직무 기대와 직무 만족의 차이가 전반적인 직원 만족에 미치는 영향 -대학 행정직원을 중심으로- (The Effect of Differences between Job Expectations and Job Satisfaction on Overall Employee Satisfaction -Focused on University Staff-)

  • 본 연구는 대학 행정직원이 직무에 대한 사전 기대와 만족의 차이인 기대 불일치가 직원 만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 기대 불일치가 행정직원의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 12월17일부터 2018년 12월24일까지 8일 동안 서울지역 S 대학교에 재직 중인 행정직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 행정직원의 입사전 직무기대와 입사후 직무만족 사이의 차이를 분석한 결과 15개 모든 측정변수에 대해서 유의미한 부(-)의 차이가 발생하였다. 둘째, 근무대가 요인과 인사제도 요인이 직원만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 근무대가와 인사제도의 기대 불일치가 1 늘어나면 직원만족은 각각 0.35, 0.24만큼 낮아진다. 셋째, 근무대가와 인사제도의 하위 항목 중에서도 부서배정과 업무분장, 적절한 보수지급, 보수결정과정의 합리성, 좋은 복지제도 등이 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기대 불일치와 직원 만족의 유의한 상관관계를 분석하여 재정적인 부담이 낮으면서 직원 만족을 높일 수 있는 항목에 집중하여 행정직원의 기대 불일치 폭을 좁혀나간다면 직원의 만족이 높아지고 결국 교육서비스 품질이 제고될 것이다.

균형성과표를 활용한 전자의무기록시스템의 성과측정 모형개발 (Development of the Performance Measurement Model of Electronic Medical Record System - Focused on Balanced Score Card -)

  • The purpose of this study are suggest to performance measurement model of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) and Key Performance Index(KPI). For data collection, 665 questionnaires were distributed to medical record administrators and insurance reviewers at 31 hospitals, and 580 questionnaires were collected(collection rate: 87.2%). Regarding methodology, Critical Success Factor(CSF) and index of the information system were derived based on previous studies, and these were set as performance measurement factors of EMR system. The performance measurement factors were constructed by perspective using BSC, and analysis on causal relationship between factors was conducted. A model of causal relationship was established, and performance measurement model of EMR system was proposed through model validation. Analysis on causal relationship between performance management factors revealed that utility cognition of the learning & growth perspective factor had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.20$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.66$) of the internal process perspective factors, and security had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.31$) of the customer perspective factor. System quality had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.66$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.76$) of the internal process perspective factors, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). Job efficiency of the internal process perspective had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.43$), and decision support had causal relationship with decision support satisfaction(${\beta}=0.91$) and job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.74$), all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). System satisfaction of the customer perspective had causal relationship with job satisfaction(${\beta}=0.12$), job satisfaction had causal relationship with cost reduction(${\beta}=0.53$) of the financial perspective, and decision support satisfaction had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.40$)of the financial perspective(P<0.01). Also, cost reduction of the financial perspective had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.37$), all which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Suitability index verification of the performance measurement model whose causal relationship was found to be statistically significant revealed that $X^2/df=2.875$, RMR=0.036, GFI=0.831, AGFI=0.810, CFI=0.887, NFI=0.838, IFI=0.888, RMSEA=0.057, PNFI=0.781, and PCFI=0.827, all of which were in suitable levels. In conclusion, the performance measurement indices of EMR system include utility cognition, security, and system quality of the learning & growth perspective, decision support and job efficiency of the internal process perspective, system satisfaction, decision support satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the customer perspective, and productivity improvement and cost reduction of the financial perspective. In this study, it is expected that the performance measurement indices and model of EMR system which are suggested by the author, will be a measurement tool available for system performance measurement of EMR system in medical institutions.

