  • 길이 및 간격-누적빈도 도표를 통하여 도출한 파라미터를 이용하여 쥬라기 거창화강암에서 발달하는 결의 특성을 분석하였다. 3개 면 및 3개 결의 평가는 (1~2) 경사각(${\alpha}^{\circ}$${\beta}^{\circ}$), (3) 교차각(${\alpha}-{\beta}^{\circ}$), (4) 지수차(${\lambda}_S-{\lambda}_L$), (5~12) 선의 길이(oa, ob, ol, os, ss', ll', ls' 및 sl'), (13~15) 길이 비(ol/os, ss'/ll' 및 ll'/sl'), (16) 평균길이((ss'+ll')/2), (17~23) 면적(${\Delta}oaa^{\prime}$, ${\Delta}obb^{\prime}$, ${\Delta}oaa_a^{\prime}$, ${\Delta}obb_a^{\prime}$, ${\Delta}ll^{\prime}s^{\prime}$, ${\Delta}ss^{\prime}l^{\prime}$ 및 ⏢$ll^{\prime}ss^{\prime}$) 및 (24~25) 면적차(${\Delta}obb^{\prime}-{\Delta}oaa^{\prime}$${\Delta}obb_a^{\prime}-{\Delta}oaa_a^{\prime}$)와 같은 25개 파라미터를 이용하여 수행하였다. 첫째로, 11개 파라미터(그룹 I: No. 1, 3~4, 7, 9~10, 13, 15~16, 20 및 25), 3개 파라미터(그룹 II: No. 5, 8 및 17) 그리고 2개 파라미터(그룹 III: No. 12 및 22)의 값은 각각 H(3번 결) < G(2번 결) < R(1번 결), R < G < H 및 G < H < R의 순서이다. 반면에, 상기한 3개 그룹에 속하는 파라미터의 값은 3개 면에 대하여 역순을 보여준다. 둘째로, 3개 면 및 3개 결에 대한 종합도를 작성하였다. 관계도로부터, 길이와 간격과 관련된 두 도표가 형성하는 분포형을 도출하였다. 간격과 관련된 도표는 일번 면(G1 & H1, R') 및 3번 결(H1 & H2, H)의 도면에서 상향만곡을 보여준다. 반면에, 길이와 관련된 도표는 하향 만곡을 보여준다. 이들 두 도표는 상부구간에서 볼록렌즈의 형태를 취한다. 더불어, 두 도표는 하부구간에서 서로 교차한다. 3개 면($H^{\prime}{\rightarrow}G^{\prime}{\rightarrow}R^{\prime}$) 그리고 3개 결($R{\rightarrow}G{\rightarrow}H$) 사이의 두 도표가 형성하는 전반적인 형태는 역순을 보여준다. 마지막으로, 이러한 유형의 상관성 분석은 3개 채석면의 판별에 유용하다.

한국 서해 만경강-동진강 하구역 및 연안역 조간대 퇴적층의 퇴적상과 미고생물학 적 연구 (Sedimentary facies and micropaleontological study of tidal sediments off the Mankyung-Dongjin River estuary, west coast of Korea.)

