It is a very difficult task to establish a collaborative procedure in a new business that requires multilateral collaboration or to revise the regulation by analyzing and proving objectively the problems in the collaborative process conducted already by multilateral collaboration. In this paper, we proposed an optimization model for collaborative process to establish the operation procedure between collaborative parties using PERT/CPM network diagram which allows us to calculate the processing time. In order to verify the effectiveness and usefulness of our model for the collaboration process optimization developed in this study, we applied the developed collaborative procedure to student selection of the work-and-study-in-parallel course associated with a degree executed by Ministry of Employment and Labor. This study can be useful not only for newly establishing or reconfiguring collaborative procedures but also for standardizing the business procedures for building information systems between collaborative organizations.

It is necessary to classify technical documents such as patents, R&D project reports in order to understand the trends of technology convergence and interdisciplinary joint research, technology development and so on. Text mining techniques have been mainly used to classify these technical documents. However, in the case of classifying technical documents by text mining algorithms, there is a disadvantage that the features representing technical documents must be directly extracted. In this study, we propose a BERT-based document classification model to automatically extract document features from text information of national R&D projects and to classify them. Then, we verify the applicability and performance of the proposed model for classifying documents.

In this study, Based on the analysis of the correlation between internal control quality and earnings management, this article discusses the correlation between internal control quality and real activity earnings management and accrued earnings management. For this study, by introducing the concept, classification, measurement method and model of internal control and earnings management, the research hypothesis of this article was proposed. In this analysis, Use the relevant measurement model to calculate the actual activity earnings management level and accrued earnings management level of the enterprise, as the explained variable, establish a model for regression and were analyzed. Also, this study could find the final results draws a conclusion through empirical research: there is a significant negative correlation between the internal control quality of listed companies, real activity earnings management, and accrued earnings management. On the basis of this conclusion, the analysis of possible causes provides a basis for the development of internal control theory and the supervision and control of earnings management behavior in the future.

According to data released by the Covid 19 Self-Employed Emergency Response Committee, 95.6% of small business sales due to Covid 19 have decreased over the past two years, and the damage has further increased due to social distancing for quarantine. However, as all social distancing guidelines have rebeen lifted, and the commercial district has been revitalized, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing for a project to foster local brand commercial districts so that small business owners or prospective founders who have closed their businesses due to the prolonged COVID-19. Therefore, this study propose the model that recommends alley commercial districts suitable for founders among the five alley commercial districts selected for the project to foster local brand commercial districts in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government's local brand alley commercial recommendation system recommends major population age groups and major industries in the commercial district by combining the population perspective model using Xgboost and the commercial district characteristic model using Decision Tree.

Time-honored Brand refers to a product, technology or service with a long history, and refers to a brand that has a traditional Chinese cultural background and deep historical heritage, and has been socially recognized and has formed an excellent reputation. Some Time-honored Brand are developing, but some Time-honored Brand are facing a crisis of survival, and the Chinese government and society are announcing various support policies to strive for continued development. Currently, there is a lack of research on Time-honored Brand in Korea, so this study analyzed the history, current status, and competitiveness of the Chinese cosmetics brand XieFuchun. As a result of the research, XieFuchun is the first cosmetics company in China, has manufacturing techniques inherited from traditional culture, and currently maintains a significant market share. XieFuchun's competitiveness was analyzed using the 5-Forces model, and implications and development models for Time-honored Brand enterprises were presented.

Recently, Broadband Internet service in the rural area is deployed actively so it will be needed to identify the factors influencing success for continuous spread. In this paper, we explain the users'satisfaction of BcN for rural area and verify success factors such as obstacles the digital divide through the empirical analysis. We select basic variables from Information System (IS) Success Model and add specific variables from former research about overcoming digital divide. The results show that system quality has a significant influence on satisfaction. Use and satisfaction have an impact on eliminating the digital divide in rural area. Based on the findings, academic and practical implications for establishing Broadband Service in rural area are also discussed.

The information of the IT convergence has extended through the whole business ares with supplying intelligence terminal such as smart phone and the technology of sensors and wireless networks. And also, the existed industry became to high technology and extended various parts. The industry of the elevator became the center of the life offering the diversification of the user environment access and high building control. In this paper, we suggest the elevator control system integrated wire and wireless based on Information technology. We suggest the service model of user friendly connected by internet. For this, we make the relation model of the elevator system and IT environments and then design the service model for wire service and wireless service using smart phone. It can make to supply efficient information with wire and wireless environments and also make improvement in accessability for the disabled peoples.

The university and college turn into the field of job readiness to get a good job and students build a lot of job specification than others and are constantly studying for employment. Then since employment, some people are fortunate to keep the job for lifetime, but for many people work in the workplace did not meet his aptitude with patience and some people move for work several times without perseverance. One of the reasons for job dissatisfaction is that the job does not fit his aptitude. Meantime many organizations conducted the aptitude(Psychology) test. There are limits, however, to find a suitable job. This study was presented as a model of a platform that is a rational and scientific alternative to search course and job. This model is to better understand the individual characteristics using Big data and artificial intelligence, offers several jobs to meet the characteristics among the various professions selectively and supports to select and design an appropriate job based on the field experience, consulting and mentoring.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model to measure the core competences of actual play workers by exploring what competences are necessary for them to provide quality play. Based on literature review, we selected five core competences : knowledge of play, program development, understanding play culture, creativity, and information sharing & applying. In order to achieve the research purpose end, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted on 10 play and education experts. The findings drew scholarly consensus on the competences of play workers to have and proposed basic data by developing competences evaluation model to measure them. Each of the key competences has three sub-conpetences, each of which included two behavior elements. Furthermore, this study presented future research directions so that play can be voluntarily planned and supported in a social and cultural context.