IT서비스 전환의도에 대한 전환비용의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Switching Cost on the IT Service Switching Intention)

  • 오늘날 사람들은 기존 IT서비스 보다 더 개선된 새로운 IT서비스가 등장하게 되면서 IT서비스의 전환을 고민하게 되고, IT서비스를 제공하는 기업들도 고객유지 또는 고객확보를 위한 전략을 개발하고 있다. 온라인과 오프라인 환경 모두에서 서비스 전환의도에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이들의 영향정도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 요인들 간의 직접적인 관계뿐만 아니라, 개인적 특성인 습관과 대안 IT서비스의 매력이 현재 IT서비스 만족을 통해서 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 관계, 전환비용 지각 크기에 따라 IT서비스 전환의도에 다르게 영향을 주는 관계를 포함한 연구모형을 설계하였다. 설계한 연구모형은 구조방정식모형과 다중집단분석을 사용하여 실증하였다. 검증결과는 IT서비스 전환의도에 습관과 기존 IT서비스 만족은 유의한 영향을 미치나 대안 IT서비스 매력은 그렇지 않고 기존 IT서비스 만족을 경유하여 전환의도에 영향을 주는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 또한, 전환비용이 클수록 습관이 전환의도에 주는 영향력이 강한 것을 확인할 수 있다.

  • ERP in the past, primarily centering on large enterprises and the introduction of competition in the global e-business, but along with the proliferation of small and medium-sized enterprises are now in earnest, or to take advantage of the introduction of the ERP plan. However, the introduction of the ERP cost and the effort required to develop, because many never previously introduced ERP expect that the introduction of cost and performance comparisons with the measurement is necessary. Until now, however, the introduction of a framework of analysis followed the introduction of ERP primarily to measure performance of a major improvement. This research, in addition to improving the performance of these tasks have been overlooked until now for the system's user satisfaction BSC (Balanced Scorecard) models and techniques using AHP-specific understanding of the Company (Group executives, middle managers groups, and user groups) Importance of priorities you want to analyze. In summary, the key findings of this study follows. First, ERP user satisfaction measurement for the balanced scorecard indicators in terms of the redevelopment. Second, the information system user satisfaction to the user layer (Layer 3), grouped by the measure. Thirdly, the user satisfaction of the important topics for attention as quantified by measuring the hierarchy. This model is for satisfaction levels as quantitative of future users of the new system, information systems and the introduction of a new model of development based on the evaluation data will be able to take advantage of.

모바일 상거래의 채널만족과 채널선호에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Influencing on the Channel Satisfaction and Channel Preference of the Mobile Commerce)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 모바일 상거래의 채널만족과 채널선호에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 기술수용모형, 거래비용이론 그리고 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 모바일 사용자 320명을 대상으로 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 유용성, 자산특유성, 불확실성, 신뢰, 응답성이 채널만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 채널만족이 채널선호에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Study on Satisfaction According to Result of Participants in DIY Woodworking Program

  • This study was the research of the satisfaction of participation in short DIY Woodworking program organized by university as productive leisure activity. It is the study of what satisfactions-factors of the participants are and how the satisfaction is continued with activities of the participants later on, and finally how the satisfaction influences the choice of leisure activity further. Questionnaire is consist of total 41 survey standards like the article for facility, education, service and cost & the demographic contents of the participants. It was executed by the participants in program at sight from Aug. $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ 2008, and the valid samples 156 copies were definitely analyzed. The result of analysis shows first that the majority of the participants in the short leisure program are the beginner who took part in such program for the first time. What them interests are the convenient facility & use of tools. Second, the reasonable fees in terms of material cost & preparation of personal tools influenced positively on satisfaction of participation. Third, the dissatisfaction of participants regarding educational method and service could be solved by that the trainer who makes practical lesson had been informed of the course in advance.

학동기 자녀를 둔 맞벌이가족의 가족관계와 정책적 제언 (The family relationships and the policy implications of dual-earner families with school-aged children)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the current status of dual-earner families in Seoul. The specific aims of this study were to examine the dynamics of marital relationship, parent-child relationship and old mother-daughter/daughter in law relationship in the same family. The sample consised of 265 dual-earner families was selected based on wives' jobs, primarily non-professional. The information was gathered from working couples and their school-aged children. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Sex role attitude of husbands was more traditional than their wives. Therefore, housework sharing of husbands was very low and wives' perception of inequity was high. Wives' marital satisfaction was affected by the wives' perception of inequity, joint leisure activity, sexual satisfaction, and wives' job satisfaction. Husbands' marital satisfaction was affected by sexual satisfaction, perceived difficulties and problems of the husbands caused by wives' employment, and the degree of their housework participation. 2. The emotional uneasiness of children during mothers' absence was reported. The communication about mothers' job was helpful to gain children's understanding toward mothers' job. Mothers suffered from guilty feeling of neglecting their children in spite of their good performance of mothering role. 3. The employed daughters/daughters in law perceived high rewards and low cost in relationships with their mothers/mothers in law. The perceived quality of daughter-mother relationship was higher with low cost and high rewards than that of daughter in law/mother in law. Finally practical and policy implications were suggested.

