The purpose of this study is to prevent fire accidents in advance by deriving prior knowledge among groups about temporary fire-fighting facilities of workers at construction sites and devising appropriate improvement measures. The findings are as follows.First, in the case of fire extinguishers, statistical attention was paid to the contractor, supervisor, partner worker and fire extinguisher manager between designations. 87% of fire managers and 70% of facility supervisors said fire extinguisher management managers needed to be designated for each type of construction, which requires designation of fire extinguisher management managers, frequently checking and relocating. Second, in the case of simple fire extinguishing facilities, statistical attention was paid to the application of penalties for unauthorized use of fire extinguishing facilities with construction companies, supervisors, and business partners.Third, in the case of emergency alarm measures, statistical attention was paid to the application of emergency alarm sound to temporary broadcasting facilities with construction works, supervisors, and business partners.Fourth, in the case of induction, statistical attention was paid to the application of connection between construction works, supervisors, and partner workers, such as passage guidance, emergency lighting, etc.It was found that 65% of construction workers and 55% of electrical workers had different applications such as aisle guidance and emergency lighting for each type of business partner. In order to resolve blind spots such as evacuation zone guidance due to the structure of the building, it is necessary to easily distinguish the direction of the entrance door from a long distance by applying it in conjunction with passage guidance lights and emergency lighting.

Currently, in the field of community service, it is expected that the demand will further increase in the future by enabling the form of providing various types of services. However, the local community service investment project is an abstract Although the structure for fair competition was created by introducing a market mechanism derived from the action or principle of psychology that affects human behavior in the field, systematic management and monitoring of the quality of social services is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between service selection factors and service quality in order to improve the quality of social services in the consumer's way to meet these environmental needs, and to utilize the research results for quality improvement. The research model to be used in this paper measures the five element areas of service satisfaction such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, certainty, and tangibility, which are used to measure the quality of local community service investment projects. In addition, we are various strategic implications that can induce the quality improvement of local community service investment projects are presented by finding the main factors of the four research hypotheses of this study and utilizing the results.

Purpose: Recently, ransomware damage that encrypts victim's data through hacking and demands money in exchange for releasing it is increasing domestically and internationally. Accordingly, research and development on various response technologies and solutions are in progress. Method: A secure storage area and a general storage area were created in the same virtual environment, and the sample data was saved by registering the access process. In order to check whether the stored sample data is infringed, the ransomware sample was executed and the hash function of the sample data was checked to see if it was infringed. The access control performance checked whether the sample data was accessed through the same name and storage location as the registered access process. Result: As a result of the experiment, the sample data in the secure storage area maintained data integrity from ransomware and unauthorized processes. Conclusion: Through this study, the creation of a secure storage area and the whitelist-based access control method are evaluated as suitable as a method to protect important data, and it is possible to provide a more secure computing environment through future technology scalability and convergence with existing solutions.

This study tried to empirically explore which issues related to the social service agency for public(as below SSA), that is, social perceptions were formed, by using mess media related to the SSA. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the overall social perception and trend of SSA through public opinion. In order to extract media trend data, the search used the big data analysis system, Textom, to collect data from the representative portals Naver News and Daum News. The collected texts were 1,299 in 2020 and 1,410 in 2021, for a total of 2,709. As a result of the analysis, first, the most derived words in relation to the frequency of text appearance were 'SSA', 'establishment', and 'operation'. Second, as a result of the N-gram analysis, the pairs of words directly related to the SSA 'SSA and public', 'SSA and opening', 'SSA and launch', and 'SSA and Department Director', 'SSA and Staff', 'SSA and Caregiver' etc. Third, in the results of TF-IDF analysis and word network analysis, similar to the word occurrence frequency and N-gram results, 'establishment', 'operation', 'public', 'launch', 'provided', 'opened', ' 'Holding' and 'Care' were derived. Based on the above analysis results, it was suggested to strengthen the emergency care support group, to commercialize it in detail, and to stabilize jobs.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the importance and satisfaction of social commerce selection factors perceived by social commerce users differ, and how social commerce selection factors affect repurchase intention. A survey was conducted for 17 days from September 1st to September 17th, 2021, and 316 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the selection factors of social commerce were divided into six factors: safety, convenience, economy, informativity, collectivity, and SNS relevance. IPA results were in the order of convenience in the first quadrant, relevance and informativity in the second quadrant SNS, collectivity in the third quadrant, stability in the fourth quadrant, and economy. In the relationship between social commerce selection factors and repurchase intention, convenience, economy, safety, and information among social commerce selection factors were found to have a significant influence on repurchase intention. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that if existing social commerce was important at an affordable price, convenience is more important for non-face-to-face commerce in the COVID-19 situation. It is considered important to have a system that can continuously identify and preemptively respond to users' shopping trends through IPA.

