Information security organization has normally been organized under the IT department. However, as the importance of information security has gradually increased, the way of information security organized for enterprise security management has become a noteworthy issue. The need for separation of Information security organization from IT department is growing, such as restriction on the concurrent positions in CIO and CISO. Nowadays there are many studies about Information security organization while relatively there has been minimal research regarding a departmentalization. For these reasons this study proposes a Information Security Departmentalization Model which is based on business risk and reliance on the IT for effectively organizing Information security organization, using Contingency theory. In addition, this study classified the position of Information security organization into Planning & Coordination, Internal Control, Management and IT and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each case.

Without pesticide applications, mass-trapping by sex pheromone was successful to control Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) in a large scale tomato glasshouse (10,000 $m^2$) at a low cost of 60 won/$m^2$. Pheromone traps were placed both inside and outside of the glasshouse. Inside the glasshouse traps were installed in a regular space, one trap per 500 $m^2$, to catch the moths that were present in the glasshouse, and traps were also set outside of the glasshouse, at intervals of ca. 20 m, to prevent the moths from invading the glasshouse. In the experiment, more than 400 S. litura were captured per trap.

For the opinion about the male students focusing on their external appearance, the students from all majors said that it depends on individual preference. For 4 reasons of external appearances, students from all majors frequently said that they should adjust their external appearance for employment. For the opinion about what is considered the most in the purchase of clothing, most of the students considered about the design of the cloth. For the opinion about influences on the purchase of clothing, major of the students were influenced by their friend or colleague. on the other hand, the students from artistic talent and physical education mentioned other opinion that it depends that it depends on situation and own intention is most important. Second, for the question about clothing behavior, with regard to monthly average shopping control expense, the students from all majors mentioned the amount less than KRW 50,000. For the opinion about the number of shopping, most student mentioned once a season. For the opinion about the store to purchase dress, most students mentioned the use of large shopping mall but the students from business administration and economy mentioned the use of discount store. Third, for the question about preferred style and preferred brand, with regard to the opinion about usual style, the students from all majors have worn casual style. For the opinion about the preferred style, most students mentioned casual style. For the opinion about man's accessory wearing, the students from all majors mentioned that it is good and for the opinion about coordination item, most students mentioned bag.
The need for natural cosmetic ingredients has been increasing over the world nowadays. Agarose, a natural polymer from red seaweeds, has high hydrophilic character and a function of scaffolder. As skin moisturizer, agarose is adequate for percutaneous absorption. While, blueberry fruits extract possesses rich procyanidins and anthocyanins which show health benefits, anti-oxidant effect, anti-aging and anti-melanogenesis. Stability, sensory preference, skin trouble of the emulsion formula are important for cosmetic product development. In this study, we manufactured an emulsion formula for skin moisturizers using the two ingredients and tested emulsion stability and skin trouble. Total phenolic contents of the blueberry fruits extract were evaluated as well as tyrosinase inhibitory and collagenase inhibitory activities. $IC_{50}$ values of blueberry fruits extract for anti-tyrosinase and anti-collagenase activities were 168 and $112{\mu}g/mL$, respectively using gallic acid as a control ($64.8{\mu}g/mL$). The stability (pH and viscosity) of the formula containing 2% blueberry fruits extracts and 0.1% agarose was measured at five different temperatures (room temp., $25^{\circ}C$, $55^{\circ}C$, $45^{\circ}C$, $55^{\circ}C$) under the sun light at 2 day intervals for 12 days. There has been little pH change at the different temperatures. According to the sensory evaluation, there was no significant flavor, discoloration and physical changes of the formula at $25-65^{\circ}C$. These results suggest that emulsion formula containing blueberry extract and agarose could be used as a candidate for lotion and essence products.

Recently, due to the excessive use of fossil fuels, many studies about the fossil fuels such as solar and fuel cell energy source are progressing. Fuel cell system has high energy conversion efficiency. Also, fuel cell system is environmentally friendly system because the carbon emission is almost not occur. Therefore, the fuel cell system is considered as the core technology of in the fields of the future energy and environmental. Fuel cell system has an effect on distribution power system because another power source of other than large power plants. So, fuel cell system can be reason of power quality in the power system. In this paper, we constructed the system for an assessment on Islanding. The system is composed with power source, Impedance coordination load and linear load, fuel cell system. we are performed assessment on voltage and power quality in customer and the distributed power system during the Islanding of residential fuel cell system. In addition, no change in the impedance of power system, we made a islanding condition only using the actual load, As a variation of generation and load current under islanding, an analysis results based on assessment system showed that the power qualities of distribution system became more aggravation as effect of voltage sag and voltage swell phenomena.

