Researches for sex consist feminism which manage academically, also variously in the fields of medicine, psychology, politics, society, philosophy, culture research etc. Moreover, sex has become that can no fall in art, dancing, fashion, literature, play movie, mass media, all art fields. About the proposition of sex, even the intellectuals tended to consider sexual love and bodily problem of sexual desire until the mid-20th century. Nevertheless, passing over physical function, man and woman, society, cultural situation and the various concept which contains the differences finally clearly have come in 21th century. Therefore, on this study, find out the relationship between interior design and sexuality and sexual expressional type. Also, through analyzing aspects which is expressed in popular culture, clear new interior design under the concept and characteristic of sexuality.

This article explores how women's voices are constructed in The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway and Nỗi buồn chiến tranh (The Sorrow of War) by Bảo Ninh. Specifically, this article approaches presentations of women's personalities and positions in the two novels that do not have obvious historical and geographical connections. The women's voices in the two novels, as this article suggests, are characterized by women's desire for self-determination, where they are able to free themselves from domination, and even influence men's psychology and actions. In comparing the characteristics of women's voices in the two works, the article aims to highlight different ways in which women assert their agency. The article affirms the potential contribution of cultural contexts in examining feminist voices and understanding how female figures are made to overcome default passivity and submission to male domination.

The article describes technologies in a unified methodological vein, since teaching based on them at the present stage is clearly eclectic in nature and depends on the individual - "biased" - professional attitude of teachers to technologies and those ideologies that gave rise to them. In this article, the future teacher will get acquainted with only some of these technologies. With the hope that this article will help the future teacher understand the essence of the technological approach, determine his pedagogical position and improve his pedagogical culture.

With the progress of social economy and science and technology, network media technology has developed rapidly, China has ushered in the network information age, and the network buzzwords emerged to reflect the interaction and influence between language and society. The network buzzwords of "X+ ren "indirectly show the social psychology and value orientation of modern people with their unique structural characteristics, semantic connotation and cultural deposits, and so on. Based on this, we have conducted a multi-angle investigation on the network buzzwords "X+ ren". This paper first analyzes the structure types and syntactic functions of the lexical model of "X+ ren ", then makes a semantic analysis of the lexical model of "X+ Ren ", and finally investigates the causes and influences of the popularity of "X+ ren ". Through the investigation, we believe that "X+ ren "will continue to grow, and "X+ ren" will continue to attract the attention of the academic community.

The present study examines the impact of COVID-19 anxiety on employees' psychological resources and behaviors, drawing on the conservation of resources theory. We also investigate whether flexibility in work contexts has a meaningful effect on employees' responses to the pandemic. A total of 284 working adults participated in an online survey consisting of self-reporting questionnaires that assessed levels of COVID-19 anxiety, vigor, innovative work behavior, and flexible working arrangements. The results showed that the level of vigor mediated the positive relationship between COVID-19 anxiety and innovative work behavior, and the perceived level of flexible working arrangements moderated this mediation effect positively. The findings highlight the importance of considering employees' psychological resources and work arrangements in managing the negative impact of COVID-19-related anxiety. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for organizations to better understand the psychological processes that employees undergo during a crisis. Further research on diverse work settings and cultural backgrounds is needed to expand on the present findings.

영화 '수상한 그녀'를 통하여 다양한 구조로 분석해 보았다. 영화 형태의 문화콘텐츠에 나타난 노인에 대한 사회인식을 사회심리, 복합적으로 접근하여 주인공 중심으로 주위 인물에 대한 역할 구조분석, 주위 인물에 대한 가감점 구조분석, 주위 인물 환경에 따른 분위기 구조분석을 하였다. 그리고 그 분석을 통하여 노인과 관련된 사회학 이론으로 노인심리를 파악하였다. 젊은 세대에서 노인에 대한 편견을 갖고 무의식적, 의식적인 차별을 하는 부정적인 고정관념 및 인식이 형성되는 것에 대하여 결론에서 언급을 하였다. 따라서, 노인에 대한 긍정적 인식 변화가 필요하므로, 집단적 편견을 배제하고 젊음을 추구하는 노인들의 심리를 공감할 수 있는 사회적 분위기 조성과 젊은 세대와 노인 세대가 같이 공감하는 세대통합적 사회 프로그램 개발에 대한 필요성을 제언한다.

