This research aimed to determine the relationship between hotel restaurants' SCM activities and their results. The samples are included exclusive high-end hotels located in the seoul area. To analyze the data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were applied. Multiple regression analysis showed that SCM activities (${\beta}$=.342, p<.000), information sharing (${\beta}$=.136, p<.006), and cooperative activities (${\beta}$=.120, p<.015) had a significant impact on financial performance. The explanatory power of this model was 14%, and there was statistical significance in the regression model. SCM activities(${\beta}$=.221, p<.000), information sharing (${\beta}$=.475, p<.000), and cooperative activities (${\beta}$=.172, p<.000) also had a significant impact on non-financial performance, and the explanatory power of this model was 29%, with statistical significance in the regression model.

Chloramphenicol acetyl transferase (CAT) protein and mRNA levels in E. coli were determined following induction of a tac::cat construct by isopropyl-${\beta}$-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG). High cat mRNA levels did not directly reflect CAT protein levels, in either shakeflask experiments or fermentations. Furthermore, concentrations of IPTG resulting in the highest levels of expression of cat mRNA, were different to those resulting in highest levels of CAT protein. The data suggest that high transcriptional activities lead to limitations at the translational level.

The purpose of this thesis is to contribute in establishing the objectives of government policies through an empirical analysis on the relational characteristics surrounding the self-employed creative enterprises under the current circumstances where the specific empirical studies on the self-employed creative enterprises haven't been performed. According to the result of verification, the social capitals such as reliability, reciprocity and network are necessary due to the characteristics possessed by the self-employed creative enterprises while the reliability between cooperative enterprises is created and the cooperative relationship continues when the enterprises are faithful to their intrinsic activities such as the improvement of productivity rather than the entrepreneur spirit. Such win-win cooperation was eventually shown as having a positive effect on the performance of enterprises.

최근 급변하는 경제상황에서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 상생협력이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 기업의 경쟁력은 기업간 협력의 중요성 이면에 기업내부의 협력적인 노사문화가 정착되지 않고서는 기업의 경쟁력 강화 및 기업간 상생협력이 요원할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 협력적 노사문화 형성에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 향후 노사협력 관계 형성을 위한 대안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적에 따라 협력적 노사문화 형성의 중요요인에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 각각의 요인을 도출하였고, 각 요인들은 AHP분석을 통하여 중요성 및 우선순위를 체계화하였다. 분석결과 종업원을 존중하는 경영이 강화되어야 하며 투명경영 정착, 조직의 비전과 가치를 공유하는 관계 형성이 협력적 노사문화 형성에 중요하다는 결과를 도출하였으며 이에 따라 기업의 협력적 노사문화 형성을 위한 대안을 제안하였다.

정보공유 기반의 네트워크 협업 유도탄에 대한 상대 충돌 각 유도기법을 불확실성과 외란이 존재하는 시스템에 적용했다. 협업 유도탄 시스템은 전이 축소 방향성 비순환 그래프로 표현되며, 그 구조에 따라 유도된 중앙집권형 및 분산형 유도기법을 소개했다. 또한, 소개된 유도기법을 유도탄의 통신 구조와 시스템 잡음 유무에 따라 비교하여 그 관계를 분석했다. 상대 충돌 각 제어 임무에서 분산형 정보공유 유도기법의 효과를 분석하기 위해 시스템 동역학에 잡음이 포함된 다수의 유도탄이 불확실성이 포함된 예상 요격 위치에 유도되는 상황을 가정하였다. 다양한 임무 환경에 대해 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 정보공유의 유무와 구조가 시스템에 미치는 영향을 분석했다.

This study showed that the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by the coparenting. Participants consisted of 329 grandmothers who were rearing preschool aged grandchildren in the Seoul and Gyeonggido area. SPSS 23.0 performed descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The structural equation model was estimated with AMOS 23.0. Parameters were estimated using the maximum likelihood method. Model fit index used the chi-square statistic, the goodness of fit index (GFI), the Turker-Lewis index (TLI), the comparative fit index (CFI), the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA). The mediation effect analysis followed a two-step verification process; direct and indirect effect. In addition, statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, a positive correlation was found between the grandmother-mother relationship, grandmother-grandchildren ties, and coparenting. Second, the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by coparenting. The results of this study suggest that the quality of the grandmother's relationship with mothers and cooperative coparenting is important to building relationships with grandchildren. In addition, coparenting can be an important mechanism for grandmother-mother relationships and grandmother-grandchild ties. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to improve the grandmothers' relationship quality with the mother and strengthen parenting ability.

