The health care environment becomes more competitive every day. It has fallen to nurse managers - from vice presidents of patient care to nurse managers and their assistants - to recruit and develop a workforce that successfully meets the needs of both patients and the organization. This means employees who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and sound decision making skills combined with clinical skills and patient advocacy. The environment which nurse managers create and the way they relate to their workforce, are pivotal to organizational viability. Especially leadership of first -line nurse managers contributes to the success of their organizations. First-line nurse managers are deserved to be one of the most administrative supervisors through the middle stratum in a hospital organization as being a manager in the field service if assessed from the overall aspects of hospital, as being an interim managers in the nursing department as well as being a supreme supervisor in a unit in terms of an organizational structure in the hospital. Similarly, as a compete leader, the first-line nurse managers have not only a professional which is qualified to perform a role of appropriate coordination with medical staff and key personnel but also hold an important key position a being responsible for performing his or her given role. The first-line nurse manager is expected to manage human and fiscal resources in ways not required before. While an identified need for well-prepared first-line nurse manager continues to plague the profession, first-line nurse managers often have difficulty providing the leadership required. The need leadership training to function effectively in their positions. But we hardly find a useful leadership training program for first-line nurse managers, therefore the purpose of this study was to developed the leadership training program for them. The steps of leadership program development were below: 1st step, 2 studies were done before develop a leadership program. One was done to ask to first-line nurse managers what they want to learn through leadership training, the other one was to ask the staff nurses what their opinions are for their first-line nurse managers leadership. 2nd step was searching other leadership programs contents. The results of this study were below: The total amount of hours is 24. Leadership training program contents are : Future of nursing profession (210min), understanding basic factor's of leadership and leadership theories(310 min), self understanding as first- line nurse managers(320 min), basic principle and practice of interpersonal relationship(210 min), assertiveness training, conflict management (180min), and group study(210min). This is challenging time to be a leader, especially in nursing. As nurse managers look toward the new millennium, it seems as through the same struggles are ahead that are behind. So nurse managers need to embrace change with a positive attitude. They need to demonstrate risk taking and support it in their staffs. All these things are possible that after they participate the leadership training program.

The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of AI education in K-12 education through investigating and analyzing aspects of the purpose, content, and methods of AI education as the curriculum and teacher training factors. We collected and analyzed 9 papers as the primary literature and 11 domestic and foreign policy reports as the secondary literature. The collected literatures were analyzed by applying a descriptive reviews, and the implications were derived by analyzing the curriculum components and TPACK elements for multi-dimensional analysis. As a result of this study, AI education targets were divided into three steps: AI users, utilizer, and developers. In K-12 education, the user and utilizer stages are appropriate, and artificial intelligence literacy must be included for user education. Based on the current computing thinking ability and coding ability for utilizer education, the implication was derived that it is necessary to target the ability to create creative output by applying the functions of artificial intelligence. In addition to the pedagogical knowledge and the ability to use the platform, The teacher training is necessary because teachers need content knowledge such as problem-solving, reasoning, learning, perception, and some applied mathematics, cognitive / psychological / ethical of AI.

This study analyzed the causes of warehouse fires using a creative problem-solving technique called TRIZ. It identified preventive measures by applying 4M. The results are as follows. First, this study examined the inconsistency among the causes of warehouse fires using TRIZ. Second, it analyzed human factors and fire prevention measures in warehouses such as safety standards for managers, and methods for the promotion of safety consciousness among workers, and for the reinforcement of construction technology for sandwich panel workers. Third, it identified the mechanical and facility factors and fire prevention measures in warehouses such as safety facilities, the expanded installation of safety devices, the adoption and development of fire suppression equipment, and the deployment of methods to improve the fire resistance of sandwich panels. Fourth, it presented working and environmental factors and fire prevention measures in warehouses such as the tightening of safety precautions and the supervision of working methods, and setting fire partitions both in loading places and based on performance-based design. Finally, it proposed managerial factors and fire prevention measures in warehouses such as specific targeting for firefighting with low fire hazards, reviewing the material quality regulations of non-combustible or higher for sandwich panels in the specific target of firefighting that cannot apply fire safety standards, installing sprinklers in cold storage, and mandating the installation of automated facilities with retroactive application regardless of the floor area in the warehouse with a sandwich panel structure.
The purpose of this study is to provide the conformity for developing project-based teaching$\cdot$learning materials for the mathematically gifted students. And this study presents development procedural model in order to improve the effectiveness, analyze its practical usage and examine the verification of the developed materials. It made the following results regarding the development of project-based teaching$\cdot$learning materials for gifted children in mathematics. First, it is necessary to provide appropriate teaching$\cdot$learning model to develop the materials, and the materials should be restructured to be available to other level students. Second, it is suggested to develop a prototype in order to develop teaching$\cdot$learning materials for gifted children in mathematics, further the prototype needs to be restructured until it satisfies theoretical frame. Third, an introduction should be made before the activity to perform the projects effectively. Fourth, a teacher's guidance should introduce children's examples corresponding to the objectives of learning, the examples of topics examined by students, and teacher's manual and attention for teaching. This study has a point of presenting the detailed guidelines with regards to development of teaching$\cdot$learning materials for gifted students in mathematics. We have investigated the recognition for the gifted science education program of middle school students being educated at the local center for the gifted. We developed a questionnaire that includes items for contents of the program, learning environments, participation attitude, effects of the program and improvements, and consists of it5-point Likert items and related descriptive items. 161 students at the local centers for the gifted responded to the questionnaire. The total score was 3.70 on a 5-point Likert scale. The score of effects of the program was highest, learning environments was the lowest. Most of the students referred that the participation of the programs help their schoolwork because of schoolwork preparations & review, learning the process of the solving problem and principle. On the contrary, difficult contents and long lesson hours interrupted their schoolwork. Students recognized that the programs are mainly composed of students' self-activities and the role of teachers is subsidiary. The programs have a good effect on them to increase interest in science and creative thinking. It is necessary that the program be improved in lesson hours, contents of the program, school facilities, and full service.
This study is to analyze teacher's recognition and needs of STEAM education in specialized high schools for technical fields. For this study, survey using questionnaire was applied to teachers in specialized high schools for technical fields. This study includes the recognition and the needs on STEAM education of general and industrial subject teachers in specialized high schools for technical fields. In order to carry on this study, 655 questionnaires were collected from teachers of 16 specialized high schools for technical fields in the whole country. Practically, 611 questionnaires (257 of normal subject teachers and 398 of industrial subject teachers) were used for this study. As a result, it is known that the needs of STEAM education is larger to industrial subject teachers than general subject teachers. But it is disclosed that STEAM education is more difficult to general subject teachers than industrial subject teachers. In requirements of teaching-learning, general subject teachers only required reference materials, but industrial subject teachers needed STEAM lesson under the same subjects and data sharing system as a priority. General and industrial subject teachers also considered education program development for creative thinking skills and problem solving abilities as a priority. Finally, in the administrative and financial requirement, both of them demand to reduce administrative tasks as a priority.
Purpose This study re-analyzes Jung 2012's data using the time interval based analysis to examine if the process of idea generation is in good currency throughout the ideation sessions. In this way, the relationship between extraversion-introversion personality trait and ideation performance in the context of computer-mediated idea generation can be better understood. Design/methodology/approach A $2{\times}4$ factorial design was used, crossing personality differences (extraversion and introversion) with the degree of stimuli (0, 20, 40, and 80 high-quality ideas). Participants were randomly assigned to one of eight treatment conditions. The group simulator is used to measure individual level performance. The number of unique ideas generated by individuals and the exact time stamp when each idea was submitted were analyzed to compare performances. Findings The results show that introverts' performances significantly drops after about the middle stage of the ideation session, whereas extraverts do not seem to feel time constraints throughout the ideation session, resulting in superior divergent thinking, which is a major key to understand creative productivity in the problem-solving process. Since extraverts tend to yield a larger pool of ideas, another interpretation is that group composition with extraverts compared with introverts may create a logically larger group, which is important to improve the performance of idea generation group.

