추심경호적지방(追寻更好的地方): 유포장적소비품적산업적가지속발전(有包装的消费品的产业的可持续发展) (Seeking a Better Place: Sustainability in the CPG Industry)

  • "对我们而言, 成为一名负责的公民和一份成功的事业之间没有区别.....他们对今天的沃尔玛是完全一样的." Lee Scott, 沃尔玛的CEO在2005年卡崔琳娜飓风灾难之后(Esty and Winston 2006) Lee Scott的声明标志着可持续发展的一个新的时代. 作为一个被全球生产商和零售商所关注的全世界最大规模的经销商确认了他们的可持续发展的意图. 近十年来, 环保运动不断增长, 并扩展到全世界. 公司已经诞生, 产品已被创造, 学术期刊 已经展开, 政府已经承诺—所有这一切都在追求可持续发展(Peattie and Crane 2005). 虽然进展的确比一些人渴望的慢了一些, 但是很多大规模的经销商已经为环保做出了可持续发展的努力. 为了更好的理解这个运动我们同时提供高管和消费者参与的有包装的消费品产业的角度. 该研究依赖于三个潜在主题: (1)概念和证据表明,公司为很多理由进行可持续发展 (2)在有包装的消费品行业中, 可持续发展活动的数量在持续增长 (3), 因此, 必须探索可持续发展在消费者意识中起的作用. 根据这些主题, 143名大学生和101名企业高管参加了调查来评估一系列的有关可持续发展的变量包括愿意支付, 行为意图, 态度和偏好. 结果显示高层管理者相信可持续发展的三个最主要的原因是(1)盈利能力的机会; (2)以实现对环境的义务; (3)对顾客和股东负责. 大学生的三大原因: (1)对环境的责任; (2)为子孙后代负责, 和(3):一种有效的管理资源. 虽然企业高管和大学生对支持可持续发展的理由不同, 但是企业高管和消费者的报告显示了对剩下大部分的可持续发展问题的相似性. 另外, 当我们要求消费者去评估6个关键问题的重要性时(医疗保健, 经济, 教育, 犯罪, 政府支出, 和环境), 保护环境仅排在第四位(Carlson 2005). 这6个问题都被认为是重要的, 三个最重要的是(1)改善教育;(2)本地区的经济发展,以及(3)卫生保健. 为了可持续发展的持续性, 我们也将预期结果. 反映社会, 企业利益表现的新定义和执行期的延长同样被揭示出来(Ehrenfeld 2005; Hitchcock and Willard 2006). 基于文献我们发现了三个基本范畴的结果:(1)改进组成的满意度, (2)分化的机会, 以及(3)金融奖励. 在每一种分类中, 我们发现从可持续发展活动中导致11种不同结果的几个特定的结果. 我们的调查结果表明,最有可能的结果最高的前五项依序为公司的可持续发展追求的是:(1)绿色的消费者将会更令人满意;(2)公司形象会更好, (3)公司的责任将得到加强, (4)会降低能源成本;(5)产品将会更多的创新. 另外, 为更好的理解消费者的环境 "身份" 和在市场购买中愿意显示出这个 "身份" 的有趣的交集, 我们扩展了以前Experian Research(2008) 的研究. 因此,受访者分为四个不同类型的绿色消费者(行为绿色,想法绿色, 潜在绿色, 或真正褐色)来获得更好的理解绿色消费者. 我们评估这些消费者愿意从事环保行为评估三种选择. The Impact of Entrepreneurship and Management Strategies on Organizational Performance Perceived by Members: Focused on SMEs

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the entrepreneurship and management strategy perceived by the members of SMEs and their organizational performance. First, as a result of the hypothesis that the entrepreneurship of one hypothesis had a significant influence on organizational performance, risk sensibility, progressiveness, and innovation, which are entrepreneurship, had a positive influence on both financial and non-financial performance. Second, as a result of verifying the influence relationship of the hypothesis two entrepreneurship on the management strategy, risk sensibility, progressiveness, and innovation, which are entrepreneurship, were statistically significant for the management strategy, cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, and centralization strategy. Therefore, in order to practice management strategy based on entrepreneurship, it was analyzed to influence mutual cohesion. Third, the management strategy showed a positive influence on organizational performance. In particular, only the centralization strategy, a type of SMEs' management strategy, confirmed the positive impact on the financial and non-financial performance. Therefore, the importance of entrepreneurship and management strategy has been emphasized in order for SMEs to create organizational performance through the advancement of sustainability management system.

