어린이집 교사의 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 스트레스 대처전략의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Stress-coping Strategies of Childcare Teachers' Creative Personality on Teacher Efficacy)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of stress-coping strategies of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Methods: Study subjects were 204 childcare teachers working at nursery schools located in S city of Gyeonggi province, and this study collected materials from childcare teachers through a self-report survey. For materials collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using spss 21.0, and verified the mediating effect through the Sobel Test. Results of this study are as follows. Results: First, there was a positive correlation among creative personality, teacher efficacy and stress-coping strategies. Second, results show that stress-coping strategies mediate the effect of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Lastly, problem-focused coping strategies turned out to be full mediation, whereas coping strategies seeking social support was partial mediation. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study suggested the necessity to prepare a practical plan for enabling childcare teachers to use stress-coping strategies in a successful way.

일본의 문화예술창조도시정책과 창조기반전략의 정책적 함의: 가나자와와 요코하마를 중심으로 (Policy Implications of Creative-Based Strategies and Culture-Art Creative Urban Policy in Japan: Focusing on Kanazawa and Yokohama)

  • 본 연구에서는 일본의 문화예술창조도시를 대상으로 창조도시정책에 사업추진실태의 특성을 살펴보고, 가나자와와 요코하마의 문화예술창조도시 사례를 중심으로 도시의 창조기반전략 관점에서 지자체의 문화예술창조도시정책을 재조명함으로써 정책적 시사점을 고찰하고자 한다. 이에 따른 창조기반전략의 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창조기반전략의 거버넌스 관점에서 보면 가나자와는 시민주도적 협력적 네트워크를 통해 거버너스를 수행한 반면, 요코하마는 지방정부주도적 협력적 네트워크를 통해 창조도시정책의 거버넌스를 추진하였다. 둘째, 지역이 가지고 있는 내생적자원의 여건을 자연 건축환경, 사회적 상징적 자본, 경제활동 문화시설로 구분하여 살펴본 결과 가나자와와 요코하마의 내생적자원이 작동하는 메커니즘의 경로가 상이하였다. 셋째, 가나자와와 요코하마의 영역적 착근성 관점에서 보면 창조핵심지구에 있어 고객중심 원활한 보행자 접근성이 용이하고, 국내외 수요에 대한 교통접근성이 원활하며, 어메니티가 잘 갖추어져 있었다. 그리고 두 사례 지역 모두 영역적 착근성을 강화하기 위해 시민과의 연대를 통한 지속가능한 발전을 도모하고 있다.

귀추 추리 전략을 통한 과학영재를 위한 창의적 교수-학습 프로그램의 제안 (A Suggestion for a Creative Teaching-learning Program for Gifted Science Students Using Abductive Inference Strategies)

  • The purpose of this research is to propose a program for teaching and learning effective problem-solving for gifted students based on abductive inference. The role of abductive inference is important for scientific discoveries and creative inferences in problem-solving processes. The characteristics of creativity and abductive inference were investigated, and the following were discussed: (a) a suggestion for a new program based on abductive inference for creative outcomes, this program largely consists of two phases: generative hypotheses and confirmative hypotheses, (b) a survey of the validity of a program. It is typical that hypotheses are confirmed in phases through experiments based on hypothetic deductive methodology. However, because generative hypotheses of this hypothetic deductive methodology are not manifest, we maintained that abductive inference strategies must be used in a Creative Teaching-learning Program for gifted science students.

How do learners discover the topic in team project-based learning?: Analysis of Learners' Creative Activity in the process of selecting the topic

  • Team project learning is a type of Project-Based Learning, which is an effective learning method for developing collaborative competency and interpersonal communication skills, as well as for developing cognitive competency such as critical thinking, creative thinking, and analytical skills. This research, conducted to analyze learning activities, focuses on students' creative thinking and activities in TPBL(Team Project-Based Learning). A qualitative approach including a reflective journal based on the 6 stages of TPBL, was adopted for this purpose. In this study, 69 reflective journals on the three stages (developing a theme, researching, theme-making) of 23 undergraduate students were categorized on the basis of three criteria: divergent thinking factors, convergent thinking factors and affective factors. The results show that the participants' journals demonstrated twenty-eight activities from nine cognitive factors and nine activities from three affective factors were derived from reflect journal. This finding indicates that more appropriate instructional strategies are needed for students to enhance their creative thinking skills and activities

  • Developing mathematical thinking skills is one of the most important goals of school mathematics. In particular, recent performance based on assessment has focused on the teaching and learning environment in school, emphasizing student's self construction of their learning and its process. Because of this reason, people related to mathematics education including math teachers are taught to recognize the fact that the degree of students'acquisition of mathematical thinking skills and strategies(for example, inductive and deductive thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking) should be estimated formally in math class. However, due to the lack of an evaluation tool for estimating the degree of their thinking skills, efforts at evaluating student's degree of mathematics thinking skills and strategy acquisition failed. Therefore, in this paper, mathematical thinking was studied, and using the results of study as the fundamental basis, mathematical thinking process model was developed according to three types of mathematical thinking - fundamental thinking skill, developing thinking skill, and advanced thinking strategies. Finally, based on the model, evaluation factors related to essential thinking skills such as analogy, deductive thinking, generalization, creative thinking requested in the situation of solving mathematical problems were developed.

