Due to the increasing complexity to handle conflicts and interruptions caused by resource failures and rush orders, shop control is obliged to redesign its organization according to the changing demands of the manufacturing control. These demands are leading to the development of decentralization and gradually to their permanent optimization. As a result, a powerful modeling method which can be adapted efficiently is required. The use of agent theory enables specific modeling of the relevant shop planning activities. The planning activities are modeled in a so-called activity modeling through the definition of three classes of agents; Plan Agent, Manufacturing System Agent and Control Agent as well as the description of the cooperative relationship among these agents. On the basis of the activity model the agent-based shop control method is developed which emphasizes the distributed problem-solving and the cooperation with relevant agents.

Licensing contracts between partners in International Joint Ventures(IJV) have not only aspects of relation contract, which is interdependent and long-term cooperative relationships in interpartner but also aspects of discrete contract which is exposed to opportunistic risk caused by IJV partners who maximize individual profit instead of joint payoff maximization. In this circumstance, appropriate compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty can reduce conflicts and spur interpartner cooperation. In addition, compensation structures that stipulate each party's rights, duties, and responsibilities under various sets of environmental conditions have strong implications for transaction cost minimization and joint payoff maximization. On the other hands, compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty in IJV licensing contract have benefits and costs depending on IJV partners uncertainty, partner dependency, and environment uncertainty. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to empirically show how partner uncertainty, partner dependence and environment uncertainty influence compensation structure chosen by licensor in IJV.

The overall goal of this study is to identify what I'||'&'||'R is, and what services should be offered as legitimate I'||'&'||'R actives. The gist of the study is as follows: 1. The shift of the clients targeted to receive the services from disadvantageous to every person. 2. Ambiguity in I'||'&'||'R definition. Because it is hard to distinguish I'||'&'||'R service from the traditional reference service, and shifting of clients, the establishment of the definition was very difficult. Instead of a definite answer, the criteria for "I'||'&'||'R Providers" was drawn. 3. Most provided services were simple and complex information giving based on resource file. Constructing resource file is a major component of I'||'&'||'R service. 4. From 1980s, many I'||'&'||'R providing libraries adapted computer a n.0, pplications. 5. Social work and library-internship was advised to conduct a cooperative project by NCLIS, I'||'&'||'R Task Force. 6. In the high technological era, there continue to be many people who need the su n.0, pportive relationship. I'||'&'||'R is to optimize both the service and clients. Librarian must learn from the principle of high tech/high touch.

In many industries, competitive advantage is rapidly shifting to the management of suppliers. Especially, in the automotive industry, suppliers' manufacturing performance influences the quality of automobiles which are assembled by motor companies. This study seeks to identify dominant types of buyer-supplier relationships and to examine suppliers' performance difference according to types of buyer-supplier relationships. The findings indicate that the supplier's production performance in the cooperative relationship is higher than that of the suppliers in the other relationships. And then this study examines the relationships between interfirm asset specificity and suppliers' performance. The findings indicate that the greater the interfirm human asset cospecialization and physical asset specialization, the higher the supplier's market and production performance.

본 논문에서는 다양한 협동조합들 중 대표적인 협동조합이라고 할 수 있는 농업협동조합을 대상으로 협동조합의 특수성에 맞는 리더십을 모색하여보고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 협동조합을 대상으로 조직성과에 미치는 리더십 및 조직성과의 직접적 효과와 간접적 효과 행태를 분석하는 것이다. 리더십이 조직성과 즉 조직 몰입도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향과 기업문화에 미치는 관계를 연구할 수 있는 모형 및 분석의 제언을 하고자 한다. 리더십과 조직성과의 측정은 농업협동조합으로 보고자 하였으며, 이를 통하여 리더십, 조직문화, 조직성과의 관계를 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

When a task requires two robot arms to move in a cooperative manner sharing a common workspace, potential collision exists between the two robot arm . In this paper, a novel approach for collision-free trajectory planning along paths of two SCARA-type robot arms is presented. Specifically, in order to describe potential collision between the links of two moving robot arms along the designated paths, an explicit form of "Virtual Obstacle" is adopted, according to which links of one robot arm are made to grow while the other robot arm is forced to shrink as a point on the path. Then, a notion of "Coordination Chart" is introduced to visualize the collision-free relationship of two trajectories.of two trajectories.

This study examines the effect of sense of community on the relationship between learner satisfaction and influencing factors related to the online learning environment. Influencing factors related to the online learning environment are derived from previous literature and classified into two groups : social dimension (leader's enthusiasm, offline activities) and system dimension (usefulness, ease of use, enjoyability). Learner satisfaction is defined as the learners' perceived learning gains from taking an online class. Study participants included 250 university students from two different institutions. The participants were divided into 43 groups and asked to complete an online TOEIC preparation module using a commercial cooperative learning system over 4 weeks. Data were collected at three points for each participant, at the beginning, 3 weeks after, and at the end of the online module. Two system factors related to the online learning environment (ease of use, usefulness) directly influenced learner satisfaction, while social factors indirectly influenced learner satisfaction through the mediating role of sense of community.

This Paper will use various analysis tools that have not been used a lot by the existing researches, and also use the statistics of trade until August 2007 to measure and analyze the trade relationship between China and Korea. This study, which is basic study to studies to be conducted later, has been performed to establish effective economic cooperative relations between Korea and China by examining trade structure of the two countries through trade-related indexes. Therefore, this study has academic values as a theoretical study which can explain economic effects of the Korea-China FTA. However, as data used for this study was based on the data of the National Statistics Office in general, this study was executed with realistic limitations owing to lack of local data. I will supplement this later and do my best to conduct a precise study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, assertiveness. Method: This study used Walker and Avant's process of concept analysis. Results: 1. Attributes of assertiveness were defined as 1) Self-esteem 2) Comprehension to others 3) Clarification of the subject 4) Verbal communication 5) Non-verbal communication 2. The antecedents of assertiveness consist of these facts 1) The occurrence of a conflict situation 2) The occurrence of will to stick to one's opinions 3. There are consequences occuring as a result of assertiveness 1) Positive self-confidence 2) Increased comprehension or consideration to others 3) Expand of mutual respect 4) Maintenance of continuously cooperative relationship with each other 5) Output of acceptable results to each other Conclusion: Assertiveness is a core human behavior and is key to interpersonal relationships. Using the components of the concept of assertiveness, many conflicts in a nursing situation can be effectively prevented.
