The section speed enforcement system measures the starting instantaneous speed, the The section speed enforcement system measures the starting instantaneous speed, the ending instantaneous speed, and the section average speed, and imposes fines only for the portion that has been speeding the most. However, according to the Road Traffic Act, most of the systems are installed on highways, so existing research has been conducted on highway sections. In this study, it is expected that the installation of section speed enforcement systems on general national roads will be expanded according to the revision of related laws. ITS collection and operation data targeting the section speed enforcement system installed on National Road 3 Seongnam Icheon-ro was used to analyze traffic speed, standard deviation of traffic speed, and reduction in traffic accidents by dividing it into before installation, trial operation period, and after crackdown. As a result of the analysis, the traffic speed, standard deviation, and traffic accidents decreased by 13%, 25%, and 70%, respectively, after installation, confirming that the installation of the section speed enforcement system greatly contributed to the reduction of accidents.

This study aims to investigate the security demand about the traffic policing by analyzing civil complaints. Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) was applied to extract key topics for 2,062 civil complaints data related to traffic policing from e-People. And additional analysis was made of reports of violations, which accounted for a high proportion. In this process, the consistency and convergence of keywords and representative documents were considered together. As a result of the analysis, complaints related to traffic police could be classified into 41 topics, including traffic safety facilities, passing through intersections(signals), provisional impoundment of vehicle plate, and personal mobility. It is necessary to strengthen crackdowns on violations at intersections and violations of motorcycles and take preemptive measures for the installation and operation of unmanned traffic control equipments, crosswalks, and traffic lights. In addition, it is necessary to publicize the recently amended laws a implemented policies, e-fine, procedure after crackdown.

The purpose of this study is to develop unmanned traffic enforcement equipment and standard specifications for the prevention of traffic accidents and violations of the two-wheeled vehicle laws. To this end, we conducted a review of the problems and new technologies of the currently operating unmanned traffic enforcement equipment on two-wheeled vehicles. And through a survey, the feasibility of introducing unmanned traffic enforcement equipment for two-wheeled vehicles and the current status of technology were investigated. In addition, the two-wheeled vehicle enforcement function was implemented through field tests of the development equipment, and the addition of enforcement targets and the number recognition rate were improved through performance improvement. Based on the results of field experiments and performance evaluation, performance standards for unmanned two-wheeled vehicle traffic enforcement equipment were prepared, and in the communication protocol, two-wheeled vehicle-related matters were newly composed in the vehicle classification code and violation items to develop standards.

Currently, as demand for cars at home and abroad increases, the number of vehicles is decreasing and the number of vehicles is increasing. This is the main cause of the traffic jam. To solve this problem, it operates a high-ocompancy vehicle (HOV) lane, a multi-passenger vehicle, but many people ignore the conditions of use and use it illegally. Since the police visually judge and crack down on such illegal activities, the accuracy of the crackdown is low and inefficient. In this paper, we propose a system design that enables more efficient detection using imaging techniques using computer vision to solve such problems. By improving the existing vehicle detection method that was studied, the trigger was set in the image so that the detection object can be selected and the image analysis can be conducted intensively on the target. Using the YOLO model, a deep learning object recognition model, we propose a method to utilize the shift amount of the center point rather than judging by the bounding box in the image to obtain real-time object detection and accurate signals.

With the recent development of intelligent transportation systems, various technologies applying deep learning technology are being used. To crackdown on illegal vehicles and criminal vehicles driving on the road, a vehicle type classification system capable of accurately determining the type of vehicle is required. This study proposes a vehicle type classification system optimized for mobile traffic control systems using YOLO(You Only Look Once). The system uses a one-stage object detection algorithm YOLOv5 to detect vehicles into six classes: passenger cars, subcompact, compact, and midsize vans, full-size vans, trucks, motorcycles, special vehicles, and construction machinery. About 5,000 pieces of domestic vehicle image data built by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology for the development of artificial intelligence technology were used as learning data. It proposes a lane designation control system that applies a vehicle type classification algorithm capable of recognizing both front and side angles with one camera.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the types of fraudulent crimes among various crimes taking place during NFT transactions, and to approach institutional problems caused by crime types analysis and crackdown methods and legal limitations. Method: IIn order to classify the types of fraudulent crimes that appear in NFT transactions, the crime types were analyzed through the results of previous studies and cases of current incidents. Result: Most of the crimes that are taking place through NFTs are various types of fraudulent crimes such as rug pools, thefts, personal information theft fraud, and pig murder. Therefore, these types were classified and various damage cases were also analyzed. It is a matter of copyright. Conclusion: Currently, the financial problems caused by the occurrence of fraudulent crimes in NFTs worldwide are the most worrisome, and the scale will be even greater as the market grows in the future. Therefore, in Korea, various institutional supplements and policies should be prepared through analysis of crime types that can affect crime prevention and investigation and arrest activities.