  • 한국 서해 동진강-만경강 하구역과 인접 연안역에 발달한 조간대의 퇴적환경과 생 층서에 대하여 연구지역에서 채취한 5개의 진동시추코아 퇴적환경과 생층서에 대하여 연구지역에서 채취한 5개의 진동시추코아 퇴적물의 퇴적상과 규조군집분석을 통해 연 구하였다. 시추공 퇴적물은 주로 니질 및 사질로 조성되어 있으며 생혼퇴적 구조와 교 호엽총리, 후라저총리, 연흔사총리등의 퇴적구조들이 여러 층들에서 관찰된다. 전체 적으로 니질퇴적층이 사질퇴적층보다 우세하며 사질층을 제외한 대부분의 지질퇴적층 에는 다수의 규조각들이 함유되어 있다. 총 61속 219종 및 변종의 규조가 동정되었으 며 산출되는 규조중 가장 다산되는 종은 Paralia sulcata 이다. 그외 Cyclotella striata Thalassionema nitzschioides Actinoptychus undulatus, Delphineis surirella, Rhaphoneis amphiceros 등이 다산된다. 산출되는 대부분의 규조는 기수 및 해수역의 연안 혹은 천해에서 서식하는 저서성 및 우연적 혹은 부분적 부유성종이다. 담수종은 1∼5%정도로 남양만 조간대에 대해 높은 산출을 보인다. 규조류의 알려진 생 태와 여러 충준에서 관찰되는 교호엽총리, 후라저총리, 연혼사총리등의 퇴적구조는 본 연구 퇴적층이 하천수의 유입을 어느 정도 받고 한수 보다는 난수의 영향을 더 강하게 받는 조간대 환경하에서 퇴적된 것으로 추정된다. 그리고 생태적 측면에서 규조군집의 수직적 변화가 인지되지 않는 것으로 보아 퇴적기간 동안 퇴적환경의 뚜렷한 변화는 없었던 것으로 생각된다. Q-mode을 이용한 규조군집 부산광역시 결과 각 시추공 별로 각각 2개의 군집으로 분류되었으며 이들 군집으로 분류되었으며 이들 군집들의 충위적 분포를 근거하여 시추공간의 생충서적 대비를 시도해 보았다.

섬유용양마의 육종에 관한 연구 -단일반응성과 섬유종의 유전 및 연소 (Studies on the Breeding of the Response to short photoperiod, Fiber weight, and Qualitative characters and of the Associations Among these characters in Kenaf)

  • 1. 양마의 섬유중 단일반응성 엽형 경색 엽병색 삭과색에 관한 제형질에 대하여 개개의 질적형질의 유전 및 그들의 연소를 연구하였다. 량적형질의 유전은 통계유전학적방법을 이용하여 유전인자분석을 하였다. 또 이들 양적형질의 질적형질과의 연소 및 양적형질상호간의 연소를 조사하여 얻어진 지견을 응용하여 선발의 효과를 높이려고 하였다. 2. 본실험에는 양마의 품종 Dashkent, G38F-1의 1교잡을 사용하였다. Dshkent는 우리나라 재래품종으로 경색은 녹색이고 열핵엽형 녹색엽병색 개화일수는 10시간 단일처리하에서 106.9222일이고 호외 포장조건에서 105.8234일이었고 개체당 섬유중은 26.4922 gr였다. G38F-1은 Guatemala에서 도입하여 계통선발된 품종로서 적색경 수원엽형 적색엽병색 개화일수는 10시간단일처리하에서 62.3784일이고 호외포장조건에서 148.8921일였고 개체당 섬유중은 37.1591 gr.였다. 본교잡에 사용된 실험재료는 P, $P_2$, $F_2$, $F_2$, $BC_1$,($F_2$ ${\times}$ Dashkent), $BC_2$($F_2$ ${\times}$ G38F-1)의 각집단이며 1965년 수원작물시험장 포장에 재식하였다. 3. 엽형 엽병색 경색 삭과색 등 제형질의 유전은 수원엽형 녹색엽병 녹색경 녹색삭과등의 제인자가 단인자로서 그의 대립형질인 열각엽형 적색엽병 적색경 황색삭과에 대하여 각각 열성으로서 3:1의 Mendel성단순분리비를 나타내었다. 또 $F_1$과 열성형질과의 여교잡은 각각 1:1의 분리비가 인정되었다. 엽병색(G)과 엽형유전자(L)와의 조환가는 11.9565의 상인연소현상을 보였다. 삭과색(Y) 경색(R) 유전자간에는 어느것이나 연소현상이 보이지 않았다. 4. 단일반응성의 변이는 연소적이며 우성은 거의 인정되지 않았고 인자간의 상호작용도 인정되지 않았으며 상가적 유전을 보였다. 광의와 협의의 유전력은 각각 89.50%로서 실용적으로 대단히 높은 것으로 생각되었으며 단일반응성에 관여하는 유전자수는 2대의 인자로 추정하였고 다시 양친의 유전자형을 aabb AABB라고 측정하여 각인자의 작용가는 11.136일로 산출되었고 분해법에 의한 유전분석결과 유전자형의 관찰빈도분포와 이론빈도분포는 서로 잘 적합되었다. 단일반응성에 있어서 유전력이 대단히 높았으므로 비교적 초기세대에서 본 형질의 선발이 가능할 것 같았다. 5. 단일반응성과 엽형 및 엽병색 유전자와의 사이에 $F_2$, $BC_1$$BC_2$에서 각각 유의적인 상관관계를 볼 수 있었으므로 이들 형질간에 연소가 있는 것으로 인정되었다. 더욱 엽형과 엽병색과의 연소가 있는 것으로 인정되는 이상단일반응성 유전자와의 사이에 연소군이 인정된다. 6. 섬유중 유전자와 엽병색 및 엽형유전자와의 사이에 $F_2$$BC_1$$BC_2$에서 각각 유의적 상관관계를 볼 수 있었으므로 이를 형질간에 연소가 있는 것으로 인정되었다. 더욱 엽형과 엽병색과의 연소가 있는 것으로 인정되는 이상 섬유중 유전자와의 사이에 연소군이 인정된다. 7. 경장 경경 개화일수와 주당섬유중의 유전상관과 표현형상관에 있어서 전반적으로 표현형상관보다도 유전상관의 절대치가 크게되는 경향을 나타내었으며 식물체의 크기에 가장 밀접한 관계가 있는 경장 개화일수와 섬유중 형질상호간의 상관이 높은 치를 보였다. 8. 이상의 유전분석 결과 엽형 및 엽병색과 단일반응성경장 섬유중 형질간에는 연소 혹은 다면발현(pleiotropic effect)이 관여하는 것으로 이해하드라도 대과없는 것으로 생각되었고 양마에 있어서 고섬유중을 위한 선발은 엽병색 및 경장의 선발과 엽형 및 개화일수로서 선발을 함께 하면 그 효율이 높아질 것으로 믿어졌다.