This study is to design and apply the Havruta class in the geography class and to investigate the effects of the students' attitude on the geography class and the change of the academic achievement through the Havruta class. As a result, it was found to be effective. The students who experienced the lessons in the class were more interested in the geography class, so they were more active in the class activity and they were useful as the class strategy to turn into the self - leading learner participation class. Through the help of Havruta class, students have been helped to understand the concept of geography, and it can be seen that their interaction with their mates has changed into an active attitude to improve their problem-solving ability and creative thinking ability. But, the students who experienced Havruta class did not get a meaningful difference in the evaluation of academic achievement after the class application. We can expect a positive effect on the application of short-term teaching, but it is necessary to give appropriate grace period to the evaluation of the cognitive domain and to develop a proper evaluation method rather than the existing selective evaluation I knew.
Purpose - Civil affairs are increasing in various forms, but civil servants who are able to handle them want to reduce the complaints and provide keywords that will help in the future due to their lack of time. While various ideas are presented and implemented as policies in solving civil affairs, there are many cases that are not policies that people can sympathize with. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the complaints accurately and to present correct solutions to the analyzed civil complaint data. Research design, data, and methodology - We analyzed the complaints data for the last three years and found out how to solve the problems of Yongin City and alleviate the burdens of civil servants. To do this, the Hadoop platform and Design Thinking process were reviewed, and proposed a new process to fuse it. The big data analysis stage focuses on civil complaints - Civil data extraction - Civil data analysis - Categorization of the year by keywords analyzing them and the needs of citizens were identified. In the forecast analysis for deriving insights, - The case of innovation case study - Idea derivation - Idea evaluation - Prototyping - Case analysis stage used. Results - Through this, a creative idea of providing free transportation cards to solve the major issues of construction, apartment, installation, and vehicle problems was discovered. There is a specific problem of how to provide these services to certain areas, but there is a pressing need for a policy that can contribute as much as it can to the citizens who are suffering from various problems at this moment. Conclusions - In the past, there were many cases in which free traffic cards were issued mainly to the elderly or disabled. In other countries, foreign residents of other area visit the areas for accommodation, and may give out free transportation cards as well. In this case, the local government will be able to set up a framework to present with a win-win scenario in various ways. It is necessary to reorganize the process in future studies so that the actual solution will be adopted, reduce civil complaints, help establish policies in the future, and be applied in other cities as well.
Recently, new teaching methods for communicating with teachers and students have been emerged according to the trends of decreasing the school-age population and the development of the mass media. We have applied teaching-learning model based on the flip learning to the college students in this work. As a result of the test for the customized flipped learning teaching-learning model in pre-class, the attendance rate of the major subject was 92.3% whereas that in liberal arts courses other than majors revealed 87.6%. This result for attendance rate shows that first year students in the radiology department have been actively participated in pre-class of the major subject than that of the liberal arts curriculum. From comparing the differences between the study group that was applied flipped learning in class and the non-applied group, the research group showed higher scores in knowledge, skills, and attitudes than the comparative group. In addition, more than 90% of the learners improved their responsibility, problem solving ability, creative thinking, cooperative ability, and communication ability through this learning program. From the test for the difference in the role of radiologists in the post class, the mean score was 4.40 for the group applied the teaching-learning model while that for non-applied group was 2.10. Hence, from such results, we see that this teaching-learning model is appropriate and needs to be extended to cultivate basic skills in radiology and relevant vocational education.