2011년에 촉발되어 전 세계 20여 건에 이르는 Apple과 Samsung의 특허분쟁은 경쟁적 기술전략의 첨예한 양상을 보여준 대표적 사례이다. 두 기업 간 특허소송은 스마트폰 시장에서의 치열한 경쟁구조를 잘 보여준다. 반면, 두 기업은 ICT 및 하이테크 시장 선두기업으로서의 서로 긴밀한 협력적 관계에 있다. 그러나 기존 연구들은 경쟁 또는 협력의 한 부분만을 고려한 나머지 실제 기술경영의 현상을 제대로 진단하지 못했을 뿐 아니라 어떠한 패턴을 보이면서 진화하는지 규명하지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구는 경쟁-협력 동시적 공존의 코피티션(Coopetition) 산업생태계를, Apple과 Samsung의 스마트폰 분쟁사례를 중심으로 분석하고 그 함의와 방향성을 도출하고자 한다. 경쟁관점에서는 두 기업 간 소송자료 및 일지를 활용하여 분쟁의 흐름을, 협력관점에서는 소송에서 쟁점이 된 특허들의 인용정보를 활용하여 핵심기술을 구성하는 지식의 경향과 이전방향을 네트워크 분석방법론을 통해 분석한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest factors for village activation and maintenance of urban village community, based on the survey of residents' interaction (neighbors relationship, using community facilities, and community activities) and their community consciousness of Seongmisan village, a successful case in Seoul. 171 residents answered the questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS program. Major findings are as follows. 1) Families got social with neighbors, caused by common use of community facilities, nearness of houses, and kids' friendship; the number of neighbors to be expected to give help was mostly under 5. 2) Facilities used by residents more than 3 times a week were cooperative association and cafe 'Little Tree'. Facilities considered to be important by residents were living cooperative association('Doore'), kids daycare center, village school, cafe, and education center. 3) 'Village News' was mostly interested community activities; 'Village Festival' and 'Village Sports Day' were also mostly participated. 4) As for the village consciousness factors, more than 3 points of 5 marked in all the 3 categories; emotional intimacy, neighbor homogeneity, and village attribution. The village consciousness, however, showed statistically meaningful difference in residents' motivation to move into village, number of family members, age, income, period of residence, neighbors relationship, whether they participate in group activities and events or not.

본 논문은 우리나라 운송주선인이 중국시장에서의 성공적인 경영성과를 달성하기 위하여 중국의 운송주선인과의 합작이나 업무제휴, 대리점계약 등을 통한 영업활동의 관계가 경영실적에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 우리나리 운송주선인의 중국 파트너와의 관계마케팅 활동요인을 확인하고 이러한 요인들이 관계의 질 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다.

자본주의 경제가 시장 지향적으로 무한 경쟁을 추구하면서 많은 부작용이 나타나고 있다. 부익부빈익빈, 고용감소와 청년실업율의 증가와 같은 부작용이 나타나면서 경제민주화의 요구가 거세게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 변화의 시점에서 대안으로서 주목받고 있는 것이 협동조합이다. 이는 협동조합은 이용자 소유의 사업체로서 고용창출이 가능하고 단기적 이윤추구보다는 장기적 관점에서 지역사회와의 공존을 추구하기 때문이다. 협동조합이 이용자가 사업주체와 같은 역할을 하기 때문에 이들이 인지하는 사내기업가정신은 성과에 미칠 가능성이 크다는 점, 그리고 대부분의 협동조합이 십 여 명 이내의 적은 규모이며 비교적 역사가 짧아서 조합장의 리더십 또한 성과에 많은 영향을 미칠 것이라는 점에서 본 연구는 조합원들의 사내기업가정신과 성과의 관계, 그리고 이러한 관계에서 조합장 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위한 자료는 설문지를 이용하였으며, 설문은 수도권 및 강원 영서지역의 사업자 협동조합 조합원을 대상으로 하였다. 사내기업가정신이 협동조합의 성과에 미치는 효과 및 조합장 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 사내기업가정신의 구성요소 중 위험감수성은 재무적 성과인 매출액증가, 수익증가와 사회적 성과인 고용증가 모두에 대해 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 진취성은 매출액증가와 수익증가에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 혁신성은 모든 성과 요소에 유의적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과에 대한 분석결과, 혁신성의 경우 성과에 직접적 영향이 없지만 조합장이 카리스마와 개별적 배려, 지적자극 리더십을 발휘할 때 매출액증가와 수익증가에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 분석결과 협동조합의 경우 매출액이나 수익과 같은 재무적 성과 제고를 위해서는 조합원들의 위험감수성이나 진취성이 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 경영의 안정성에 안주하기 보다는 위험을 감수하더라도 고수익을 추구하고 동업종 조합이나 기업에 비해 경쟁우위를 추구하는 분위기를 조성하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 그리고 변혁적 리더십도 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점에서 조합장은 조합원들에게 비전을 제시하고, 다양한 의견을 논의하며, 조합원 개개인에 대해 관심과 배려를 보여주는 리더십이 필요하다.
