통합보안관리 시스템에서의 침입탐지 및 대응을 위한 보안 정책 모델에 관한 연구 (Security Policy Model for the Intrusion Detection and Response on Enterprise Security Management System)

  • 최근 다변화된 침입에 대하여 대처하기가 어렵고, 시스템 환경에 적합한 시스템 개발과 대규모 네트워크에 대한 효율적인 침입 탐지 및 대응 구조를 갖고 있지 않는 등 단일 보안 관리의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 그래서 대규모화 되어가는 네트워크에서 다양한 침입을 차단하기 위해서는 분산화된 보안제어시스템들의 필요성이 요구되고 있고, 다양한 보안시스템의 통합관리와 각 시스템들의 침입탐지 및 대응에 대한 모델이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 광범위한 네트워크 자원을 관리하는 PBNM 구조를 개선하고 보안시스템의 침입탐지 및 대응에 적합한 새로운 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 모델을 통합보안관리시스템에 적용시킴으로써 효과적인 침입탐지 및 대응을 위한 보안 정책 모델를 기반으로 통합보안관리시스템을 설계하였다.

Study on Flow Instability and Countermeasure in a Draft tube with Swirling flow

  • The swirling flow in the draft tube of a Francis turbine can cause the flow instability and the cavitation surge and has a larger influence on hydraulic power operating system. In this paper, the cavitating flow with swirling flow in the diffuser was studied by the draft tube component experiment, the model Francis turbine experiment and the numerical simulation. In the component experiment, several types of fluctuations were observed, including the cavitation surge and the vortex rope behaviour by the swirling flow. While the cavitation surge and the vortex rope behaviour were suppressed by the aeration into the diffuser, the loss coefficient in the diffuser increased by the aeration. In the model turbine test the aeration decreased the efficiency of the model turbine by several percent. In the numerical simulation, the cavitating flow was studied using Scale-Adaptive Simulation (SAS) with particular emphasis on understanding the unsteady characteristics of the vortex rope structure. The generation and evolution of the vortex rope structures have been investigated throughout the diffuser using the iso-surface of vapor volume fraction. The pressure fluctuation in the diffuser by numerical simulation confirmed the cavitation surge observed in the experiment. Finally, this pressure fluctuation of the cavitation surge was examined and interpreted by CFD.

  • 현재의 건설산업은 고급화, 첨단화 및 친환경화 되면서 질적으로 많은 변화를 이루고 있고 구조형식에 있어서도 장대하고 보다 복잡해짐에 따라 안전대책이 절실히 요구된다. 그러나 지금까지 양적 팽창위주로 건설되어온 관계로 안전관리는 소홀히 하였으며, 이에 따른 대형사고가 발생되게 되었고, 최근에는 안전관리에 대한 인식이 높아지게 되었으며 효과적인 안전관리체계구축에 관심이 모아지게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건축물의 효율적인 안전관리를 위해 Mobile GIS를 적용하여 안전관리 시스템을 구축함으로서 기존의 건축물 안전관리 업무의 한계성을 벗어나 현장에서 직접 데이터를 검색, 저장, 관리하여 신속하고 효율적으로 건축물을 관리 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

열차풍에 의한 고속선 자갈비산현상 연구 (A Study on the Ballast-flying Phenomena by Strong Wind Induced by High-speed Train)

  • The mechanism of ballast-flying phenomena by strong wind induced by high-speed trains has extensively been investigated by conducting wind tunnel test and field-measuring of wind velocity in the vicinity of the track. The ballast gathered from the Seoul-Busan high-speed railway track has been classified by mass and shape to find relationship between those properties and the characteristic of movement in high wind and 16-channel Kiel-probe array has been used to examine the detailed flow structure above the surface of the track. The probability of ballast-flying during the passage of the high-speed train has been assessed comparing the results from wind tunnel test and that from field-measuring. The results shows that when the G7 train runs well as the KTX train runs at 300km/h, about 25m/s wind gust is induced just above the tie and the probability far small ballast under 50g to fly is about 50% when it is on the tie. If the G7 train runs at 350km/h, the wind gust just above the tie increases to 30m/s, therefore radical countermeasure seems to be needed.

The Medical treatment and welfare service is essential, and the aged support domiciliary care facility in the rudiments step more expand must. It is real condition that Kangwon-do's number of closed school appears by many things thirdly in whole country and the post management countermeasure is urgent. Because this research chooses the closed school by way to solve the closed school problem that happen by the child of school age decrease the farming and fishing villages or small city and the shortage problem of old people's welfare facilities by population graying at the same time. There is the purpose to grope practical use the possibility of local closed school as welfare center for the old who stay at home present remodeling to welfare facilities for the old man. Keeping the structure condition of a closed school maximum, the welfare center for the old who stay at home by remodeling a closed school ultimately proposed.

  • This study aims for improving the system in Disaster Management of Local Government. In addition, the overall disaster management system was compared to the effectiveness of the disaster prevention system and reliability, and problems and improvement points were derived. The disaster management system in Korea has a structure that promptly investigates and restores damage by a simple procedure. Korea disaster management system manages information on top-down structural disasters through the flow of prevention, preparation, response, and recovery. The process from disaster response to recovery under the leadership of the central disaster safety headquarters is simplified. Disaster management tasks are dispersed among departments, making it difficult to respond promptly. Under the control of the central government, disaster management, such as disaster prevention, investigation, and recovery, are carried out. The disaster management improvement direction of the local government should establish the disaster response system focusing on the local government. Therefore, it is necessary to have budget to operate the organization - centered disaster management budget and the disaster management organization. The disaster response manual should be prepared considering the disaster environment and disaster prevention plan. In order to utilize disaster information, it is necessary to reorganize information system such as integrate and streamline of the private resource database and NDMS.

