안전관리 실효성 증대를 위한 안전실천지수 활용 방안 연구 (A Study on the Utilization of Safety Practice Index to Increase the Effectiveness of Safety Management)

  • Domestic industrial accidents continue to increase, with 2,142 deaths in 2018, up by 185 (9.5%) from 1,957 deaths in 2017. Industrial accidents that cause loss of human lives pose a serious risk to businesses because of the strengthening of safety regulations and the changing public perception of social responsibility. Accordingly, to prevent industrial accidents, companies regularly conduct onsite safety activities and conduct education and training to raise awareness among employees. However, many such corporate activities are not conducted voluntarily and practically by employees but mostly by formal implementation. To discontinue this customary and passive behavior of employees and establish a mature safety culture, strengthening the execution power of safety management at the site is of paramount importance, and to this end, we aim to utilize the safety practice index (SPI). In this study, the SPI calculated on the basis of the results of the 2018 and 2019 risk management and safety activities of a site was compared with the reported safety accidents. The results confirmed that the SPI index can be used as a valid indicator for safety activities for accident prevention, such as strengthening leadership and safety policies to grade and manage safety management levels for a certain period of time or by a department or to convert weaknesses into strengths.

사내벤처캐피탈의 투자포트폴리오 운영성향과 기술혁신 효과 (Corporate Venture Capital and Technological Innovation: Effects of Investment Portfolio Composition)

  • 최근 글로벌 기업들은 신기술 확보를 위해 사내벤처캐피탈(Corporate Venture Capital, CVC)을 설립하여 기술벤처에 투자하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 CVC의 투자 포트폴리오 운영방식 차이가 모기업의 기술혁신 효과에 영향을 주는지 통계적으로 실증 분석하기 위함에 있다. 구체적으로 CVC의 '시드(Seed)', '초기(Early)', '확장(Expansion)', '후기(Late)' 4가지 투자 단계별로 투자된 금액비중에 따라 매년 투자 포트폴리오 성장잠재성과 리스크 수준이 달라진다는 것을 발견하였고, 포트폴리오의 공격적인 투자성향과 외부 파트너십이 모기업 기술 혁신효과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 글로벌 70개 CVC들이 21년간 투자한 실적 데이터를 음이항 패널 회귀분석(negative binomial panel regression)을 통해 검증하였다. 연구의 결과, 벤처 포트폴리오 내 시드/초기 단계 기업들에 투자한 금액이 클수록 기술혁신 효과는 증가하지만, 일정 수준 이상부터는 오히려 효과가 감소하는 Inverted U형 관계를 확인하였다. 또한, 각 투자단계별 벤처기업들에 공동 투자한 외부 파트너 수가 포트폴리오 운영성향과 기술혁신 효과 사이의 Inverted U형 관계를 약화시키는 조절효과를 통계적으로 실증하였다. 본 논문은 기업이 투자포트폴리오를 구성할 때 투자 단계와 경과시점을 고려할 경우 투자성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 점에서 기획 담당자, 벤처 투자자, 정책 관리자 등에 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

  • The company culture is becoming usual term in business management field. That organization culture of these phenomenon becomes resource of company competitive power indeed, it is basing to logic for important leading person for elevation with systemicity. also, great many scholars do research to subject that is change management of company administration and there are not much example that companies succeed in change actually despite had announced treatise etc. This research tries to synthesize several research subjects by single model regarding confrontation(culture collision) phenomenon between culture that can happen in company through literature research and example analysis basically. Specially, try to classify and divide this by specific developing and arrange in each type with using much this culture analysis in negotiation analytics. Through this problem and suggestion point by this confrontation way in this culture negotiation side and culture risk management side of administration make try to.

