장거리 무선전력전송 기술동향 (Technical Trend of Long-range Wireless Power Transfer)

  • 장거리 무선전력전송 기술은 단순한 핸드폰 및 소형가전을 넘어서, 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술로 자리 잡은 드론, 로봇, 전기자동차, IoT 센서 네트워크 등에 폭넓게 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미 기술적으로 보편화된 기존의 근거리 무선전력전송 기술을 벗어나, 급속한 기술발전으로 통하여 상용화 단계에 이른 장거리 무선전력전송 기술의 발전방향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통하여, 핵심기술을 파악과 기술적인 극복과제를 도출함으로써 국내의 연구수준과 나아갈 바를 점검하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest the methodology for the establishment of operational concept for speed-up of defense robot and improvement direction of the defense acquisition system for the defense robot. In order to achieve this goal, the current defense acquisition system was analyzed into long-term planning, mid-term programming, and project execution stages. And I suggest the methodology for the establishment of operational concept for speed-up of defense robot and direction of development of the defense robot acquisition system considering the characteristics of the robot in terms of core technologies of robot, robot ecosystem and effectiveness-based-robot-design, respectively. Based on the methodology for establishment of the operational concept of defense robot and development direction of the defense acquisition system presented in this study, it will be possible to design efficiently the defense robot in the future.

수소가스 감지용 가연성 가스센서 제작을 위한 요소기술 개발 (Development of Core Technologies for Integrating Combustible Hydrogen Gas Sensor)

  • Core technologies for integrating hydrogen gas sensor were investigated. In this study, the thermally isolated micro-hot-plate with areas of $100{\times}100-260{\times}260{\mu}m^2$ was fabricated by utilizing surface micromachining technique that provides better manufacturing yield than bulk micromachining counterpart. The optimum design of the sensor was peformed by analyzing the thermal profile of the structure obtained from a ANSYS simulator. The 400-nm-thick polysilicon films doped with phosphorus, the 300-nm-thick aluminum films, and the 200-nm-thick $SnO_2$(or ZnO)films were used as the micro-heater material, the temperature sensor material, and the gas sensitive material, respectively. The experimental results show that the developed gas sensors can detect $H_2$ concentration as low as 1 ppm.

  • Further evolutions of technologies and needs of users will make mobile equipments improved. To make this happen, processor's good performance is essential. Hence, This paper propose a reform of Instruction Execute and Instruction Decode of contemporary ARMv7 which needs low-power and has the high performance for a faster processor. The first chapter explains why the performance of a processor has to be upgraded, the second chapter shows current technologies. The third chapter explains about the proposal and illustrates the structure. Finally, in the forth chapter, the conclusion will be made. 3-way Superscalar, that is proposed in this paper, will make designing a faster processor possible. And it will contribute for the advanced performance of mobile equipments.

  • It requires different safety programs from those of the typical train control systems to develop AGT systems applying train control system based on communication technology. Especially Advanced LRT system involves the processes that have the various safety functions being conducted by softwares and also have characteristics that should have special interest in validation of interface specification. The core items for the safety engineering for LRT control systems are hardware & software engineering, safety-critical system safety engineering, application software validation & verification technologies. In this paper the trends of the technologies for the mentioned core-items are described.

  • Many changes in the railway environment has directly affected to the railway company. To cope immediately with the influence of environment and to promote productivity, the railway company has to introduce an efficient train operation system and related core technologies. The railway system is composed or large-scale infrastructures ann high-cost trains. Simulation method is one or core technologies and also is efficient tool for planning and analyzing this kind of complex system. The purpose of this research is to develop multi-train traffic simulator considering high-speed train for GyongBu-Line. To achieve this objective, the elements of railway system was analyzed, and as a result, a data structure modeling for the railway system such as rail-Tine infrastructure, rain, timetable and operational route is presented. The developed simulator is composed of three major part : input-module, main-module, and output module. The concept and brief explanation of each module will be treated.

  • The electric vehicle market has increased rapidly in recent years. Established global automakers have announced that electric cars will be developed and distributed. Furthermore, current electric cars are not merely breezes, instead, they are the mainstream of automobiles. However, high prices, short mileage, and long charge times are the main obstacles to the spread of electric vehicles. To solve these problems, the competition for technology development for the expansion of electric vehicles worldwide intensifies because of the improvements in mileage, price reduction, and expansion of charging infrastructure. In this paper, the trends in the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in overseas markets and the present strategic goals for the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in Korea will be identified.

  • Railway companies have been faced with many changes in the railway environment. To cope immediately with the influence of environment and to improve productivity, an efficient train operation system and related core technologies must be introduced. The railway system is composed of large scale infrastructures and high-cost trains. Simulation method is one of core technologies and also efficient tool for planning and analyzing these kinds of complex system. In this research, we review basic simulation programming models and present a modeling for the elements of railway system such as rail-line infrastructure, train, time table and operational route. Additionally, some considerations on the development of multi-train traffic simulator for KyongBu-line are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 농업이 21세기 고부가가치의 전략핵심산업으로 발전할 수 있도록 미래에 유망한 기술을 예측 ·발굴하기 위하여 델파이(Delphi) 조사를 실시하였다. 이 조사의 대상은 식품가공분야의 전문가로 한정하여 조사를 실시하였다.

  • The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in agricultural mechanization using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). A total of 23 technologies was selected by specialists. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'marketability', and 'publicity'. Thirteen specialists in agricultural mechanization answered the questionnaire for AHP. As the results, 'technology' was decided as the most important evaluation criterion. 'feasibility' in 'technology' criterion, 'market growth' in 'marketability' criterion, and 'impact to other industry' in 'publicity' criterion were decided as sub-criteria in each criterion. The most important technology was 'Development of portable safety evaluation system for fresh and convenient agricultural products'.
