The purpose of the project is to study the factors affecting the new user experience and satisfaction as the concert market of K-POP is moved to the online stage by the Corona 19. The study conducted a survey and in-depth interviews with men and women in their 20s and 30s who participated in the K-POP online concert, consisting of proposed by Stephen P. Anderson. The study found that participants' propensity, concert composition, platform-supported technology, and quality factors affect user experience satisfaction. It was also noticed that while the grafting of new technology did not have a significant effect on the part of Pleasurable, the satisfaction level was significantly reduced if the quality was poor. Hopefully, this study becomes a reference to the future direction of online concert development.

With the rapid development of mobile, cloud computing technology and social network services, we are in the flood of huge data and realize that these large-scale data contain very precious value and important information. Big data, however, have both latent useful value and critical risks, so, nowadays, a lot of researches and applications for big data has been executed actively in order to extract useful information from big data efficiently and make the most of the potential information effectively. At this moment, the data analysis technique that can extract precious information from big data efficiently is the most important step in big data computing process. In this study, we investigate various data analysis techniques that can extract the most useful information in big data computing process efficiently, compare pros and cons of those techniques, and propose proper data analysis method that can help us to find out the best solution of the big data analysis in the peculiar situation.

The advent of the pandemic era due to COVID-19 is causing new changes in all areas of individuals, organizations, society and the country. The art market also faced a crisis due to restrictions on individual movement between regions and countries and social distancing, and even the contents of the work, the way the work is traded, and the propensity and characteristics of the buyer are changing. These demands for change in the art market are accelerating new opportunities for change by converting digital, expanding the online art market, expanding virtual space using VR(Virtual Reality) and AR(Augmented Reality) technology, and expanding the trading area of digital works NFT based on blockchain technology. In this study, the flow of change in the art market brought about by the Pandemic era is analyzed from the perspective of digital transformation. The contents of digital acceptance of the art market are identified through a summary of various types of digital transformation in the art market and a survey of perceptions following the introduction of digital transformation and NFT. Discuss major legal, economic, social, and transactional issues and countermeasures following the introduction of NFT based on blockchain technology in the art market.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Gyeonggi provincial governments in smart city policy. In order to satisfy the purpose of the study, we closely identified how may local governments(si. gun) have been taking participated in smart city project of the central government, and its characteristics. Then we know the detailed strategies that Gyeonggi provincial governments should do. Gyeonggi-do provincial governments enacted smart city-related ordinances in 2020 and participated in the Smart City Local Council. In the future, Gyeonggi privincial government will propose amendments to the law, review participation in the central government smart city policy project, the "integrated platform construction project of the metropolitan government model", and propel Gyeonggi-do's own smart city policy based on the blind spots of the policy.

Recently, the travel and lodging industries have been suffering from the spread of COVID-19. But Airbnb recovered its profits with a differentiated strategy. This study identified the characteristics of Airbnb and examined their effects on customer's revisit intention in the Airbnb context. Perceived value, trust about Airbnb, and social norms were considered as the key factors of revisit intention. In addition, the effects of relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment on perceived value and trust about Airbnb were examined. The proposed research model was tested based on 285 consumers who had Airbnb experience more than twice. The analysis results showed that relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment had a significant influence on perceived value and trust. Perceived value had a significant influence on revisit intention. However, trust about Airbnb and social norms did not significantly affect revisit intention. Moreover, ths analysis results found no significant moderating effect of share of wallet. Based on the results of this study, Airbnb would establish effective marketing and operation strategies by understanding the formation mechanism of consumer's revisit intention toward Airbnb.

This study investigates the effect of the semi-supervised learning(SSL) method on predicting default risk of peer-to-peer(P2P) loans. Despite its proven performance, the supervised learning(SL) method requires labeled data, which may require a lot of effort and resources to collect. With the rapid growth of P2P platforms, the number of loans issued annually that have no clear final resolution is continuously increasing leading to abundance in unlabeled data. The research data of P2P loans used in this study were collected on the LendingClub platform. This is why an SSL model is needed to predict the default risk by using not only information from labeled loans(fully paid or defaulted) but also information from unlabeled loans. The results showed that in terms of default risk prediction and despite the use of a small number of labeled data, the SSL method achieved a much better default risk prediction performance than the SL method trained using a much larger set of labeled data.

The purpose of this study was to compare the golf performance on transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS). Ten collegiate golfers were participated. SAMPutt basic unit was used to analyze the kinematic data of putter head. A putting platform and a tDCS were used for putting tasks. It was performed paired t-test to compare between before tDCS and after tDCS. A significant level of .05 using SPSS 24.0. Face at aim and backswing variables of putter head were significantly different during flat putting. Impact spot of putter head was significantly different during 2° of hook slope. However, there were not significantly different others slope angle. It was found that transcranial direct current stimulation had a positive effect on kinematic variables. Based on these results, further research is needed to confirm the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on body stability during putting task.

The new IFF mode, Mode-5 replacing Mode-4, has already been established by the US DoD for its allies and NATO forces. A IFF retrofit program for replacing the Mark XII Mode-4 with Mark XIIA Mode-5 is in progress in order to overcome the security limitations of the former in R.O.K. IFF certification test for the new mode, Mode-5, has been performed on medium range surface to air missile platform of the Korean armed forces for the first time in R.O.K and this is regarded as a monumental event in Korean defense industry. The present paper is a discussion on the procedures applied to the IFF system retrofit and integration, lessons learned from AIMS test with the US AIMS PO as observer. The minimum modification from the existing Mark XII Mode-4 to Mark XIIA Mode-5 and evolutional adaption from previous design including interoperability are required for the system retrofit. Letter of Certification was received from the US AIMS PO after the tests. The authors propose that the lessons learned and know-how acquired during the tests are managed by the R.O.K Government as the standard structure of a database. It is expected that the use of the database will reduce the developmental difficulties and risk, also increase efficiency in future developments and other projects.

Seongbuk Village Archive is a village archive built by Seongbuk-gu Office and Seongbuk Cultural Center to contain the uniqueness and specificity of the region. It is a community archive that preserves the records of the community and a digital archive that builds a database through the digitalization of source data. The management system and home page were established through annual and step-by-step promotion through public-private governance. Seongbuk Village Archive's system is designed to facilitate data accumulation and connection between individual records based on the advanced village record standard classification system. Based on this, Seongbuk Cultural Center tried to produce convergence cultural content by linking records online and off-line. In addition, the composition of items displayed on the website has been diversified to not only preserve records but also produce and utilize content. It is a structure created after contemplating how to show the creation and existence of Seongbuk's historical and cultural resources to users in context. In addition, a richer archive platform was built through various curations and activities of the resident record group.

This study identified learners' immersion, focusing on online video education platforms, Zoom and Webex, used in colleges after the 'Covid-19', and suggested design improvement measures to improve immersion. Through prior research and literature research, the components of immersion and screen components of the online distance education platform were identified, and measures to improve immersion were suggested through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The research method was conducted for 5 days from April 7 to 12, 2021 for 50 college students and graduate students in their 20s and 30s who are receiving online education through Zoom and Webex, and 6 people were interviewed in-depth. As a result of the experiment, the communication between learners and lecturers was deduced as the biggest factor, so a design plan to facilitate communication between learners and lecturers was proposed based on Gutenberg's diagram. As online video education is predicted to continue even after the Covid-19, continuous online video education immersion research is needed, and we hope that it can contribute to the direction of the research.
