The purpose of this study was to develop the Family System Diagnosis Scale and to examine its reliability and validity. The subscales of the questionnaire included scores on seven constructs. In order to define constructs accurately, a careful review of Minuchin's writings, the writings of other family therapists, and relevant articles on family interaction was undertaken. A pool of 150 items was given to eight family counselors along with a description of Minuchin' s concepts. The counselors were asked to choose the category each statement fit and to rate the degree of fit using the 3-point scale. Using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and Linear Structural Relationship(LISREL), six subdimensions of individuation and 55 items of FSDS were identified; enmeshmen disengagement(16 items), parent coalition generational coalition(6 items), flexibility rigidity(5 items), spouse conflict resolved unresolved(8 items), mother-child cohesion estrangement(10 items), father-child cohesion estrangement(10 items). 356 adolescents(ages 13∼18), 356 fathers, 356 mothers in Seoul, Busan, Dague, Incheun, Dajeun, Ulsan, and Kwangju were completed the Family System Diagnosis Scale(FSDS). The reliability of the scale was calculated by Cronbach's a Coefficient and the total a = .94 and the calculation for each factor was .87, .60, .77, .80 and .79 respectively.
This study examined differences in counseling work and work performance in a firm by the individual characteristics of counselors. This study also investigated the effects of consumer counselor's reaction and stress from counseling work on counselor satisfaction in regards to counseling work and work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumer counselor's work satisfaction was high for female counselors, university-educated, with middle or high status occupations, had short work years, had a higher tendency towards consumerism, worked in a counseling department with an active reaction policy towards consumer complaints, and had a lower level. Second, the work performance of a counselor was high for those who were older, university-educated, had short work years, worked in large-size counseling departments in a firm, had a higher tendency of consumerism, and worked in counseling departments with active reaction policies toward consumer and consumer's complaints. Third, consumer counselor's work stress effected work satisfaction but did not influence work performance. The counselor's reaction towards consumer's complaints influenced the work performance but did not influence the work satisfaction of a counselor.
Purpose: The present study concentrates on the issues that affected the employees directly and acted as stress factors. These stress factors affect how the employees perform while undertaking their duties. Furthermore, this study evaluated how the involvement of the corporate counsel affected the company by enhancing the productivity of the employees. Research design, data and methodology: The research design of this research is a literature content analysis and method for data handling should be described, and the resultant combination of the studies should include the consistency measures for every meta-analysis. Specify any risk assessment of bias that may impact the cumulative evidence, such as the publication bias and the selective reporting within studies. Results: The finding shows that change in the location of employees' organizational restructuring and the introduction of new technologies also contributed to significant organizational stress factors. These results show a substantial correlation between the magnitude of the adjustments' effects on employees' performance. Conclusions: The current study strongly concludes that counselors, through their prowess, can analyze and evaluate the stress factors that are evident among the employees and in the organization. Some of these factors may be office layout, organizational codes of ethics, organization rules, and employees' personal challenges.
The purpose of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the communication style of adolescent counselors on the emotional stability and satisfaction of counseling adolescents. To this end, 180 adolescents under the age of 19 were collected for about two months from May to July, 2020, and analyzed according to the procedure. The analysis results of the research hypothesis 1 set in this study,'The counselor's communication style perceived by a youth client will affect the client's emotional stability' is as follows. First, the controlled and professional communication styles of adolescent counselors positively influence the tension and anxiety of adolescent clients. In addition, the counselor's controlled and professional communication style positively affects the anxiety and fear of adolescent clients. And counselors's cooperative communication style positively affects the client's satisfaction and serenity. Finally, the counselor's communication style does not affect the teen client's optimism. Research hypothesis 2 set up in this study The analysis result of'the counselor's communication style perceived by the youth client will affect the counselor's counseling satisfaction', and all sub-factors of cooperative, controlled, and professional style It was found to have a positive effect on counseling satisfaction.
