재난 피해지역 사회적 경제조직의 역할과 온라인 기부 시스템 -동일본 대지진 피해지역을 중심으로- (Roles of Social Economic Organization and Online Donation System at Disaster Area: Focusing on East Japan Earthquake Damaged Area)

  • 재난 피해지역 사회적 경제조직의 역할 중요성에 대한 인식이 높아짐에 따라 이에 대한 기부 또한 늘고 있다. 이재민에게 직접 전달되는 의연금과 달리 피해지역 지원활동의 자금으로 전달되는 새로운 흐름이 일어나고 있는 것이다. 그동안 의연금에 치중되어 온 국내 기존연구에 더하여 본 논문은 사회적 경제조직 및 기부가 증가하고 있는 일본사례를 분석함으로써 한국에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 동일본 대지진 피해지역 사회적 경제조직과 온라인 기부 시스템에 초점을 맞추었고, 분석결과, 서비스 이용자에게 선택권을 부여함으로써 건전한 사회적 경제 시장 형성 및 고용창출에 기여하는 바우처 방식과, 지원자와 지원을 받는 자 간의 공감대 형성에 기여하는 시민기금이라는 두 가지 온라인 기부방식의 유효성이 제시되었다.

  • In this division, regarding the establishment of operation system of Conservation Science Center, we have tried to find out research trends and advanced operation system of Italian conservation centers, which play an active part in the field of restoration of cultural properties internationally. And the results will be utilized for the establishment of Conservation Science Center. Italy is a country having a long history of restoring cultural properties. In this field, it is largely divided into research & development institutes. And restoration institute and they are operated under system in which research & development institute implement research projects for restoring cultural properties and restoration specialists take receive the results and utilize them. They have different business processing system compared to Conservation Science Center which will implement research-development and restoration(conservation treatment) concurrently. Each institute, carrying out differentiated and specialized research projects per region, maintains smooth cooperative relationship with national institutes, neighboring universities and even afflated schools through horizontal-mutual collaboration joint research, and sharing of equipments, in the field of cooperation between national institutes, cooperation with neighboring universities, and connection to belonging schools. There institutes show us a good example which can be utilized in the future organizational structure of Conservation Science Center. It is expected that their operation system and possessed technologies such as utilization of human resources pool and cooperation with relevant fields can be used usefully in the management and operation of Conservation Science Center.

다국적기업의 해외시장진입유형 결정요소에 관한 메타분석 - 국제기업협력 vs 100% 투자 - (A Meta Analysis on Decision Factors of a Foreign Market Entry Strategy - International Company Cooperation vs. Wholly-Owned Subsidiary -)

  • In this study aims to research and analyze what are decision factors between a wholly-owned subsidiary and a international company cooperation in the internationalization process. From 57 primary studies found 26 observed variables for aggregation of effect size in the using "Fixed Effect Model" on this mata-analysis. The article also links the theories that are used in the literature, not considered in the most of primary studies, to the empirical results and recommends global management strategy which is needed for business practical affairs. According to the result, the meta-analysis suggests that the number of employees of a MNC, the geological and cultural differneces between the host country and home country, the country-specific international experience of the MNC and export intensity, the international product diversification, the market growth and the market size of the foreign operations, and resource intensity of the foreign operations, the legal restrictions in the host country and the country risk of the home country do exert a significant effect on the decision between cooperative arrangement and a wholly-owned subsidiary. Conversely, for a large number of variables, no significant relationship seems to exist based on the combined results. This is the case, for example, for factor specificity, the r&d-intensity, the subsidiary size, the assets of the MNC and the sales volume of the MNC.

기업 간 의사결정 협력과 업무 성과에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Joint Decision Making and Business Performance between Corporations)

  • In today's e-business environment, it is important to make decisions cooperatively between companies on a supply chain for their business success. This research analyzes empirically the influences of organizational factors on joint decision making and the ones of the joint decision making on business performance. We collected 188 corporate-level data through a Web survey and tested them statistically through PLS method based on a structured equation modeling. The results showed that (i) partner's knowledge creation capabilities, inter-organizational process modularity, and inter-organizational trust had direct effects on joint decision making, (ii) joint decision making and electronic business interfaces bad direct impacts on business performance. Contrary to our expectation, however, the moderating effects of electronic business interfaces between corporations on the relationship between joint decision making and business performance was not significant. On the basis of these results, we discussed theoretical and managerial implications of the findings. The results are expected to provide useful perspectives when companies establish strategies to improve capabilities of cooperative decision making and business performance.

