  • 사업 초기 단계에서의 정확한 공사비 예측은 각각의 대안을 비교하여 향후 공사비에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 효율적인 예산수립을 가능하게 한다. 하지만 사업 초기 단계에는 공사비 산정 기준이 모호하고 가용 정보가 부족함에 따라 공사비 예측에 한계가 나타난다. 더욱이 현행 공사비 산정모델이 단위 길이당 공사비를 활용한 선형적이고 단순한 모델을 활용함에 따라 예측의 정확도에 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 공사비 산정모델의 한계를 개선하고 사업 초기 단계에서 가용한 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 공사비 산정 모델의 Framework를 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내외 개략공사비 산정 모델을 분석하였으며, 기존 도로공사의 공사비 분석자료를 토대로 노선선정 등 사업초기 단계에서 활용 가능한 도로공사 개략공사비 산정모델의 Framework를 제시하였다.

최적화기법인 DEAS를 이용한 비용함수의 형상정보 추출 (Extraction of Shape Information of Cost Function Using Dynamic Encoding Algorithm for Searches(DEAS))

  • This paper proposes a new measure of cost function ruggedness in local optimization with DEAS. DEAS is a computational optimization method developed since 2002 and has been applied to various engineering fields with success. Since DEAS is a recent optimization method which is rarely introduced in Korean, this paper first provides a brief overview and description of DEAS. In minimizing cost function with this non-gradient method, information on function shape measured automatically will enhance search capability. Considering the search strategies of DEAS are well designed with binary matrix structures, analysis of search behaviors will produce beneficial shape information. This paper deals with a simple quadratic function contained with various magnitudes of noise, and DEAS finds local minimum yielding ruggedness measure of given cost function. The proposed shape information will be directly used in improving DEAS performance in future work.

  • Construction projects are managed by focusing on the results of projects. Moreover, cost and schedule are managed separately even though the efficiency of integrated management is very high. This paper proposes existing and progress control research of existing quantity the integrated information uses WBS-CBS. Schedule and cost are most important in construction projects. Specially, progress and cost are relationship of the managing integrated in many construction management. The quantity of materials for the works of construction is the base to create activities and a network. The quantity of materials of materials for the elemens of a building is a base of cost estimation and resource. allocation. This study suggest method for relating the schedule and cost information through the case study of construction field engineers.

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an effective decision-making platform that helps to save project cost and enhance quality of construction. By generating and linking a wide variety of objects data, BIM can be effectively utilized, and it should be ensured that object properties maintain consistency throughout the project period of design, estimates, construction, maintenance and repair. This study examined how to utilize BIM data in a construction project, by linking cost and schedule data in web environment, to better utilize the information and maintain consistency of the BIM information. To do so, the model integrated WBS data and CBS data, linked them with BIM model to realize 5D simulation in web environment. As a result, cost and schedule data could be simultaneously acquired, and object properties-cost, schedule, location-as well. These are expected to contribute to developing a BIM-based automatic data-processing system in web environment.

  • 지형공간정보체계에 대한 투자의 타당성을 조사하는 방법으로 비용효과분석을 하는 경우가 많다. 경제학분야의 비용/효과 분석기법을 일반적인 정보체계도입의 타당성조사에 대해서 많이 활용하여 왔으며 최근 GSIS에 대해서도 적용시키려는 노력이 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 GSIS에 적합한 비용/효과 모델을 확립시키고 이모델을 시설물관리 업무에 적용시켰다. GSIS의 구축에 필요한 비용의 항목을 결정하고 각각의 항목에 필요한 단가를 조사하여 결정하므로서 국내실정에 맞는 비용모형을 제시하였으며 효과모형의 확립에서는 지형공간정보체계를 도입하므로서 얻을 수 있는 효과를 특성에 따라 분류하였으며 분류된 항목 중 정량화 가능한 항목을 세부적으로 분류하였다. 확립된 비용/효과 모형을 국내의 대규모의 도시가스공금 업체에 적용시켜 100명 이상의 직원수와 300,000 가구이상의 수용가를 관리하는데 필요한 GSIS를 설계하였으며 이러한 GSIS를 구축할 때의 비용과 GSIS의 도입 없이 수동식으로 운영하는 비용을 계산하여 비교하였다.

A Simulation Study on The Discounted Cost Distribution under Age Replacement Policy

  • During the last three decades, a few attentions have been paid for investigating the cost distribution for the optimal maintenance problems. In this article, we derive the moment of the discounted cost distribution over an infinite time horizon for the basic age replacement problem. With first two moments of the discounted cost distribution, we approximate the underlying distribution function by three theoretical distributions. Through a Monte Carlo simulation, we conclude that the log-normal distribution is the best fitted one to approximate the discounted cost distribution.

Performances of Heuristic Algorithms for Consolidated Transportation with Weight and Volume Constraints

  • Since the transportation cost takes about two thirds of the logistics cost of Korean firms, significant reduction of business logistics cost can hardly be achieved without effectively reducing the transportation cost. Although consolidated transportation has been regarded as the most promising strategy for reducing the transportation cost, it has not been successful in practice. In this paper we consider a consolidated transportation for the factories located in a limited area such as industrial complexes, where loads of various volume and weight are consolidated. We want to group the loads to assign to a truck of various size such that the total transportation cost is minimized, while the maximum volume constraint and weight constraint of each truck are satisfied. We suggest four heuristic algorithms to efficiently determine the groups of loads; and conduct a computer simulation to evaluate the performances of the algorithms.

BIM 기반 견적을 위한 창호공사 내역 작성체계 개선 방안 (Improvement of Bill of Quantities of Door and Window Work for BIM-based Cost Estimation)

  • Recently, interest in BIM technology has been growing in the domestic construction market as the number of construction projects requiring the application of BIM technology has increased. The use of BIM allows the use of various visualization functions through 3D models as well as drawing interference review, quantity calculation and integrated management of information. In particular, estimates of construction costs based on BIM can increase work efficiency by reducing the burden of calculating construction costs and managing them. In order to increase the efficiency of BIM-based cost estimates, it is necessary to improve the correlation between the BoQ(Bill of Quantity) information and the BIM model. For this purpose, the ratio of the amount and item to the detailed construction of the current BoQ was analyzed, especially the problem of the calculation of construction cost in the window work in this study. In addition, we would like to suggest a method for systematically linking the BoQ information with the BIM model by improving the BoQ information structure of the window work. It is expected that this will increase the efficiency of the quantity calculation and analysis work of construction cost of window work. In addition, it is expected that this method will help to analyze and predict changes in construction cost of windows and doors by facility characteristics and type.

정보의 경제성에 관한 담론 (A Discourse on the Economic Efficiency of Information)

  • 본 연구는 최근 정보업무의 실제영역에서 정보의 부가가치와 정보서비스의 경제성 문제가 점점 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있는 현상을 그 배경으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보의 가치와 정보의 효율성 측정에 관한 논의를 통해 정보의 경제성 문제를 정보학적 관점에서 재조명하기 위한 것이다. 분석 결과 정보의 부가가치에 관한 논의는 수량화가 어려운 효과적 측면과 관련되며, 효율성 측면에서 바라볼 경우 정보의 경제성 분석은 비용편익 분석과 거의 동일한 개념임을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 또한 국립디지털도서관 DLP에 대한사례연구를 통해 정보학의 실제 분야에 적용할 수 있는 경제성 분석의 실험적 모형을 제시하였다.
