ERG 이론에 근거한 한국 중년여성의 행복에 관한 구성요인 도출 연구 (Meaning of Happiness Based on ERG Theory in Middle-Aged Korean Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the components and nature of happiness in middle-aged women in Korea. Methods: Thirty middle-aged women living in metropolitan Seoul and Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces agreed to participate in this study. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with the participants in one-on-one settings. The data were analyzed qualitative using Colaizzi's method of phenomenology. Results: The three theme clusters were extracted from the raw data, along with 13 themes and 138 meaningful sentences and phrases. The three happiness theme clusters in middle-aged women were "live healthy for stability," "rule one's mind for harmony," and "activate hopes for self-esteem." The first theme cluster included healthy life, economic stability, physical youth, and positive thought. The second theme cluster included that harmonious family, ruling of mind, my position as invisible person in social relationships, and precious relationships to support. The last theme included the center of one's life is oneself, a sense of accomplishment, self-improvement, recognition of one's worth and rest for one self. The three theme clusters were associated with the existence, relatedness, and growth (ERG) of ERG areas, respectively. Conclusions: We conclude that the core components of happiness in middle-aged women are to live healthy and mind-ruled and activate hope. The nature of happiness is egocentric stability in middle-aged women. The results suggest that theme clusters might be used to develop a scale for measuring happiness in middle-aged women. This will be helpful to assess the psychosocial status of middle-aged women in Korea.

디지털 리터러시 교육을 위한 정보과 교육과정 및 수업 사례 분석 (Analysis of Informatics Curriculum and Teaching Cases for Digital Literacy Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 정보과 교육과정에서 디지털 리터러시와 관련된 내용이 어떻게 수용되었는지를 파악하고, 실제 정보과 수업에서 디지털 리터러시 교육이 어떠한 방식으로 실현되고 있는지를 수업 사례 분석을 통해 탐색하여 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구결과, 특히 성취기준 측면에서 전체 17개의 성취기준 중에서 13개의 성취 기준이 직접적으로 디지털 리터러시와 관계된 내용을 포함하고 있으며, 관련된 교육과정 내용 분석을 통해 디지털 리터러시 교육을 위한 핵심 교과로서의 정보 교과의 위치를 확인하였다. 또한, 수업 사례 분석을 통해 정보 교과에서 다양한 방식으로 구현되는 디지털 리터러시 교육의 적용모습과 가능성을 파악하였고 이러한 과정에서 드러난 제한점 및 개선 방향을 확인하였다.

  • In autonomous interventions using an underwater vehicle with a manipulator, grasping based on target detection and recognition is one of the core technologies. To complete an autonomous grasping task, the vehicle body approaches the target closely and then holds it through operating the end-effector of the manipulator, while the vehicle maintains its position and attitude without unstable motion. For vehicle motion control, it is very important to identify the hydrodynamic parameters of the underwater vehicle, including the propulsion force. This study examined the propulsion characteristics of the autonomous intervention ROV developed by KRISO, because there is a difference between the real exerted force and the expected force. First, the mapping between the input signal and thrusting force for each underwater thruster was obtained through a water tank experiment. Next, the real propulsion forces and moments of the ROV exerted by thrusting forces were directly measured using an F/T (force/torque) sensor attached to the ROV. Finally, the differences between the measured and expected values were confirmed.

  • 2016 Gyeongju and 2017 Pohang earthquakes led Koreans to acknowledge that the Korean peninsula is not an earthquake-free zone anymore. Among various buildings crucial to after-shock recovery, general hospital buildings, especially existing old ones, are very significant so seismic retrofitting of those must be an important issue. Self-centering energy dissipative(SCED) brace is one of retrofitting methods, which consists of tendon with restoring force and friction device capable of dissipating seismic energy. The strength of the SCED brace is that the tendon forces a structure to go back to the original position, which means residual drift can be negligible. The residual drift is a very important parameter to determine usableness of general hospitals after shock. To the contrary, buckling-restrained braces(BRB) are also a very effective way to retrofit because they can resist both compressive and tensile, but residual drift may exist when the steel core yields. On this background, the seismic retrofitting effect of general hospitals reinforced with SCED braces was investigated and compared to that of the BRD in this study. As a result, although the floor acceleration cannot be reduced, the story drift and residual drift, and the shear demand of walls significantly decreased. Consequently, seismic retrofitting by SCED braces are very effective for domestic low-rise general hospitals.

일대일로와 미·중 무역 분쟁: 글로벌 무역 네트워크에의 함의 (The Belt and Road Initiative and the US-China Trade War: Implications for Global Trade Networks)

  • 본 연구는 미·중 무역 전쟁과 일대일로가 촉발할 세계무역의 변화를 부가가치 기준 무역 통계를 이용하고, 사회연결망 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 일대일로 무역 환경은 제조 허브로서의 중국의 위상을 견고히 하고, 유럽 서비스 산업의 위상을 강화한다. 둘째, 1995년부터 2011년까지 GVC 네트워크 내에서 영향력이 큰 산업인 미국의 R&D 산업과 도소매업 및 독일의 자동차 산업은 미·중 무역 분쟁과 일대일로 무역 환경이 반영된 2049년까지도 그 위상이 안정적으로 유지된다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 수의 증가를 통해 일대일로가 GVC 네트워크의 분화를 심화시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 끝으로 중국의 전자 산업, 독일의 자동차 산업, 미국의 R&D 산업의 커뮤니티 진화 형태에서 주목할 만한 특성이 발견되는데 이는 각국 서비스 산업의 역량과 밀접하게 연관된다.