Watertight 25.8 kV/600 A/12.5 kA fault current limiters (FCLs) have successfully installed in five areas (Incheon, Seoul, Gyeong-gi, Daejeon, Suwon) on KEPCO power distribution line for the purpose of commercial demonstrations. The fault current limiting operation of this FCL, which includes functions of sensing, commutation, and reduction of fault currents, is perfectly completed within 1 cycle immediately after fault occurs. The performance of FCL was verified by short circuit test, impedance test, insulation test, temperature-rise test, and control test, etc at PT&T in LS industrial systems, which is the official certification institute in Korea. In 2013, and also the FCL field test was performed in order to test the protection coordination between conventional relays and FCL, on the 1.5 kA and 5.0 kA faults, which were made by connecting the Artificial Fault Generator (AFG) to the distribution line in test grid at KEPCO Power Testing Center. The next step of this project is to check the FCL conditions caused by real external environment, and acquire the various data from five regions installed with FCL. In this paper, we intend to explain the FCL specifications and performance characteristics, and check the expected effect by application of FCL to power distribution line based on the power system analysis of an application site.

Somatostatin (SS) and growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) are primary factors regulating growth hormone (GH) secretion in the pituitary. To date, it remains unknown how this rhythm is controlled endogenously, although there must be coordination of circadian manners. Melatonin was the main regulator in biological rhythms, and its secretion has fluctuation by photic information. But relationship between melatonin and growth-related genes (ghrh and ss) is unclear. We investigated circadian rhythms of melatonin secretion, ghrh and ss expressions, and correlation between melatonin with growth-related genes in tiger puffer Takifugu rubripes. The melatonin secretion showed nocturnal rhythms under light and dark (LD) conditions. In constant light (LL) condition, melatonin secretion has similar patterns with LD conditions. ss1 mRNA was high during scotophase under LD conditions. But ss1 rhythms disappeared in LL conditions. Ghrh appeared opposite expression compared with melatonin levels or ss1 expression under LD and LL. In the results of the melatonin injection, ghrh and ss1 showed no significant expression compared with control groups. These results suggested that melatonin and growth-related genes have daily or circadian rhythms in the tiger puffer. Further, we need to know mechanisms of each ss and ghrh gene regulation.

The education system is the communication field should be based on the characteristics of communication science and the function of manpower. However, the current education system at the level of college is insufficient and irrational to meet the requirements of the telecommunication field in our country. The main reasons are as follows: 1. Misunderstanding the characteristics of communication science. 2. Indiscretion of the categories of communication manpower due to lack of coordination between academic circles and communication industrial field. Telecommunication function could be performed only by combining the engineering and the suitable operational control. The communication engineering is similar to the electronic engineering, but the former should follow the miscellaneous international protocol and the domestic regulations, being only a means for the telecommunication function. In order to improve the education system of communiation, we aim to identify the principle of communication science, orthodoxy of the education, the categories of communication industrial field and manpower. The present system has been formed on the basis of ignoring the attributes of manpower and historical background of communication science. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up new departmental organizations for educating communication manpower as the following: In addition, this paper proposes a new curriculum model of the above twodept, and we believe that it well turn out more scientific, effective and reasonable education for the communication science. 1. Modification of the present formation, designated Electronic Communication Department. 2. New formation model: A. The best future model such as establishing ad independent telecommunication college which is composed of : Dept. of Radiocommunication Dept. of Telecommunication Enginnering Dept. of Communication Industrial management Dept. of Transmission Engineering Dept. of Telecommunication Law B. An immediately practicable proposal model instead of the existin Dept.. which is composed of the first two Dept. of the above five Dept. In addition, this paper proposes a new curriculum model of the above two dept. and we believe that it will turn out the education for the communication science to be more scientific, effective and reasonable.

This paper analyzes the rate adaptation scheme and suggests applicable strategy of the MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) for improving DCF throughput in the IEEE 802.11ad and 802.11ad wireless LAN. IEEE 802.11ac and 802.11ad wireless LAN provide MCS technique that dynamically adjusts modulation level and code rate to the time-varying channel conditions in order to obtain considerably high data rates. But these standards did not provide rate adaptation algorithm, so this paper surveyes rate adaptation algorithm and suggests MCS scheme applied to IEEE 802.11ac and 802.11ad wireless LAN. Specially A MAC(Medium Access Control) layer throughput is evaluated over error-prone channel in the IEEE 802.11ac-based wireless LAN. In this evaluation, DCF (Distributed Coordination Function) protocol and A-MPDU (MAC Protocol Data Unit Aggregation) scheme are used. Using theoretical analysis method, the MAC saturation throughput is evaluated with the PER (Packet Error Rate) on the condition that the number of station, transmission probability, the number of parallel beams and the number of frames in each A-MPDU are variables.
This study aimed to identify the impact of make-up education program on the level of satisfaction with make-up and the self-esteem of 80 elderly women. This education was provided during 8 weeks from May 28 to 16 July 2010 to women over 60 who were visiting P seniors welfare center, in D city. Some people fell out of the research, so finally the experimental group was 34 and the control group 36. During this research seven methods of make-up, including that of light make up were taught to the experimental group. Comparing the satisfaction and self-esteem levels before and after education. The result was that through the education the levels of their satisfaction with make-up and of their self-esteem were shown to have increased (p<0.05), significantly. We hope that through this research old people's healthy living and their social confidence can better converge.