In order to advance theoretical and practical understanding of innovative behaviors and affective commitment to change, this study investigated the relationship among innovation supporting organizational culture, decentralized structure, acceptance of organizational change, and affective commitment to change and tested the mediating effect of acceptance of organizational change in the relationship. Data were collected from 261 employees at H corporation and analyzed to test suggested research hypotheses using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results are as follows: First, it is found that innovation supporting organizational culture influences positively acceptance of organizational change and affective commitment to change. Second, results show that decentralized structure influences positively acceptance of organizational change, but does not influence innovative behavior. Third, it is found that acceptance of organizational change influences positively affective commitment to change and innovative behavior. Fourth, it is also found that acceptance of organizational change mediates partially the relationship between innovation supporting organizational culture and affective commitment to change and acceptance of organizational change mediates completely the relationship between decentralized structure and affective commitment to change. With these findings, it is confirmed that innovation supporting organizational culture and decentralized structure influence positively affective commitment to change and innovative behavior through acceptance of organizational change. Limitations and suggestions were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of volunteer activities and self-development activities of elementary school students on subjective happiness and to verify the mediating effect of leadership life skills based on this. The subjects were surveyed in 2018 by the Korea Youth Policy Institute, and out of 2,739 elementary school students, unresponsive and missing values were removed and the final 1,978 were selected. As a result of the analysis, it was found that leadership life skills were completely mediated in the relationship between volunteer work and subjective happiness of elementary school students. For the analysis method, SPSS 25.0 program was used to achieve the purpose of this study. And to verify the mediating effect, a 3-step mediating effect analysis was performed by Baron & Keeny(1986). It was confirmed that leadership life skills were completely mediated in the relationship between self-development activities and subjective happiness. Based on these research results, in order to increase the subjective happiness of elementary school students, measures were discussed to develop practical skills that can improve communication and organizational management skills, which are leadership life skills.

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively examine the perception of fire officials for college students who need to prepare and choose fire officials, and to identify and present practical and specific improvement measures along with raising awareness of fire officials. In order to achieve the basic purpose of the study set above, we tried to find out whether there are differences in the general level of awareness of fire officials, the working environment of fire officials, and group welfare according to the gender, major, grade, family or relative of college students. The subjects of the study were 600 students enrolled in a four-year university in the Department of Firefighting, and 513 valid questionnaires were used. The survey contents were divided into three categories of perceptions of firefighting officials and consisted of 20 questions, and the frequency and percentage were calculated and compared using the SPSS/win (Ver10.0) program. As a result, first, compensation for awareness improvement and the expansion of safety facilities and equipment are necessary. Second, it is necessary to improve working conditions, such as guaranteeing appropriate working hours and raising and replenishing wages. Third, the results of the establishment of a national fire hospital and the need for psychological counseling were derived. Based on these results, we suggest that national-level laws and systems, and administrative and legislative support should be provided for firefighters.

Gender neutral draft is the system that the level of manpower which military demands right now can be kept and the concept of gender equality can enlarge itself. This thesis draws implications on the necessity of optional review of draft and the amelioration of military organizational culture for the military through the example of Norway that has adopted gender neutral draft initially in Europe. The Military that is characterized by traditionally male led domain accelerates itself the openness to female by the aggrandizement of social participation and the improvement of human right for female. The various concerns about a necessary facilities, the period ofmilitary service, the level of salary, the keeping of combat power, etc just should be overcome in order to enlarge conscription to female in Korea. Situations such as the environment of national security, the level of social participation to female, the treatment to minority are different, so it is difficult for us to draw any conclusion whether the adoption of sex neutral conscription is right or not. Nonetheless, the national strategy that prepares for future may not be concluded easily and we can not stop it even though it is discomfortable truth. In Conclusion, we anticipate that the sound discourse on measures of including female in draft will be continued from the start with this thesis.

In addition to the rapid changes in the times caused by the pandemic, the revision of the new curriculum coincides with the change in the proportion of the three elements of learners, society, and subjects that make up the curriculum. In particular, along with the proportion of 'social' in the curriculum, the scope of the word 'educational community' has increased, and the allowable range of curriculum restructuring centered on it has expanded. In order for the intended direction of education to be properly established in the new curriculum, various educational method studies are needed to cultivate newly emerged competencies and literacy. In this study, after selecting the contents and goals of the convergence curriculum based on various criteria for subject selection, the data science program was designed by reconstructing Living Lab's PDIE methodology. As an evaluation factor for this, we tried to analyze the effectiveness of 'creativity', 'problem-solving ability', 'communication ability', 'collaboration ability' among future competencies emphasized in the curriculum. As a result of the study, it was effective in improving creative and communication skills, and this study focuses on verifying the effectiveness of School Living Lab, suggesting the necessity of post-research that expands the application space of research and diversifies the role of educational community subjects.
