A Study on the Development of Learning Model for Improving Collaborative Creativity Based on CPS

  • As the educational paradigm has shifted from the traditional knowledge oriented instruction learning to the knowledge product oriented instructional learning, the development of student's creativity becomes one of the most important educational goals, because the ability that can produce the knowledge creatively is required in the digital information knowledge based society. The purpose of this study is to make a basic direction and strategy for the instructional design to develop an on and off line blended instructional design which will help a learning community to be a more collaborative and creative learning community. This research has investigated the concept and the characteristics of collaborative creativity and creative problem solving as the theoretical basis of the design. After that, on the basis of the theories connected with the collaborative creativity theory, the direction and the strategies for the development of collaborative creativity was designed. The design was applied into the real learning community and finally proved the effectiveness of the learning model for the development of the collaborative creativity by the quantitative evaluation.

무의식의 창조성에 관한 하나의 고찰: 일련의 꿈을 중심으로 (A Consideration on Creativity of the Unconscious: Focusing on a Series of Dreams)

  • 인류는 대재난(코로나, 전쟁, 지진 등)으로 파괴(혼돈)에 직면하였고, 새로운 복원을 기다리고 있다. 문명과 개체에게 있어서 창조 혹은 창조성은 정신적 발전에 필수적이다. 새로운 의식의 입장과 태도, 실재에 대한 새로운 적응이 인간 정신의 심층에서 절실히 요구될 때, 창조성은 한 개체를 갱신시키는 동인이다. 본 소고는 일련의 네 개의 꿈을 해석하면서, 꿈의 메시지가 제시하는 창조성의 본성과 특징에 대하여 탐색한 결과물이다. 먼저 동서양의 종교와 신화, 역사에서 창조성의 정의와 형태를 탐색하였다. 서양신화는 신으로부터 발화되는 창조 혹은 창조성에 대하여 언급하는 반면에, 고대 중국에서는 도의 움직임에 의한, 음양의 상호작용에 의하여 창조성이 발현되는 것으로 보았다. 동서양에서 창조는 형태적으로 무로부터의 창조 혹은 질료로부터 창조, 모체로부터 해체를 통한 창조 등이 있는데, 이는 심리학적으로 창조성 혹은 창조는 무한한 잠재력과 창조력의 모판인 무의식에서 기원함을 시사한다. 다음으로 두 번째 꿈의 통찰을 따라서 창조성의 특성을 기술하였고, 이는 초월적 기능과 '준거 틀을 넘어서기', 즉 초법성향을 통하여 창조성이 일어남을 살펴보았다. 셋째로, 무의식의 창조성은 재생을 목적으로 하며, 집단과 개인 안에서 자기 원형상의 갱신을 추동하는 것임을 탐색하였다. 궁극적으로 무의식의 창조성은 전체정신의 목표이자 전체가 되어가는 개성화를 지향한다. 무의식의 창조성을 실현하는 일은 두 번째 창조자로서 인간의 숙명이라 할 수 있다.

네트워크 구조와 조직학습문화, 지식경영참여가 개인창의성 및 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석: SI제안팀과 R&D팀의 비교연구 (Exploring Influence of Network Structure, Organizational Learning Culture, and Knowledge Management Participation on Individual Creativity and Performance: Comparison of SI Proposal Team and R&D Team)

