본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 55세 이상의 건강한 집단과 뇌졸중 집단의 보유 활동 및 수준을 분석하고 후속 연구를 위한 집단 특이성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 자료 수집을 위하여 한국형 활동분류카드를 사용하였고, 기술통계 방법을 이용하여 건강한 집단과 뇌졸중 집단에서 활동보유수준을 확인하였으며, 스피어만 상관계수를 이용하여 일반적 정보와의 활동보유수준의 상관성을 분석하였고, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 활동 보유 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석하였다. 건강한 집단의 구성원들이 수행하는 활동들이 뇌졸중 집단에서는 감소함를 확인할 수 있었으며, 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석 시 건강한 집단과 뇌졸중 집단에서 활동보유수준과 대상자의 일반적 정보간에 통계학적으로 유의미한 변인이 달랐다. 결과를 통하여 55세 이상의 건강한 집단과 뇌졸중 집단에서 활동보유수준과 집단별 특이성을 확인할 수 있었으며 결과 자료에 기초하여 해당 집단의 활동 참여 조정과 대치 시에 기초 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the features of adaptation governance of local governments by applying a multi-level governance framework, and to draw policy implications. We analyzed changes in governance of 17 metropolitan cities/provinces, and 33 municipalities in terms of horizontal and vertical cooperation in the process of developing 'The Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan' and its implementation stage. The result shows that the plan contributed to the higher level of vertical cooperation between the central and the local governments to a certain extent, however, during the implementation stage, the level of the partnership decreased due to the absence of governance mechanism. These trends were statistically significant at the level of municipalities. The role of Korea Adaptation Center for Climate Change (KACCC) was also diminished after establishing the plan. The horizontal partnership level among the relevant departments of the local governments showed no significant change as the level was low even in the planning stage. Though Public-Private Partnership (PPP) has increased a bit, it was statistically significant only in the municipalities. Moreover, there was no governance mechanism for PPP or it did not work properly. Based on the results above, it is recommended that the effectiveness of the plans should be increased and support for climate change partnerships or forums at a local level that promotes adaptive capacity is needed. The role of metropolitan cities and provinces should be strengthened through building a multi-level partnership structure. Governance institutionalizing for monitoring and evaluation is also needed.

이 연구는 시민의 경찰협력 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 이러한 관계에 있어 경찰에 대한 시민의 신뢰가 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 선행연구 분석을 실시하여 경찰활동 협력 및 경찰신뢰에 영향을 미칠 것이라 예상되는 요인을 선정한 뒤, 이를 바탕으로 서울에 거주하는 성인남녀 502명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경찰협력 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 절차적 공정성이 확인되었다. 즉, 경찰활동이 절차에 따라 공정하게 이루어질수록 경찰활동에 대한 시민의 협력의사가 증가하는 것으로 나타나 시민의 협력을 유도하기 위해서는 경찰활동이 보다 공정하게 집행되고 이를 시민이 인식하도록 하는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 순찰활동에 대한 시민의 인식정도와 지역사회 무질서 정도는 경찰신뢰를 매개로 하여 경찰 협력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 시민이 경찰의 순찰활동에 대해 긍정적으로 평가할수록 경찰신뢰가 증가하고 이러한 신뢰는 경찰활동에 대한 시민의 협력으로 이어진다고 할 수 있다. 또한 지역사회의 무질서한 환경이 개선될수록 경찰에 대한 시민의 신뢰는 증가하고, 이는 경찰활동에 대한 시민의 협력으로 이어진다고 할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 경찰신뢰가 완전매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 경찰활동의 절차적 공정성이 증가하게 되면 시민은 경찰을 신뢰하고, 이러한 경찰신뢰를 바탕으로 시민은 경찰에 협력하게 된다. 또한 절차적 공정성은 시민의 경찰 협력의 사에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 열평형 기술을 활용하여 다단계 조절이 가능한 유니베이커 오븐에 대하여 CFD(computational fluid dynamics) 해석을 수행하여 오븐내부의 열유동분포와 속도를 파악함으로서 오븐 내부의 열평형을 이룰 수 있는 최적 위치를 예상함으로서 유니베이커 오븐의 설계 자료로 이용하고자 한다.

본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독 경향에 따른 신체활동량, 수면, 주의력 조절 및 자기조절학습과의 차이와 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 269명의 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사하였고 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 스마트폰 중독수준은 성별에 따라 차이가 있었고, 스마트폰 중독성향이 강할수록 성적과 자가통제력은 낮고, 스마트폰 사용 시간이 길었다. 스마트폰 중독수준과 신체활동량, 수면의 질 및 주의력 조절능력이 유의한 차이가 있었고, 스마트폰 중독정도가 높을수록 신체활동량과 자기조절학습능력 및 수면의 질이 낮은 경향이 있었고, 주의력 조절은 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 통해 대학생의 스마트폰의 과다사용으로 일상적 건강과 학습능력이 저하될 수 있으며 이를 방지하기 위한 다양한 차원에서의 스마트폰 중독예방 전략이 필요함을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 도시지역 고등학생들의 사회적 지지와 우울수준과의 관련성을 파악할 목적으로 대전광역시의 남 여 고등학생 514명을 대상으로 2011년 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 학생들의 우울수준은 가족의 지지 및 친구의 지지가 낮을수록 유의하게 높았다. 또한 우울수준은 가족의 지지 및 친구의 지지와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과 우울수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 성별, 학년, 학교성적, 교우관계, 학교생활만족도, 가정생활만족도, 가족의 지지 및 친구의 지지가 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 특히 우울은 가족 및 친구의 지지에 의해 설명력이 높아져 가족의 지지 및 친구의 지지가 독립적으로 우울과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.

