Purpose : Establishing multicultural acceptance is important to provide quality nursing care in various clinical settings and adapt to changing roles in different situations. The purpose of this study was to explore degree of intercultural sensitivity, cultural empathy, and multicultural acceptance, the factors influencing of multicultural acceptance of nursing students and to provide the basic data to increased multicultural acceptance. Methods : The study used a questionnaires that include general characteristics, multicultural acceptance, intercultural sensitivity, cultural empathy for nursing students. This research involved 173 nursing students in G city. The data collected from August 15, 2021 to August 30, 2021. The study was analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The correlation among intercultural sensitivity, cultural empathy, and multicultural acceptance was analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficients, and it was analyzed using multiple regression to figure out factors influencing multicultural acceptance. Results : The multicultural acceptance score was above the middle level and differed according to the academic grade (F=8.580, p<.001), major satisfaction (F=5.981, p=.003), interpersonal relations significantly (F=6.837, p=.001). Multicultural acceptance was a significant positive correlation with intercultural sensitivity (r=.544, p<.001), cultural empathy (r=.624, p<.001). As a result of regression analysis, it was confirmed that cultural empathy (β=.477, p<.001) and intercultural sensitivity (β=.212, p<.001) were factors that influence nursing students' multicultural acceptance ; this model could explain 40 %. Conclusion : Factors affecting multicultural acceptance of nursing students are cultural empathy and intercultural sensitivity. Nursing students are encouraged to have multicultural acceptance in terms of satisfaction of cultural empathy and intercultural sensitivity. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the various factors affecting multicultural acceptance of nursing students. And it is necessary to development education and program that can enhance multicultural acceptance is required.

This study attempted to identify the multi-cultural acceptance level of freshmen in nursing colleges and to analyze the factors influencing it. For the research method, data were collected from 410 first-year nursing students at K University in W City through a questionnaire from March 1 to 28, 2021, and frequency, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression were conducted using the open-source statistical package R. As a result of the study, the multi-cultural acceptance level of freshman in nursing colleges averaged 77.36 points, indicating that they have a slightly higher multi-cultural acceptance capacity, and as a result of analyzing the influence of multi-cultural acceptance related factors, Korean recognition requirements(𝛽=0.34, p<.001), perceived threat recognition for migrants (𝛽=0.29, p<.001), Experience in multi-cultural education(𝛽=0.14, p<.001), Recognition of the appropriate age for multi-cultural education (𝛽=0.20, p<.001) was statistically significant. According to results, it is necessary to develop and actively utilize regular curriculum and programs related to multi-culturalism for nursing students.

The purpose of research is to find out the factors that affects multi cultural acceptance of parents' child rearing behavior of elementary school students and psychological well-being. In order to accomplish the purpose, survey was conducted on 328 elementary school students in the city of I. The results were first, parents' child rearing behavior of elementary school students, psychological well-being and multi-cultural acceptance didn't have difference by background variables. Second, significant relationship was present on parents' child rearing behavior of elementary school students, psychological well-being and multi cultural acceptance, Third, parents' child rearing behavior of elementary school students and psychological well-being have positive impact on multi-cultural acceptance. As seen in such results, in order to achieve effective acceptance on multi culture in regular household, the awareness and attitude on parents' child rearing behavior and feeling of psychological well-being need to change and that will have positive impact to live together for students from regular household and multi culture household as a member of multi culture society.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance and interpretation of pop musician's image in the Korean youth subculture, Fan Costume play(Fancos). Fancos subculture took the most active attitude to accepts of the pop musician's image and therefore was assumed to have various and differential acceptance aspects. The ethnographic method was used in order to approach more closely from their point of view. The cultural activity of Fancos subculture was imitation and reappearance of pop musician's appearance. Actually Fancos is a kind of fan-culture which idolized Korean pop music star. The acceptance of musician's appearance in Fancos is found out in two aspects. One is passive acceptance aspects that inforces conformity of star fashion and follows servilely ideal body image which promoted by cultural industry. The other is unique acceptance aspects that Fancos members interpret the musician's image in their own way. Those members experience pleasure through their own meaning. And homology of their appearance makes a distinction between of themselves from other youth and intensifies their group identity. As above analyzed, Fancos subculture has differential acceptance of pop music star's image comparing to other youth and even their stylistic appearance reflects not only their fandom but also their own meaning. Consequently, pop musician's image as a popular cultural text is accepted not equal to all populace but dissimilar along with contexts and trails of the acceptance group.

