주요국의 혁신적 의료기기 관리제도에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Innovative Medical Device Management Systems in Major Countries)

  • As new types of medical devices are emerging through convergence with advanced technology, innovative technologies are becoming hot issues in health policy because of their disruptiveness. This study analyzed the innovative medical device management systems in the US, China and Korea. Innovative medical devices have been defined differently depending on the country's management system, but in common, they are defined as products that do not exist or have dramatically improved performance compare to existing products by applying innovative technologies. Innovative medical devices have been supported by regulatory authorities during product development and approval processes. While the US and China have more than 300 products designated as innovative medical devices with diverse functions, application fields, and manufacturing countries considering the initial situation of the implementation for the system, Korea has only 16 products, mainly radiology and diagnostic devices and made in Korea only as innovative medical device. In addition, Korea shows the highest market approval rate of innovative medical devices compare to the US and China, and it is necessary to prepare the approval process in consideration of product diversity.

  • Big data has recently been used in various industries such as tourism, medical care, distribution, and marketing. And it is evolving to the stage of collecting real-time information or analyzing correlations and predicting the future. In the tourism industry, big data can be used to identify the size and shape of the tourism market, and by building and utilizing a large-capacity database, it is possible to establish an efficient marketing strategy and provide customized tourism services for tourists. This paper has begun with anticipation of the effects that would occur when big data is actively used in the tourism field. Because the method of use must have applicability and practicality, the spatial scope will be limited to Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and research will be conducted. In this paper, to improve the quality of tourism courses by collecting and analyzing the number of mention data and sentiment index data on social media, which reflect the tourist's interest, preference and satisfaction. Therefore, it is used as basic data necessary for the development of new local tourism courses in the future. In addition, the development of tourism courses will be able to promote tourism growth and also revitalizing the local economy.

A Trusted Sharing Model for Patient Records based on Permissioned Blockchain

  • As there has been growing interests in PHR-based personalized health management project, various institutions recently explore safe methods of recording personal medical and health information. In particular, innovative medical solution can be realized when medical researchers and medical service institutes can generally get access to patient data. As EMR data is extremely sensitive, there has been no progress in clinical information exchange. Moreover, patients cannot get access to their own health data and exchange it with researchers or service institutions. It can be operated in terms of technology, yet policy environment are affected by state laws as well as Privacy and Security Policy. Blockchain technology-independent, in transaction, and under test-is introduced in the medical industry in order to settle these problems. In other words, medical organizations can grant preliminary approval on patient information exchange by using the safely encrypted and distributed Blockchain ledger and can be managed independently and completely by individuals. More apparently, medical researchers can gain access to information, thereby contributing to the scientific advance in rare diseases or minor groups in the world. In this paper, we focused on how to manage personal medical information and its protective use and proposes medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network for the safe PHR operation. Trusted Model for Sharing Medical Data (TMSMD), that is proposed model, is based on exchanging information as patients rely on hospitals as well as among hospitals. And introduce medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network. This system is a model that encrypts and records patients' medical information by using this permissioned Blockchain and further enhances the security due to its restricted counterfeit. This provides service to share medical information uploaded on the permissioned Blockchain to approved users through role-based access control. In addition, this paper presents methods with smart contracts if medical institutions request patient information complying with domestic laws by using the distributed Blockchain ledger and eventually granting preliminary approval for sharing information. This service will provide an independent information transaction and the Blockchain technology under test will be adopted in the medical industry.

Characterization of Thickness and Electrical Properties of Ni-Cr Thin Films via Terahertz Time-domain Spectroscopy

  • We utilized terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) to measure the thickness and electrical properties of nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) films. This technique not only aligns well with traditional methods, such as haze-meter and transmission-densitometer measurements, but it also reveals the electrical properties and thickness of films down to a few tens of nanometers. The complex conductivity of the Ni-Cr thin films was extracted using the Tinkham formula. The experimental values closely aligned with the Drude model, indicating the reliability of our Ni-Cr film's electrical and optical constants. The thickness of Ni-Cr was estimated using the complex conductivity. These findings emphasize the potential of THz-TDS in quality control of metallic nanofilms, pointing toward an efficient and nondestructive test (NDT) for such analyses.

한국 의료기기 산업의 역사와 국제 경쟁력 고찰 (A Study on the History of the Korean Medical Device Industry and its Global Competitiveness)

  • 한국의 의료기기 산업은 1995년부터 시작된 G7 의료공학기술개발사업으로 본격적인 성장과 발전의 기틀을 마련하였으며 2020년 한국 의료기기 생산실적은 2001년에 비하여 8.52배, 수출 실적은 13.94배 성장하였다. 의료기기 국산화 개발 초기에 초음파 의료기기 등 전자 의료기기의 개발이 활발하였던 것과 비교하여 2020년에는 체외진단시약과 치과용 임플랜트의 생산 및 수출 실적이 상위권을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 한국 의료기기 시장에서 수입 의료기기가 차지하는 비중은 60-70%에서 큰 변화가 없는데 이는 한국의 의료기기 산업이 중저가 의료기기를 생산 수출하고, 기술집약적이고 자본집약적인 고가 의료기기는 주로 수입에 의존하고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 한국과 세계시장의 주요 의료기기 회사들의 생산 품목을 비교하여 한국 의료기기 산업의 세계 시장 진출에 대한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

언어치료환자를 위한 비음측정기 모듈의 구조가 비음치 산출에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nasometer Structure on Nasalance for Speech Therapy)

  • With the development of medical technology, interest in rehabilitation devices is increasing and various devices are being studied. In particular, devices for speech disorders such as hearing impairment and cleft palate are attracting attention. In general, the nasometer is used for patients with flaccid dysarthria and velopharyngeal incompetence(VPI). However, in the case of the conventional separator type nasometer, that has an acoustic feedback problem between the oral and nasal sounds. In recent, the mask type nasometer has been developed which is insensitive to acoustic feedback. But, still not popularized. In this paper, the nasometer characteristics of the conventional separation type and mask type are analyzed. Also, We were obtained clinical acoustic data from the 6 subjects and examined the significant differences in the structure of the separation type and mask type nasometer. Through experiments, it was confirmed that the measurement was about 3~15% higher in the mask type nasometer than the conventional nasometer having a separator type. Also, We was considered the necessity of nasometer signal processing for acoustic feedback reduction and nasalance calculation optimization.