  • Recently, firms are operating a number of teams to accomplish organizational performance. Especially, ad hoc teams like proposal preparation team are quite different from permanent teams like R&D team in the sense of how the team forms network structure and deals with organizational learning culture and knowledge management participation efforts. Moreover, depending on the team characteristics, individual creativity will differ from each other, which will lead to organizational performance eventually. Previous studies in the field of creativity are lacking in this issue. So main objectives of this study are organized as follows. First, the issue of how to improve individual creativity and organizational performance will be analyzed empirically. This issue will be performed depending on team characteristics such as ad hoc team and permanent team. Antecedents adopted for this research objective are cultural and knowledge factors such as organizational learning culture, and knowledge management participation. Second, the network structure such as degree centrality, and structural hole is used to analyze its influence on individual creativity and organizational performance. SI (System Integration) companies are facing severely tough requirements from clients to submit very creative proposals. Also, R&D teams are widely accepted as relatively creative teams because their responsibilities are focused on suggesting innovative techniques to make their companies remain competitive in the market. SI teams are usually ad hoc, while R&D teams are permanent on an average. By taking advantage of these characteristics of the two kinds of teams, we will prove the validity of the proposed research questions. To obtain the survey data, we accessed 7 SI teams (74 members), and 6 R&D teams (63 members), collecting 137 valid questionnaires. PLS technique was applied to analyze the survey data. Results are as follows. First, in case of SI teams, organizational learning culture affects individual creativity significantly. Meanwhile, knowledge management participation has a significant influence on Individual creativity for the permanent teams. Second, degree centrality Influences individual creativity significantly in case of SI teams. This is comparable with the fact that structural hole has a significant impact on individual creativity for the R&D teams. Practical implications can be summarized as follows: First, network structure of ad hoc team should be designed differently from one of permanent team. Ad hoc team is supposed to show a high creativity in a rather short period, implying that network density among team members should be improved, and those members with high degree centrality should be encouraged to show their Individual creativity and take a leading role by allowing them to get heavily engaged in knowledge sharing and diffusion. In contrast, permanent team should be designed to take advantage of structural hole instead of focusing on network density. Since structural hole can be utilized very effectively in the permanent team, strong arbitrators' merits in the permanent team will increase and therefore helps increase both network efficiency and effectiveness too. In this way, individual creativity in the permanent team is likely to lead to organizational creativity in a seamless way. Second, way of Increasing individual creativity should be sought from the perspective of organizational culture and knowledge management. Organization is supposed to provide a cultural atmosphere in which Innovative idea suggestions and active discussion among team members are encouraged. In this way, trust builds up among team members, facilitating the formation of organizational learning culture. Third, in the ad hoc team, organizational looming culture should be built such a way that individual creativity can grow up fast in a rather short period. Since time is tight, reasonable compensation policy, leader's Initiatives, and learning culture formation should be done In a short period so that mutual trust is built among members quickly, and necessary knowledge and information can be learnt rapidly. Fourth, in the permanent team, it should be kept in mind that the degree of participation in knowledge management determines level of Individual creativity. Therefore, the team ought to facilitate knowledge circulation process such as knowledge creation, storage, sharing, utilization, and learning among team members, which will lead to team performance. In this way, firms must control knowledge networks in permanent team and ad hoc team in a way mentioned above so that individual creativity as well as team performance can be maximized.

국내 창의성 교육 연구 동향분석: 창의성의 범주 및 수준을 중심으로 (An Analytical Study on Studies of Creativity Education in Korea: Focusing on Categories and Levels of Creativity)

  • 창의성 및 창의성 교육에 대해 어떻게 개념화하고 접근하는가는 연구의 내용 및 결과를 결정지을 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구는 최근 10년간의 국내 창의성 교육과 관련된 연구들에서 창의성이 어떻게 개념화되었는지를 범주와 수준에 초점을 맞춰 살펴보았다. 연구결과 전체적으로 창의성을 정의하고 있는 연구들은 비교적 많았지만 점점 줄어들고 있었고, 일반적으로 독창성과 유용성과 관련된 인지적 특성으로 정의한 것이 많았다. 창의성의 범주로는 개인, 과정, 산출물, 환경 중에서 개인적 측면에 관련한 연구들이 가장 많았으며, 이 중 대부분 연구들이 TTCT와 같은 심리측정적 검사를 사용하고 있었다. 한편 창의성 범주가 이론적 배경에서와 평가에서 서로 다른 경우가 있었다. 창의성 수준으로 구분해 볼 때는 대부분 '작은 창의성' 수준에서 연구가 이루어지고 있었으나, 학생들을 대상으로 한 '독창성'과 '유용성'의 의미에 대해 구체적인 정의나 설명을 하는 연구는 적었다.

과학적 관찰 활동이 중학생드르이 창의성 변화에 미친 영향 (Effects on Students' Creativity by Scientific Observational Activities)

  • 관찰은 창의성 발현과 탐구 및 지식 생성 과정에 있어 기본적이며 중요한 과정이다. 본 연구는 중학생들의 관찰 특징, 그리고 관찰 활동이 창의성에 영향을 주는지 조사하였다. 관찰 특성에 대한 조사는 25명의 학생들이 참여하였고, 관찰 활동과 창의성과의 관계 조사는 144명 학생이 관찰 활동 학급과 통제 학급으로 나뉘어 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 중학생 25명의 '액체 관찰'에서 보고된 관찰 사례수는 206개로 조사되었고, 색, 모양, 냄새, 맛, 움직임, 촉감, 소리, 기타 등의 다양한 관찰 요소를 가지고 있었다. 주로 시각에 의존한 관찰이 주로 나타났다. 중학생들은 주어진 상황으로 제한하여 관찰하고, 타인에게 확인하는 특징을 보였으며, 부분적이며 초보적인 관찰이 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 관찰 활동 학급의 창의성 신장과 통제 학급의 창의성 신장을 공변량 분석으로 비교한 결과, 두 집단은 통계학적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 따라서 창의성은 관찰 활동에 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다.