방위산업은 최근 방산수출과 연계하여 국가의 주력사업으로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 군수업체의 품질수준 조사는 방위산업 육성정책을 수립하는데 필수적이다. 군수품 생산업체 품질수준 조사는 군수품 생산 업체의 내부 품질관리 및 품질경영 시스템에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통해, 향후 군수품의 전반적인 품질 수준 제고를 위한 품질 정책 수립에 기여하기 위해 매 년 수행하고 있다. 과거에 사용 하였던 품질수준 측정 지표가 현재의 실태를 반영하는데 한계가 있었다. 따라서 품질 수준의 진단 모형과 측정 지표를 개선할 필요성이 제기 되었다. 본 논문은 타 기관 및 기업의 품질 수준 측정 지표의 사례를 조사하고, 기존에 국방 분야에서 실시되고 있는 다양한 평가지표 등을 분석하였다. 또한 과정 지표와 성과 지표의 연계성을 강화하여 군수품 생산업체의 품질수준을 객관적이고 직관적으로 표시될 수 있도록 개선하였다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 측정 지표 및 모형은 향후 군수품 품질수준 조사에 활용될 것이다. 또한 군수품 품질수준 조사결과는 정부의 국방품질관리 정책을 보다 효과적으로 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

For the last 10 years, there were also a lot of exchanges and cooperations between North and South Korea's local governments. Dealing with these exchanges more systematically, local governments had issued many regulations. But in the law level, the current laws regulating exchanges and cooperations between North and South Korea lacked care in the role of local governments in the course of Korea reunification. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the legal system to support and promote the role of local governments in unification affairs. The purpose of this study is to seek answers to a question how the Inter-Korea forest cooperation project effect on regional economy compared with other forest sectors. Results of this study proved that Inter-Korea forest cooperation project effects on regional economy positively as 'plus investment', not negatively. Forest cooperation project will be resolve Inter-Korea conflicts more peacefully. So government should be supported continuously in the long run in order to raise the performance.

This study aims to explore improvement measures for the linkage system between the police and social welfare agencies in responding to domestic violence and child abuse issues in South Korea by comparing and analyzing the current systems in South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Despite the legal and institutional foundations for victim protection and perpetrator correction in each country, the effectiveness of actual cooperation faces several limitations. In South Korea, the level of cooperation is insufficient due to the lack of information sharing, role conflicts, and ambiguity of cooperation procedures. The United States and the United Kingdom operate more systematic cooperation programs, showing notable achievements in mental health crisis intervention and domestic violence response. To improve the linkage system in South Korea, this study proposes the following measures: (1) developing a clear cooperation protocol, (2) conducting regular education and training programs, (3) establishing an integrated information system, and (4) strengthening the victim-centered approach. Implementing these measures will contribute to more effective responses to domestic violence and child abuse issues, ultimately leading to a healthier and safer society by reducing social costs through victim protection and perpetrator correction.

For the domestic digital contents, it is particularly important that the planning and mediating functions should cover the whole Industries so that dividends and assistance to reach all the way back to the primary contents-creating level, where economic risks are especially high. A proactive cooperation system or framework between the government, the businesses and research institutions, which would allow for free flow of interaction among these players, can play that role. We can broadly define cooperation frameworks into two; one between the central and the local governments and another among private-sector groups, such as companies, associations and groups. These players in the framework have differing, sometimes, conflicting views regarding the digital contents industry whether the digital contents should aim for skilled applicability or the abstract or whether the emphasis should rest on public interest or profitability. Immature competition and lack of trust among these players also give rise to such inefficiencies as overlap in investments, inexpertness and inefficient use of resources. We have proposed and realized the National Integrated Cooperation System to bridge these gaps among the major players in the industry. The National Integrated Cooperation System rests on the following major functions. The first major function of the NICS is to decipher any ambiguity that may be embedded in external Inputs by stratified role and bias. The second function is to create cooperative groups that will deal with the ambiguities based on its consequent situation. The third is a feedback function that will draw out a new cooperative way by re-feeding the capacities and the conflicts that stem from the existing organizations and strategies into cooperation and adjustment process. Our NICS has compared and evaluated with England and Australia digital content industry models under AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. NICS has turned out to be well designed and have strong points based on OECD innovation and cooperation criteria.
