The Study on development of e-Learning Market through Analysis of the Type of Learning Motives : Focused on the Case of Credu (학습동기유형 분석을 통한 e러닝 시장의 개척과 확산 방안에 관한 연구 : 크레듀 사례를 중심으로)

  • The study investigated how did Credu pioneer Korean e-Learning market and reinforce their core competencies and how did they promote business diversification analyzing type of learning motives and examining Credu real cases. Under the fierce competition in the current e-Learning market, Credu has maintained their core competencies and strengthened an active communication channels with customers with focusing on investment to core businesses. Credu has introduced more adventurous and challenging products and services with creating a new model for the types of learning motives. This study could introduce the new perspective about the type of learning motives in e-Learning area. Also, the case study of successful e-Learning company, Credu, could contribute to make more spread e-Learning market techniques in this field in practice.

  • 최근 이러닝의 연구방향의 변화는 기존의 Courseware를 중심으로 한 LMS(Learning Management System)기반의 학습관리 위주의 기능에서 학습자의 학습행위를 보조하고 지원하기 위한 학습 환경의 제공으로 관심이 옮겨지고 있다. 기존 LMS에서는 여러 가지 문제점이 존재하고 있는데 학습자의 만족도를 높이기 위한 다양한 콘텐츠 수의 부족, 이종의 시스템간의 콘텐츠 재활용의 불가, 콘텐츠 단가의 하락으로 인한 고급의 콘텐츠 부재, 학습몰입도의 저하 등이 핵심이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 학습자들의 자기주도적인 학습을 가능하게 하는 다양한 학습도구를 제공하고 더불어 기반 플랫폼에 상관없이 이종의 시스템에서 모두 실행이 가능한 LTI 기반의 학습환경을 제공함으로써 학습자 스스로 학습계획과 교육 분야를 선택할 수 있어 스마트한 학습을 지원할 수 있다.

A Schema Approach to Cognitive Resonance and Its Decision-making Performance

  • This paper is aimed at proposing a new framework to predict decision performance, by Investigating decision maker's cognitive resonance. We assume that every decision maker has two kinds of schema­emotional schema and rational schema. Cognitive resonance is believed to have a close relationship with the two schemata and decision performance. In literature on decision performance there is no study' seeking relationship among the two schemata ana cognitive resonance. Therefore, our research purposes are twofold: (1) to provide a theoretical basis for the proposed framework describing the causal relationships among two schemata, cognitive resonance, and decision Performance, and (2) to empirically prove its validity applying to. Internet shopping Situation. Based on the questionnaires from 13S- respondents, we used a second order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to extract valid constructs, and structural equation model (SEM) to calculate path coefficients and prove the statistical validity of our proposed research model. Experimental results supported our research model with some further research issues.

  • With the ubiquitous use of the Internet in daily business activities, most of modern firms are keenly interested in customer's behaviors on the Internet. That is because a wide variety of information about customer's intention about the target web site can be revealed from IP address, reference address, cookie files, duration time, all of which are expressing customer's behaviors on the Internet. In this sense, this paper aims to accomplish an objective of analyzing a set of exemplar web log files extracted from a specific P2P site, anti identifying information about customer segmentation strategies. Major web mining technique we adopted includes a machine learning like C5.0.

  • In order to provide a tailored education for learners within the ubiquitous environment, it is critical to undertake an analysis of the learning activities of learners. For this purpose, SCORM (Sharable Contents Object Reference Model), IMS LD (Instructional Management System Learning Design) and other standards provide learning design support functions, such as, progress checks. However, in order to apply these types of standards, contents packaging is required, and due to the complicated standard dimensions, the facilitation level is lower than the work volume when developing the contents and this requires additional work when revision becomes necessary. In addition, since the learning results are managed by the server there is the problem of the OS being unable to save data when the network is cut off. In this study, a system is realized to manage the actions of learners through the event interception of a web-browser by using event hooking. Through this technique, all HTMLbased contents can be facilitated again without additional work and saving and analysis of learning results are available to improve the problems following the application of standards. Furthermore, the ubiquitous learning environment can be supported by tracking down learning results when the network is cut off.

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Job Dissatisfaction and Creativity (직무 불만족과 창의성의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study has two primary purposes, firstly to identify how job dissatisfaction and continuance commitment influence to creativity, secondly to explore how coworker helping and support, and perceived organizational support moderate between interaction of job dissatisfaction and continuance commitment, and creativity. The first part of the study, based on literature study on creativity, provides insight into what are antecedents and moderate variables in creativity. In the second part of the study, a comprehensive research model and hypothesis were empirically tested based on data from 322 employees in Korean organizations. The results of statistical analysis show the following. First, job dissatisfaction has positive effect on creativity. Second, interaction of job dissatisfaction and continuance commitment does not have positive effect on creativity. Third, there was not any moderating effects between interaction of job dissatisfaction and continuance commitment, and creativity in this study. The last part of this study, a theoretical and practical implication of the study, and the future research agenda are presented.