본 연구는 노인의 신뢰 유형을 분석하고, 신뢰가 행복을 예측하는지를 대도시와 지방에 거주하는 노인으로 나누어서 살펴보고자 하였다. 2014년 정부역할과 삶의 질에 대한 국민인식조사 자료를 이용하여 5년 이상 한 지역에 거주하고 있는 60세 이상 노인 1,599명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 상호작용항을 포함한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 일반신뢰와 사회신뢰가 행복에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 특수신뢰와 일반신뢰에서 지역과의 상호작용이 나타났다. 특히 대도시에 거주하는 노인에게는 일반신뢰가, 지방에 거주하는 노인에게는 특수신뢰가 행복의 영향요인임을 밝혔다. 이는 노인의 신뢰가 환경적 맥락에 의해 해석되어 행복을 예측할 수 있는 변인임을 보여준다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 노년기 신뢰를 증진시키기 위해서 고려해야 할 점을 논의하였으며 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 노인의 상대적 악력과 인지기능 간 관계를 경제활동과 사회참여가 조절하는지를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 한국노동연구원에서 실시한 2016년 제 6차 고령화연구패널 자료를 이용하여 65세 이상 노인 가운데 두 손 모두 수술 및 외상 경험이 없고 악력이 측정 가능한 상태인 총 3,376명을 선정하였다. 모든 인구를 대표하기 위해 횡단 가중치를 적용하였고 통제변수, 독립변수, 조절변수와 상호작용항을 투입하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인의 상대적 악력이 인지기능에 정적인 관계를 보이고 경제활동과 사회참여도 인지기능에 정적인 관계를 보였다. 또한 노인의 경제활동과 사회참여가 각각 노인의 악력과 인지기능 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 악력이 낮더라도 경제활동과 사회참여를 할수록 인지기능에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완충하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인의 인지기능 저하에 대응하기 위한 경제 활동과 사회참여에 따른 활동적 노화의 필요성을 시사한다.

본 연구의 주요 목적은 공익제보 과정에서 공익제보자들이 경험하는 동기, 기대, 결과, 태도의 측면을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국에서 공식적으로 공익제보자로 등록되어 있는 공익제보자 14명을 대상으로 얻은 인터뷰 자료를 현상학적 접근에 기초해서 분석하였다. 그 결과 동기적 측면에는 직업정신과 도덕적 가치 특성이 두드러진 것으로 나타났고, 이들이 기대하는 것은 공익의 증가와 공적 지지였다. 그러나 결과적으로 돌아오는 것은 개인의 피해 경험과 사회적 관계 파괴, 조직적 차별 처우 등의 부정적인 결과가 압도적으로 많았으며, 일부 긍정적인 사회변화의 경험이 포함되어 있었다. 즉, 공익제보자들이 기대한 것과 현실간의 괴리는 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이와 같은 상황에 다시 처하게 되는 경우 공익제보에 대한 태도를 분석했을 때, 제보의지가 매우 높게 나타났다. 또한, 공익제보에 따른 부정적 결과에는 문화적 특성 중 수직적 집합주의의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났고, 그 개선을 위한 제도적인 장치들이 제시되었다.

본 연구에서는 한국청소년들의 행복을 구성하는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해 2개의 경험적 연구를 수행했다. 연구 1에서 개방형 질문지를 이용하여 155명의 고등학생에게 자신이 행복하다고 느끼는 상황을 기술하도록 했다. 그 응답의 내용을 분석한 결과, 물질적 측면에서는 경제, 건강, 외모, 심리적 측면에서는 자아 관련 내용, 휴식 및 여가 그리고 종교, 사회적 측면에서는 가족, 이성친구, 동성친구 등 다양한 대인관계 및 사회적 성취의 내용이 들어있었다. 연구 2에서는 이러한 반응에 기초하여 행복을 측정하는 문항을 구성하여 450명의 고등학생들로부터 양적인 자료를 수집하였다. 요인분석결과, 총 10개의 행복구성요인(가족관계, 개성, 성적, 종교, 이성친구, 외모, 자기발견, 경제력, 우정관계, 심리적 여유)이 도출되었으며, 이러한 요인은 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기존의 중년기 및 노년기에 관한 결과와 비교하여 논의하였다.
