, the parenting stress became larger. Third, after controlling for demographic characteristics, employed mothers' neuroticism significantly predicted greater parenting stress. When mothers had more conscientiousness and openness, they reported less parenting stress which implied that interpretation and perception of child rearing experiences can vary depending on personality and predict parenting stress of working mothers.
The prior studies have well established the factors of correctional staff's stress at work. However, it is not clearly identified gender-specific factors influencing female correctional officers' level of stress. Thus, this study aims to examine factors particularly influencing female correctional officers' stress, such as child-rearing and work conflict, overwork bounden, and strains from male-oriented organizational culture. This current data utilized a set of survey data drawn from female correctional officers from 124 prisons located in different regions in this nation. Finally, a total of 172 female correctional officers's survey data was used for the analysis. A set of multivariate analyses reveal that security staff role, satisfaction for life, positive perception toward correctional officers' leadership in prison decreased the risk of stress among female correctional officers. Regarding work-job conflicts variables, child-rearing and work conflict and strains from male-oriented organizational culture were significantly associated with female correctional officers' stress. Yet, the direction of the two variables were different. For female officers, child-rearing and work conflict was not a risk factor for stress in that i decreased the level of stress. But the variable of strains from male-oriented organizational culture was a risk factor for female officers' stress level. Further suggestions for the future studies, discussion on contributions of the current study and policy implications were discussed in the last part of this article.

Therefore, the more current industries develops, the more attention is given to health in preventive level rather than treatment level. Contemporary people have paid more attention to management of health and have a desire for beautiful and healthy life. In other words, their interest in consistent management of their health and beauty are getting stronger. To satisfy the desire to live healthily and beautifully, many natural therapies that can be applied for actual living have been developed, which the public are willing to accept. Therefore, this study is to specifically demonstrate the followings through interviews with the customers who have armoatherapy: What effect customers' knowledge on aromatherapy, frequency of use, expenses, experiences of side-effects, and perception on its effect on skin care will have on customer satisfaction and intention to reuse the service. The results are presented as follows: Though customers' perception on aroma is high, they usually use it only on their faces. So is should be promoted in various ways. It is demonstrated that customers' satisfaction has a significant effect on their intention to reuse it.

While the average age of population increases, so as the number elderly workers employed in the private security in Korea. However, not many studies have examined the issues related to elderly security guards so far, especially regarding the experience of workplace violence victimization even though they are quite vulnerable. The current study surveyed elderly private security guards across the nation in an attempt to ask about their workplace violence victimization experience, including both physical and verbal ones. The researchers investigated if victimization experiences affect the elderly security guards' perception of occupational stress. The result indicated that the respondents experienced verbal violence more than physical violence, and perpetrators were usually customers, not their supervisor or coworkers. In addition, those who experienced verbal violence in the workplace, perceived a higher level of occupational stress. The experience of physical violence did not make a significant impact. Policies are discussed in order to decrease workplace violence towards elderly security guards.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of nursing student's preceptorship and to compare the perception on the readiness of clinical competence between nurse preceptors and senior-level nursing students. Method: Data was collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test. Study participants were 65 preceptors in one university hospital and 59 nursing students in the same university. Result: The knowledge and satisfaction about preceptorship in the nurse preceptor was 2.66 and 2.70 out of 5. Most of the preceptors (70%) agreed to the students preceptorship program even though the intention to be a preceptor was very low (14.1%). They responded that the merits of student preceptorship were self-development (29.7%) and knowledge acquisition (29.7%), whereas the disadvantages were increased workload (67.2%) and increased stress (23.4%). Requested rewards were monetary reward (44.4%) and promotion (33.3%). In all areas of clinical competence readiness, students' perception score was higher than preceptors'. Conclusion: Nursing education must reexamine current approaches to clinical teaching and seek methods to better prepare future nurses. These findings may serve as a guide to create an ideal students preceptorship program to place a greater emphasis on the competencies desired for providing high quality nursing services.
Since the enactment of the "Framework Act on the Korean Language (herein after "Act ), researchers have focused their studies on measuring whether the Act played a huge role in providing Korean education. This can be confirmed by many, that the Act has indeed played a huge part in providing Korean language education. However, little attention was given to the validity of the education curriculum for prospective Korean language teachers as provided by the Act. Therefore, this survey has been conducted to provide an insight to teachers' perception of the Korean language curriculum for prospective teachers and will test whether such perception meets the standards in which the Act has been enacted. In this survey, we have received response on the importance of each domain and subject in the areas of Korean language education as viewed by the Korean language teachers. The results revealed the importance in the following order: Teaching Practice, Korean Linguistics, Korean Educational Linguistics, General Linguistics, and Korean Culture. These results strongly suggest that there is a need for the current curriculum, laid out by the Act, to be reconsidered to stress different levels of importance and time assignment for each category. The survey analysis shows the disparity in importance within the curriculum between the Act and the views in which the Korean language teachers perceive Korean language education. While further research is needed to confirm the analysis of this survey, this area of research will be instrumental in determining the suggestive shapes of the curriculum governed by the Act in the years to come.
This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of improving indoor environmental awareness, relieving stress, and improving learning efficiency in school indoor green space, and suggest desirable ways to develop indoor green space in the future. As part of the study, a survey was conducted among 225 individuals across six schools in a metropolitan area with garden and panel-type indoor gardens inside the school building. The survey comprised the current status and use of indoor green spaces, the perception of indoor green spaces, improvement measures in indoor green spaces, and basic properties. Semantic Differential (SD) was used to investigate the impression of school indoor spaces. Resultantly, the more frequent the use of green spaces in the school, the more they feel the positive effects of indoor green spaces, such as improving the school's indoor environment, reducing stress, and improving learning efficiency. In addition, it appears that the more frequent contact with the natural environment, the more they feel the positive effects provided by indoor green space at school. Therefore, it is suggested that educational conditions must be improved by revitalizing various green welfare, including indoor green areas, at the school level.

This study aims to describe the perceptions of accounting students and expectations of employers towards the skills and knowledge needed by accounting graduates in Indonesia. Quantitative method using survey is employed to analyze 103 questionnaires from students and 51 questionnaires from employers. The results showed that students' perceived honesty, continuous learning, and work ethics are important skills, while employers stress the importance of work ethics, teamwork, and time management. Knowledge needed by accounting graduates in the perception of students includes financial accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis, whereas employers perceived the importance of financial statement analysis, knowledge of Microsoft Office program, and financial accounting. Further analysis showed that there is an expectation gap between the perceptions of students and the expectations of employers towards skills - not knowledge - needed by accounting graduates. Although investigations of students' perceptions and employers' expectations have been conducted in previous studies, the information should be updated continuously to reflect the current conditions. This study offers the recent perceptions from students and employers to identify the current expectation gap. This study points to the importance of skills development in the university curriculum in order to develop the skillful human resources in accounting and meet the expectations of employers.