이성교제를 하는 십대여학생의 성접촉과 자아존중감.자기주장의 관계 (Relationship between the level of Sexual Contacts and Self-Esteem, Self-Assertiveness of Teenage Girls Who Have or Had Boyfriends)

  • This is a cross-sectional descriptive correlation study that aimed to understand the relationship between the level of sexual contacts during the dates and psycho-social factors in teenage girls who have or had boyfriends. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between sexual contacts and self-esteem and self- assertiveness. The subjects of the study were 6,130 teenage girls who have or had boyfriends. They were selected convienently 12,733 teenage girls from 254 secondary schools located in 7 large cities and 9 provinces in Korea. A structured questionaire was used it included items one general characteristics, the levels of sexual contacts, self-esteem and self-assertiveness. Seven levels of sexual contacts were rated they were holding a hand, putting arms around each other's shoulders, kiss, french kiss, touching breast, petting genitalia, and sexual intercourse during the dates. Self-esteem and self-assertiveness were measured by the "Self-esteem scale" of Rogenberg (1971) and the questionaires developed by S. B. Chang et al(2000), respectively. The self-reported questionaires were collected from October 2, to October 28, 2000 and analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 Program. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability, One-way ANOVA with Duncan method & Scheffe method. The results of the analysis were as follows. 1.An average Percentage of the respondents who have (46.1%) or had (53.9%) boyfriends was 48.1% (n=6,130) and the most common sexual contact during the dates was french kiss (26.7%, n=1,634). While 7.5%(458) of respondents had a sexual intercourse, 13.7%(842) of respondents didn't have any sexual contact during the dates. 2. Distribution of starting point of the first sexual contact demonstrates that 1,950 respondents (31.8%) held partner's hand at the first date and 1,367 respondents (22.3%) put arms around each other's shoulders at the 2nd or 3rd date. Sexual contacts such as kiss, french kiss, touching breast, petting genitalia, or sexual intercourse were experienced mostly at the later than the 10th date. However, surprisingly large number(1.7%) of respondents had genital contact and sexual intercourses at the first date. 3. The means of self-esteem and self-assertiveness socres of the respondents who have or had boyfriends are 27.43$({\pm}4.03)$ and 17.96$({\pm}2.55)$, respectively. The range of scores for self esteem was 10-40, 40 with most self esteem. The range of scores for self assertiveness was 7-21, 21 with most self assertiveness. 