대학의 융복합 수업이 학습자의 창의적 발상에 미친 사례 연구 : '우디'의 인디게임 개발 일지를 중심으로 (A Case Study of University Convergence Classes on Learners' Creative Ideas : Focusing on the development journal of the indie game of 'Woody')

  • 최근 대학에서는 뉴노멀(new-normal)시대, 빅데이터를 기초로 AI시대에 필요한 융복합적 사고, 창의적 사고를 하는 학습자 양성에 대한 관심이 커지고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 대학의 교육적 필요가 충족되기 위해 필요한 과학교양교육의 확대방안을 제안하려고 한다. 이를 위해서 첫째 대학의 융복합 교육현황과 학습자의 창의적 발사에 필요한 요소를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 대학의 융복합 강좌를 수강한 학습자가 융복합적 사고, 창의적 사고, 게이미피케이션이 구현된 의 개발 사례에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 대학의 융복합 수업이 학습자의 창의적 발상과 그 역량 강화를 제고시킬 수 있는 방법으로 과학교양교육의 교육과정을 재구성해서 운영하는 방법이 있다.

The Emerging Trend of Technological Convergence and Tasks for Science Parks

  • Many scientists today say that converged technologies, not specifically dedicated technologies, will be in the vanguard in the $21^{st}$ century. Technological Convergence is the merging of different areas of technology to perform similar tasks. Since we are living in the era of Technological Convergence, it is time for us to think about how to cope with the daily demands we are facing in science parks. Technological Convergence is a mega trend in commercial areas today but, so far, no science parks seem to have tried to reshape their management policies or programs in order to utilize this trend. For the development of science parks we suggest some tasks such as: identify potentials for Technological Convergence, establish a convergent ecosystem by building connections across stove-piped systems, effect a technological convergence platform, and conduct further research for strengthening plans for converging technologies.

  • Most studies of organizational effectiveness previously done, have measured financial performance such as productivity, efficiency or subjective performance such as a commitment, satisfaction, and turnover intention of employees. However, these measurements have limitations to evaluate a organizational effectiveness in recent knowledge information era because evaluation of organizational effectiveness in knowledge-based society needs measurements in various aspects such as financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to introduce an appropriate system for evaluation of organizational effectiveness under knowledge management paradigm. In this paper, we suggest a Balanced Scorecard(BSC) as a new measurement standard of organizational effectiveness in a knowledge information era. The balanced scorecard is designed to help firms that have historically overemphasized short-term financial performance. When measuring organizational effectiveness through Balanced Scorecard(BSC) suggested by Kaplan and Norton[31], it is to present the measurement indices that can cover the limitation of the past evaluation indices of organizational effectiveness.

  • This paper tried to discuss response of local government facing governance era. Governance is intended to introduce a variety of residents' participating systems to revive the citizen's society and strengthen the foundation for that purpose, thus seeking the paradigm for decentralized operation of the nation. As widely accepted, governance has many meanings connected with controling method of interdependence activity. However bureaucracy do not make decisions as one-side and vertical like past but is form of public decisions that stakeholder in policy. Firstly, we reviewed the terms of governance and policy issues and policies on governance. And also survey on actual performer associated with governance in Gumi. Next, proposals of the development of policy in governance, role of local government are made in terms of construction of governance.

DoS Attack Control Design of IoT System for 5G Era

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) is a form of the emerging 4th industry in the 5G era. IoT is expected to develop naturally in our daily life in the 5G era in which high-speed communication will be completed. Along with the rise of IoT, concerns about security and malicious attacks are also increasing. This paper examines DoS attacks, which are one of the representative security threats of IoT and proposes a local detection and blocking system that are suitable for response to such attacks. First, systems of the LoRaWAN type, which are most actively researched in the IoT system field and DoS attacks that can occur in such systems were examined. Then, the inverse order tree algorithm using regional characteristics was designed as a cluster analysis form. Finally, a system capable of defending denial-of-service attacks in the 5G IoT system using local detection and blocking with the Euclidean distance was designed.

