Demand of moving auxiliary equipment has increased recently to an increase in the elderly population. pedestrian demand is either moving auxiliary equipment are also increasing. regional migration, such as pedestrian and the elderly and patients is a device to support the sharing received walking the weight of inconvenient people. In this paper, by mounting the electric function to the current manual walking, to prepare the electric walking to support the user's walking. the design applies a lightweight folding structure so that it can be moved to a ride at long distances, were fabricated.

An automatic welding system was constructed with a personal computer to capture the welding data in addition to vision seam tracking for the gas metal arc welding process. The monitoring of welding signals is composed of the acquisition of welding voltage and current, obtained by using two differential amplifiers and A/D converters, and processing of the measured data. Using interrupt handing circuit for time sharing, two jobs of seam tracking and monitoring were performed at the required sampling time. Relations between welding signals and various welding circumstances were analyzed from the experimental results.

We designed a family of completely autonomous mobile robots with local intelligence. Each robot has a number of on-board sensors, including vision, and does not rely on global positioning systems The on-board embedded controller is sufficient to analyze several low-resolution color images per second. This enables our robots to perform several complex tasks such as navigation, map generation, or providing intelligent group behavior. Not being limited to playing the game of soccer and being completely autonomous, we are also looking at a number of other interesting scenarios. The robots can communicate with each other, e.g. for exchanging positions, information about objects or just the local states they are currently in (e.g. sharing their current objectives with other robots in the group). We are particularly interested in the differences between a behavior-based approach versus a traditional control algorithm at this still very low level of action.

The fee system on spectrum usage is a usage fee that is charged for using spectrum provided by a wireless tower, and is used for management and promotion of the waves. The current fee system for spectrum usage in South Korea has faced many problems, such as complex calculation for fees, unjustified charges, unfairness in cost sharing among providers, and general inefficiency of operation. This study focuses on comparison of fee systems for spectrum usage of South Korea and other foreign countries, extraction of the root causes and problems by case analyses, and recommendation for better solutions to make a reasonable fee system for spectrum usage. The result of this study can be used as a solution to render spectrum usage more effective.

The threat to the network is increasing due to explosive increasing use of the Internet. Current IDS(Intrusion Detection System) detects intrusion and does individual response in small area network. It is important that construction of infra to do response in all system environment through sharing information between different network domains. This paper provides a policy-based IDS management architecture enabling management of intrusion detection systems. The IIDS(Integrated Intrusion Detection System) is composed of IDAs(Intrusion Detection Agents). We describe requirements in design and the elements of function.

The current study attempts to provide the field of knowledge management with theoretical grounds from the perspective of social network, resource dependency, and institutional theory. Social network theory considers that knowledge management plays a critical role in organizational innovation through the process of knowledge sharing/creation, communication systems, and a cooperative culture and trust, whereas resource dependency perceives knowledge management as contributing to cost reduction through the process of knowledge capture/storage, database systems, and reward/incentive systems. Plus, from the perspective of institutionalization, this study discusses that organizations can not benefit from knowledge management if it is adopted with the motive of isomorphic change. Finally, this study compares and integrates the three perspectives, and discusses the implications and limitations.

In this paper, a novel wireless parallel operation algorithm of N+1 redundant UPS system with no control interconnections is presented. The load sharing of multiple UPS modules are controlled by Q-V droop and $P-\delta$ droop algorithm. This algorithm compensates for inverter parameter variation and line impedance imbalances with wireless auto-tuning method. And to increase the reliability of transient characteristic under parallel operation, a virtual injected Impedance is proposed to decrease a circulation current between inverter modules. Simulation results are provided to prove the novel wireless algorithm.

The PWM inverter investigated in this paper utilizes a bridge type current sharing reactor circuit with tow pairs of complementary transistor at each phase. The driving signals for this inverter are 3 level PWM waves of W type an M type modulation, which are obtained from a microprocessor based on the switching time data obtained by switching position calculation of triangular and sine modulation wave. The output voltage waveforms of this inverter have 5 level phase voltage and 9 level line voltage of PWM. The harmonics of the output voltage are reduced to half when it is compared with single CTI, and the occurrence of harmonics is also reduced.

Wholesale club is one of the fastest expanding retailer formats. Given its key features such as limited assortment and no promotion policy, the current paper provides a theory on why the wholesale clubs charge their members fixed annual fees. In a competitive setting with supermarkets, the proposed model demonstrates that the membership fee is the optimal reaction of wholesale clubs to supermarkets" sales promotion. More specifically, the positive amount of annual fee is only justified under the condition that there exists consumer heterogeneity in consumption rate and when the supermarket exercises price promotion on the product that the wholesale club carries. This paper describes the competition in a stylized fashion and derives the optimal membership fee under a scenario where retail promotion is present. This study is valuable in that it offers a different explanation on wholesale club membership fee than conventional wisdoms such as cost sharing and that it provides insights to the managers who consider no-fee format.

As the geographical information changes continuously, it has been difficult to manage it in consistent manner. Especially different terminologies are often used for describing the same object. These characteristics of geographical information make the information search be very unproductive. Recently, it is widely recognized that capturing more knowledge is the next step to overcome the current difficulties on sharing geographical information. In this paper, we utilize the ontology concept in order to facilitate information search for geographical data in the internet environment. A prototype of search system implemented using the ontology for river-related data is presented.