토픽모델링과 인용 분석에 기반한 의료기기 산업의 기술융합 유형 연구 (Research on the type of technology convergence in the medical device industry based on topic modeling and citation analysis)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 변화 속에서 새로운 성장 동력을 확보하기 위해 융합기술의 중요성이 강조되면서 다양한 형태로의 산업 융합이 이루어지고 있다. 산업 융합은 다수 동인에 의해 여러 형태로 발현되기 때문에 이러한 융합의 특성을 파악하고 흐름을 이해한다면 효과적인 융합 정책을 수립하고 추진할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 특허정보를 활용하여 이종 분야 간 지식의 흐름을 분석하여 기술의 융합 형태를 유형화하고 유형별 특성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 특허문서의 토픽모델링을 통해 핵심 융합 기술분야를 도출한다. 둘째, 해당 기술분야를 구성하는 이종기술별 특허 건수와 이들 간 특허 인용 분석을 통해 융합과정에서의 지식의 규모와 흐름을 파악한다. 마지막으로, 지식의 규모와 흐름에 따라 융합의 유형을 상생융합, 부분융합, 흡수융합으로 구분하고, 해당 기술분야가 어떠한 유형에 속하는지 판단하고자 한다. 제안된 접근법은 이종 기술간 융합이 활발한 의료기기 산업을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하여 활용 가능성을 검토하였다. 연구 결과는 향후 기업에서 융합 기반의 신사업 기회 창출이나 정부 등 여러 기관에서 융합을 토대로 한 정책 마련 시 기초자료로서 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

  • Recent medical industry is an aging society and the application of national health insurance, with state-of-the-art research and development, including the pharmaceutical market is greatly increased. The nation's health care industry through new support expansion and improve the quality of life for the research and development will be needed. In addition, systemic administration of basic medical supplies, or drugs are needed, the drug at the same time managing how systematic analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients, based on data through the purchase of new medicines and pharmaceutical ingredients automatically classified by analyzing the statistics of drug purchases and the future a system that can predict a patient is needed. In this study, the drugs to the patient according to the component analysis and predictions for future research techniques, k-means clustering and k-NN (Nearest Neighbor) Comparative studies through experiments using the techniques employ a more efficient method to study how to proceed. In this study, the effects of the drugs according to the respective components in time according to the number of pieces in accordance with the patient by analyzing the statistics by predicting future patient better medical industry can be built.

의료 데이터 산업을 위한 비정형 데이터 비식별화 정책에 관한 연구 (A study on the policy of de-identifying unstructured data for the medical data industry)

  • 빅데이터 기술이 발전하면서 데이터가 전 산업의 혁신 성장을 가속하는 초연결 지능화 사회로 빠르게 진입하고 있다. 고품질의 다양한 데이터를 보유하고 활용하는 융복합 산업이 새로운 성장 동력으로 자리매김하고 있으며, 다양한 전통 산업군에 빅데이터가 융합되어 데이터 기반의 혁신을 통해 디지털 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 의료 분야에서는 전자의무기록 데이터와 같은 정형 데이터와 CT, MRI 등의 비정형 의료 데이터를 함께 활용함으로써, 질병 예측 및 진단의 정확도를 높이고 있다. 현재 의료 산업에서 비정형 데이터의 중요성과 규모는 나날이 증가하고 있지만, 종래의 데이터 보안 기술과 정책은 정형 데이터 중심이며, 비정형 데이터의 보안성과 활용성에 대한 고려는 미비하다. 향후 빅데이터를 활용한 진료가 활성화되려면 데이터의 다양성과 보안성이 데이터 구축, 유통, 활용 단계에서 내재화되고 유기적으로 연계되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 데이터 보안 제도와 기술 현황을 분석한다. 이후 의료 분야에서 비정형 데이터가 활발히 사용될 수 있도록 비식별조치 가이드라인에 비정형 데이터 중심의 비식별 기술과 산업에서의 기술 적용 사례를 추가하고, 비정형 데이터에 대한 개인정보 판단 기준을 수립할 것을 제안한다. 더 나아가 개인정보를 침해하지 않고, 비정형 데이터에 활용할 수 있는 객체 특징 기반의 식별 ID를 제안한다.

강원도 동계 스포츠 IT 융합 서비스 방안 연구 (Strategy for Gangwon-do Winter Sports IT Convergence Service)

  • Recently, various types of information and communication technology (ICT) such as cloud computing, big data, and virtual reality have been progressed in the world. Also, it is expected that there are many domestic and foreign visitors in Gangwon-do due to the Pyeongchang winter olympic games in 2018. In this environment, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of Gangwon-do in winter sports areas exploiting both existing IT infrastructure and application technologies. In this paper, for sustainable development of Gangwon-do winter sports IT industry after the Olympics, we propose efficient implementation methods of 3 winter sports IT convergence services and Gangwon-do ICT activation strategy. The proposed 3 winter sports IT service areas are as follows. 1) Realistic winter sports IT service, 2) Winter sports medical IT service 3) Winter sports record analysis IT service.
