음악추천을 위한 분위기 태그 분석 (Analysis of Mood Tags For Music Recommendation)

  • 웹 정보 구매자들의 성향은 가격대 성능을 중요시하는 가성비에서 구매자의 심리적 만족감을 높이는 가심비 형태로 변해가는 추세이다. 음악 추천에 있어 심리적 만족감을 높이는 방법 중 한 가지는 음악의 분위기를 이용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 가심비를 높이기 위한 방법으로 분위기 태그와 태그의 동의어를 고려한 음악 추천 방법을 제안하고, 제안한 방법의 중간 결과로 분위기 태그와 음악을 Thayer의 AV 공간으로 표현한 후 그 분포 특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 분위기 태그의 분포와 음악의 분위기 분포가 크게 다르지 않음을 알 수 있었는데, 이는 제안한 추천 방법이 유의한 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 향후 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 추천 성능을 도출할 계획이다.

Comparison of student's satisfaction on school food service environment by the eating place and gender

  • The purpose of this study was to compare student's satisfaction with school food service environment to improve the quality of middle school meal service. A survey was conducted of 680 students (boys 246, girls 433) from 6 middle schools providing school meals from October to November 2007. The questionnaires were directly distributed to the subjects for comparison of satisfaction of school meals depending on the eating place. As for the quantity of food, classroom group (3.40) expressed significantly higher satisfaction than cafeteria group (3.16, P < 0.01), but as for the satisfaction on hygiene, classroom group (2.76) showed significantly lower satisfaction than cafeteria group (3.03, P < 0.01). About the satisfaction of school meal environment, classroom group showed more satisfaction on distribution time, eating place, eating atmosphere (P < 0.001). The classroom group showed higher satisfaction than cafeteria group in cases of quantity, diversity of types of soup, dessert, and the cost of school meal. To improve eating place and hygiene of school meal, sufficient cafeteria space and pleasant environment is needed to be established.

콜센터 상담사의 직무만족요인, 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도 간의 상호관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Job Satisfaction Factors, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of Call Center Agent)

  • 최근 많은 기업에서 고객서비스를 담당하는 곳으로 콜센터의 중요성은 더욱더 강조되고 있고, 콜센터 산업의 성장은 콜센터 상담사들을 많이 창출하고 있다. 그러나 콜센터 상담사들의 잦은 이직으로 노동 생산성과 품질은 감소하고 있고, 또한 이러한 이직은 훈련비용과 채용비용을 증가키고 있다. 이러한 이유로 콜센터에서 이직관리가 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구는 콜센터에서 근무하는 상담사를 대상으로 직무만족요인, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도 간의 관계를 알아보려는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 분석하기 위하여 직무만족요인과 이직의도 간의 관계에 대해 직무만족과 조직몰입을 매개로 한 구조모형을 구축하였으며, 이러한 상호관계를 분석하기 위한 기법으로는 경로분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족요인은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이직의도와는 직접적인 유의미한 영향관계가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 직무만족과 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 콜센터 상담사의 이직의도에 직무만족요인 자체가 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 직무만족요인의 개선을 통해 상담사들의 직무만 족과 조직몰입을 이끌어 냄으로써 이직의도를 낮출 수 있다는 점을 콜센터 관리적 측면에서 시사하고 있다.

일부 보건소의 재활운동실 이용 만족도에 관한 연구 (Study on the Satisfaction Use of Rehabilitation Exercise Room)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of satisfaction in using rehabilitation exercise rooms in public health centers. A total of 100 subjects were participated in the study who were clients of rehabilitation exercise rooms in two public health centers in one city of Kyunggi Do, Korea. Data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2003 using questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/PC computer program. The result are as follows : 1. The mean age of subjects was 62.6 years old, and men constituted $67.0\%$ of the participants. Most participants $(64\%)$ were in the middle socioeconomic status, and $(65\%)$ of subjects was diagnosed as stroke. 2. Regarding the source of information about rehabilitation exercise room in public health center, $56.0\%$ obtain information from colleagues or neighbors, and for most participants the time required to travel to rehabilitation exercise room was less than 30min on foot. Among rehabilitation services, Taping therapy $(53.0\%)$ was most frequently used among participants, 3. Sum of all satisfaction score was $71.10(\pm6.60,\;range:\;1-90)$ showed higher level of satisfaction. Cost, reliability, and kindness were main factors that affect the degree of satisfaction among participants. 4. Twenty-four percent of the respondents utilized clinic services in the health centers, and $27.4\%$ stoped rehabilitation services from hospitals and/or clinics due to high cost. 5. In the use of rehabilitation exercise room was positively correlated to age (r=.214, p<0.05) and disease duration(r=.241. p<0.05).

모바일 게임 이용량이 게임 만족도와 몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Mobile Game Use Amount on the Satisfaction Level and Game Commitment(flow))

  • 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임 이용량(이용시간, 소비비용)이 게임의 지각된 만족도(지각된 즐거움, 서비스 품질, 가격)와 몰입에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 한다. 게임 이용량이 많을수록 게임에 대한 만족도가 높고, 게임에 몰입하는가? 게임 몰입에 있어 영향을 끼치지 않거나, 부(-)의 영향을 끼치는 요인은 없는가? 연구 결과 본 논문에서 상정한 모바일 게임 이용 행태 중 이용시간과 소비비용의 정도가 높을수록 게임에 대한 만족도와 몰입의 정도가 증가함이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 상대적으로 모바일 게임 이용량이 높은 이용자가 모바일 게임에 대한 지각된 만족도와 몰입의 정도가 높음을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 모바일 게임 중이용자, 나아가 디지털 게임 중이용자 연구 저변의 확대 및 담론에 참여하고자 한다.

