Today's digital culture has been realized through various media, and even now, is changing and growing. If the previous digital culture was actualized through technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices etc., today it includes even things that give new life to contents using various medialike this. The moment this digital technical aspect is grafted into culture, a new genre called 'Cultural Contents' is born. Such cultural contents can be seen as a way for classics to approach people in a digital world that is evolving fast like today. To make classics into a cultural content, its basic narrative structure is important. Classics contain the history at the time, the awareness of people who lived at the time and the detailed rite of passage people experienced. This point can be interpreted as classics not just a cultural heritage of the previous era, but having the functionality that can form a consensus of modern people. This thesis views our classic novels of Mongcha group such as 'Guwunmong' and 'Okrubong' as a potential subject of cultural contents, and the problem of how it can be made into a cultural content. To make a cultural content, storytelling is very important. Therefore, the structure and characteristics of novels of Mongcha group was examined, and a synopsis was made based on this. Furthermore, it examined if there are novels of Mongcha group made into contents, and how each work was vitalized and how much ripple effect it had achieved. If each work did not achieve a second or third ripple effect, it examined what the problem was and tried to offer a solution.
Nowadays, soft power is playing a more important role in international communication and cooperation, and as cultural exchange in regional cooperation is deeply influenced by national soft powers, the development is usually unbalanced. Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar are adjacent to each other with a long history of intercourse. In the year 2013, initiation of constructing Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor advocated by China and India was responded positively by Bangladesh and Myanmar. Since then, the world has witnessed an increasing connection of these four countries. Being the critical bond connecting the southwestern areas of China and Bangladesh, India as well as Myanmar, Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor is characterized by multiple regional cultures along with frequent connections in cultural products and activities. However, cultural exchange now is dominated by imbalanced development due to potent soft power of China and India that these two countries export more cultural products to the rest, which has an impact in many fields of Bangladesh and Myanmar. Priority should be given to coordinated development in cultural exchange regarding the construction of Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor. Only by developing a sustainable development mechanism for cultural exchange, to coordinate the influences of soft powers of these four countries, then a fine complexion of "all flowers are in bloom" can be created, returning to five original intention of the construction of this economic corridor: "Policy Communication" and "Strength People-to-people Ties", etc.

This paper attempted to examine the value of private house garden as a historical garden among local cultural heritages remaining in Chungcheong-do Province. To this end, the following conclusions were drawn through the framework of value analysis in which the contents of Ji Cheng's Yuanye of China, Tachibana Toshitsuna's Sakuteiki in Japan, and HISTORIC GARDENS THE FLORENCE CHARTER 1981 were applied to target sites. First, local cultural heritage belong to unregistered cultural heritage, and a total of 616 local cultural heritages in Chungcheong-do Province were identified, and Cheongju City possesses the largest number of local cultural heritages. Most of the local cultural heritages are distributed in ancient capital or adjacent to it, and five of the local heritages are related to historical garden. Second, the target sites were old houses constructed during the Joseon Dynasty with a long history, and although there were few changes in spatial division, the scale of some gardens and outer yard spaces was reduced due to urban planning, etc. Third, the target site is Sangjihapui(相地合宜) and Inchacheui(因借體宜) in location and space division, so the space is divided according to the surrounding terrain and the landscape is naturally drawn to construct a garden. Fourth, the garden of the target site has a structural value of a garden that is Jeongihapui(精而合宜) and Gyoideukche(巧而得體) as it is subtle and naturally constructed with the garden by grasping the surrounding terrain. Fifth, for the continuous preservation of historical garden, it is necessary to strengthen the already enacted local cultural heritage ordinance, and to establish a documentary project for each spatial component and a plan for climate change.
Gwanghwadang-Wonsam was designated as National Folklore Cultural Heritage No. 52 in 1979, it is in good condition. However, a problem is the attached a phoenix insignia badge that did not exist when it was designated recently. As it became known as the only purple Wonsam artifact with "phoenix insignia", raising the need for its conservation. In this regard, scientific analysis was required to correct misinformation about designated cultural assets and restore the original designated state by analyzing the history of the Gwanghwadang-Wonsam, other relics of the phoenix insignia and its making design patterns. An X-ray fluorescence analysis was used to confirm that the Phoenix insignia's metal threads were titanium-plated silver. Phoenix insignia using titanium-plated gold thread was not identified in Gwanghwadang-Wonsam photographs in 1986, and the TiN-type membrane plating method was used in various industries in the 1990s, which can be estimated to be attached in the early and mid-1990s. Especially, the scientific analysis results from the X-ray fluorescence analysis in this study provide key evidence for conservation processing. This study demonstrates the importance of investigating relics and similar artifacts in the conservation process of inherited relics and as a precedent for restoration that corrects misinformation about designated cultural properties.