This thesis examines contemporary Chinese painting after the Cultural Revolution(1966~76), focusing upon so-called "Chinese Pop art", which I termed as "Socialist Pop art". I considered the art of this period within the broader context of social changes especially after the Tienanmen incident of 1989. After the Cultural Revolution during which idolization of Chairman Mao was at its peak, one of the major changes in communist China was that an anti-Mao wave was generated in almost every social class. For example, novels that revealed the hardships during the Cultural Revolution were published. Posters that openly criticized the Maoism were also produced and displayed on the walls, and demand for democracy spurred widespread activist movements among young generations. These broad social changes were also reflected in art. A variety of art movements were introduced from the West to China, and after a period of experimentation with the new imported styles, artists began to apply the new artistic idiom to their works in order to visualize their own social and political realities they lived in. It was a shift from earlier Socialist Realism to a new expression either directly or indirectly, "Socialist Pop", an amalgam of Socialist Realism and Pop art tradition. After the 1989 crackdown of Tienanmen Square protest, when communist government quelled with brutal measures the students, workers, and ordinary people who rose for democracy, greater urge to protest the Deng Xiaoping regime emerged. This time coincided with the gradual emergence of art using Pop art vocabulary to satirize the social reality, the Socialist Pop art, along with many other art forms all with avant-garde spirit. One of the most frequent subjects of Chinese Pop art was visual images of Chairman Mao and his Cultural Revolution, and new China that was saturated with capitalism, which tainted the Chinese way of life with a Western way of consumerism and commercialism. The reason for the popularity of Mao's image was spurred by the "Mao Craze" in the early 1990's. People suddenly began to fall in a kind of nostalgia for the past, and once again, Mao Zedong was idolized as an entity who can heal the problems of modern China who had been marching towards their ultimate destination, the economic development. But this time Chairman Mao was no more an idol but just a popular, commercial product. He is no more an object of worship of almost religious nature but he has become an iconography symbolizing the complex nature of present Chinese society. During this process of depicting the social reality, Chinese artists are making the authority and sanctity of Maoism ineffective. Dealing with this new trend of contemporary Chinese art in view of "Socialist Pop art" two manners of re-creating Pop art can be illustrated: one that incorporates the propaganda posters of the Cultural Revolution; the other borrows from Chinese traditional popular imagery or mass media, such as photos taken during Mao era. What is worth mentioning is that these posters and photos of the Cultural Revolution can be identified as 'popular' media, as they were directed to educate the popular mass, thus combination of this ingenuous pop media with Western Pop art can be fully justified as a genre unique to China. Through this genre, we can discover a new chapter of the Chinese contemporary painting and its society, as their Pop art can be considered as self-portraits true to their present appearances.

Countries across the globe, including those in Europe, are waging a "war against terrorism" as international terrorist groups such as ISIS and lone-wolf terrorists have unleashed various large-scale attacks on rail infrastructure. Anti-South Korean sentiment exists in Muslim-majority countries because the nation has cooperated with the US for its military interventions in the Middle East, and ISIS has threatened to target South Korea four times since September 9, 2015. In addition, North Korea has been left isolated in the international community with its missile and nuclear tests, while further escalating inter-Korean tension and threatening to strike major facilities and attack important figures in the South. These situations imply that South Korea is no longer immune to terrorist attacks. If the nation fails to prevent or deter such terrorist attacks against rail networks, massive casualties, property damage and social confusion would be unavoidable, deteriorating national and international trust in its counter-terrorism policies. This may lead to a national crisis involving decreases in the number of tourists, dampened interest of foreign investors, and capital flight. This study aims to propose policy measures to enhance railroad security checks, based on the work of railroad police officers, for the sake of protecting citizens and public safety. The suggestions include an incremental expansion of railroad security checks; growth of the railroad police force and adjustment of their policing distribution with other police officers; enhancement of security systems across important rail networks; improvement of the Railroad Safety Act; Southeast Asia, including the corresponding strengthening of the national crackdown illegal immigrants, and plans for pre-emptive and regular cooperation among organizations related to the promotion of security checks and the prevention of terrorist attacks.

Korea, which has undergone a rapid urbanization, faces various problems such as the management of facilities, safety, environment and transportation. To solve civil complaints, local governments receive electronic complaints, but complaints are increasing. Therefore, this study conducted the spatial distribution pattern analysis and the trend analysis by presenting location data on spatial information through Geo-coding by collecting electronic civil petition data over the last 10 years targeting Jinju city. Using the ARIMA model, this study predicted the occurrence of complaints over the next two years (2016~2017) through a time series forecast analysis. As a result, the complaints related to illegal parking were the highest, the complaint related to noise was the second highest, and the complaints related to illegal garbage dumping was the third highest. In addition, the analysis of the spatial distribution pattern shows that the largest hot spot was formed in the central commercial district every year. As a result of the time series forecasting analysis for the crackdown of the illegal parking, complaints increased slightly. To compare the predicted value and the actual data showed a similar pattern. It is judged that this study will be utilized to establish effective countermeasures against civil complaints.

Recently, a growing number of copyright infringement websites have illegally copied and posted works such as broadcasting, movies and music, and posted advertisements to make profits. The research is aimed at finding solutions by analyzing the current status of advertisements on copyright infringement websites. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, there are many advertisements harmful to teenagers, such as casinos, betting, games, adult products, and adult meeting, which is necessary to deal with. Secondly, there were many unethical advertisements on copyright infringement websites, but there were also many advertisements from famous companies. Advertisements from large companies and famous brands are also being executed continuously, which can create trust in illegal sites. Therefore, the government, advertisers, citizens, and academia should participate in a campaign to root out the use of illegal websites because it is impossible to eradicate them by crackdown alone. In this paper, we pointed out the practical problems of advertising execution, the main source of revenue for copyright infringement websites, and presented a comprehensive solution.