4. As sexual contacts proceeded, the means of self-esteem and self-assertiveness values decreased. In detail, the respondents having no or light sexual contacts (kiss, putting arms around each other's shoulder, holding a hand) had similar self-esteem values($p{\leq}0.05$). However, ones having relatively intensive sexual contacts (french kiss, touching breast) showed significantly lower self-esteem values($p{\leq}0.05$). Same trend has been obtained for self-assertiveness value. 5. The higher values of self-esteem and self-assertiveness values the respondents had, the later they started the moderate sexual contact (kiss, french kiss) during the dates. Interestingly, among the respondents having intensive sexual contacts (petting genitalia, sexual intercourse) during the dates, those who experienced the such contacts at the first date or later than 10th date have higher self-esteem and self-assertiveness values than one experienced the such contacts during the 2nd$\sim$9th dates, giving U-shape curve. 6. There was a significant relationship between self-esteem and self-assertiveness in girls who have or had boyfriends($P{\leq}.001$). In conclusion, the research shows that self-esteem and self-assertiveness values are significantly related with the sexual contacts of the teenage girls who have or had boyfriends. These results strongly suggest that proper sex education program for teenage girls should contain the program on improving the self-esteem and self-assertiveness. We believe that sex education program is the one of the best ways to prevent the unwanted sexual contacts and pregnancy of teenage girls.

위성 자료와 수치모델 자료를 활용한 스태킹 앙상블 기반 SO2 지상농도 추정 (Monitoring Ground-level SO2 Concentrations Based on a Stacking Ensemble Approach Using Satellite Data and Numerical Models)

  • 이산화황(SO2)은 대기 중 화학 반응을 통해 2차 대기오염물질을 생성하는 전구체로, 주로 산업활동이나 주거 및 교통 활동 등을 통해 배출된다. 장기간 노출 시 호흡기 질환이나 심혈관 질환 등을 유발하여 인체 건강에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 이에 대한 지속적인 모니터링이 필요하다. 우리나라에서는 SO2에 대해 관측소 기반의 모니터링이 수행되고 있으나 이는 공간적으로 연속적인 정보를 제공하는 데에 한계가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 위성자료와 수치모델 자료를 융합하여 일별 13시를 타겟으로 하는 1 km의 고해상도로 공간적으로 연속적인 SO2 지상농도를 산출하였다. 2015년 1월부터 2019년 4월까지의 기간 동안 남한 지역에 대하여 스태킹 앙상블 기법을 이용하여 SO2 지상농도 추정 모델을 개발하였다. 스태킹 앙상블 기법이란 여러가지 기계학습 기법을 두 단계로 쌓는 방식으로 융합하여 단일 모델 대비 더 향상된 성능을 도출하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 베이스 모델로는 RF (Random Forest)와 XGB (eXtreme Gradient BOOSTing) 기법이, 메타 모델로는 MLR (Multiple Linear Regression) 기법이 사용되었다. 구축된 모델의 교차검증 결과 메타 모델은 상관계수(R) = 0.69와 root-mean-squared-error(RMSE) = 0.0032 ppm의 결과를 보였으며 이는 베이스 모델의 평균 대비 약 25% 향상된 안정성을 보였다. 또한 모델 구축에 사용되지 않은 기간에 대한 예측 검증을 수행하여 모델의 일반화 가능성을 평가하였다. 구축된 모델을 이용하여 남한 지역의 SO2 지상농도 공간분포를 분석한 결과 일반적인 계절성과 배출원의 변화를 잘 반영하는 패턴을 보임을 확인하였다.

