  • These days, electromagnetic radiation noise and switching losses of static converter become harmful. Many resonant inverters with radiation techniques solve their such problems. Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole Inverter (ARCP) was proposed. but it has two demerits. In circuit configuration. It isn't constructed by 2 in 1 IGBT modules, Besides, control is complicated because of neutral point voltage control and boost. current control. This paper proposes a new auxiliary resonant inverter which solved two demerits. In addition, it deals efficiency which compared with hard switching inverter and result of separation of power loss

  • Main reasons for causing vibration in a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are torque ripple and radial force harmonics, and hence, both of them are undesirable in high-precision machine tools and accurate motion-control actuators. Recent research on radial force is the prediction of major vibration frequencies and modes in terms of motor design such as different winding types and a fractional slot number per pole in the stator. Also, proper phase current has been investigated for minimizing radial force harmonics. During the previous studies, all the motors are assumed to be ideally built up in terms of mechanical dimensions, but it is impossible due to dimensional variation within or outside tolerance in production. Therefore, in this paper, the effect of several key factors on radial force is examined and compared regarding manufacturing imperfection.

Performance of High-Speed 4/2 Switched Reluctance Motor

  • The current study presents the design and performance of a novel 4/2 switched reluctance motor (SRM) for a high-speed air blower. With a comparative study of some rotor structures for a high-speed drive, a stepper-type rotor is optimized to produce a continuous torque and a low torque ripple. Rotor pole arc is modified to have a wide continuous output torque region, and air gap is determined to develop less torque ripple. The rotor radius is determined to reduce torque ripple with a reiterative FEM analysis. The designed rotor has three regions: short uniform, long uniform, and nonuniform air-gap region. The positive torque region is wider than a conventional 4/2 SRM without any torque dead zone. A prototype is tested and the efficiency is up to 72[%] at 30,000[rpm], 600[w] output.

  • This paper presents generalized small-signal models for asymmetrically-driven double-ended dc-to-dc converters. The proposed small-signal models include the effects of the parasitic resistances, which have dominant influence on the damping of the secondary power stage double-pole. To confirm the validity of new models, an asymmetrical half-bridge converter with center-taped rectifier and a forward-flyback converter with current doubler rectifier were built, and their performances were compared with the theoretical predictions.

  • 본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝의 방법인 의사결정나무와 인공신경망을 이용하여 리튬 이차전지의 전류밀도 특성에 대해 핵심 설계 인자를 도출하고 비교하였다. 먼저 의사결정나무-인공신경망 모델을 이용한 설계방법으로, 비선형성을 나타내는 초기 극판 설계인자들 중에 의사결정나무 모델을 통해 주요 설계 인자를 도출한 다음 인공신경망을 이용하여 설계인자들 간의 중요도와 전류밀도와의 가중치 분석을 수행하였다. 두 번째 방법은 인공신경망 모델만을 이용한 방법으로, 초기 설계인자들을 별도의 주요 인자 도출 과정 없이 모두 인공신경망을 구축하는데 사용하여 전류밀도와의 연관성 및 가중치를 분석하였다.