This study closely analyzed the curriculum of the Christian Education Counseling Department and the general Education Counseling Department, and found the current status and problems of the curriculum of the Christian Education Counseling Department and the general Education Counsel Department. This study presented a balanced curriculum of the Christian Education Counseling Department with above analysis. For this purpose, the analysis focused on the educational operation process of Christian education counseling departments and general education counseling departments, such as educational goals, subjects, and counseling practical training. The Christian Education Counseling Department and the general Education Counseling Department are often combined with departments such as Christian Education, Youth, Children and Youth, and Lifelong Education, with the characteristics of convergence majors, so the basic subjects of the department were analyzed to have a higher percentage of subjects than counseling subjects. The results of the analysis showed that both departments lacked a considerable number of subjects related to counseling practical training. In the counseling course, the subjects of personal analysis, education analysis, counseling ethics, and counseling case super-vision for the professional development of counselors are still lacking, according to the analysis. In order to train counselors, it was analyzed that the system of systematic clinical practice system, various counseling analysis for counselor education, and the expansion of super vision subjects were urgently needed. In a modern society where the demand for counseling and the need for counseling experts are increasing as society becomes more complex, it is hoped that Korean universities will be able to actively contribute and cooperate in developing models of counseling education and training counseling experts through them, focusing on standardized indicators for fostering counselors.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of counselor-client's intimacy, empathy, and communication level when cognitive thinking trait between counselor and client is the same or not. For this purpose, 70 peer counselors of the S division conducted counseling training for 10 hours with 6 hours of education and 4 hours of practice. All counseling sessions were preceded by APL cognitive test, divided into two cognitive trait, followed by counseling with the same cognitive trait for two hours, and with a different cognitive for two hours. After each session, questionnaires were conducted. The results of this study showed that intimacy, empathy and communication level were significantly higher in counseling with the same trait as counselors than different. The results of this study are verifying the difference of the cognitive trait of the counselor and the client among the variables of the counselors influencing effect in the counseling process. Suggesting the importance of a counseling plan that takes into account the self-understanding of counselor and the trait of the client. Finally, the points of this study were discussed.
The purpose of this study is to provide the useful reference to establish the system improvement plan that activates the counseling service quality for the disabled parents peer counselors. The qualitative case study method of Yin (2009) has been used to understand and reflect to the system for the experience of field counseling of the peer counselors for the disabled parents. 10 parents peer counselors for the disabled were proportionately sampled and interviewed about their experiences through a FGI and two individual interviews. The result of the study derived from total 87 abstract concepts and 17 categories and personal motivations for participating and changes from the experience are as follows: the effects of counseling are "mutual sympathy toward the same disability," "Identity transformation from nobody to somebody who gives hope," and "another social insurance and social safety network that parents disability make." The barrier facts for the parents peer counseling activation are: "problem of securing the position of the counseling site" and difficulty in finding the client due to lack of awareness and publicity. "The study suggests four programs to upgrade the parents peer counseling: (1) To secure the position of the counseling site, (2) To reestablish the status as a professional counselor. (3) The need of pokicy supplement and support from the government, (4) The expectancy of creating jobs through the conversion of full-time workers.
The purpose of this study is to develop an effective intervention strategy for marriage migrant woman in family therapy. For this purpose, we collected counseling cases of professional counselors who successfully completed counseling and attempted the qualitative analysis of treatment intervention strategies and effects. The results of the study were obtained by dividing the meaning units in the immigrant woman's statements made during the counseling process composed of a total of 6 sessions. The counselors were analyzed to have tried the following intervention strategies. They attempted the following six strategies: Helping emotional differentiation by searching for unresolved emotional problems, dealing with undifferentiation due to family projection process and love triangle, dealing with multi-generational transfer process of the original family relationship patterns and coping mechanism, shedding lihgt on ineffectiveness of inconsistent communication due to emotional oppression applying a communication model of MRI, switching client's awareness through reorganization, suggesting a way of communication that leads to real self. Such counselors' attempts resulted in positive changes and treatment effects were found to include first, cognitive insights and motivation for change, second, improved communication skills and third, anxiety reduction and self-differentiation. Due to their husbands' refusal to participate in counseling, marriage migrant women often get involved in counseling alone, so they tend to worry that the effectiveness of family therapy may be low but it was found that the proper intervention of the counselor could improve the ability of the wife to resolve conflicts, which would be a great help in solving problems such as family violence and this study is meaningful in that it provided the appropriate therapeutic intervention strategies needed.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.
This study is a qualitative analysis aimed at facilitating a plan of social support for heavy debtors. for this purpose, the status of issues related to heavy debtors in Japan is considered, and more is revealed about the status of operation for non-profit organizations and groups of heavy debtor victims as counseling agencies for heavy debtors. In addition, through interviews conducted with the counselors of these organizations, a survey has been made on whether the credit counseling provides particular functions for and increases the satisfaction of debtors. The root of Japan's large number of heavy debtors lay in that country's excessive growth of consumer financing, the increase of its use, the structural problems on the lending system of consumer financing and legal insufficiency, to name of few fundamental problems. The interviews on debtor counseling in private organizations revealed that the debtors being counseled showed a great change, due primarily to group counseling and activities, in such aspects as psychological stability, learning and understanding about heavy debts and willingness to take action for solving their own problems. In addition, regarding the aspects of time and cost, specialty, mutual exchange of experienced persons, psychological care and educational functions, the importance of the debtor counseling group's role has been established. To improve the problems of heavy debtors in Korea, there is a need to promote the importance of debtor counseling increase the interest and support of the administration, create a sense of solidarity among related organizations and promote public education on consumer credit. The support of the consumer credit industry and the development of human resources are also badly needed.