벼 내염성 및 비내염성 품종들의 양이온함량과 그의 유전 (Cation Content of Salt-Tolerant and -Susceptible Cultivars and Its Inheritance in Rice)

  • 내염성 수도 육종에 있어서 내염성정도의 표시로 생육량과 양이온함량을 선발의 지표로 이용할 수 있는가를 구명하기 위하여 내염성품종과 비내염성품종들의 모본, $F_1$, $F_2$ 식물에 염처리를 하여 생육량과 양이온함량을 조사하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 공시된 벼 내염성품종들은 염의 농도가 높아갈 때 비내염성품종에 비하여 초장과 건물중의 감소가 적었다. 2. 내염성품종인 Pokkali, Annapurna는 비내염성품종인 wx817, 신설찰에 비하여 염처리시 $Na^{+}$ 함량이 적고, $K^{+}$함량이 많았으며 $Na^{+}$ / $K^{+}$비가 현저하게 낮았으나, $Ca^{++}$, M $a^{++}$함량은 뚜렷한 경향이 없었다. 3. 염처리시 초장, 분얼수, 건물중 등의 생육량은 $Na^{+}$함량, $Na^{+}$/ $K^{+}$비와 유의한 부의 상관을 보였고, $K^{+}$함량과는 정의 상관을 나타냈다. 그러나 $Ca^{++}$$Mg^{++}$함량은 생육량과 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 따라서 $Na^{+}$, $K^{+}$함량 및 $Na^{+}$ / $K^{+}$비는 내염성정도를 표시하는 한가지 지표로서 이용 가능할 것으로 생각된다. 4. 염처리시 내염성품종과 비내염성품종 모두 얼자별 양이온함량은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 주간의 엽들은 상위엽에서 하위엽으로 내려갈수록 $Na^{+}$함량이 많아지고, $Na^{+}$ / $K^{+}$ 비가 높아지는 경향이었다. 5. 내염성품종인 Pokkali, Annapurna와 비내염성 품종인 wx817, wx126과의 $F_1$에서 염처리시 초장과 건물중 및 $K^{+}$함량, $Na^{+}$ / $K^{+}$ 비는 내염성 모본인 Pokkali와 유사하였으며, $Na^{+}$함량은 각 모본의 중간정도를 보여, 내염성은 비내염성에 대하여 우성으로 나타났다. 6. 내염성품종인 Pokkali와 비내염성품종인 wx817간의 $F_2$에서 염처리시 내염성 관련형질의 변이분포는 건물중과 초장, $Na^{+}$$K^{+}$함량, $Na^{+}$ / $K^{+}$비가 내염성모본인 Pokkali에 가깝게 분포하였다. 유전력은 형질별로 0.604~0.811 정도이었고, 조사형질간 유전상관 및 표현형상관은 대체로 고도로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. 점포선택속성이 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 6개 메이저 브랜드 커피전문점을 중심으로 (Study on the Effects of Shop Choice Properties on Brand Attitudes: Focus on Six Major Coffee Shop Brands)

  • 본 연구는 커피 시장에 대한 시장 규모가 커지고 점차 확대되고 있는 대형 브랜드 커피전문점을 중심으로 점포선택 속성(가격, 종업원서비스, 점포의 입지, 점포 분위기)을 4가지로 규정하여, 그 선택속성들과 커피전문점 이용자의 특성이 어떠한 관계가 있는 가를 알아보자 하였으며, 또한 커피전문점의 브랜드 태도에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는 바를 조사하였다. 그 결과 이용자의 특성에 따라 차이가 났지만 점포선택속성 중 점포의 분위기와 점포입지가 점포선택 속성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 커피전문점이 충성고객을 확보하기 위해 어떠한 속성에 중점을 두어야 하며 아울러 소비자의 욕구에 부합되는 선택 속성을 연구하고자 한다. 특히, 유통학문의 연구방법론은 크게 2가지로 규범적 연구방법론, 실증적 연구방법론(경험적 분석기법, 통계적 분석기법)이 있는데, 이중에 본 연구는 실증적 연구방법론중에서 통계적 분석기법을 활용한다. 본 연구의 한계점으로는 첫째, 응답자의 분포가 수도권에 편중되어 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에 이용된 2차 자료를 보면 서울지역의 응답자 수는 경기도 지역에 비해 압도적으로 많았고 경기도 지역의 응답자 수 또한 6대 광역시에 비해 압도적으로 많았다. 