한국 이동통신시장에서 서비스품질과 전환장벽이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cellular Phone Service Quality and Switching Barrier to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Korean Mobile Telecommunication Market)

  • The Korean mobile telecommunication service market is faced with a tremendous competitive period, in which the market is entering into the maturity stage with launching of the 3rd generation service and with introduction of mobile number portability. In general, it is more important to sustain the old customers than to attracting new customers, as the life cycle of an industry is entering the maturity stage in which the growth rate of new customers is decreasing gradually or becoming stagnant. Until now, many researches had tested whether the customer satisfaction and loyalty were the core factors of sustaining customers or not. Also service quality and switching cost were given a remarkable attention for their possibility of exogenous factors, which could exercise effects to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the same context, mobile telecommunication business has to seek a way to maintain the existing customers instead of promoting new customers. So this study investigates whether the service quality and switching barrier of mobile telecommunication could have effects on the customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are recognized as an efficient means to sustain the current customers. In order to test the hypothesis on the effects of service quality and switching barrier of mobile telecommunication to customer satisfaction and loyalty in Korean telecommunication industry, this study collected the questionnaire response data of students including middle and high school students and undergraduates, who are regarded as the major customers in that mobile telecommunication industry.

일부지역 장애인구강진료센터 이용 만족도에 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting the satisfaction of persons with disabilities at community oral care centers)

  • Background: To identify the factors that affect the current status and satisfaction of people with disabilities at community oral care centers. Methods: A structured self-administered survey, including five questions on facility environment, five on usage procedure, four on medical skill, four on care cost, three on friendliness, and three on satisfaction, was administered to 218 residents of the G-disabled community care center. It comprised a Likert 5-point scale (strongly agree, 5 points; agree, 4 points; moderate, 3 points; disagree, 2 points; not at all, 1 point). The reliability of the measurement tool was 0.932 for Cronbach's α. Results: The evaluation of community oral care centers for the disabled showed that the environment was hygienic (4.42±0.73), reservation system was well maintained (4.18±0.95), and the dentist-in-charge was satisfied with the treatment (4.37±0.62). The participants agreed that the details were sufficiently explained (4.29±0.71). However, in terms of medical expenses, the score of "have fully heard the explanation of medical expenses and reductions" was 3.88±0.92. The factors affecting satisfaction were sex, final educational background in the facility environment, usage procedure, and medical skill. Conclusion: To increase the satisfaction of people with disabilities at community oral care centers, it is necessary to establish a facility environment and service according to the patients' need and increase the reduction or exemption benefits between different treatment cost categories. Oral health management policies for the disabled should be developed based on these factors, so that the oral care of vulnerable groups in blind spots can be maintained.

  • The classical algorithm for solving liner network flow problems are primal cost improvement method, including simplex method, which iteratively improve the primal cost by moving flow around simple cycles, which iteratively improve the dual cost by changing the prices of a subset of nodes by equal amounts. Typical iteration/shortest path algorithm is used to improve flow problem of liner network structure. In this paper we stdudied about the implemental method of shortest path which is a practical computational aspects. This method can minimize the best neighbor node and also implement the typical iteration which is $\varepsilon$-CS satisfaction using the auction algorithm of linear network flow problem

자치단체 웹사이트의 특성이 사용자 만족과 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Characteristics of Local Government Web-sites on User Satisfaction and Trust)

  • This paper is an exploratory study to investigate the influence of characteristics of local government web-sites on user satisfaction and trust. The objective of this research is to identify the characteristics of local government web-sites influencing on user satisfaction and trust, and determine how they affect user satisfaction and trust. From the literature review, we identify four characteristics which are expected to influence on user satisfaction: technical, information, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics. In addition, we develop research model that the four characteristics are expected to affect user satisfaction and trust via users' perceived values. The results of the research are as follows. The technical, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics significantly affects perceived values, which significantly affected user satisfaction and trust. Perceived value is partially mediated by user satisfaction in affecting user trust. The characteristics of local government web-sites affecting perceived values differed partially by the purpose of visitor. As for the personal goal, the technical, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics significantly affect perceived values, with the technical and customer-oriented characteristics having more significant effects. As for the business goal, the technical, information, work-performing characteristics significantly affected perceived values, with information characteristics having more significant effects.

품질비용의 개념적 접근방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Conceptual Approach In Quality Costs)

  • Many companies have thought that the quality cost is inclosed as the quality is improved. But, this is not so. The quality cost is not monotonously increased in proportion to the quality improvement. The existing approach to quality cost has many problems. This paper deals with conceptual difference between the traditinal and the existing view points of quality cost as the measurement index of quality, and developed the right approach of quality cost in terms of the combination of the traditinal and the existing approach. The right approach of quality cost that proposed in this paper was involved the following results; The approach of quality cost based on the continuous quality improvement for customer satisfaction, and considered flexibility, time, and information when the quality measured and evaluated.
