It is important to coordinated interaction among neurons, astrocytes and endothelial cells to maintain the function of brain. To study their regulatory mechanisms in vitro system, the co-culture system among the isolated cells from brain may be needed. However, the method for purifying brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC) far culture have not established yet. In this study, the proper culture methods of mice cells using two different strains, CD1 and C57BL6, to obtain the pure and plentiful endothelial cells were described. The flatted-round forms of CD1 endothelial cells grew on the collagen-IV coating plates, while the purified cells from C57 mice preferred type collagen-I dishes for their growth. Both cells displayed anti-PECAM-1 (CD31) and von Willebrand Factor immune-reactivity. These results indicated that different coating materials not only improve attachment of isolated cells but also promoting growth of cells, suggesting that this method of purifying murine Brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC) provides a suitable model to investigate blood-brain-barrier (BBB) properties within neurovascular unit in vitro.

This research has for its object to look carefully into the peculiarity of the color of the costume in the Korean culture by revealing the characteristic and the idea of the color being discovered in the Korean basic culture, which has the majority of the Korean people. The scope of the basic culture was divided into folk belief, folk game and folk play. Within these limits, the colors of the dress, accessories, instruments were extracted by comparing with the naked eye in NCS Color System. For the analysis of hue and tone the secondary dimensional analysis using NCS color system and the three-dimensional analysis using the software, COLOR 3D Version 2.0, were done.

This study was performed to examine the rice growth and nutrient change in paddy soil with reclaimed sewage irrigation. Total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the experimental system were analyzed before and after rice culture. The experiment lasted three consecutive years, and this paper presents results of the last year. Additional supply of nutrients to the rice culture by reclaimed sewage irrigation was significant and it increased the yield. Nutrient uptake by rice plant increased with more nutrient supplied, however. there was limit in plant uptake. Nutrient accumulation occurred in the soil and it was more apparent for the phosphorus where most of the remaining quantity was accumulated while substantial amount of nitrogen was lost during the growing season. This study suggested that additional nutrient supply by reclaimed sewage irrigation might be a supplemental benefit to the rice culture, and it can help the fertilization management. However, long term effects of continual reclaimed sewage irrigation should be assessed carefully including nutrient mass balance in the paddy rice culture system.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main features of the pedagogical culture management system in the context of a post-pandemic. Education is the main social institution in which they are professionally engaged in the transfer of the cultural experience of mankind to the next generations. The cultural foundations of management in this area are extremely important. Therefore, the management of pedagogical culture is relevant. Methodology implies the use of modern research methods. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of the pedagogical culture management system in the post-pandemic conditions were identified.

The importance of safety culture improvement and transformation has highlighted since an organization's safety culture can be the causal factor of the accident. Every designated aviation training school have to manage their own SMS and will comply with the regulations specified in article 49, Korean Aviation law. In related regulations, it is specified the safety culture status and problems of an organizations must be accessed and improved. On this study, safety culture index of designated aviation training school has measured using abbreviated CASS developed by KTSA. Results from the statistical analysis, the overall safety culture average found as 3.711. Among the subindex, mean of 'Employee Empowerment' appeared the most high(3.980) and 'Reward System' appeared the most low(3.309). Service providers are able to apply the intervention strategy on the basis of the results of these measurements. The weak part of Safety Culture might be improved and this will lead the better organizational culture.

A perfusion culture of transgenic Nicotiana tabacum cell suspensions, transformed to express recombinant glucuronidase (GUS), was successfully performed in a 5-1 stirred tank bioreactor. With 0.1 $day^{-1}$ of perfusion rate, the maximum dry cell weight (DCW) reached to 29.5 g/l in 16 days, which was 2.1-fold higher than the obtained in batch culture (14.3 g/l). In terms of the production of GUS, the volumetric activity could be increased up to 12.8 U/ml by using perfusion, compared with 4.9 U/ml in batch culture. The specific GUS activities in both perfusion and batch cultures were maintained at similar levels, 200-400 U/g DCW. Consequently, a perfusion culture could be a good strategy for the enhanced production of recombinant proteins in a plant cell culture system.

The southwestern islands of Japan, especially southward from Amamioshima Island, have distinguished sets of nature and culture. However, various problems are arising on those islands. This report first introduces island characteristics as well as, their status briefly. Then it introduces conservation efforts. Since nature and culture are closely connected in the island system, conservation of the set of nature and culture is essentially important. From this point of view, this report focuses on two efforts. The first example is the effort for designation of a new national park with a new concept of "environmental culture type" and "ecosystem management type" in the Amami Gunto Islands. This effort is a new challenge to focus on the importance of cultural aspects. The second example is the unique effort of the national park visitor center to conserve as one set of integrated nature and culture with an alliance of all stakeholders in Taketomijima Island, Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park. The visitor center serves not only visitors, but also islanders. These two cases are good models that suggest hints for future conservation measures.

Microcarrier culture technics are widely used for the massive production of the vertebrate animal cells. In this study, attempt was made to establish the microcarrier cell culture system using Cytodex. Various factors affecting the growth of cells on microcarrier culture were also discussed. In conclusion, the yield of cells in microcarrier culture was several times greater than those in roller bottle and flask culture methods, based on the volume of culture media.

With the implementation of the "Critical Disaster Punishment Act" in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.
