The Changes of Neighbor and Family Relation by Joining Communal Childcare Cooperative (공동육아 협동조합에서의 참여를 통한 이웃과 가족 관계의 변화)

  • The changes of neighbor relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. Neighbors who are cooperative members are consultant who advise on childcare and communal parents who nurture children in communal local society. They are also consultant on problems of couples because one can reveal difficulties and troubles in the relation with the spouse easily to the neighbors. They admit gradually that their daily life can also be shared with other families. Living with neighbors extend the boundary of family and form a sound family culture. On the other hand, because their relationship is satisfactory, they have no need to form relationship with neighbors who are not cooperative members. They regard neighbors who are not cooperative members as 'peoples with different color from us'. Also they recognize exclusive eyesight from neighbor who are not cooperative members. The changes of family relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. In the relationship between wife and husband, both husband and wife take equal responsibility of childcare and that husband gets to familiar with household matters. In the relationship between parents and children, equality comes true and parents get to blow wars to be good parents. And they neither attach to their children nor bear expansive delusions on their children.

  • This paper covers a plan to build supply chain cooperation systems among stream of the textile industry to strengthen international competitiveness. To obtain the study objective, it has been reviewed the theoretical rationale relating to organizational cooperation model and discussion and performed the case study that analyzed stream group and participated firms to the textile stream policy project. The analyzed stream cooperative types that measured configuration of cooperative degree and productive type are new market creation, technology improvement, relation maintenance, and relation cease. Two types - new market creation and technology improvement - have significant effect of the textile stream cooperation. Key successful factors of these two effective types are the external intervention of specialized consulting organization and build internal coordination and integrated mechanism to the cooperative stream group and participated firms.

  • This study was carried out to find out promotive schemes of linkage between consumer cooperatives and farmers' organization as an active mean of consumer cooperative movement. The consumer cooperative movement has a role of sovling the environmental problems and the social problems in Korea. According to the questioners and interview involed with consumer, farmers and specialists of consumer cooperative movement, the following findings were resulted. 1. The effective linkage form is the linkage programs controled by leaders of the consumer cooperatives and the farmers' orranization. That's the foundation for effective linkage between the two organization. 2. Enacting the consumer cooperative act and supporting from government and social groups are needed for the linkage form and activating of consumer cooperative movement. 3. The education and the public relation(P.R.) about the perspectives of consumer cooperative movement are needed. 4. The various exchange activities between consumer and farmers are programed and cried out.

  • The technological innovation of IT manufacturing firms is the competitive tool for them to survive in the environment of an intensive competition. This technological innovation is critical in the survival of IT companies, but various factors should be considered to embody technological innovation effect. This paper aims to identify the determinant factors of the outcome which influence the technological innovation based on the IT companies, and set up a model for measuring technological innovation effect. A hypothesis was established for the impact relation between technological innovation effect, cooperative relation and government support level, which was verified through the structural equation model(SEM). As a result, the cooperation of IT companies and the governmental support affect the effectiveness of technological innovation. Eventually, government support for IT manufacturing firms derive business collaboration and continuous support is needed.

  • This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

A Study on the Job-Santisfacion and Its Depressive Facors in Human Relation Among Operation Room Nurses (수술실 간호사의 인간관계 만족도와 저해요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study was done for the purpose of analyzing the job-satisfaction and its depressive factors in human relation of operating room nurses of university hospital. Therfore, it makes an offer the basic data to help the resolution and prevention of the problems in operating room nurses. Furthermore, this study was conducted in order to find out some kinds of scientific data for the better control of depressive factors of job-satisfaction expressed by the operating room nurses. The structred questionaire reports of 246 operating room nurses who were employed in 5 different university hospitals which have over 1, 000 beds located in Seoul, Korea were used, which wer collected from August 24th to August 30th of 1992. The author visited supervisors of operating room in each university hospital and explained the aim of this study. The most of them(90.0%) answered to the questionaires. Analysis of the collected data were done by mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, F-test, Q-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA.and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The job of the operating room nurses were remarkably related with the satisfaction in human relation, which was defined as the behavioral job with thoughtful action rather than with mechanical action. However, the degree of satisfaction in human relation with personnel in other departments was found to be the lowest and its the main depressive factors were appeared due to the absence of interaction and uncooperative attitudes. Therefore, it was required that the members of other job need more cooperative attitude to the actual works in the operating room nurses. 2. The depressive factors in the satisfaction degree of human relation with offical seniors wer significantly related with their irresponsibility and partialness. Moreover, the job attitude of the operating room nurses is abundantly required to be improved, 3. The depressive factors in the satisfaction of human relation with medical doctors were significantly related with their insincerity and the class-consciousness. It is clearly suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the superiority feeling of class-consciousness. 4. There was a significantly positive association between the satisfaction degree of human relation of the nurses with the following charateristics. (1) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the registered nurses' job. (2) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be a technique-aptitued in the motivation of the registered nurses'job. (3) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the total hospital working carrier and the aspects of old ages. Finally, these findings indicated that the operating room nurses should require the professional education courses associated with a high-development techniques and setisfaction in their jobs.

  • A analytical framework is suggested to explain how different standardization each country makes with incorporation of institutional elements such as the state's intervention and inter-firm relations which are considered to have a significant effect on it. Application to mobile telecommunication industry of the framework shows that different innovation system has its own technological standardization. In isolated inter-firm relation system, standardization is achieved through market but in cooperative one, through coordinating activities between participant firms. The state, however, intervenes more deeply in standardization and inter-firm relations are shorter in state-led and isolated firm relation system than in state-led and cooperative firm relation system.

  • The purpose of this study is to enhance the achievement in mathematics by developing compensatory learning materials and applying those to learning. The conclusions of this study are as follows. 1. Solving the learning tasks by cooperative learning guided instruction to learning by students from teaching by teacher, and it made learning effective and students cooperative in personal-relation 2. Learning materials for compensating learning deficit made students motivated and interested in mathematics, and active in learning. 3. By applying the learning materials for compensating prerequisite learning deficit, students could grasp learning contents and learning tasks, and their achievement could be enhanced. On the basis of problems which appeared in the progress of this study, the suggestions are as follows. 1, The necessity of mathematics in agricultural high schools should be recognized by students and various learning materials should be developed. 2. In cooperative learning, the roles of team-chiefs have a great influence on learning mood and problem-solving processes, they, therefore, must be directed beforehand so that they play the roles of leaders.

  • Bimatrix games are the two-person non-zero-sum non-cooperative games. These games were studied by Mills, Lemke, Howson, Millham, Winkels, and others. This paper is a systematic and synthetic survey relevant to bimatrix games. Among the many aspects of researches on bimatrix games, emphasis in this paper is placed on the relation of the equilibrium set to Nash subsets.   • This paper investigate how transaction cost factors affect organizational performance both directly and indirectly, through cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: First, asset uncertainty directly influenced financial and non-financial performance. Also asset specificity and opportunism did not influence financial and non financial performance directly. Second cooperative relationship lasting factors were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on cooperative relationship lasting factors are asset specificity and uncertainty, but opportunism did not directly influence. Third, degree of relationship satisfaction were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on degree of relationship satisfaction are asset specificity and opportunism, but uncertainty had not affected degree of relationship satisfaction. Fourth, cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relation satisfaction had affected financial performance and non financial performance. In summary, this study find that transaction cost factors had indirectly influenced organizational performance through mediated variables such as cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction.