그린활동이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 (The impact of green practices on firm's performance)

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of green practice on firm's performances. It focuses on the performance of the firm that already accredited as an excellent green practice firm by the Corporate Governance Service. The regression analysis method was chosen to measure firm performance. This paper also investigate how the performance of green practice are related to some factors such as levels of accredition, R&D cost, and R&D capitalization. This result will give an insight of constructive directions for increasing of firm performance.

The Effect of Organizational Culture on Innovation Activities and Organizational Effectiveness

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of innovation activities on the effect of organizational culture perceived by organizational members on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, Hypothesis 1, organizational culture, was adopted as it showed a positive influence on innovation activities. Second, since organizational culture showed statistically significant effect on organizational effectiveness, Hypothesis 2 was adopted. Third, the innovation activity, which is hypothesis 3, was analyzed to have a positive influence on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, hypothesis 3 was accepted. Fourth, the innovation activity, hypothesis 4, showed a mediating effect between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As shown in the results of this study, it is indicated that organizations should improve organizational effectiveness for growth and development through the advancement of the sustainability management system in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, it was necessary to systematically build and activate an organizational culture and innovation activities suitable for the characteristics of the organization. In other words, organizational effectiveness can be improved when constructing and implementing advanced innovation activities based on measures to revitalize organizational culture according to changes in the business environment.

기업의 공공성이 사회적 책임 인식과 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Impact of Corporate Publicity on Social Responsibility Perception and Brand Attitude)

  • 한국사회를 주도해온 성장주의 패러다임이 이제 임계점에 도달하였다. 기업에게 개별적인 경쟁을 통한 성과 창출에 열중하기 보다는 공공성의 가치를 둔 상생과 연대적인 성장의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 기업 공공성의 개념과 구성요인에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 기업의 공공성이 기업의 사회적 책임에 영향을 미치고, 소비자들의 호감도와 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 변수라는 인과관계를 검증을 통해서 공공성이 기업운영에 실체적인 경쟁력이자 지속가능성을 위한 중요한 핵심 경영 활동으로 인식될 가능성의 탐색 차원에서 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 연구결과 기업 공공성은 진정성, 능동성, 공익성, 화합성, 공동체성의 5가지 차원으로 구성되는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 기업의 공공성이 기업의 사회적 책임 평가 전반에 있어서 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 인과관계를 통계적으로 검증하였다. 마지막으로 기업의 공공성과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 기업브랜드의 태도에 미치는 영향에 있어서도 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기업이 탁월한 성과를 지속적으로 창출하기 위해서의 공공성 강화와 그에 따른 실천적 행위를 강조하는 함의를 도출하였다.

텍스트마이닝과 ChatGPT 분석을 활용한 기업과 대중의 ESG 인식 비교: 지속가능경영보고서와 소셜미디어를 기반으로 (Comparing Corporate and Public ESG Perceptions Using Text Mining and ChatGPT Analysis: Based on Sustainability Reports and Social Media)

  • 최근 기업의 지속가능한 성장을 이끄는 ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) 관리의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 기업과 일반 대중 간의 ESG에 대한 인식 차이를 실증적으로 밝히고, ESG 정책의 시행을 방해하는 부정적인 여론과 그 배경을 규명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽모델링, JST(Joint Sentiment Topic Modeling) 및 의미연결망분석 기법을 사용하여 지속가능경영보고서와 소셜미디어에서의 주요 키워드와 토픽, 그리고 그 연결관계를 분석하였다. 또한, ChatGPT를 활용하여, 텍스트마이닝 분석의 결과를 보완하였다. 분석 결과, 기업과 일반 대중 간 ESG에 대한 인식과 중요도에 상당한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 기업들은 위기 관리, 투명한 지배구조, 윤리적 경영 등에 집중하여 신뢰를 구축하려 했으나, '그린워싱', '중대재해', '불매운동' 등과 같은 부정적 키워드가 자주 소셜네트워크에서 등장하여, 많은 대중들이 기업의 ESG 이슈 처리에 대해 의심하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기업, 정부 기관, 고객 및 투자자를 위한 ESG 전략수립에 도움이 될 수 있는 가이드라인을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