조직 정보보호성과에 영향을 미치는 정보보호담당임원의 내·외적 특성 (Internal and External Characteristics of Information Security Officers Affecting Organization's Information Security Performance)

  • Infringement of information security has caused the corporate image to be damaged and share price to fall, and it is emerging as an organizational risk. The value of information assets in enterprises has led to a higher level of security than in the past. As a result, companies are aware of the need for officers to protect information and to oversee a security management system. However, despite the growing importance of information security officers, there is a lack of research on their roles and characteristics. This study validates the relationship between determinants that affect the performance of information security. And a structural equation model was presented and empirically analyzed to see the impact of the internal and external characteristics of the staff in charge of information security on the organization's information security performance.

  • This study examines the effectiveness of CSR through the expectancy disconfirmation theory. The change of CSR belief after a corporate social irresponsibility (CSIR) crisis was investigated in terms of activity timing (proactive activities before CSIR crisis/reactive activities after CSIR crisis). Study 1 explores the influence of CSR belief perceptions formed through usual CSR activities on CSR belief decline after a CSIR crisis and the moderating effect of CSR activity types. Higher CSR belief perceptions are formed through usual CSR activities that result in a large CSR belief decline. The moderating effect of CSR activity types on CSR belief decline is found. Volunteer activity has the strongest depending effect on CSIR crisis. Study 2 explores the influence of CSR belief perceptions formed through CSIR crisis on a CSR belief incline after CSR activities and the moderating effect of CSR activity types. The lower CSR belief perception after CSIR crisis results in a high CSR belief incline after CSR activities. The moderating effect of CSR activity types on CSR belief incline is found. Cause-related marketing has the strongest overcoming effect on a CSIR crisis.

  • 연구목적: 기업문화를 매개로 ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 기업 대상으로 설문조사 및 자료를 수집하여 연구목적에 적합한 통계프로그램 SPSS18와 AMOS18 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항중 BCP, BCM운영, 경영, 조직, 접근통제는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 접근통제만이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 결론: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

태양광 발전 시스템의 화재 위험 감소 방안에 관한 이론적 연구 (Study on Theoretical Research to Reduce Fire Risk of Solar Power System)

  • This study is based on the principle of solar power system and fire breakout. The result of the survey indicates that a solar power system is vulnerable to fire due to lack of maintenance after the installation. Currently the national fire safety agency does not have standards and legal provisions for the installation and maintenance of solar power facilities. Therefore, it increases the risk of fire breakouts as well as possibility of electric shock for the firefighters during fire fighting. This results possible damages to the human and equipments. In this study is proposing an automatic fire extinguishing system to reduce the power generation of solar panels during fire breakouts. Also, propose an over load current alarm system and fire prevention measures for fire fighters. The results of this study will be used as basic data for further fire testing of solar power systems.

업종별 기업의 위기관리 차이에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Differences in Corporate Crisis Management among the Types of Business)

  • Recently domestic companies have struggled to deal with different kinds of crisis accrued from various sources. However, their perception on the crisis and crisis management system are extremely vulnerable. In particular, although almost all companies have had many business related crisis, they have tended to ignore the crisis with simply considering it as unlucky and not to approach it provocatively in preparing some preventive measures and turning it into an opportunity due to the lack of recognizing the importance of risk management. In other words, domestic companies have not systematically prepared detailed plans for potential crisis, rather have tended to recognize the importance of having crisis management system after experiencing a detrimental crisis or accident. Furthermore research on the issue has conducted sparsely in the academic world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences among types of businesses in terms of the degree of crisis experienced previously, the perception on the importance of crisis management system, the level of crisis management implementation, and the areas of crisis management being focused in the future. Usable data was collected from 201 companies using an on-site survey. Data was analyzed with SPSS 21.0 using some descriptive statistics and a series of ANOVA (One-way Analysis of Variance). Results and implications were provided, along with some future research directions.

