Among the formative elements, color and form are the most critical elements that can capture a person's perspective. Companies are concentrating on developing visual perception-oriented products by accommodating the diverse needs of consumers, where the emotional factor plays as an important design consideration. Accordingly, the visual perception reaction of consumers was analyzed through a questionnaire focusing on color and form. The result finds that, when Ernst Gombrich (1909-2001) perceives objects in questionnaires related to personal preferences for color and form, humans do not rely solely on the eyes, but describes with the knowledge diagram through that knowledge. In doing so, the knowledge that we already know plays a part to describe the object. In addition, colors and forms are recognized by combining the social and cultural information experiences of the perceiver with the learned knowledge. In the future studies that define the interrelationships of the formative elements should be continued through the analysis of more complex and clear visual perception characteristics of the formative elements.

This article surveys the fashion forecasting industry in Korean domestic markets. With the rise of new media and devices with high technology, the paradigm of fashion trends forecasting systems has dramatically changed. New perspectives of trend forecasting are required to understand the trend flow and consumer behavior of the MZ generation. The research questions are as follows: 1) Major trend forecasting companies studied the development of their strategies and new forecasting methods. 2) The consumers' needs in the domestic market were analyzed. The influence of the trend companies' forecasting on the market was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) International trend forecasting significantly affected the domestic market. The concordance rate between consumers' online searches about fashion trends was approximately 70.14%. The match rate by category is as follows: The highest rate, 85.06% is from pattern and print, color is 83.92%, the item is 80.39%, and style is 54.32%. 2) Specialized information such as the Pantone color chart is being widely consumed, leading to a trend among the masses. 3) The Korean-specific socio-cultural background has an impact on domestic trends.
Purpose: Thisstudy aimsto explore the mechanism by which poverty alleviation labelsinfluence purchase intentionsin the e-commerce environment, as well as the role of mediating factors within this process. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: The research employs a questionnaire survey method, targeting a sample of 1668 consumers in Anhui Province, China. It focuses on understanding the impact of poverty alleviation labels on e-commerce platforms and the involvement of mediating factors like capability trust, benevolence trust, and honesty trust in this relationship. Results: The results indicate that poverty alleviation labels on e-commerce platforms significantly enhance consumers' purchase intentions. Regression analysis validates the positive impact of poverty alleviation labels on purchase intentions, capability trust, benevolence trust, and honesty trust, revealing the existence of mediating effects. Conclusions: The study provides empirical support for e-commerce poverty alleviation marketing, emphasizing the importance of focusing on and strengthening consumer trust in products. It offers profound insights for both academic research and practical operations in related fields. However, the research is limited to Anhui Province, and future studies could consider expanding the sample size to gain a deeper understanding of regional and cultural variations. Additionally, further research is encouraged to explore the applicability of the findings to other sales channels.

In the last decade, Korean culture has progressively facilitated the assimilation of appearance-related norms established by modern Korean society among young generations in Vietnam. Of note, Vietnamese consumers residing in Korea, under the influence of diverse sociocultural factors, are aligning themselves with an ideal standard of Korean beauty through cultural adaptation. This study explores how Vietnamese students internalize Korean beauty standards and the resultant negative behavioral reactions. We investigated the effects of sociocultural pressures (media, in-group, and out-group pressure) on risky appearance management and irrational purchase behavior by mediating sociocultural internalization toward appearance. We tested how the mechanism underlying these variables differs based on how long one has resided in Korea. A total of 213 female participants were surveyed online. The research model was tested using structural equation modeling through AMOS 22.0. The findings show that media and out-group pressure significantly increased sociocultural internalization, which led to consumer behavior in the form of risky appearance management and irrational purchases. The influence of internalization on consumption behavior was stronger for short-term residents of Korea. This study contributes to the literature on acculturation by investigating how foreign consumers accept the host country's ideal beauty standards.
Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate whether national culture influences consumers' service evaluations. The services industry is receiving increasing attention from academia and practitioners as its position grows in global markets. Standardization or localization is a traditional managerial decision in global business. As the boundaries of services expand across national borders, firms are required to decide whether to standardize services or adjust to local needs. Though it is imperative to reflect global perspectives in marketing theories, these perspectives are mostly based on Western conceptualization of the world. Through a comparison of consumer groups from two culturally remote countries, service quality evaluation mechanisms are examined based on similar stimuli. The study tries to expand service marketing perspectives across national borders. Research design, data, and methodology - Eastern and Western countries are known to be culturally distinct. One Eastern and one Western country were chosen: an Anglo-Saxon country (the U.S., England, and Australia) and South Korea. In Hofstede's cultural dimensions, the differences between the two are pronounced. The Anglo-Saxon based countries share many similarities. Samples of the same sites are targeted. Questionnaires using a service quality scale (SERVQUAL) and a customer satisfaction scale were distributed. Utilizing Hofstede's typology of culture, the service evaluation mechanisms of the respondents from the two groups are evaluated. Three hypotheses are proposed from the review of the literature. These are service evaluation habits, importance of service quality dimensions for the individualistic/collectivistic countries, and strong/weak uncertainty avoidance cultures. Consumers from the individualistic countries are considered to care about themselves and demand a higher level of responsiveness and assurance. On the other hand, consumers from high uncertainty avoidance cultures are assumed to rely more on tangible questions of service quality, as these are the only predictable service quality indicators. A t-test and regression analysis are applied to validate the constructs. Results - The respondents from the Anglo-Saxon countries are more generous on service evaluations than Koreans. Researchers have indicated that Americans tend to give higher service evolution scores than European, Mexican, and Korean counterparts. The tendency is the same here. The sample from Anglo-Saxon countries demonstrated higher service evaluation scores on every dimension of SERVQUAL. For the second hypothesis, the respondents from the collectivistic culture rely less on core service dimensions (assurance and responsiveness) due to their tendency to place more value on group harmony than individual interest. However, the third hypothesis was not validated. Conclusions - The study attempted to expand the scope of service marketing to reflect cross-national perspectives. Service quality is known to have a strong influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty behavior. However, this research demonstrated that individuals from different cultural territories respond heterogeneously to the same stimuli. Scholars argue that national cultures are main factors in such deviated behavior. Scholars and global managers should be aware of differences in consumer value judgment mechanisms such as satisfaction, expectations, and perceptions.