This study is descriptive research study to understand the impact of digital ethics-literacy, multicultural acceptance, and global citizenship of medical students' on cultural competency. The subjects for this study were the medical students of J city of Province of G, collecting data from first of October to 15th of October 2023. The tools used for this study consist of 178 questions which were 9 questions of general properties, 70 questions of digital ethics-literacy, 35 questions of multicultural acceptance, 3qustions of global citizenship and 33 questions of cultural competency. As a result of this study, the score of digital ethics-literacy was 2.67±0.85(out of 5), the score of multicultural acceptance was 3.62±1.08(out of 6), the score of global citizenship was 3.72±0.75(out of 5), and the score of cultural competency was 3.49±0.71(out of 5). There is a positive correlation between multicultural acceptance and global citizenship. The global citizenship was the factor affecting significantly on cultural competency. The power of explication was 20.8%. The education for accepting and understanding cultural diversity and offering opportunity of domestic and overseas volunteering programs so that global citizenship could be improved. There is also a need of development of integrative education programs in terms of multicultural education including direct and indirect digital media education which can perform medical service for various multicultural recipient on the medical site not an one-shot instiiled displine.

Previous multi-cultural education on elementary school students has focused on improving negative perceptions on multi-culture rather than enhancing morality among student, thus the outcomes seem to be not successful as intended. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between multi-cultural acceptance and pro-social behavior and to investigate the role of empathy as mediator in the relationships between these two variables. A convenience sample of 457 elementary school students in I city of Kyeonggi-do was employed. Results showed that multi-cultural acceptance was significantly associated with pro-social behavior and empathy had partially mediated the relationship between multi-cultural acceptance and pro-social behavior controlling for gender, grade, multi-cultural education. Findings suggest that multi-cultural education need to be incorporated into moral education course for improving pro-social behavior and empathy of students.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among multicultural experience, multicultural acceptance, cultural empathy, and empathy in adolescents. Moreover, the study attempted to reveal that how multicultural experience had an effect on empathy and whether multicultural acceptance and cultural empathy had an indirect effect. Based on previous researches, a study model was established. Data were collected and analyzed from 266 adolescents. The results were as follows. There was positive correlation between main variables and adolescents' multicultural experience had an effect on empathy via the path of mediating multicultural acceptance and cultural empathy. Therefore, it was suggested to develop programs which improve multicultural acceptance and cultural empathy. However, they should be offered differentially and implemented sustainedly in stages.

With e-commerce becoming international, understanding the effects of national culture in consumer acceptance of e-commerce is required. This study examines consumer e-commerce acceptance in Korea and China. The research model consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust and perceived risk was proposed, and the hypotheses based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism/collectivism, masculinity/femininity, uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation, were established. The results show that perceived usefulness contributes less to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China than it does in Korea. In addition, perceived ease of use contributes more to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China. Trust contributes significantly to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in both countries, but perceived risk didn't influence consumer acceptance of e-commerce in either country. The contribution of this study is to provide strategic insights for successfully managing cross-cultural e-commerce.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation and the degree of multicultural perception, cultural competence, and multicultural acceptance of nursing college students. METHODS: The study was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The correlation among multicultural perception, cultural competence, and multicultural acceptance was analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficients, and it was analyzed using Multiple Regression to figure out factors influencing multicultural acceptance. RESULTS: Multicultural acceptance was a significant positive correlation with multicultural perception and cultural competence of nursing college students (r = .645, p <.001; r = .556, p <.001). As a result of regression analysis, it was confirmed that multicultural perception (${\beta}=0.479$, p <.001) and cultural competence (${\beta}=0.299$, p <.001) were factors that influence nursing students' multicultural acceptance. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that nursing students should develop cultural competency as a way to increase multicultural acceptance in a multicultural society. Also, in developing and implementing multicultural education programs, it is necessary to develop multicultural education program content and the policy backing should be supported that promotes multicultural perception and enhances cultural competence.

$\ulcorner$Xixiangji[West chamber]$\lrcorner$ is one of the most popular Chinese dramas which was first translated into Korean by Chung-hee Kim in 1811. $\ulcorner$Dongsanggi[East chamber]$\lrcorner$is a Korean drama which was written in Chinese by Ok Lee in 1791. It adopted the form of Chinese traditional drama, $\ulcorner$xixianji$\lrcorner$. 1 think theses are very interesting examples which show how we accepted Chinese dramas through translation or modification and created our own dramas in the past. 1 quoted their names in the title because it is thought that they can represent the direction of the stream of cultural exchange between two countries in the past. The direction has recently changed. Han stream[Korean cultural effect] has become very powerful in whole Asia in last 10 years. Cultural exchange between Korea and China has been very steady and popular over 2000 years before the 20th century We used to have cultural identity by using Chinese character and accept many of the cultural aspects from China. Now, we are trying to reestablish the relationship which has been cut off for about 50years. In this paper I tried to retrospect the results of cultural exchange in the past and argue about the problems we are now facing by examining interchange or acceptance of the Chinese drama including translations and theatrical performances. 1 also tried to suggest the diverse ways of mutual exchange to uplift the cultural level of two countries.