This study was attempted to explore in depth the education of cultural diversity in the curriculum and textbooks of middle school according to [1] As a result, the educational goals in the curriculum emphasized[2] the realization of the meaning and value of cultural diversity education reflecting the global citizen education in various time, space background and socio-cultural context. The purpose of the curriculum guidelines is specified, and the following is given: "To properly recognize the diversity of the world culture; To acquire knowledge on cultural diversity; To grasp important functions in the city life, and to have attitudes and qualities required as members of the world, and to develop a pluralistic literacy ability''. In the textbooks, the subjects of the cultural diversity education are mainly based on the curriculum standards, the education area of the 7th grade is the 'human community life', the education area of the 8th grade is the origin and development of the Chinese civilization, Suggesting the scope of the theme 'harmonious coexistence with the world'. In order to analyze cultural diversity education in response to the demands of the times, we analyzed three factors such as diversity, identity, and interrelationship.
The Cultural Heritage Committee is an important organization that has been deliberating on important matters related to the preservation of cultural properties in the Republic of Korea for more than 60 years since 1962. The Cultural Heritage Preservation Committee was active in 1961, which was a short period of about a year, but the minutes prepared at the time confirmed that it had the following meanings. First of all, legally, it was meaningful in that the concept of cultural property or intangible cultural property was used for the first time in Korea in laws and regulations on the term of office of professional members. These matters became the basis for the operation of the current Cultural Heritage Protection Act and the Cultural Heritage Committee. The following confirms that, unlike previously known activities, they were active despite political upheaval at the time. In spite of rapid regime change at the time, the committee had no change in its members, and the meetings continued without interruption. At that time, there was an exclusive relationship between different groups in relation to the preservation of cultural heritage, and this relationship was confirmed by the minutes that disappeared with the establishment of the Cultural Heritage Management Bureau, which integrated these groups. Finally, the form of the minutes prepared then shows the form of documentation at the time, where it is confirmed that the traditional documentation format is changing into a new form. It can be good research material in terms of modern and contemporary bibliography. As discussed earlier, the Cultural Heritage Conservation Committee of 1961 has historical significance in terms of legal and actual activities. The reason why the committee's activities were low valued is presumed to be that the minutes and related documents prepared at the time were not organized well due to the lack of a related administrative system. The minutes of the Cultural Heritage Conservation Committee record various facts about cultural heritage policies and decisions at that time. Therefore, analysis and research on these contents can reveal more facts about the cultural heritage policies and perceptions of that time.
The fundamental basis for revitalizing cultural resources and developing content is national heritage(cultural property). In national heritage, cultural heritage is a tangible cultural heritage that represents the uniqueness of history and tradition, identity, and changes in life. In the case of museums, the collections (a museum-owned cultural heritage) represent the unique characteristics of the institution. In South Korea, it is recommended that museum collections be registered and used in the Cultural Heritage Standard Management System so that cultural heritage can be managed and utilized in connection with academics, industry, and administration. However, due to a lack of awareness of modern and contemporary heritage, the thematic classification chronology of the system was set mainly before the Joseon Dynasty, and a cultural heritage classification system suitable for national land information has not been established. Therefore, this study aims to propose a classification system for cadastral cultural heritage, based on the modern era when cadastral terminology was first used, using the cultural heritage owned by the LX Museum. Cadastral cultural heritage is characterized by the fact that although it is a field of specialized technology, the surveying or the production of it is not done by specific individuals only, and that while the production is professional, there are many educational aspects in its use. Therefore, unlike other specialized museum collections that are classified based on the functional aspects of their production methods, intended use, and creators, the classification method for cadastral cultural artifacts should be based on the characteristics of the cadastral tools and the outputs. This classification follows a three-tier stages with reference to the items in the Cultural Heritage Standard Management System. This classification aims at the effective use of knowledge by categorizing concepts and systematizing the subjects of data into a series of orders. A safe conservation and management environment for cadastral cultural heritage can be established, and academic and socio-cultural interpretation of the collection is possible by this classfication. Moreover, It is also expected to serve the basis for the national land information as well as searching for the national land information research, planning a exhibition, and the field of education in museum.