The purpose of this paper is to look at web entertainment in terms of marketing and analyze how consumers in Korea and abroad feel about it. To this end, methods such as literature research, case studies, and consumer interviews were used. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. First of all, through the case of "Run BTS," the web entertainment program actively reflects the needs of viewers on entertainment content by utilizing the unique interactions of web entertainment in terms of products. In terms of price, web entertainment operated a paid service that contained more diverse contents. However, the degree of satisfaction with paid services was different for each age group or income of viewers. In terms of distribution, web entertainment can position viewers much more clearly than conventional TV entertainment, has strong communication with viewers, and is relatively free from political conflict or censorship in overseas exports. Finally, in terms of public relations, web entertainment is promoted in various ways to fans who are the mainstay of existing viewers, but public relations for various viewers other than fans are relatively weak. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposed ways to improve consumers of web entertainment by region, customized marketing by age, professional window for consumers to directly express their opinions on content, and wide promotion through various media.
The Palace Museum Cultural Creative Products on Attitude and Purchasing Intention. Online surveys were conducted on consumers who had consumed Cultural and Creative Products of the Palace Museum in the past. There were 305 valid questionnaires empirical survey was analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that all three variables of Consumer Perceived Value had a significant positive effect on product Attitude. Second, among the three variables of Consumer Perceived Value, the Cultural Educational Value did not significantly affect the onsumer urchasing ntention, but other variables had a significant positive effect on the Consumer Purchasing Intention. Third, it was verified that Attitude has a positive effect on Purchasing Intention. Fourth, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of the Attitude between the Perceived Value and the Consumer Purchasing Intention. According to the research results, while maintaining the cultural identity of cultural and creative products, it is necessary to adopt reasonable methods to maximize the sense of enjoyment and comfort, enriching the daily use functions and rationalizing the price standards.

This research looked into the two programs There are No Bad Dogs in the World(EBS1) and The Dogs are Respectable(KBS2) that can be considered as one of the factors that changed the culture of dog rearing in the country. Focus was also directed toward the cultural intermediary work of trainer Hyung-Wook Kang and veterinarian Chae-Hyun Seol, and the linguistic texts and visual images that describe the programs were analyzed. The findings showed that the two experts reproduce dog-related beliefs and values using devices such as "serious" storytelling, dog bodies, and guardian re-education. They perform cultural intermediary work in that they create the value of the companion dog culture in these programs and provide corresponding products and services to consumers through direct face-to-face interactions. This study contributes academically in the following respects. First, the issue of companion dogs in Korea was approached from a cultural point of view rather than bounding analysis to the industrial and economic level called the "petconomy" (pet + economy). Second, the concept of cultural intermediaries and related theories were examined, along with how the two experts engender the value of dog training in the broadcasting program. The results are expected to help illustrate the diversity of Korean dog culture.
Today, the fashion industries, which are appearing in the world, can satisfy their economic needs, as well as provide and distribute their products in order to introduce sustainable methods and avoid becoming a bad influence on future generations. Recently, SPA brands have contributed to the sustainable development of society with different kinds of products, such as organic, recycled and environmental products. For this research, among different SPA brands, we chose H&M as the most representative one. Using Russian and Korean consumers as examples, we analyzed how sustainable activities affect a consumer's ethical consciousness, brand loyalty and purchase intention. The results of this study show that firstly, all sustainable activities have positive effects on the ethical consciousness of Russian and, in particular, Korean consumers. Secondly, ethical consciousness has a positive effect on brand loyalty, which, in turn, has a positive effect on purchase intention. Consequently, by adding to the existing sustainable and cultural activities, we can propose new perspectives for future research on sustainability. Due to the effect on a consumer's ethical consciousness, future research might consider ethical consciousness as the main factor. By focusing on H&M as a representative of SPA brands with Russian and Korean consumers as target audiences, we can advise global SPA brands on the direction of their sustainable activities and exporting of their products to foreign markets.

Middle-aged women, who are rising as the main consumers of modern society spare no cost in health care and enjoying cultural activities along with various changes in life styles. They are active in self-realization and taking care of their appearances, and the lifestyle changes of middle-aged women who prefer fashion of young and trendy sensibilities are becoming a important theme in the media such as dramas. The middle-aged women in dramas have social positions and economic power who contribute to the completion of the drama as a main character, and so their fashion styles are receiving attention. Also, they play the role of providing trend information and various fashion information, which even leads to sales of these fashion products. Hence, this study aims to derive design formative characteristics and fashion styles that current middle-aged consumers prefer and provide basic data for promoting the growth of the Korean fashion industry by analyzing the fashion styles in accordance with the life styles of middle-aged women in dramas who are becoming admired by middle-aged women. The analysis of the fashion of middle-aged female characters in dramas allows to examine the fashion styles per various situations in accordance with the life styles of middle-aged women, and furthermore in the domestic and foreign fashion industry, arranges an opportunity to form a new market for potential fashion exports aimed at foreign consumers who view Korean dramas.