해외명품광고(海外名品廣告)와 국내(國內)패션광고(廣告)의 크리에이티브 전략(戰略)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study of Creative Strategy of Luxury and Domestic Fashion Advertisement)

  • The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze advertisements of prestigious products and domestic fashion brands through fashion magazines. Especially, a comparative analysis of creative advertising strategies of prestigious products and fashion brands will be vital in establishing advertising strategies and marketing planning of domestic fashion brands. This study targeted and analyzed all the advertisements of prestigious fashion products and domestic career women's high-end casual brands printed in VOGUE KOREA and ELLE KOREA in 2005 and 2006. Descriptive statistics and x2-test were used. As a result of the analysis, prestigious product advertisements accounted for 197 (57.9%), and domestic fashion 143 (42.1%) out of a total of 764. Except for duplicates, the 340 advertisements analyzed, were selected for this study. Luxury fashion brand advertising accounted for more than domestic fashion brands in the magazines studied. That is luxury fashion brands have greater exposure to consumers. Based on the results drawn in this study for fashion products, various and unique advertising strategies utilizing visual factors that most effectively delivered to consumers are imminently needed as creative strategy measures in domestic fashion advertising.

  • On the threshold of year 2000, the elderly account for more than 7% of the whole population in Korea, which means that the nation is greeting welcoming an aging society. Accordingly, it is expected that silver businesses and services targeted at the silver generation will prosper with "silver advertising design" becoming active. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at reviewing the recent silver marketing advertisements in terms of their cultural and moral implications, and thereby, redefining and reestablishing the status of silver consumers to help them find their identity, aware of marketing activities and therewith, establish their "consumer sovereignty". This study consists in large of 5 chapters. The introduction parr describes background, purpose, method and scope of the study. The first chapter reviews the silver marketing theories. The second chapter classifies the silver marketing advertisement positioning of four style - upper classes style, effloresce progress style, self- sufficiency style, dependent style - and reviews the expression strategy of each positioning. The third chapter examines the domestic conditions of silver marketing advertisements for each positioning type classified. The fourth chapter designs the ′creative′of silver marketing advertisements and suggests the methods thereof. The analysis of ′creative′was tested in terms of graphic gestaltung, and how the sliver marketing advertisement positioning should be discerned depending on silver generation consumer′s characteristics was discussed. The fifth chapter puts forwards the suggestions for the ′creative′ strategies to enhance the effects of the silver marketing advertisements, based on the preceding discussions. In addition, the Perspective into the keyword of 21 st century or "silver design" is discussed, together with the limitations of this study. It is hoped that this stuffy will be conducive to our efforts to face the upcoming′age\ulcorner society′more effectively. To this end, this study discusses the "silver advertising design" in light of ′societal concepts′and ′customer-oriented value′, and thus, explores some creative presentation strategies whereby individual companies interests and social or public interests can be compromised through ′creative activities′ and ′equal-value consumerism′ for an ultimately effective management strategies for silver businesses and services.

Study on the Competitiveness Evaluation of Urban Cultural Tourism Creative Industry in Pan-Yangtze River Delta

  • Purpose - In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in the region, different grade cities should adapt to local conditions and differentiated development as the angle. It can promote the optimization of regional tourism industry structure, and make relevant suggestions accordingly. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the characteristics of cultural tourism creative industry, 24 indicators are selected from four aspects. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system of cultural tourism creative industry is constructed. The essay use factor analysis to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and use cluster analysis to classify the competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in each city into five types. Results - The results of cluster analysis show that the whole area presents five kinds of step-like features, which are mature leading type, the advantageous development type, comparatively advantageous type, well-grounded type and difference-promotion type. Conclusions - The factor analysis method was used to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and cluster analysis was used to classify the cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness of each city into fives type city. Based on the differentiation of cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness and 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, the relevant strategies were proposed.

국내 패션창작스튜디오의 현황과 발전에 대한 연구 (The current situation and development strategies of the Fashion Creative Studios in Korea)

  • Government policy supporting the fashion industry in Korea has focused on the future development of rising fashion designer's brands, and as a part of this support, several Fashion Creative Studios are presently operated. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of these facilities and suggest development strategies for their effective utilization. This paper presents a conceptual understanding based on a literature review, and deduces the direction of Fashion Creative Studios through an exploratory analysis of various case studies and in-depth interviews with five designers, who have graduated from the Seoul Fashion Creative Studio. The results are as follows. Firstly, fashion educational institutions have to provide sufficient information about the Fashion Creative Studios to students. They can also consider adding short-term residencies to the curriculum in which students prepare collections or portfolios for the studios. Secondly, Fashion Creative Studios are required to intensify business and marketing programs to increase real-world support. It would be helpful to provide 1:1 management programs with several segmented stages for the design brands, or connect them to investors who could provide financial support and business expansion. Thirdly, Fashion Creative Studios need to find a way to strengthen textile differentiation and craft characteristics to increase designer brand competitiveness. Broadening participation with textile designers, connecting with experts and ateliers, and promoting collaboration with artists and artisans in the Arts Creative Studios can be further examined to this end.

탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업이 중학생들의 창의적 사고와 비판적 사고에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Science Writing Heuristic Laboratory Class on the Creative Thinking and Critical Thinking of Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업이 중학생들의 창의적 사고와 비판적 사고에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것으로 이를 위해 Keys 등(1999)이 개발한 SWH 전략에 기초하여 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구의 대상은 2개 학급 63명은 비교집단으로, 2개 학급은 실험집단으로 선정하였고, 소집단의 구성은 인지수준이 비슷한 동질집단으로 구성하였다. 프로그램의 처치는 2011년 3월부터 7월까지 9개의 활동 주제로 총 18차시를 투입하였다. 사후검사는 사전검사와 동일한 검사지를 사용하였으며, 검사 결과는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 창의적 사고와 비판적 사고의 사전검사를 공변인으로 하는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)으로 통계 처리하였다. 또한 설문지를 이용하여 학생들의 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 살펴보면, 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업이 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 효과적이므로, 지속적인 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 수업전략의 제시와 다양한 실험 주제 개발이 필요하다고 여겨진다.