창의성 증진을 위한 국내놀이터 공간특성 및 개선방안 연구 (The Spatial Characteristics of Playgrounds Supporting Children's Creativity)

  • As the paradigm which emphasizes nurturing creative elites is introduced, more attention has been paid to children playing and their creativity. This change means that the importance of creativity is emphasized in the education of children, and furthermore, playgrounds which focus on creativity and imagination are needed. Therefore, this study examines the spatial characteristics of playgrounds for children and suggested strategies to improve them. There are five spatial characteristics of a creative playground: aesthetics, being eco-friendly, exploration, challenging and variable. Through the five characteristics, playgrounds were analysed based on ten expressive elements and the results are summarized: Creative playgrounds for children should have an attractive design with sculptural elements which stimulate children to be excited through associable shapes and abstract colors. Second, shelter type structures and a flexible flow design are needed so that children can feel free and be encouraged to explore in diverse ways. Third, as playgrounds for children provide spaces for rest in addition to play, organic facilities and eco-friendly materials for the rest space should to be used. Fourth, as childhood is a period when emotional, cognitive and physical development are achieved, organic geographical features and atypical facilities should be provided so that children can acquire extensive skills and join in physical activities. Finally, creative playgrounds for children should have mobile or variable facilities which consider the characteristics of children who want to do diverse activities and play different games. This study analysed playgrounds for children and suggested strategies to improve them. For successful design and use of creative playgrounds, it is suggested that intensive research on them and consultation with experts should be considered.

공학 전공 대학생의 창의성에 나타나는 성차 (Differences of Creativity in Engineering Students by Gender)

  • Recently, it has been emphasized that more girls should be able to contribute to society in the engineering field. However, there is little research for understanding the psychological characteristics of female engineering students. We first must understand their capabilities in order to take advantage of the strengths of female engineering college students. Based on this understanding, it is necessary to provide future educational interventions for them. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the gender differences in creativity in engineering education. Additionally, we wanted to know whether the differences were domain-specific or domain-general differences. For this, we targeted 351 engineering students in Busan and Daegu. An integrated creativity test and engineering creativity test were carried out. It was found that female engineering students had lower scores on both the integrated creativity and engineering creativity tests than male students. These results suggest that we should develop and apply appropriate strategies to enhance the creativity of female students in engineering education.

대학생 창의·인성 구성요인에 관한 경험적 탐색 (Empirical Exploration on the Component Factors of Creativity·Character for College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 창의 인성 구성요인과 특징을 이론적, 경험적으로 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 이론적 접근을 통해 창의 인성의 개념 및 구조와 관련된 선행연구를 종합하고, 이를 바탕으로 대학생 창의 인성에 대한 연구자 회의와 자문회의, 교육 전문가 및 예술교육전문가 70명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰와 개방형 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 대학생이 갖추어야할 창의 인성으로서 창의성은 인지적 창의성과 정의적 창의성, 인성은 도덕적 인성, 사회적 인성, 감성적 인성으로 분류되었다. 특히 대학생 창의 인성은 창의성영역에 비해 인성영역의 중요성을 강조하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학생의 창의 인성에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시하고, 나아가 후속연구로서 대학생 창의 인성 측정도구 개발을 위한 연구방향을 설정하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 또한 대학교육현장에서 질적으로 고양된 교육공학 및 교수학습방안 마련에 기여할 이론적․경험적 토대를 구축할 것으로 사료된다. 이와 함께 창의 인성교육의 목적을 지닌 교양교육 및 관련교육자와 상담자, 평가자들에게 유용한 자료로서 응용적 활용을 기대한다.

초등학교 과학 수업에서 ICT 활용 수업자료의 효과 (The Effects of Instruction Material Using ICT at Elementary School Science)

  • 본 연구는 여러 종류의 ICT 활용 수업자료 중 WBI 수업자료, CD-ROM 타이틀 그리고 ICT 활용 수업모듈 수업자료가 과학 학업성취 및 자기 주도적 학습특성과 창의력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 과학 ‘지구’ 분야의 단원에 대하여 세 가지 자료를 활용하여 수업을 실시하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, WBI 수업자료, CD-ROM 타이틀 수업자료와 ICT 활용 수업모듈을 활용한 수업은 과학 학업성취, 자기 주도적 학습특성, 창의력을 변화시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. WBI 수업자료는 자기 주도적 학습특성을 변화시키는데 효과적이며, ICT 활용 수업모듈 수업자료는 창의력을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다.

도시 창조성의 지역별 특성과 도시 경쟁력에 미치는 영향 (The Regional Characteristics and Effects on the Urban Competitiveness of Urban Creativity)

  • This study analysis effects of creativity character on the nation's urban areas and the competitiveness of the urban. The result is that talent of urban creativity effects on the competitiveness of the urban. However, technique and tolerance had not great effect on the competitiveness between cities. After departmentalizing the arrangement of urban creativity, Advanced services constantly appear to affect the competitiveness. Researchers of talent in 2000 and 2005, a culture artistes of tolerance in 2005 and 2009, appeared to affect the competitiveness of urban. In other words, this is changing that the indicators which is impacted on the competitiveness of the urban and each indicator's power with time. According to the result, the study suggests solutions. First, policy direction has to be setting by appropriate the character creativity in urban. Second, there needs the policy which is more focused on talent and tolerance for improving the creativity of urban. For the specific, there needs suggestion about cultural artist and researchers. Finally, considering about changing the urban creativity with time, policy direction has too be setting by reflecting this change.
