The key point on water culture is the precise irrigation control according to the growth condition of growing plant. And most existing irrigation controllers are operated independently. So, the manager must be resided at hydroponic farm. In this paper, we design the irrigation control system based on wireless Internet that can be providing various control functions according to the growth condition of growing plant by using the cellular phone.

The overall objective of this study is to empirically investigate organizational/managerial factors affecting system development team operation. The contributions of this research project are two-fold. First, this study examined various organizational/managerial factors that made team operation successful. Second, we presented the key success factors among the identified success factors of team operation. A field investigation of 68 system development teams located around YoungNam area indicates that motivation, leadership and egalitarian team culture are success factors of team operation. Especially, key success factors are leadership and egalitarian team culture.

수로형의 양어시설에서 틸라피아 사육시 성장도 및 사육수의 수질을 파악하여 수경재배시설에 수로형 사육시설의 병용 가능성을 조사하고, 펜타이트 파이프를 이용한 간이 수로형사육시설을 개발하고자 시험을 수행하였다. 폭 2m, 높이 1m,길이 19m의 수로형 사육시설 위에 수경 베드를 설치하고 틸라피아를 양식하였다. 수질은 사육하는데 이상 없이 유지되었고, 수로형 시설에서의 틸라피아의 성장은 원형사육시설에서의 그 것과 대등하였다. 따라서 수경재배시설에 수용할 수 있는 양어시설은 수로형이 적합하며 사육환경이 정상적이므로 수로형 사육시설의 도입이 가능하다고 판단되었다. 또한 양어수경 복합영농어시설은 높이 1 m, 폭 1.4 m, 길이 20 m의 크기로, 기둥은 25mm의 펜타이트 파이프와 사육조는 5m의 PP판넬을 사용하도록 하였으며, biofilter로는 모래를 10cm 정도 채워 작물을 재배하도록 하는 간이수로형 양어수경 복합시설의 구조를 고안하였다.

Shalish is a key ingredient of the dispute resolution culture in Bangladesh since a formal court system has been known to show inefficiencies, such as overburdened cases and litigation process delays. This paper investigates the main function of Shalish and examines the evolution of Shalish in the perspectives of its three variants: a community-based Shalish, a village court, and an NGO variant of Shalish in modern extensions. It was found that traditional Shalish may play a role in the dispute resolution system in modern villages. A village court is a kind of hybrid dispute resolution system combining an informal dispute resolution with a formal court system. A village court is administered by the Union Parishad without intervention from the central government. Both the Shalish and village court have the weakness of unfair verdict exercised by local elders within a community. For this reason, an NGO variant Shalish is to reflect voices of women and other lower people in the community. To this study's interpretation, a village court is a new kind of Shalish combined with a formal court system while an NGO variant Shalish is also a "new" Shalish combined with a mediation system. In this respect, core elements of Shalish tradition have not been changed although various forms of new dispute resolution systems have emerged in the modern world.

Based on various employment and technology data in the cultural sector from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s in Seoul, Korea, this research examines whether technology- and human resource-oriented programs exert significant impact on creative manpower, R&D technology level and tolerance. After briefly introducing Seoul's trends in the culture industry, it tries to explain major reinforcing and balancing loops. The stock-flow diagram of the culture industry in Seoul is applied to estimate relative effectiveness of technology- and human resource-oriented cultural programs cultural programs. Judging from a series of simulated experiments, technology-oriented cultural programs are essential to increase creative manpower and R&D technology level in the short term. For the first half of research period, this research finds that human resource-oriented cultural programs put forth minimal impact, if they even exist at all. The trends, however, are reversed in the long term: Both size of creative manpower and R&D technology level absolutely depend on human resource-oriented cultural programs in the second half.

기업의 안전문화 측정에 있어 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있으나, 평가방법에 따라 정형화되지 못한 주관적인 기준에 따른 정성적 분석결과를 도출하는 한계를 보인다. 이에, 복합발전 플랜트에 적용할 수 있는 설문지를 개발하고, 이 결과를 기반으로 시스템 다이내믹스 모델을 이용하여 평가결과의 정량화를 하였고, 다양한 시나리오를 통한 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 안전문화 측정과 함께 기업의 미래 안전문화 정책에 기준을 제시 하고자 하였다.

In the study, the operating mode and management system of dance troupes are aimed to analyze from the perspective of cultural and artistic management. The study focuses the Shanxi Huajin Dance Troup using case study method and provide a theoretical and practical reference for other literary communication forms in the literary industry. At the same time, the study provides a useful reference for how the cultural industry, with theatrical troupes as the main body, can operate and manage better in a "self-sufficient" market environment.