  • The advent of the "un-tact 2.0 era," described as a "new normal non-face-to-face social relationship," accelerates the transformation of the living paradigm as a fully digital mediated social relationship. The emergence of these new forms of digital behaviors and mediated relationships significantly influences the industry prospect and consumers' individual lives. Advertising has played a decisive role in moving the formation forces of society, creating a dynamic flow of the capitalist system across races and geographical boundaries. Its role will become more fundamental in the physical contactless environment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, advertising has changed and modified its shape and meaning throughout history to adapt to the dynamic external environment. In this article, we illustrated four primary stages of the evolution in the advertising industry from simple advertising to convergence of advertising. Finally, we also identified the challenges of the present advertising industry and the paradigm transformation of "un-tact 2.0" with various related examples.

For supporting digital media. contents and media devices have been converging Digital contents convergence has been proceeding rapidly in media, broadcast and communication field. And also, whole Environment for these industries has been changing, too. Wee need another digital contents convergence for new type of products and services because of convergence of IT and broadcast. In addition, new business trends is very important about these new industrial change and developments with digital contents convergence.

  • 오늘날 '컨버전스'와 '소통'은 모든 분야에서 키워드가 되고 있다. 예술가와 공학자는 새로운 기술에 기반을 둔 협업을 통해 그 동안의 상호단절에서 벗어나 점차 소통하고 있다. 컨버전스 시대에 예술 영역의 인터넷 아트와 기술 영역의 내비게이션과 아이폰에서 오감융합기술의 활용이 돋보인다. 소메라와 미뇨노의 인터넷 아트 $\ll$Riding the Net$\gg$, $\ll$The Living Room$\gg$, $\ll$The Living Web$\gg$은 음성인식을 통한 시각이미지와 촉각을 통한 시 공간 표현을 인터넷과 오감융합기술을 통해 구현하고 있다. 그리고 산업기술에서 내비게이션과 아이폰은 음성인식을 통한 오감융합기술을 적용하여 감성영역을 확장하여 인터넷 아트와 비슷한 기술을 선보인다. 이 연구에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 예술과 기술의 융합적 발전은 디지털 아트와 문화기술 산업의 새로운 지평을 열 것으로 보인다.

융복합시대 청소년의 스마트폰 사용과 학교폭력 태도, 학교폭력 역할유형 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Smartphone Use, School Violence Attitudes, Bullying Situation of Adolescents in Era of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 융복합시대 청소년의 스마트폰 사용과 학교폭력태도, 학교폭력 역할유형 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 G시 소재 2개 중학교 재학생 341명이었다. 청소년들의 스마트폰 사용, 학교폭력 태도, 학교폭력 역할유형 및 일반적 특성을 조사하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2014년 07월 02부터 07월 25일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 스마트폰 사용은 학교폭력 태도(r=.269, p<.000)와 강화자(r=.251, p<.000)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 스마트폰 사용이 학교폭력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 학교폭력 예방을 위한 각역할 유형에 따른 개입과 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구는 규명된 연구결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 스마트폰 사용과 학교폭력, 학교폭력 역할 유형에 대한 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

디지털 컨버전스에 최적화된 공적융합공간 개발 시론 (A Preliminary Study on Public Convergent Space optimized for the Digital Convergence Era)

  • In the Digital Convergence era, the center of social networking is moving into on-line space. This means also that space for public is moving into the on-line space. Along with this, spaces in commercial area, offered as attraction factors, are taking a role as a public space. So, this paper defines these spaces mentioned above as public space and the like. Liberal and affluent communication of Digital Convergence has caused in new spatial cognitions such like, constant social space, flowing space, temporary space, and multiple space. This means the hybridization of on-line and off-line space and the advent of public convergent space. However, it is on-line-centered convergence and has positive effects and negative effects on relationship. This paper suggests the optimization of public convergent space to solve the problems and make better a public space for relationship. For achieving this, social disclosure is grasped as the common way to start relationship both off-line and on-line, and it is proved that social disclosure has three characters such as self-presentation, corporeality, and subjectivity. Subsequently, the differences of the roles of off-line and on-line space are separated by each individual character. These are self-presentation of performance vs. storytelling, corporeality of embodiment vs. disembodiment, and self-subjectivity vs. inter-subjectivity. By recognizing that there are multilevel spectrums between the formers and the latters, this paper presents the direction of the spatial configuration of public convergent space which offers the right of manipulation of self-disclosure. It will be used for presenting the prototype of public convergent space.