From the stages of formation, to the processes of change, the alleys with long history not only reflect on the trends of the area, but also have a historical and cultural value as a place where the local residents make living and socialize. However, due to the rapid growth of the city's civilization, and industrialization, there has been a great amount of loss in the roles of the rural areas while urban areas have been expanding over time. The rural areas including the old alleys have been neglected and fell far behind in the processes of growth overall, and therefore, it became harder to trace the old days as well as the old emotion that we used to see. Nowadays, there are various cases in terms of alley regeneration project as people are getting more interested in it. The alley regeneration projects can be divided into two different backgrounds; a part of urban regeneration project by the government and local organizations and the other developed by the trends. This research, with successful case studies, is for analyzing the direction of the ultimate goal and the identity that only the alleys have. As the alleys contain history, tradition and culture of the community, we need to not only preserve but also maintain all of these since it will affect the goal and the establishment of identity of the alley regeneration projects as a significant factor. In addition, in order to attract visitors from diverse cultures, providing cultural or artistic experiences and aesthetic landscapes will be importantly considered as an additional factor for the research. In other words, through this research, I would like to demonstrate that it is the most important for the alleys fell far behind to establish its identity for continuous successful eyre generation projects, which are not temporary.
This study intends to understand the change of the library's bookshelves shape, composition and arrangement based on the social-culture in each period. For this purpose, this study analyzes the morphological shift of the library's bookshelves and knowledge information focused on the history of western libraries from the ancient libraries to the modern public libraries before the 20th century. And the results are follows. 1) We can make sure that the changes of the library's bookshelves are based on the environmental factors like social cultural political factors and also understand that the knowledge information are developed based on the function which is decided by the needs of the times and the serious necessities of users. With this reason, the morphology and the function of the library's bookshelves have been changed. 2) The characters and meanings of the library's bookshelves are changed with the times from movable type to fixed type, from closing type to opening type, from privileged use to public use, from religious contents to general scientific contents. 3) The morphology of the library's bookshelves are shifted from cylindrical box to Chest type Press type and Lectern system, Stall system, Wall system and advanced to Mixed(Stall+Wall) system. 4) The construction and arrangement methods of the library's bookshelves are determined by the convenience and efficiency of the installation for the perusal environments as well as the regarding to the social-cultural factors. The arrangement criteria are determined by the security topics in the earlier stage, after that determined by the lightening topics and nowadays the access topics to the information. These analysis results are very useful to research the technology of the library's bookshelves to be changed continuously and also to forecast the morphology of the library's bookshelves can be planned in the spaces of the future libraries.

This study contemplates Croatian traditional costumes with focus on its geographical characteristics and acculturation with neighbor countries as a member of old Yugoslavian Union. Therefore, it contains the information from field works based on Croatian language, native costumes and folk materials wildly. Men usually wear wide linen pants ($ga\'{c}$), shirt ($ko\v{s}ulje,\;rnbina)$, vest (lajbek), hat and jacket ($kro\v{z}et$). Also they sometimes wear scarves or aprons. Women put on blouse, long skirt, apron, headgear with various decoration and scarf ($pe\v{c}a$), shawl (tibetui robe) or necklace together. Croatian folk dresses fall into three different styles by provinces, such as Pannonia, Dinar and Adria, according to the basic environmental and racial characteristics of each province. People of Pannonia plain generally wear white linen clothing and often use flounce and lace, which are influenced by Serbia and Hungary. In the Dinar mountain province, aprons with tassel, knitted vests made of leather and fur are very popular. The clothing of Dinar province has much commonness with those of Bosnia - Herzegovina and Montenegro which have metal buttons and belts. And the clothing of Adria coast is influenced by Italy a lot. There are many splendid silk clothes in its folk dress code. As mentioned above, there are a lot of foreign influences in Croatian history. Although there were severe cultural invasions in many times through its history, Croatians didn't just surrender to these cultural influences. People in Croatia comply with these new coming culture and reconcile these into their own tradition and dress code in their own way.
