  • 논문은 기존의 헬스케어 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 스마트 헬스케어서비스(smart healthcare service)에 관한 연구이다. 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰의 기능에 맞추어 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, 최근에는 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 게이트웨이 기능의 스마트폰을 기반으로 스마트 헬스케어 시스템을 설계 구현하였다.

  • In the knowledge based society, the development of creative human resources is one of the core factors for securing a national competition power. Especially in the software industries, the development of human resources who can solve a problem creatively by applying object oriented programming technique which is a update Programming technology is required. In this paper, we designed a lecture plan and produced it into a course contents which could be run on a online learning system. The teaching focuses of the developed course are the development of problem solving ability and object oriented design and programming ability through Java.

A Study of the Criticality and The Priority for Developing Creative Cluster of The National Industrial Complex - For the Gumi National Industrial Complex (국가산업단지의 창조클러스터화를 위한 발전방안 우선순위 도출: 구미국가산업단지를 대상으로)

  • Recently, due to the global economic crisis and prolongation of slow growth period, many countries have proposed creative economy as an important policy for economic growth. Korea has also progressed important policies such as development of creative industries, start-up activation and employment creation through creative economy as a key policy. However, each country has a different definition of creative economy and detailed field to promote, and there is a lack of research on creative economy of industrial complexes and activation plans of creative industries. This study derived the priority order and importance of development plans to develop into creative clusters through AHP analysis base on Gumi National Industrial Complex that have had a significant role in the national economy since the 1970s. As a result, the creativity enhancing factor was the highest priority, followed by creative infrastructure and network. These results mean that it is necessary to promote creativity in order national industrial complexes to continuously lead national economy and for this purpose it needs to prioritize the development of creative human resources and to extend the creative R&D. This study can be provided to government and local policy makers and innovation agencies as basis data and practical policy guide to establish a successful creative cluster by deriving the priority order in reflection of both hardware and software policies such as infrastructure to develop national industrial complex into creative cluster.

Development of NCS Based Vocational Curriculum Model for the Practical and Creative Human Respirces (실전 창의형 인재 양성을 위한 NCS 기반 직업교육과정의 모형 개발)

  • The study aims to develop the NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources. For effectiveness of the study, the study consists of literature studies of both domestic and international, contents analysis, case study, expert(9samples) consultation and review, and in-depth-interview of the three advisory members. The validity of the developed model is analyzed through mean, standard deviation and contents validity ratio(CVR). The main results of the model development in our study are as follow. First, our NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources is developed with the analyses of NCS development manuals, training standard utilization and training curriculum organization manuals, NCS learning module development manual and case studies, NCS research report, NCS based curriculum pilot development resources directed toward the high schools and vocational school as well as the domestic and international literature study on career training model like NCS. Second, based on the findings of our analysis in combination with the findings from the consultations with the expert and advisory committee, total 19 sub-factors of each step and domain are extracted. The sub-factors of domain in step 1 are the competency unit, definition of competency unit, competency unit element, performance criteria, range of variable, guide of assessment, key competency; in step 2, they are subject title, subject objectives, chapter title, chapter objectives, pedagogical methods, assessment methods and basic job competence; and in step 2, they are NCS based subject matrix table, NCS based subject profile, NCS based job training curriculum table, NCS based subjects organization flowchart, NCS based job training operation plan. Third, the final model including step 3 NCS based subject profile are developed in association with the linked organizational sub-factors of step 1 and step 2. Forth, the validity tests for the final model by the step and domain yield the mean 4.67, CVR value 1.00, indicating the superior validity. Also, the means of each sub-factors are all over 4.33 with the CVR value 1.00, indicating the high validity as well. The means of the associated organizations within the model are also over 4.33 with the CVR value of 1.00. Standard deviations are all .50 or lower which are small. Fifth, based on the validity test results and the in-depth-interview of the expert and advisory committee, the model is adjusted complemented to establish final model of the NCS based vocational curriculum for the practical and creative human resources.

  • Most animation films running on cinema or TV are based on 3D images. Domestically, a lot of 3D animations are produced, and the number of 3D animation films are on the annual rise. Many human resources relating to animation participate in a variety of domestic and foreign animation projects of domestic producers. In the animation participate in a variety resources are of more importance. As a result, many university make the effort to raise human resources for 3D animation. In this paper, we will look into the curriculum of 3D animation. In particular, based on the questionnaire survey in which domestic 3D animation producers participated, this study analyzed the survey results and tried to discuss how to rise human resources for creative 3D animation in university. It is aimed at suggesting the directions of raising human resources for 3D animation in proper 3D animation education and of their contributions to the development of the domestic 3D animation industry.

  • Though the demand of a leading role of resources technology and fosterage of the resources industry has increased in Korea, it is difficult for the existing investment and management of its R&D to lead to be the same level of those in more advanced countries within a short period. Therefore, in order to strengthen the resources technology system it needs to set up systematic plan or strategy, to resolve shortage of professional human forces, and to expand the investment of private technology development. In this study, we suggest the concept redefinition of resources technology and resources development industry, the establishment of expanded R&D investment system, to offer professional human forces and to reestablishment of the infrastructure for creatively improving resources technology.

  • Korean Cultural Content Industry is developing creative cultural content based on internationally acknowledged manufacturing capacity, however, in order to become cultural industry with international competitiveness, it has to be planned and made in OMSU way. This research studied and analyzed successful cases of cultural content digital restoration and excellent cases of OSMU-type that has been developed and supported by Korean Culture and Contents Agency. This study suggests the direction of growth on the basis of movement of cultural content industry and cultivating plan of human resources.

A Study on the Characteristics of Human Resources Required in Electronics Company (미래 융합기술사회에서 전자기업의 인재상 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of talents required in electronic companies in the 4th industrial revolution. we conducted a network analysis on the key talent of the companies presented in over 100 job announcements to companies in the electronics industry. The results of the study are as follows. First, electronic companies showed the most favored creative talents, preferring collaborative talent and challenging talent. Second, looking at the core definitions of talent, change, response, problem solving, performance creation, communication, challenge, professionalism, enthusiasm, development, aggressiveness and spontaneity were used. In other words, key keywords emerging from the 4th industrial revolution were being used continuously. Third, in the Centrality analysis, talented people who emphasize humanity also appeared. Based on the study, it suggested that manpower training of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • In the 21st century, in a Knowledge-Based Information Society, systems thinking is a very important human resources skill in science and technology, which is required in STEAM education in order to understand and solve complex problems. The purposes of this study are: (1) to develop a STEAM education program based on systems thinking; (2) to investigate the effects of the program on students' systems thinking. The systems thinking-based STEAM education program was developed on the basis of 'ADBAS' model (Park & Lee, 2013), and focused on the theme of watermill. A total of 60 high school students participated in this study. The results of this study showed that quantitatively as well as qualitatively, systems thinking skills improved after the treatment. In conclusion, the program we developed in this study can contribute in improving high school students' systems thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities. The findings of this study may provide useful insights into cultivating human resources with systems thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