A study on the Policy Instrument for Regional Innovation System Construction in the Mekong Delta Region

  • This study investigated the policy instruments pertinent to the establishment of a regional innovation system in the Mekong Delta that facilitates the development of a countermeasure towards various issues of industrial and technological nature. First, we conducted the research with regard to the status and environment of the region. Second, a field visiting survey was implemented to analyze the results of international efforts and regional capacity to solve the problems attendant upon introducing technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Third, we derived the key policy issues and challenges from the results of the field visiting survey and experts' conference with a deep focus on technological transfer and international cooperation to enhance the capability in the science and technology field. Fourth, we conducted the opinion survey of the experts from Korea and Vietnam to converge local opinions from both countries and analyzed the results. The range of research subjects is responding to climate change, managing water resources, coordinating energy and industrial structure, making a resilient Mekong regional ecosystem, smartification of local cities, and improving the life quality of citizens, and so on. The results of this study are expected to be the beginning of fundamental research in the mid to long-term view of the Mekong Delta region innovation system of Korea and Vietnam and to evaluate the master plan.

북천지역 자연학습 체험단지 조성을 위한 기본 계획(II) -홍수위 및 식수결정, 북천 경관분석- (Preliminary Design for Preparing a Natural Learning and Experimental Area in Bukchun and Boundary(II) -Determination of Flood Level/Tree Planting, Analysis of Bukchun Scene-)

  • This study analyzed the characteristic of basic river structure, a flood level, the tree planting recommendation and syn thetic design, in order to establish a basic plan for preparing a natural practical area of environmental ecosystem at Bukchun and its surroundings. It was also investigated based on the opinion of citizens, geographical condition and the equipment/utilization examination of Bukchun which were included ecological circumstances, and thus provided a composite item for managing the natural river. This study also considered the development of the river in terms of culture, environment and ecology concept. The results were summarized as followed. Bukchun showed that the speed of a funning fluid is very fast on a period of flood. but very slow in a period of water shortage about 0.02 m/s. To prevent the speed change of a running fluid by a steep slope in a riverbed, there established Dongchun sluice gates under a bridge, including three sluice gates under a bridge, but there occurred extremely a riverbed erosion and corrosion section. The result of comparison between real flood degree and prediction flood data, there should perform a countermeasure the riverbed structure regulation of this area. Also, it was needed an exhaustive flood management in summer. According to the Bukchun and Hyungsangang riverbed investigation, there were needed preparation for natural/practical area and ecology Park development in the future. This study was investigated tree Planting/flower/blossom around the Bukchun and its surroundings. It was recommended willow, Italian poplar, bamboos and cherry blossoms in the Hyungsangang and Bukchun. There exist together historical space, environment space iud have enough possibility both natural learning space and civil rest space. And, it is possible to compose ecology natural learning and experimental area.

대규모 보강토옹벽 구조물에서의 기초지반 지지력특성 평가 (Assesment on the Characteristics of Foundation Bearing Capacity in Reinforced Soil Wall Structure of Large Scale)

  • 국내에서는 여러 가지 형상 및 친환경적인 보강토옹벽 구조물의 시공은 최근 많이 확대되고 있다. 전체구조물의 안정과 더불어 블록에 발생되는 균열은 대부분 원인으로 기초의 침하에 의한 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 기초지반의 부등침하와 관련하여 기초지지력의 설계시 평가법 및 시공시 평가법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 현장에서 실시되고 있는 실제 시공사례를 이용하여 보강토옹벽의 안정을 기초지지력을 만족하지 못하는 경우에 대한 대책방안을 제시하고 그 방안의 활용성을 제시하였다. 보강토옹벽의 기초부분은 전체사면의 잠재적 활동면의 범주내에 있게 되므로 기초지지력을 담당하는 지반은 지반의 활동저항력에 영향을 받게 된다. 따라서, 기초지지력을 부담하는 기초지반은 지지력에 대한 안정을 만족할 뿐 만 아니라 전체사면활동에 저항하는 억지능력에 대하여도 고려되어야 한다.

침해가 있는 격자구조 애드-혹 네트워크의 전송성능 (Transmission Performance of Lattice Structure Ad-Hoc Network under Intrusions)

  • 임시망으로서 애드-혹 네트워크는 네트워크가 설치된 환경이나 구조에 의하여 많은 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크나 IoT(Internet of Things)와 같은 특수한 통신 환경에서 사용될 것으로 예상되는 격자구조 애드-혹 네트워크의 전송성능을 정보침해가 발생되는 측면에서 분석하고 대응 방안으로 모색하여 본다. 본 논문은 NS-2를 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 수행하였으며, 성능측정은 응용 서비스로 널리 사용되는 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 서비스를 대상으로 하였다. 성능 파라미터로는 MOS(Mean Opinion Score)와 호연결율을 사용하였다. 성능분석 결과 침해가 발생되는 애드-혹 네트워크에서 MOS의 경우 랜덤구조가 격자구조에 비하여 성능이 다소 높았고, 호연결율의 경우는 격자구조가 랜덤구조에 비하여 우수한 성능을 보였다.
