This paper analyzes the life and culture contents of the primary Korean textbook for female marriage immigrants and investigates ways to improve the textbook organization in future. The study results are as follows: 1. The textbook must reflect the demands of female marriage immigrants as learners that need to adapt to Korean society. 2. The textbook needs to adopt a circulating disposition in organizing such life and culture contents that female marriage immigrants can obtain and utilize while living in diverse life environments 3. The textbook should also provide multi-cultural elements in order to help female marriage immigrants with the internalization of the complex identity between their home countries and Korea.

The use of aortic valve homograft has been developed since 1962 when Ross and Barratt - Boyes independently replaced a diseased aortic valve with an orthotopically inserted homograft valve. And also surgical treatment of complex congenital cardiac malformations utilizing homograft extracardiac conduit has been tried with better result than any other prosthetic material. The present study was undertaken to clarify the safety tissue viability, sterility, after following our protocol of procurement of heart, dissection of aortic and pulmonic homograft, sterilization, cryopreservation, thawing and dilution, and transplantation on experimental animal, sheep. Tissue viability of valve and great artery was assessed by tissue culture. Sterility was evaluated by bacterial and fungal culture. The method used was proven no deleterious effect on the integrity of the valve. Tissue culture of valve tissue before, and after cryopreservation process resulted that active fibroblast growth was observed from homograft sterilized with antibiotics. And culture of the transplanted homograft from sacrificed animal showed active fibroblast growth. Pathologic examination of implanted valve tissue from sacrificed sheep showed mild calcification and minor change, but there were moderate and severe calcification of wall of great arteries.

We have identified a T cell-activating material in the culture supernatant of Streptomyces species. The factor in microbial culture supernatant (MCS) induced thymocyte proliferation in a does dependent fashion and it could be detected by immunoblot analysis using anti-interleukin-1(IL-1) antibody. The factor in MCS was slightly larger(about 21 kd) in its molecular weight than IL-1 on SDS-PAGE. When 125I-MCS was covalently coupled with homo-bifunctional cross-linking agent, disuccinimidyl-propionate to IL-1 receptor(IL-1R) on mouse thymoma cell(EL-4) and immunoprecipitated with anti-IL-1R antibody the molecular weight of this complex of 110 kd was observed.

The article used a complex system of research methods: observation of the course of the educational process, analysis of literature on pedagogy, teaching methods, modern pedagogical technologies; analysis of the experience of using multimedia in the study of disciplines. The theoretical significance of the article: the definition of multimedia programs is given, the advantages and disadvantages of using multimedia programs are revealed, the basic principles of teaching using multimedia programs are revealed.

본 연구는 제조업 종사자를 연구대상으로 하여 안전문화가 제조업 종사자의 안전의식과 안전행동에 미치는 영향을 연구 하여, 제조업 근로자들이 안전문화를 이해하고, 안전의식과 안전행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 한국산업단지공단에 등록된 서울·경기지역 176개 산업단지 중, 한국수출산업단지, 서울 온수단지 등 50개 산업단지 제조업체 근로자를 연구대상으로 하였다. 본 조사의 실시는 2019년 8월 1일부터 31일까지 약 1개월에 걸쳐 제조업체의 중간관리자와 환경안전보건 관리자 등을 통해 설문지 300부를 배포하여, 불성실하게 응답되었다고 판단된 설문지 18부를 제외한 282부의 자료를 최종적으로 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전문화(안전풍토, 안전절차)는 제조업 종사자의 안전의식(중요성 인식, 관심도 및 참여유도)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 안전문화(안전풍토, 안전절차)는 제조업 종사자의 안전행동(안전계획 수립, 안전점검)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 안전의식(중요성 인식, 관심도 및 참여유도)은 제조업 종사자의 안전행동(안전계획 수립, 안전점검)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 안전의식(중요성 인식, 관심도 및 참여유도)은 제조업 종사자의 안전문화(안전풍토, 안전절차)와 안전행동(안전계획 수립, 안전점검)의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 도서관들은 도서관의 본연의 역할을 충실히 하면서도 지역주민의 변화하는 요구를 충족시키기 위해 역할다양화를 모색하고 있다. 복합문화공간의 조성과 이를 기반으로 한 서비스 제공이 역할확대방안 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 복합문화공간을 조성하여 운영하고 있는 도서관의 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행함으로써 도서관의 복합문화공간에 대한 인식도, 복합문화공간에서 운영되는 프로그램에 대한 선호도와 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 공간 선호도에서 정보공간, 교육공간, 휴게공간을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 커뮤니티공간과 체험공간은 낮은 선호도를 보였다. 둘째, 복합문화공간을 활용한 교육프로그램, 전시프로그램, 공연프로그램을 선호하지만 체험프로그램과 커뮤니티프로그램은 선호도가 낮은 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이용자에게 정보 교육의 공간을 제공함과 동시에 전시 및 공연공간을 마련하여 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있으며, 도서관 복합문화공간은 정보 교육의 공간뿐만 아니라 문화와 힐링, 체험, 소통 등이 이루어지는 공간임을 홍보하고 이용자의 인식을 개선할 필요가 있다고 본다.