따라서 지역 표본이 해당 지역의 모집단을 대표하는데 어느 정도의 한계가 있다고 판단된다. 둘째, 응답자의 비율을 측정척도로 사용한 점이다. 본 연구에서 점포선택속성에 대한 지각정도와 브랜드 선호도를 측정함에 있어서 응답자의 비율을 척도로 사용하였는데 이를 통해 점포선택속성과 브랜드 선호도 간의 관계, 집단 간 차이를 비교적 정확하게 규명하기에는 한계가 따른다. 따라서 향후 연구에서는 위의 한계점을 보완하고 다음과 같은 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이라 판단된다. 커피전문점들이 점차 지방으로 확대되어 가고 있는 추세에 비추어 볼 때, 6대 광역시 뿐만 아니라 지방 소도시의 소비자들까지 포함하여 설문조사를 실행하여 1차 자료를 수집하는 것이다. 특히 설문조사에서 관련된 변수들을 리커트 척도로 측정하되 점포선택속성에 대한 지각정도, 브랜드 선호도 외에도 재 구매의도까지 포함시킬 수 있다. 따라서 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 분산분석 등을 통해 더욱 정교한 실증분석을 실행하여 소비자의 태도와 행동에 대한 보다 세밀한 분석결과를 도출해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Ilex속(屬) 수목(樹木)의 유전변이(遺傳變異)의 분석(分析)과 조경학적(造景學的) 이용가치(利用價値)의 조사(調査) 연구(硏究) (Variation of Genus Ilex in Korea and their Ornamental Values)

  • Ilex속(屬) 수목(樹木)의 변이(變異)와 증식법(增殖法)을 연구(硏究)하기 위(爲)하여 호랑가시 나무 10개(個) 집단(集團), 꽝꽝나무 7개(個) 집단(集團), 먼나무 5개(個) 집단(集團), 감탕나무 3개(個) 집단(集團), 청대팻집나무 2개체(個體), 대팻집나무 1개체(個體), 낙상홍 20개체(個體)로 총(總) 28(個) 집단(集團), 170개체(個體)를 조사(調査)하였다. 각(各) 개체(個體)를 대상(對象)으로 하여 외형적(外形的) 특성(特性), 엽(葉)의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 및 열매의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性)에 대(對)한 변이(變異)를 수종별(樹種別)로 조사분석(調査分析)하였다. 집단(集團)으로 자생(自生)하고 있는 호랑가시나무 6개(個) 집단(集團)과 꽝꽝나무 4개(個) 집단(集團)은 Transect조사(調査)를 하였다. 증식법(增殖法)으로는 파종(播種)과 삽목(揷木)을 하였다. 그 결과(結果)는 다음과 같이 요약(要約)된다. 1. 호랑가시나무는 일반적(一般的)으로 10년생(年生) 이상(以上)의 성숙목(成熟木)이 되면 수고(樹高) 1m, 근원경(根元徑)이 2cm이상(以上)이 되는 것으로 추정(推定)된다. 잎과 열매의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 거치수(鋸齒數) 및 과장(果長)은 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 과폭(果幅), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間) 차이(差異)에는 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되지 않았고, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間) 차이(差異)는 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되었다. 2. 꽝꽝나무의 잎과 열매의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 거치수(鋸齒數), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에 통계학적(統計學的)으로 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 과장(果長), 과폭(果幅)은 집단간(集團間)의 차이(差異)에는 유의성(有意性)이 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 7개(個) 집단중(集團中) 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 5개(個) 집단(集團), 5개(個) 집단중(集團中) 과장(果長)과 과폭(果幅)에서 4개(個) 집단(集團)이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 나타냈다. 3. 