지속 가능 럭셔리 마케팅의 메시지 프레이밍이 브랜드 평가에 미치는 영향 (Message framing of sustainable marketing for luxury fashion brands impacting consumer attitudes toward the brands)

  • In response to the global trend of making sustainable development an urgent task, luxury fashion brands actively embrace it in their corporate philosophies and management policies. However, despite the widespread consensus in the related industry and the strong will of companies for the sustainable development of luxury brands, there are still few cases of luxury fashion brands successfully implementing sustainable development. This study examined the impact of the types of message framing on the sustainability marketing of luxury fashion brands, focusing on their effects on perceived message effectiveness, sustainable brand image, and brand attitudes. An online survey was administered to 464 Korean consumers in their 20s to 40s to test the hypotheses. The results showed that perceived effectiveness was higher for negatively framed messages (loss) than for their positive counterparts (gain). The types of message framing did not significantly affect sustainable brand messages, and no significant difference in perceived brand image was found, regardless of message type. Perceived message effectiveness exerted a significant positive effect on sustainable brand image, and such an image had a significant positive effect on brand attitudes. The results provide implications for related research and practical implications for the development of competitive sustainability marketing strategies for luxury fashion-an industry still in its infancy.

The Effect of Management Capabilities in Implementing Good Corporate Governance: A Study from Indonesia Banking Sector

  • The study attempts to examine the effect of the capabilities of banking companies, namely the dynamic and unique capabilities, on the implementation of GCG in Indonesia. The effect of organization capabilities on the implementation of GCG is essential since both of them can demonstrate the quality of the company's ability to compete and innovate. This study will also examine the influence of moderating variables, namely the fit and proper test. The methodology used in this study is the structural equation methods and using primary data with board of directors of commercial bank in Indonesia. The test results suggest the positive direct effect of unique capabilities on GCG. The findings show that the capabilities of the top management, both unique and dynamic capabilities, influence the implementation of GCG. Then, the variable of fit and proper test can also strengthen the relationship between them. Both unique capabilities and fit and proper test have a strong and positive impact on GCG. Meanwhile, dynamic capabilities have a negative impact on GCG even though it's not significant and contradictive with earlier studies. In the context of the banking industry growth and sustainability, this matter is important to examine. Top management behavior in operating their organization is important to be investigated.

스타벅스의 ESG 경영이 진정성과 신뢰를 매개로 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Starbucks' ESG Management on Authenticity, Trust, and Loyalty)

  • Purpose: ESG management of domestic coffee shops is attracting attention as a capability for corporate sustainability. Therefore, customers who use coffee shops are inevitably affected by ESG policies. By properly operating ESG management, companies can ensure that customers perceive and consume their brands positively. This study examines how ESG management of coffee shops affects customers' perceived authenticity, trust, and brand loyalty, and suggests the direction in which domestic coffee shops should move. Research design, data, and methodology: All variables and hypotheses were determined by previous research, and data were collected for two weeks starting May 23, 2023. 229 people with experience using coffee shops participated in a survey conducted through a Google form, and all 229 responses were used in the analysis. Result: The research results are as follows. All domestic coffee shops presented as examples had a positive impact on brand trust and perceived authenticity through ESG management. However, in the case of environment (E), it can be confirmed that it does not directly affect trust, but indirectly affects trust through perceived authenticity. Conclusions: Domestic coffee shops must establish appropriate policies by recognizing customer interests and opinions in order to significantly increase perceived authenticity and trust through ESG strategies.