근로자의 건강 행태, 구강건강 행태 및 대사증후군 위험요인과 치주질환과의 관련성 (The relationship between workers health behaviorals, oral health behaviorals and metabolic syndrome risk factors periodontal disease status)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of workers health behaviorals, oral health behaviorals and metabolic syndrome risk factors on oral health and to identify the relationship between these. and then, a basis data propose for integrative health promotion programs development and effective Management measures. Methods : The subjects were 4,600 workers working at a industrial place in North Gyeongsang Province, data were collected from July 13, 2010 to September 12, 2010. using the results of the subjects medical check-ups and Oral examinations, this study was performed. collected data included workers general characteristics, job characteristics, and smoking, drinking, exercise behavior as lifestyle factors, and waist measurement, fasting blood sugar level, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, the level of Triglyceride and HDL-cholesterol as metabolic syndrome risk factor indicator. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, correlation analysis, logistic regression using SPSS 18.0. Results : In results of the subjects medical check-ups, 14.1% were above the criterion value of waist measurement, 2.5% fasting blood sugar level, 8.5% hypertension, 16.8% Triglyceride level and 4.0% HDL-cholesterol respectively. according to oral examination results, showing that 43.3% inflammation of the gums. The inflammation of the gums was correlated with gender, age, dental clinic visit, scaling management, smoking, exercise behavior and high triglyceride level and hypertension of metabolic syndrome risk factor indicators. In addition, this result was statistically significant. Conclusions : Based on this study, the workers health should be managed actively and effectively by using periodical workers health check-ups. At a corporate level, the institutional supports were achieved and arranged for activation of regular oral health education programs, and the prevention plan of metabolic syndrome were needed for changing exercise behavior by conducting suitable exercise programs.

사내기업가정신, 인적자원혁신성이 기업혁신활동과 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Impact of Corporate Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Innovation on the Firms' Innovation Activities and Nonfinancial Performance: A Exploratory Research of KOSDAQ Companies)

  • 기업을 둘러싼 외부 환경의 급격한 변화로 과거와는 다른 새로운 경영방법이 필요한 시대가 되었다. 국내 코스닥기업은 상장으로 인해 기업의 경영성과가 긍정적으로 나타날 것이라 기대하지만 대부분의 경우에는 낮은 경영성과의 문제를 안고 있는 것이 주지의 사실이다. 본 연구는 이러한 코스닥기업들의 문제에 대한 해결방법을 제시하고자 선행연구 분석과 실증적 연구를 통해 기업 혁신 제고와 경영 성과 향상에 미치는 영향 요인을 규명하고 그 실무적 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 혁신경로의 복잡성과 경영성과간의 연관성 규명 한계에 대한 해결책중 하나로서 혁신 경로에 대한 세밀한 적용을 위해 기업 경영 성과에 미치는 요인으로 사내기업가정신과 인적자원혁신성을 제시하고, 기업혁신활동으로는 종래의 연구개발(R&D) 활동과 같은 정량적 지표에서 벗어나 최근 기업의 지식 경영 활동을 감안하여 지식경영활동과 외부네트워크 관리를 도입하였다. 실증적 분석결과는 기업혁신활동에 유의적인 영향을 주는 사내기업가정신과 인적자원혁신성 요인들로는 경쟁우위적극성, 위험감수성, 최고경영자혁신성으로 나타났다. 이를 통한 해석은 기업 혁신활동을 활발하게 하려면 최고경영자의 신기술 개발 및 신사업 발굴에 대한 관심도와 최고경영자의 직원들에 대한 혁신 교육 훈련 지원, 즉 최고경영자의 혁신성을 높여야 한다. 아울러 동종업계에서 경쟁우위를 높이려는 적극성을 기업내에 더욱 심화시킬 필요가 있다고 할 수 있다. 기업의 비재무적성과 지표인 경영성과인지에 영향을 미치는 사내기업가정신과 인적자원혁신성 요인들 중에는 경쟁우위적극성, 최고경영자 혁신성, 종업원 혁신성으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 기업의 경쟁우위 적극성과 최고경영자의 혁신성, 그리고 종업원의 혁신성이 높을수록 기업내 경영성과 인지도가 높아지고 이는 결국 기업내 종사원들의 기업의 매출액 증가 인지, 시장 점유율 증가 인지, 이익률 증가 인지, 고객선호도, 기업인지도 들을 높인다고 할 수 있다.