  • 선박에서 발생되는 밸러스트수를 전처리하기 위하여 수중에 포함되어 있는 미생물을 복극전해처리시스템을 이용하여 살균처하였다. 전해처리시스템에 유입되는 시료는 정량펌프를 사용하여 상향류로 전극판 사이를 통과하도록 하였으며, 반응시간별로 유량을 조절하여 체류시간을 다르게 하였다. 양극판은 티타늄에 이산화이리듐을 전착한 Ti/Ir02 극판으로 하였으며, 음극판은 스테인리스 스틸판을 사용하였다. 전원공급은 최대 전압이 250V, 전류가 100Amper의 맥류가 전혀 없는 트랜지스트 평활회로를 사용한 D.C. Power Supply를 사용하여 전류밀도를 조절하여 운전하였다. 반응시간에 따라 전류밀도를 0.1$\~$1.0A사이로 변화를 주어 실험한 결과 5초 이내에 E. coli, Bacteria, Bacillus sp.의 미생물이 사멸됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 전극간격은 75mm, 전류밀도 2.0A/dm2, 체류시간을 5초로 하였을 때 제거율이 $90\%$이상이였다. 연구결과를 통하여 밸러스트수 처리에 적용 가능한 기술임을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to control of the low-speed, high-precision PMSM 2-axes pitch/turning. In this paper, apply the PAM-PWM inverter for it. However, The PAM-PWM inverter, control algorithms and hardware is complex. But it is possible to improve the performance in the low-speed operation can reduce the effect of the PWM ripple and Dead Time of inverter by applying suitable DC-bus voltage control. The direct driver PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) configured to vector control part, PAM control part and the other controller. The vector control part includes PI current, speed control, additional space vector modulation. PAM control part has to have PI voltage controller and P current controller for DC-bus voltage control. Besides, the motor position estimator, the speed estimator and the counter electromotive force and Dead Time Compensation are added. With this arrangement, PMSM was driven with a low pole pitch/turning by performing the current control to the current command or torque command is the paper. As a result, it was possible to minimize the disturbance component that appears in the drive in proportion to the DC voltage magnitude. The use of a hydraulic drive method for a two-axis bubble column is a typical tank. When using the PWM PAM inverter driver is in the turret can be driven by high-precision, low vibration, low noise compared to the hydraulic drive may contribute to the computerization of the turret.

  • 차세대 의료기기 시장을 변화시킬 것으로 기대되는 형상기억합금(SMA) 기반의 최소침습용 의료기기는 시술자의 손동작과 같은 유연성과 섬세함을 구현할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 SMA의 비선형 열전기적 특성으로 인해 SMA 기반 차세대 의료기기 엑추에이터는 자유로운 방향조종 구현이 제한적이고 상용화에 있어서 큰 한계성으로 작용한다. 본 논문은 SMA의 효과적인 온도제어를 위해 전류-온도간의 개방루프 계단응답을 분석하고 1차 미분방정식 해와 비교하여 온도제어에 필요한 파라미터 $t_1$을 도출한 뒤 실험적으로 그 기능을 검증하였다. 또한 $t_1$은 전류를 입력으로 온도를 출력으로 하는 시불변 선형계의 특성함수의 폴(pole)이므로 주파수에 의한 온도제어에 관계된 파라미터인 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 결과는 SAM 기반의 차세대 의료기기 액추에이터의 효과적인 위치제어 설계에 응용될 수 있다.

22.9kV 배전선로 중성선 설치 구조에 따른 유도뢰 차폐효과 분석 (Analysis on the Induced Lightning Shielding Effect According to the Neutral Wire Installation Structure of a 22.9kV Distribution Line)

  • The electricity distribution system in Korea is adopting a multi-grounding system. Protection of this distribution system against lightning is performed by installing overhead ground wires over the high voltage wires, and connecting the overhead ground wires to the ground every 200 m. The ground resistance in this system is limited not to exceed $50\Omega$ and overhead ground wire and neutral wire are multiple parallel lines. Although overhead ground wire and neutral wire are installed in different locations on the same pole, this circuit configuration has duplicated functions of providing a return path for unbalanced currents and protecting the distribution system against induced lightning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the induced lightning shielding effect according to the neutral wire installation structure of a 22.9kV distribution line in order to present a new 22.9kV distribution line structure model and characteristics. This study calculated induced lightning voltage by performing numerical analysis when an overhead ground wire is present in the multi-grounding type 22.9kV distribution line structure, and calculated the induced lightning shielding effect based on this calculated induced lightning voltage. In addition, this study proposed and analyzed an improved distribution line model allowing the use of both overhead wire and neutral wire to be installed in the current distribution lines. The result of MATLAB simulation using the conditions applied by Yokoyama showed almost no difference between the induced lightning voltage developed in the current line and that developed in the proposed line. This signifies that shielding the induced lightning voltage through overhead wire makes no difference between current and proposed distribution line structures. That is, this study found that the ground resistance of the overhead wire had an effect on the induced lightning voltage, and that the induced lightning shielding effect of overhead wire is small.
