The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the soccer team captain's empowerment on role perception and team cohesion. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, data of 154 students from elementary and middle school soccer teams and soccer clubs in Busan Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangnam-do were collected, and then exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α coefficient calculation and correlation using SPSS statistic 25.0 The reliability and validity of the relationship analysis and research tools were verified. After that, the results of multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing are as follows. First, it was found that the empowerment of the captain of the soccer team had a partial positive effect on role perception. Second, it was found that the empowerment of the captain of the soccer team had a partial positive effect on the team cohesion. Third, it was found that the role perception of the captain of the soccer team had a positive effect on the team cohesion. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the team's role and team cohesion through the empowerment of the captain of the soccer team.
In order to confirm whether innovation can be realized through the direction that companies pursue, this study empirically analyzed the relationship between strategic directionality and innovation capacity. Specifically, strategic directionality is divided into customer orientation and technology orientation, and innovation capacity is classified into strategic planning capacity, R&D capacity, and technology commercialization capacity based on previous studies. And the effect of customer and technology orientation on each innovation capacity was analyzed. Data collection was carried out by 368 questionnaires from the workers of manufacturing industry in Gyeongbuk area and the proposed hypotheses were tested by using structural equation. As a result, it was confirmed that technology orientation had significant effects on all three innovation capacities. However, the effect of customer orientation on strategic planning capacity and technical commercialization capacity was accepted, but the relationship with R&D capacity was rejected. These results can provide implications for how to draw innovation from the organizational strategic direction and culture perspectives by explaining the impact of organizational orientation on innovation capacity.
Since the outbreak of Corona 19, Universities and Lifelong Education Center's arts and sports classes are mainly conducted online. Unfortunately, even in dance where practical practice through face-to-face classes is important, the satisfaction of students is falling because of the limitations of online education. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of education service they feel. In addition, since their academic departure is increasing, we intend to comprehensively study user satisfaction, continuous use intention, and academic continuity intention related to online education. This study confirmed the causal relationship between these 4 variables through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, model fit and validity verification, and path analysis. As a result of the study, 3 out of 6 hypotheses were adopted, and the of education service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction and use in online dance education. But there was also a limit that did not affect the intention to continue the study. In order to solve fundamental problems such as academic departure, follow-up studies taking into account more diverse social variables are needed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between social support, academic self-efficacy, and learning agility on intention of academic dropout among nursing students. Data collection was conducted online surveys from November 9 to 27, 2020. The 363 students were conveniently sampled from the school of nursing in K-do in Korea. The contents of the self-reported questionnaire included social support, academic self-efficacy, learning agility, intention of academic dropout. As a result, The score of each variables were like this: social support 4.32, academic self-efficacy 3.66, learning agility 3.40, intention of academic dropout 2.08. The factors that affecting intention of academic dropout among nursing students are academic self-efficacy, learning agility, satisfaction on major, perceived mental health status, grade in score and grade, which explained 30.4% of the variances. Therefore in order to lower the intention of dropping out of nursing students, it is considered that the development of programs considering individual characteristics and systematic support are necessary.

Air pollution caused by industrial development has become a level that can seriously threaten human health. In general, indoor air pollution is considered to be lower than outdoors, but modern people live indoors most of the time, thus it is essential to keep the indoor air quality comfortable in order to take care of one's own health and improve the quality of life. Therefore, the development of an indoor environment management platform using Internet of Things and data processing technology, which is currently drawing attention, is considered a very meaningful study. In this paper, we designed an IoT-based management platform that can remotely monitor and control indoor environments. In addition, the functions of the IoT terminal, gateway, and data server constituting the platform were implemented using open source and open libraries, and all functional operations were also verified. In particular, the IoT terminal and the gateway in this paper exchange data using BLE communication, so they can operate with relatively low power and since the gateway uses the BLE Advertising mode, it has the advantage of automatically recognizing IoT terminals that have not been previously configured.

Since humans live while feeling rich in their five senses, care must be taken not to damage their hearing in order to lead a happy life. Hearing damage suffered in a living environment is common in a partial band where a specific frequency band is first damaged. However, since the initial pain of hearing damage does not appear much, it is difficult to determine the symptoms in the early stages. In this paper, we proposed a high-speed measurement method that can easily and quickly self-measure hearing damage through a simple app. In this method, 9 pure tones compensated for gain for each voice soub-band are alternately heard in both ears, so that one's own hearing damage can be detected at high speed. When 18 tone pulses were heard for 30 seconds per person, 1 out of 12 subjects was identified as suspected of partial hearing damage. And when the test subjects were informed of the hearing determination method for the number of hearings, the participants themselves immediately determined whether their hearing was damaged. This measurement method simply judges the hearing of both ears within 30 seconds with a smart phone, so that hearing measurements that took more than 10 minutes in hospitals are relatively accurate, and it was found that hearing health can be maintained while reducing time and costs.

