공예문화산업은 '공예 문화로 이루어진 산업'의 의미보다는 '산업으로서의 공예 문화'로 이해하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 공예문화산업은 기능, 기술, 기법 또는 토속 원재료를 근간으로 하여, 생산되는 조형제품으로서 제조과정의 주요부분이 수공예적인 특성을 가진 제품을 제조하는 산업을 말한다. 오랜 세월을 걸쳐 역사적으로 전승하여 형성되어온 특정의 공예 문화 관련한 산업이다. 이를 살펴봄으로써 공예문화산업만이 가지고 있는 고유한 특징과 가치를 이해하고 공예 활동이 더 이상 제작의 차원에만 머무르지 않고 제작, 유통, 개발 등 공예문화산업으로 한 국가와 민족의 전통성을 계승하고 표현하는 대표적인 공예 문화 산업분야로써 발전방안에 대한 시장성 연구를 통한 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

공예산업이란 과거에서 전승된 기술과 생산방법, 또는 현대에 새롭게 개발된 기술, 기법, 재료 등을 이용해 만들어진 것으로서 장식적, 실용적 특성을 지니며 일반 대중들이 사용하는 생활용구, 장식품, 기호품 등을 총칭하는 것으로 규정하고 있으며, 공예산업은 특정한 지역의 환경, 풍속, 유적 등의 특성을 기반으로 하여 지역의 전통적 또는 예술적 특성을 가진 제품을 생산하는 산업으로, 공예품에 내재하는 문화적 요소를 밖으로 끌어내어 가공, 생산, 유통 및 소비하는 일련의 과정, 즉 공예품의 상품화를 의미한다. 이에 미래지향적인 국가이미지를 위한 한국 고유의 정서와 전통을 바탕으로 하는 공예문화상품은 한국의 국가 이미지를 창출하는 데에 결정적인 역할을 할 것이라고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 공예문화상품에 대한 인식과 시장성을 조사하여 국내의 공예산업의 현황과 실태에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 이를 토대로 공예문화산업의 효율성과 문제점은 무엇인지를 연구하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

문화산업은 국가의 고유의 가치관과 생활양식 등 문화적 특징으로 만들어진 것으로서 장식성, 실용성의 특성을 지니며 대중들이 이용하는 생활필수용품, 기호용품 등을 총칭하는 것으로 규정하고 있다. 공예문화산업은 지역, 환경 등의 특성을 기반으로 하여 전통예술의 문화적 특징을 가진 상품을 생산하는 공예산업으로, 공예문화상품에 내재된 전통적, 문화적 요소를 이용하여 생산하여 소비하는 일련의 과정으로 문화산업을 의미한다. 공예문화산업의 각 부분에서 나타난 문제점과, 해결방안을 중심으로 중요성을 재조명하여 공예문화산업의 발전을 개발하는 문제적인 부분을 해결할 것이라고 생각한다. 본 연구에서는 공예문화상품에 대한 대중성과 매출현황을 조사하여, 국내의 공예문화산업의 실태를 연구하고 발전방안에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

공예산업은 예술적, 문화적 특징의 복합적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 예술적 특징은 창의적 아이디어를 구체화하는 지적 조형 활동으로 예술적 성격의 강한 미술의 한 분야로 본다. 공예문화산업의 문화적 특징은 "만들어 낸다."라는 인간의 본질적 욕구를 충족시키는 분야이며 문화, 산업 등 상품부분에 활용되고 있다. 문화산업적 측면에서 공예문화상품은 전통적 문화와 민족 고유성을 표현하는 창의성이 가미된 공예산업은 생산은 현대인의 소득수준 및 문화생활을 조사하여 그 수요가 급증에 대한 부분을 연구하려한다. 본 연구에서는 공예문화상품에 대한 산업의 현황에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 토대로 공예산업의 가능성과 문제점은 무엇인지를 연구하고 융 복합적인 연구방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Sustainability is an important topic within a variety of design areas, including fashion. The 'fast fashion' behavior of consumers is one of the big challenges that sustainable living faces. For the fashion industry, sustainability can be seen as a regulating ethos for higher quality and longer-lasting products, which I argue as embodying an intersection between sustainability and luxury. This study establishes a conceptual model for 'sustainable luxury' that can be implemented as a guide in the fashion design industry and education field. This paper will focus particularly on craft-based fashion within the industry. Through conceptual analysis and case studies, I analyze sustainable luxury through the scope of Soper's (2007) 'alternative hedonism', linking hedonic and selfidentity values as a foundation for the acceptance of and continued drive toward more sustainable luxury products. Unlike other studies which only emphasize the ecological and environmental aspects of sustainability, viz. green/eco design, this study explores sustainability as balanced with its four dimensions: environmental, economic, social, and cultural. Case studies will exemplify this redefined notion of sustainable luxury.