사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(SEC)을 lipopolysaccharide(LPS)로 유도된 마우스 대식세포주인 RAW264.7 세포와 마우스 폐포 대식세포주인 MH-S 세포에서 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물((SEC)의 항균과 항염증 활성 효과를 조사하였다. 그 결과 SEC(500 ㎍/mL)의 전처리 LPS 자극 세포에서 iNOS 단백질 및 염증성 사이토카인 mRNA 발현을 크게 억제하였다. 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(SEC)에 의한 항염증활성 효과는 다음과 같이 관찰되었다. 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(SEC)은 IκB-α 인산화의 억제를 통해 시토졸에서 핵으로의 NF-κB의 전좌를 억제하고 또한 LPS로 자극된 NF-κB 전사 활성을 억제하였다. 이러한 결과는 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(SEC)이 항염증 작용을 발휘 하고 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(SEC)의 잠재적인 치료 가치성 및 기본 메커니즘을 규명 할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 사플라워와 마더워트 등 에탄올복합추출물(GRP)이 다양한 항염증 활성성분 함유 및 천연 항염증제의 잠재적 공급원으로 활용 가능성이 있음을 시사 하였다.

The need to discover new types of antimicrobial agents has grown since the emergence of antibiotic-resistant pathogens that threaten human health. The world's oceans, comprising complex niches of biodiversity, are a promising environment from which to extract new antibiotics-like compounds. In this study, we newly isolated Pseudomonas sp. NIBR-H-19 from the gut of the sea roach Ligia exotica and present both phenotypes and genomic information consisting of 6,184,379 bp in a single chromosome possessing a total of 5,644 protein-coding genes. Genomic analysis of the isolated species revealed that numerous genes involved in antimicrobial secondary metabolites are predicted throughout the whole genome. Moreover, our analysis showed that among twenty-five pathogenic bacteria, the growth of three pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hominis and Rhodococcus equi, was significantly inhibited by the culture of Pseudomonas sp. NIBR-H-19. The characterization of marine microorganisms with biochemical assays and genomics tools will help uncover the biosynthesis and action mechanism of antimicrobial metabolites for development as antagonistic probiotics against fish pathogens in an aquatic culture system.

주방 상부장은 주방 도구들을 수납하기 위한 필수적인 가구이지만, 높은 위치에 설치 및 고정되어 있어 상부장의 2층 또는 3층처럼 높은 곳에는 사람의 손이 접근하기 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 상부장의 기능을 유지하면서 사용자가 물건을 손쉽게 꺼내거나 보관할 수 있도록 높이 조절 기능이 추가된 상부장 구조를 제안한다. 사용자 편리와 안전을 위해 상부장 전체가 아닌 개별 층이 하강하도록 하였으며 선택한 층이 한 번의 동작으로 사용하기 편리한 높이까지 내려올 수 있도록 적절한 복합 링크기구를 설계하였다. 또한, 하강 과정에서 층이 기울어지거나 층간 간섭을 방지할 수 있는 최적의 하강 경로를 설정하였으며 이를 구현하기 위해 적절한 링크 길이와 조인트 위치 및 구속조건을 선정하였다. 보관된 물건들의 하중을 지탱할 수 있도록 FEA 해석을 통해 기구 장치에 대한 안정성을 검증하였으며 실제 제작을 통해 높이 조절 상부장의 정상 작동 여부를 확인하였다.