Recently, various connected industrial parks (CIPs) architectures using new technologies such as cloud computing, CPS, big data, fifth-generation mobile communication 5G, IIoT, VR-AR, and ventilation transportation AI algorithms have been proposed in Korea. Korea's small and medium-sized enterprises do not have the upper hand in technological competitiveness than overseas advanced countries such as the United States, Europe and Japan. For this reason, Korea's small and medium-sized enterprises have to invest a lot of money in technology research and development. As a latecomer, Korean SMEs need to improve their profitability in order to find sustainable growth potential. Financially, it is most efficient for small and medium-sized Korean companies to cut costs to increase their profitability. This paper made profitability improvement by reducing costs for small and medium-sized enterprises located in CIPs in Korea a major task. VJP (Vehicle Action Program) was noted as a way to reduce costs for small and medium-sized enterprises located in CIPs in Korea. The method of achieving minimum logistics costs for small businesses through the Korean CIPs payment system was analyzed. The details of the new Korean CIPs payment system were largely divided into four types: "Business", "Data", "Technique", and "Finance". Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) was used as a performance analysis method for CIPs payment systems.
The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for early childhood SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education through a survey on SW·AI education in kindergartens. For this study, data were collected from 194 kindergartens through convenience sampling. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution, and it was found that 44% of kindergartens are conducting SW·AI education. 22% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of regular curriculum, and 70% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of special activities after school. SW·AI education was found to be conducted mainly by external instructors (97%) in the classroom (80%). For SW·AI education, block coding-based programs developed by companies such as Naver and the Clova were used, and all of these programs used programs and teaching aids in a package format, including teaching aids and materials developed by companies. 56% answered that they are not currently conducting SW/AI education, and lack of awareness on SW·AI education and lack of human/environmental infrastructure were the main factors. In order to realize SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education based on this survey, First, SW·AI education programs should be developed to develop play-centered computational thinking skills. Second, systematic teacher education at the national level should be conducted. Finally, the establishment of a department dedicated to early childhood SW·AI consisting of early childhood education experts and SW·AI education experts and financial support at the national level should be provided.
Rapid changes in modern society after the COVID-19 have highlighted artificial intelligence talent as a major influencing factor in determining national competitiveness. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education planned a large-scale SW·AI camp education project to develop the digital capabilities of 4th to 6th grade elementary school students and middle and high school students who are in a vacuum in artificial intelligence education. Therefore, this study aims to develop a camp-type SW·AI education program for students in grades 4-6 of elementary school so that students in grades 4-6 of elementary school can acquire basic knowledge in artificial intelligence. For this, the meaning of SW·AI education in elementary school is defined and SW·AI contents to be dealt with in elementary school are: understanding of SW AI, 'principle and application of SW AI', and 'social impact of SW AI' was set. In addition, an attempt was made to link the set elements of elementary school SW AI education and learning with related subjects and units of textbooks currently used in elementary schools. As for the program used for education, entry, a software coding learning tool based on block coding, is designed to strengthen software programming basic competency, and all programs are designed to be operated centered on experience and experience-oriented participants in consideration of the developmental characteristics of elementary school students. In order for SW·AI education to be organized and operated as a member of the regular curriculum, it is suggested that research based on the analysis of regular curriculum contents and in-depth analysis of SW·AI education contents is necessary.
The study attempts to suggest potential problem and solutions expected in the process of implementing KASS, which is currently under development to improve the domestic navigation safety system, and to summarize improvement effects of domestic navigation safety system anticipated by the implementation of KASS. Challenges expected in the process of implementing KASS exists in four aspects: emotional, technical, cost, safety aspects. When KASS is implemented and operates, various benefits can be realized. Benefits include cost savings by not using navigation safety systems during takeoff and landing; reduction of flight delays and cancellations by removing airway congestion; increase of aircraft accommodation capacity; reduction of carbon emissions; preparation for future aviation demands and improvement of air transportation safety; and reduction of flight accidents. In conclusion, it is expected to enter into an era of more intense competition due to increased aviation demands. In order to survive in this competitive environment, early introduction of KASS is indispensable. Analysis results of this study are expected to provide reference information for academic research in this area. A possible future research topic include a study predicting the changes in the navigation safety systems introduced by KASS and proposing practical and useful ways to respond the changes.