잡 크래프팅이 개인-직무 부합과 직장만족에 미치는 영향: LCC 항공사 지상직 직원을 대상으로 (Impact of Job Crafting on Person-Job Fit and Job Satisfaction: LCC Airline Ground Staff)

  • 본 연구는 LCC (Low cost carrier) 항공사 지상직 직원들의 잡 크래프팅이 개인-직무 부합과 직장만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 잡 크래프팅과 개인-직무 부합, 직장 만족에 대한 개념을 정리하고 관계를 파악하여 잡 크래프팅이 항공사 지상직 직원에게 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 인천국제공항에 근무하는 공항 지상직 직원들 중 LCC 항공사 지상직 직원을 대상으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 잡 크래프팅의 하위 요소인 과업 크래프팅, 인지 크래프팅, 관계 크래프팅 중 인지 크래프팅만이 개인-직무 부합에 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-직무 부합은 직장 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 모바일 커머스는 최근 매우 거대한 시장을 자치하고 있으며 사용자들한테 무한한 가능성을 보이고 있는 분야 중 하나이다. 이러한 상황은 휴대폰으로 모든 것을 해결하는 컨버전스 기술이 많은 주목을 받고 있어 모바일 커머스에 관한 연구가 끊임없이 요구되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 모바일 커머스에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 시점에서 모바일 커머스 서비스에 대한 정확한 평가와 사용자의 품질만족에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하여 모바일 커머스 서비스의 품질 향상에 필요한 정보를 제시하고, 소비자의 만족도를 고려할 수 있는 콘텐츠의 개발 방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이 주요 동기이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 발췌한 품질모형을 바탕으로 하여 모바일 서비스를 주로 많이 이용하고 있는 사용자층을 20대의 젊은 층으로 판단하여 이를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 토대로 여러 분석방법을 통하여 모바일 커머스의 성장 동향과 활성화 방향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 인터넷의 비용만족을 높이기 위해서는 제공된 콘텐츠의 분야별 종류와 제공범위에 관심을 갖는 정보가치 평가 요인 중 적시성과 신뢰성에 관심을 높여야 하고, 서비스 품질 만족을 높이기 위해서는 찾고자 하는 정보에 대한 정확도를 높이는 전략이 필요할 것이다.

Patient-reported satisfaction after robot-assisted hysterectomy among Korean patients with benign uterine disease

  • Objective This study aimed to evaluate patient-reported satisfaction following robot-assisted hysterectomy due to benign uterine disease, and to identify the factors associated. Methods We used a questionnaire to evaluate patients' satisfaction with robot-assisted hysterectomy. The questions concerned overall patient-reported satisfaction and specific factors affecting satisfaction, including postoperative pain, return to daily life, the hospital experience, wounds, cost, the doctor-patient relationship, whether expectations were met, and whether detailed information was provided. We also collected data from patient records, such as uterine weight, rate of pelvic adhesion, operation time, rate of transfusion, delayed discharge, and readmission. One hundred patients who underwent robot-assisted hysterectomy participated in the study. Seventy-three fully completed questionnaires were returned. Results The majority of patients (95.9%) were satisfied with robot-assisted hysterectomy. The doctor-patient relationship, whether expectations were met, the hospital experience, wounds, and whether detailed information was provided were statistically significant factors influencing patients' overall satisfaction. Payment of fees and clinical and surgical outcomes did not significantly influence patients' overall satisfaction. Conclusion Our findings show that most patients reported high levels of satisfaction following robot-assisted hysterectomy, regardless of cost or clinical and surgical outcomes. Therefore, if gynecologists consider robot-assisted hysterectomy suitable for patients they need not hesitate based on potential costs; they should feel confident in recommending the procedure to patients.