수직비정형과 비틀림비정형을 동시에 가지는 저층 RC 건물의 내진성능에 관한 연구 (Study on the Seismic Performance for Low-rised RC Building with Vertical and Torsional Irregularities)

  • Korean piloti-type buildings are comprised of pilotis in the first story and shear walls in the upper stories. This vertical irregularity causes excessive lateral plastic deformation on the first story while the upper stories stay elastic. Meanwhile, asymmetric position of structural components such as core walls and columns of RC piloti-type buildings tends to produce torsional irregularities of the structures. Korean Building Code(KBC2016) requires the special seismic load and torsional amplification factor to apply to the piloti-type buildings lower than six-story or 20m if it has vertical and torsional irregularities when the building corresponds to seismic design category C or D. Many Korean low-rised RC buildings fall into the class. Therefore, the special earthquake load and torsional amplification factor are often applied to a building simultaneously. However, it has not been studied enough how much influence each parameter has on buildings with vertical and torsional irregularities at the same time. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of factor special seismic load and torsional amplification on seismic performance of irregular buildings. In this study, a damaged 4th story piloti-type building by the Pohang earthquake was selected and the earthquake response analysis was carried out with various seismic design methods by the KBC 2016. The effect of the design parameters on seismic performance was analyzed by the dynamic analysis of models with special seismic load and torsional amplification factor based on the selected building. It was concluded that the application of the torsional amplification factor to the reference model to which special seismic design was applied, does not significantly affect the seismic performance.

교육용 소형 SMT 플랫폼 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Small SMT Platform for Education)

  • 본 논문은 SMT라인의 핵심 기술인 칩마운터의 보급을 위해 교육연구용이나 샘플제작을 목적으로 사용이 가능한 3D 프린터 기술기반의 칩마운터를 설계하고 제작하였다. 저가형 구동부 설계를 위해 오픈루프제어가 가능한 스텝모터를 사용하였다. 스텝모터 사용으로 발생하는 모터의 진동, 탈조 등의 특성상 단점은 마이크로스텝제어 방법을 이용하여 보완하였다. 칩마운터 실험은 제작한 소형 칩마운터에 거버파일을 생성하고 실제 크기로 프린트하여 샘플보드 제작과 동일한 방법으로 HASL 처리되어 있는 PCB에 솔더크림을 프린팅한 후 부품을 실장하여 여러 번 반복해서 수행하였다. 실험결과 2012 미소부품과 달리 보정이 필요한 SOIC, TQFP 등의 부품은 부품 실장 시간이 2배정도 길었지만 비교적 정확히 실장되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 초기 위치에 대한 오차를 총 10회에 반복하여 측정한 결과 약 0.110mm의 비교적 적은 오차가 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, when manufacturing large/multi-mold parts (more than 30 core parts),A mold manufacturing (tolerance) management system was established through design-processing linkage.The mold manufacturing (tolerance) management system is a design-based measurement shape/measurement position determination system, M/C processing-linked measurement drive system,It is composed of four parts: CAD-linked measurement result analysis system and manager mold part quality management system.In addition, the constructed system was applied to the field and the effect of system construction was evaluated by comparing it with the existing process.As a result of the evaluation, the measurement precision is within 0.02mm, and the time it takes to measure after the end of processing is shorter than that of the existing process.(12 hours → 2 hours) It was shortened to 16.7%.In addition, it was confirmed that the time required for reprocessing after measurement was reduced by 25% (4 hours → 1 hour) compared to the existing process.

  • Clothing has a very important role in human life, and it is the most human-friendly platform because humans wear it in almost all the time. In the recent years, smart clothing integrated with various functions is solidifying its position as the core of next-generation Information and Communications Technology(ICT). With this global trend, the smart textiles, textiles embedded with electronic devices that are capable of performing various functions, have been attracting a lot of attention. Therefore, various research activities on the smart textiles are in progress, and the global market outlook for the smart textiles is also showing rapid growth. Among the various smart textile technologies, the textile/fiber-based wearable display has been attracting more attention because it is an essential element for wearers to intuitively control the functions integrated in the smart textiles. This paper provides insightful information and the technological elements of organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) display, which have been evaluated as the most ideal device for luminescent clothing. Since, OLEDs have many advantages such as light weight, extremely thin thickness and great flexibility, the textile/fiber-based wearable OLEDs can be worn without any inconvenience. In addition, by introducing previous studies on the textile/fiber-based OLED displays, we intend to consider the commercial potential of the textile/fiber-based smart luminescent clothing using the OLED technologies.

기업의 경영전략이 감사시간에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Business Strategy on Audit Hours)

  • 본 연구는 경영전략 상 신제품 또는 R&D비용 관련 고유위험을 가진 선도형 기업이 회계감사시간에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하며, 더 나아가 직급별 감사시간에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석한다. 표본은 유가증권 및 코스닥 상장기업을 대상으로 2018년부터 2019년 표본을 이용하여 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 선도형 기업의 고유위험을 감사인이 인지하고 감사품질을 높이기 위해 노력하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감사팀 내 직급과 역할에 따라 상응하는 위험정도가 다르기 때문에 위험정도가 높은 핵심직급에서 더 높은 노력을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 경영전략 유형이 재무보고품질이나 조세회피 등과 같은 기업 내부적 요인이 아닌 외부 관계자인 감사인의 감사노력과 자원투입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 또한 감사품질 제고를 위한 정책과 제도를 마련하는 데 있어, 기업의 경영전략이 중요한 고려 요소가 될 수 있다는 중요한 함의를 갖는다.