The purpose of this research is to provide new direction on the field of the furniture design and to establish the identity of Korean furniture design as the flow of craft's juxtapose mixture era where it mix and match Korean traditional craft style materials with the modern furniture design. In other words, it is intended to create new furniture design and propose beautiful Korean luxury furniture design based on the precious unique culture with the traditional craft style, juxtaposition of modern furniture, and reinterpretation. It should grant artistic values that can satisfy consumers having various tastes and scarcity values, plus it should put out aesthetic and creative expressions in furniture design putting into the beautiful traditional craft form values. Furthermore, it is required to create new design through values and spirit, materials, techniques, forms, pattern, and usages by interacting, coordinating, and combining tradition and modern East and West, plus craft and design.

This study aims to explore comprehensively the effects of a flower craft activity program focused on perceived stress, depression, and self-esteem of adult with mixed methods. The main results of this study are as follows. In the mixed analysis results, perceived stress was reduced by immersing oneself in completing one's own work through flower craft activities, as distracting thoughts in the head disappeared. In the case of depression, depression decreased in the relationship between group members who worked together to complete their own work through flower craft activities. In the case of self-esteem, it was analyzed that flower craft activities had the effect of increasing self-esteem through the satisfaction of the need for life and self-esteem. In future study, this suggests that the healing program applied based on this can be comprehensively reviewed, modified, and supplemented to reorganize it into a more effective flower craft activity program.

건설기능인력은 최종 생산자로서 생산성 및 품질에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고 방치된 채 고령화되고 고갈되는 양상을 띄고 있다. 이는 궁극적으로 젊은 기능인력의 건설사업 회피에서 기인한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 양질의 기능인력 수급을 위해서 기능인력의 자격 및 직급체계를 제안하여 건설기능인력 시장에 젊은 기능인력을 끌어들이는데 있다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 국내 건설기능인력 체계의 현황과 문제점을 연구하였다. 그리고 전문가와의 면담과 독일, 호주의 사례 연구를 통해 국내에 적용 가능한 자격 및 직급체계 구축방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 건설기능인력의 자격 및 직급체계의 활성화는 기능인력이 단순한 노무라는 이미지에서 탈피하여 전문분야임을 인식시킬 수 있으며, 젊고 유능한 기능인력을 건설산업으로 유입시킴으로써 건설기능인력의 생산성 향상, 전문성 강화, 고령화를 탈피시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 사회보장제도와의 연계를 통하여 고용안정화를 도모할 수 있을 것이다.

Construction work is a labor-intensive industry, which is required systematic production activities using materials, manpower, and equipment. Among them, manpower resources play a very important role in achieving efficiently production in the organization. Construction work is highly dependent on construction craft workers, and the level of proficiency can be directly related to the construction productivity and quality. However, a rapidly aging construction craft workers in Korea, is being replaced by a foreign construction craft workers because of advoidance of new laborers in the construction site. In the future, if the continuous development and management of construction manpower is not made properly, it may be lead to adverse effects such as setbacks in production, delayed completion, faulty construction, industrial disasters, and decreased productivity in construction site. In this study, it was proposed four important factors for work capacity management of construction craft workers. These were ensuring of physical strength through the health management of construction craft workers, securing of proficiency through career management, ensuring of productivity through work capacity and establing of informatization through work capacity management. By introducing a systematic system, it is possible to improve construction craft workers' professionalism, enhancing the level of welfare, reflecting the realities of labor costs, increasing the quantitative and qualitative levels of construction craft workers, Futhermore it was demanded the continued interest and policy support for the realization of effective management of construction craft workers.

삶의 질이 높아지고 상품의 미적가치가 강조되면서 상품을 디자인하는데 있어 소비자의 감성을 고려하는 경향이 커지고 있다. 상품의 구매요인이 제품의 기능 중심에서 감성 중심으로 이동함에 따라 스토리텔링의 중요성이 과거보다 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스토리텔링을 적용한 감성마케팅 공예디자인 개발에 목적을 두고 스토리텔링 개념의 이해와 스토리텔링을 적용한 공예디자인 사례 분석을 하고 이를 바탕으로 도자접시에 설화인 별주부전의 이야기를 과거와 현재가 융합되어 위트 있게 변형되어진 내용으로 재구성하여 스토리가 담긴 공예품을 만들고자 하였다. 공예는 상품으로의 가치나 미적 가치에 용이한 분야로 디자인의 다양성과 독창성이 추구될 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 이제 표현적 가치뿐 아니라 의미적 가치의 부여와 함께 소비자의 감성과 욕구 충족을 시켜주는 공예디자인 개발이 필요하며 본 연구가 공예산업이 좀 더 고부가가치 산업으로 자리매김 할 수 있는 토대에 활용 되었으면 한다.
