Testing for Lack of Fit via the Generalized Neyman Smooth Test

  • Smoothing tests based on an L$_2$ error between a truncated courier series estimator and a true function have shown good powers for a wide class of alternatives, These tests have the same form of the Neyman smooth test whose performance depends on the selected order, a basis, the farm of estimators. We construct flexible data driven Neyman smooth tests by changing a basis, combining model selection criteria and different series estimators. A simulation study shows that the generalized Neyman smooth test with the best basis provides good power for a wider class of alternatives compared with other data driven Neyman smooth tests based on a fixed form of estimator, a fixed basis and a fixed criterion.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존 무인 택배 시스템에 데이터 분석과 체계적인 관리 시스템을 도입하여 이용자 중심의 새로운 택배 배송 시스템의 모델을 제안하는 것이다. 본 모델은 택배 배송 ?데이터를 누적시켜 마케팅, 공공데이터 파생, 사용자 편리성 등의 다양한 기능을 웹과 모바일을 통해 사용자와 택배기사 및 운영자에게 제공할 수 있으며, 데이터 분석을 통해 신규 무인 택배함의 적절한 위치를 추천해 줄 수 있다. 또한, Power BI와 MySQL을 연동하여 실시간으로 누적되는 데이터를 시각화하여 제시할 수 있고 블루투스 비콘을 활용하여 배송 시 택배 기사의 현 위치 파악을 쉽게 해줄수 있다.

The Validation Test process and CTE Suitability Evaluation based on IEC-61508 for Improving Safety and Reliability on Unmanned ICT Parcel Storage

  • In modern society, since the expansion of the e-commerce market and the spread of the pandemic, face-to-face business are gradually changing to non-face-to-face. In the logistics industry, the demand for unmanned courier storage is increasing due to lack of loading space from urbanization and courier theft accidents. As the demand for unmanned parcel lockers increases, improved functions such as food storage and efficient space loading are required. This study develops an integrated model-based evaluation procedure of product based on performance factors according to the IEC 61508 standard for newly unmanned parcel storage devices with active loading technology, and derive Critical Technology Element based on the product's core functions and performance goals. As proposing these research, We expect improve the safety and reliability of development targets by identifying and evaluating elements.

공공서비스의 공유경제 서비스모델 도입 위한 중요요인 분석 -우체국 서비스를 중심으로 (Service model development and importance analysis using shared economic service - As a specialization center for mail service)

  • ICT기술을 기반으로 공유경제 서비스시스템을 사람들이 손쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 대부분의 공유경제 서비스는 민간기업에서 제공하고 있으며, 공공재에서의 논의는 미진하다. 현재 진행되는 공유경제 서비스를 택배서비스 관점에서 본다면 우버의 시스템이 대안이 될 수 있다. 우체국의 택배서비스는 ICT기술을 이용하지만 공유경제의 서비스와는 차이가 있다. 본 연구는 델파이 분석기법과 AHP방법론을 사용하여, 공유경제 시스템을 도입하는데 있어서 중요요인들을 도출하였다. 그 결과 상위계층에서는 사회경제적 특성이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 하위계층에서는 공유경제 플랫폼, 유휴자원의 공유, 스마트폰의 대중화, 전자상거래의 증가가 4가지 중요 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해서 공유경제의 본질인 '효율의 극대화'를 위해서 공공재에 공유경제 시스템에 도입의 필요성과 도입 시 중요요인에 대해서 제시하고 있다.

택배종사자의 직무스트레스 요인 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Job Stress Factors in Delivery Workers)

  • Job stress factors are factors that induce biological, psychological, and behavioral responses in individuals when they encounter mental and physical stimuli in the workplace. According to occupational safety and health standards, employers are responsible for the health consequences of job stress when workers engage in activities that result in high levels of physical fatigue and mental stress. Such activities include long working hours, shift work (including night shifts), driving vehicles, and operating precision machinery. Therefore, precautionary measures should be implemented. Following the COVID-19 epidemic, the logistics industry in Korea has experienced rapid growth owing to the shift from offline to online platforms facilitated by advanced digital infrastructure. Consequently, this study conducted a survey to analyze job stress factors among delivery workers. The survey utilized a Korean job stress factor assessment tool comprising 43 items and analyzed job stress factors considering the work characteristics of the courier business field obtained from responses provided by 421 courier workers nationwide. The survey analysis revealed that the physical environment, job demands, and job autonomy exhibited higher stress indices among Korean workers. Furthermore, the younger the age, the higher the stress on job demands, whereas the higher the age, the higher the stress on relationship conflict, job instability, and workplace culture. In addition, daytime delivery work was associated with higher stress levels in job demands and job instability compared with nighttime delivery work. These findings can serve as foundational data for reducing and preventing job stress among courier workers, whose workload has increased owing to the growth of the logistics industry.