먼나무의 잎과 열매의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長)만이 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)의 차이(差異)에서 유의성(有意性)이 있었고, 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 과장(果長), 과폭(果幅), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間)에는 차이(差異)가 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 5개(個) 집단중(集團中) 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 2개(個) 집단(集團)이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)이 있었고, 과장(果長)과 과폭(果幅)에서는 4개집단(個集團) 모두 상관(相關)이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 감탕나무 잎의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長)이 집단간(集團間)에는 차이(差異)가 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 3개(個) 집단중(集團中) 1개(個) 집단(集團)만이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 보였다. 5. 청대팻집나무 잎의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 개체(個體) 2가 개체(個體) 1보다 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅)의 측정치(測定値)가 컸고, 엽병장(葉柄長)은 직았다. 6. 호랑가시나무의 기공밀도(氣孔密度) 조사(調査)에서 집단별(集團別) 평균기공밀도(平均氣孔密度)와 한량지수(寒量指數)에는 높은 상관(相關)을 가진다. 내동성(耐冬性)이 강(强)한 집단(集團)일수록 기공밀도(氣孔密度)는 적어지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 엽신(葉身)의 하부(下部), 상부(上部), 중부순(中部順)으로 기공밀도(氣孔密度) 경향(傾向)이 있었으나 통계분석(統計分析) 결과(結果)로써는 부위간(部立間)의 차이(差異)가 증가(增加)되는에서 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 꽝꽝나무는 기공밀도(氣孔密度)와 한량지수간(寒量指數間)에서 통계학적(統計學的)으로 상관(相關)이 인정(認定)되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 엽신(葉身)의 부위간(部位間)에는 하부(下部), 중부(中部), 상부(上部)의 순(順)으로 기공밀도(氣孔密度)가 높아지는 것을 통계학적(統計學的)으로 인정(認定)할 수 있었다. 7. Transect조사(調査) 결과(結果) 호랑가시나무는 일반적(一般的)으로 경사(傾斜)가 완만(緩慢)하고 해발고(海拔高)가 낮은 바닷가의 사질토양(砂質土壤)에서 잘 자생(自生)하는 것으로 나타났다. 호랑가시나무를 제외(除外)한 Transect 구내(區內)의 구성종(構成種)으로는 해송(海松)을 주(主)로 하고 환삼덩굴, 산딸기, 칡, 들장미 등(等)이 나타났다. 자연집단(自然集團)에 있어서 호랑가시나무의 성비(性比)(자(雌):웅(雄))는 약(約) 1:2로 웅수(雄樹)가 더 많았다. 꽝꽝나무는 일반적(一般的)로 부식량(腐植量)이 많고 습(濕)한 소교목지대(小喬木地帶)에서 잘 자생(自生)하며, 황칠나무, 청미래덩굴, 삼나무, 단풍나무, 솔비나무, 굴거리나무 등(等)과 혼생(混生)하는 것으로 나타났다. 자연집단(自然集團)에서 꽝꽝나무의 성비(性比)는 약(約) 1:1로 나타났다. 8. 호랑가시나무의 경우(境遇) 삽수(揷穗)를 일년생(一年生) 지(枝)에서 채취(採取)하여 10cm 깊이로 조제(調製)하고, IBA로 처리(處理)한 뒤 흙떡꽂이를 실시(實施)한 삽목(揷木) 결과(結果) 좋은 근계(根系)와 높은 발근율(發根率)을 얻을 수 있었다.