간호전문직 자율성(Professional Nurse Autonomy)의 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Professional Nurse Autonomy)

  • Professional nurse Autonomy is an essential attribute of a discipline striving for full professional status. Purpose: This study was to clarify the concept of professional nurse autonomy to provide basic data needed for development of professional autonomy enhancing strategies. Method: This study use the process of Walker & Avante's concept analysis based on Wade's research (1999), and field data of 21 nurses. Results: Professional nurse autonomy is defined as competency and creative performance of the professional nurse in practice, to decide independently or interdependently nursing activities and to be had accountable for results of decisions, that reflect advocacy and caring. It was identified that critical attributes include responsible discretionary decision making, collegial interdependence, initiative, creativity, and caring, advocacy, cooperative relationship with clients, receptive capacity to others, activeness, self confidence, and devotion and responsibility to their profession. Antecedents include personal characteristics, educational background, experience and structural characteristics that enhance professional nurse autonomy. Consequences of professional nurse autonomy are feelings of self-efficacy, empowerment, job satisfaction, reduction of intention to leave their job. Conclusion: According to these results, it is recommended that the curriculum provides an environment for learning professional nurse autonomy, and that is used as basic data to develope strategies to enhance professional autonomy of nurse in practice and it's effects

  • 현대사회에서 재난의 잠재력이 커질수록 재난을 대비하고 대응하는 국가의 체계를 보다 효율적으로 개선하고 강화하기 위하여 재난관리담당부서에서 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 설문을 받아 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 알아보고자 한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재난관리 기관 간 협력관계, 둘째, 재난관련법 제정 및 재난전담부서의 필요성 셋째, 재난관리 상황적 변수에 대한 인식으로 재난관리 상황요인에 대한 전반적 인식, 재난유형에 대한 전반적 인식, 재난규모에 따른 발생가능성에 대한 인식, 넷째, 재난관리의 구조적 변수에 대한 인식으로 재난관리에 대한 소방방재청, 유관기관, 지방자치단체의 인식 차이, 예방-대비-대응-복구단계의 혼선에 대한 인식에 대한 연구이다.

사물인터넷 기반의 지능형 커피숍 관리 시스템 연구 (Study of Intelligent Coffeeshop Management System based IOT)

  • 최근 스마트 기기들의 개발과 연동된 네트워크는 사물인터넷의 보급과 함께 사용자 편익 우선에 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 특히, 사물인터넷은 스마트 홈 뿐만 아니라 스마트 기기를 이용한 모든 분야에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기 및 사물인터넷 기기들의 활용으로 혁신적이고 실용적인 지능형 커피숍 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템은 키오스크 주문뿐만 아니라 스마트폰 주문이 가능하며 비콘 기반의 사용자 자동 인식 기능도 제공한다. 그리고 지오 펜스를 이용한 사용자 위치 정보를 파악하여 기다림 없는 주문 제작이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 최종적으로 빅데이터 기반 날씨, 용도, 시간, 사용자 기반 추천 서비스도 제공하도록 하였다. 따라서, 본 시스템은 기존의 커피숍에 비해 비용 절감과 업무의 효율성이 증대되었다.

Exploring the Important Factors of Informal Science Education Program of Youth in Poverty: A Case Study of Informal Earth Science Education Program in the U.S.

  • There has been increasing evidence of the positive effects in informal science programs to promote the youths' positive development. However, relatively a small number of informal science programs target specific student populations such as youth in poverty with little research done about the important program factors. This case study presents an exemplary informal science education program (focusing on Earth Science Education or more specifically, water in urban environments) for youth in poverty in a midwest city of the United States. This study explored the most important characteristics of the program that could lead to positive development for the youth. Through a number of observations of the program and interviews with the participants, this study employs inductive and interpretive research methods. Findings show that the program managers' beliefs about the youths' knowledge and experiences, their relationship building skills, and their cooperative work are very important. A concrete mission for the program and structured institutional support to hire the youth as paid museum staff are also important in assuming their responsibility and building identity as an active social member.

산재보험 사례관리자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 (Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Workers' Compensation Case Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore job stress, job satisfaction and their relationship among Workers' Compensation Case Managers. Method: 137 Workers' Compensation Case Managers (89 case workers and 48 nurses) responded to a self-administered questionnaire. The data were collected in october, 2006 and analyzed using t-test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient with SPSS WIN 14.0 program. Result: The mean score of job stress of nurses was 2.60 which was higher than that of the Korean female workers'. The mean score of job satisfaction was 2.30. The significant inverse correlation between job stress and job satisfaction was found (P<.01). In regard to the 7 items, the significant inverse correlations were found in lack of reward, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, insufficient job control, and occupational environment. Conclusion: The result indicated that the Workers' Compensation Case Managers have higher occupational stress and lower job satisfaction. To improve their job satisfaction, it is necessary to reinforce reward, organizational system, job autonomy, and cooperative occupational environment.

산림노동자의 직무만족과 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction and Turnover of the Forest Workers)

  • 본 연구는 산림노동자의 직무만족과 이직의 관계를 도출하는 것이 목적으로 산림노동자의 직무만족과 이직의 관계를 실증분석하기 위하여 영림단원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 직무만족과 관련된 26개 항목에 대한 만족도와 이직의사를 조사하였다. 직무만족과 관련된 26개 항목에 대해 요인분석을 실시하여 '상사와의 관계', '임금 및 안전', '동료와의 관계','직무자체' 및 '근무시간'의 5가지 요인을 도출하였다. 요인분석으로 도출된 5가지 요인과 이직과의 관계를 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과 '직무자체' 만족만이 이직과 5% 유의수준에서 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