IPA분석을 이용한 정기화물운송업의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on IPA-based Competitiveness Enhancement Measures for Regular Freight Service)

  • Purpose - Despite the structural irrationality of multi-level transportation and the oil price rise, the domestic freight transportation market continues to grow, mirroring the rise in e-commerce and resultant increase in courier services and freight volumes. Several studies on courier services have been conducted. However, few studies or statistics have been published regarding regular freight services although they have played a role in the freight service market. The present study identifies the characteristics of regular freight service users to seek competitiveness enhancement measures specific to regular freight services. Research design, data, and methodology - IPA is a comparative analysis of the relative importance of and satisfaction with each attribute simultaneously. This study used IPA because it facilitates the process of analyzing importance and performance, deriving implications and a visual understanding of results. To enhance the competitiveness of regular freight services, this study surveyed its current users regarding the importance of the regular freight service factors. A total of 200 copies of a questionnaire were circulated and 190 copies were returned. In addition to demographics, respondents answered questions about the importance of and satisfaction with services on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 3 inappropriate copies, 187 out of 190 copies were analyzed. PASW Statistics 18 was used for statistical analysis. A total of 20 question items were selected for the service factors presented in the questionnaire based on the 1st pilot survey and previous studies. Results - According to the IPA performed to compare the importance of and satisfaction with service factors, both importance and satisfaction are high in the 1st quadrant, which involves the economic advantage of using regular freight services, quick arrival at destinations, weight freight handling, and less time constraints on freight receipt/dispatch. This area requires continuous management. Satisfaction is higher than importance in the 2nd quadrant, which involves the adequacy of freight, cost savings over ordinary courier services, notification on freight arrival, and freight tracking information. This area requires intensive investment and management. Satisfaction is lower than importance in the 3rd quadrant, involving the credit card payment system, courier delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. This area requires further intensive management. Both importance and satisfaction are low in the 4th quadrant, involving the availability of collection service, storage space at freight handling sites, kindness of collection/delivery staff, kindness of outlet staff, and easy delivery checks. This area is a set of variables should be excluded from priority control targets. Conclusions - Based on the IPA, service factors that need priority controls because of high importance and low satisfaction include the credit card payment system, delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. The findings need to be applied to future marketing strategies for regular freight services and for developing competitiveness enhancement programs.

택배서비스의 새로운 택배요금 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the New Freight Charging Model for Parcel Service)

  • 국내택배는 전자상거래 활성화에 힘입어 매년 높은 성장률을 보이는 반면, 택배단가는 계속 떨어지고 있다. 낮은 택배단가로 택배사에 수익성 악화는 물론 소비자에게는 서비스 저하, 종사자에게는 과로 및 사고 등을 초래하여 택배요금 정상화를 위한 개선이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 합리적인 요금체계 모델과 요금을 계산하는 시스템적인 접근방법을 제시하였다. 연구 방법은 화물의 부피와 무게로 부피중량(Voulumatirc Weight) 및 운임톤(Revenue Ton)을 반영하여 청구중량(Chargeable Weight)를 계산하고 택배원가을 토대로 새로운 택배요금 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 현장에서도 쉽고 편하고 합리적으로 요금을 결정할 수 있는 요금결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 실증에서는 실제 거래되는 택배를 샘플링하여 요금차이를 검토한 결과, 부피보다는 중량에 의존하여 요금이 결정되고 있었으며 개인택배의 경우 63.5%, B2C택배의 경우 40%가 부적합으로 확인되었다. 택배현장에서 나타나는 부작용과 문제점을 해소하기 위한 대안으로 택배가격 개선방안 연구가 절실함에 이 연구가 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Note on Central Limit Theorem for Deconvolution Wavelet Density Estimators

  • The problem of wavelet density estimation based on Shannon's wavelets is studied when the sample observations are contaminated with random noise. In this paper we will discuss the asymptotic normality for deconvolving wavelet density estimator of the unknown density f(x) when courier transform of random noise has polynomial descent.

차동기질내에서 위형 루우프 안테나의 배열에 관한 연구 (A study on the Array of Circular Loop Antenna in Moving Media)

  • 본 논문에서는 광속에 비하여 대단히 작은 진도의 운동매질내에서 도형 루우프 안테나의 array에 대한 방사 특성 및 전류분포를 고찰하였다. 즉 운동매질내의 무형 루우프 안테나 array 상태에서 전류에 대한 적분방정식을 유도차고 이 적분방정식의 해로서 courier경수형식의 전류를 구하였다. 이 전류와 운동매질내에서의 Dayadic Green 함수로부터 전자계식을 구하고, 이들 식을 2개소자로 이루어진 강형 루우프 안테나 array에 적용하여 수치계산을 한 다음, 이를 정지매질의 경우와 비교검토한 결과 전계패턴이 운동매질내에서 매질속도와 반대방향으로 확대되고, 매질속도와 같은 방향으로는 축소되며 지향성이 편위됨을 볼 수 있었다. 이와 같은 변화의 정도는 매질속도가 클수록, 또 루우프의 반경이 클수록 현저하였다.

ICT 콜드체인 기술이 적용된 무인 택배물품 보관장치의 시스템 운영 안전성 확보를 위한 연구 (The Development of the System Operation Safety of Unmanned Parcel Storage System with ICT and Cold Chain Technology)

  • The development of technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the growth of the online market due to pandemic are continuing the growth of the logistics market for product delivery. If it is difficult to deliver the product directly to the customer during delivery, storage and delivery using the unmanned courier box are being carried out. However, existing storage boxes are not actively used due to lack of usability even though they have the advantage of storing goods and delivering non-face-to-face. In addition, existing courier boxes are not prepared for cold chain transportation. The unmanned delivery storage device with ICT cold chain technology should be developed to prepare for the transition to non-face-to-face society, to improve logistics efficiency and meet user's requirements. Also, it is necessary to consider the measures to reduce the safety problems that may occur during the use and maintenance of the automatic system. This study conducted a model-based analysis for the development of unmanned delivery storage devices with ICT cold chain technology, and conducted a study to derive the system development specifications that meet the requirements and secure safety and apply them to the development process.
