This study was conducted to explore the causal relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping mall use and the effect on the intention to use mobile shopping malls through perceived value (hedonic value and utilitarian value). Specifically, this study defined the usage characteristics of mobile shopping malls as accessibility, convenience, and enjoyment, respectively, and attempted to explain the relationship on the intention of use through perceived value. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that enjoyment had a positive (+) effect on hedonic value. However, it was found that convenience did not affect hedonic value. On the other hand, contrary to expectations, accessibility was found to have a negative (-) effect on hedonic value. Second, it was found that accessibility and convenience had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian value. However, it was found that pleasure did not affect utilitarian value. Third, it was found that utilitarian value had a positive (+) effect on the intention to use mobile shopping, while hedonic value did not affect the intention to use mobile shopping. Through this, it is meaningful to provide mobile shopping users with solutions to improve their restrictions in the shopping process.

최근 통신 시장의 가장 큰 이슈는 스마트폰의 폭발적인 보급이다. 서비스경영에 있어 스마트폰이 이렇게 급속도로 보급될 수 있었던 이유는 기존의 공급자가 선정한 기능만을 탑재한 피처폰과는 달리 사용자가 개인의 취향에 맞춤화(customizing)되도록 구성하여 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 즉시 온라인상에 접속 가능하게 되었다는 점이고 또 하나의 이유는 애플리케이션 때문이다. 본 연구는 서비스경영에 있어 모바일 애플리케이션의 각기 다른 편익 유형들이 사용량과 사용다양성에 어떤 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 파악하여, 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용확산 과정에 대해 고찰하며, 또한 편익유형 간에 사용-확산에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는지도 알아 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 대한 분석 결과는 첫째, 편익 유형에 따라 사용-확산에 미치는 영향은 다른 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 모바일 애플리케이션의 다양한 기능을 사용할수록 사용양은 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, I have proposed a design of process support system based on CMMI process which can support integrated management and repository for CMMI model processes. The system assists small organization to improve business process and offers institutionalized automatic environment to users for use of CMMI processes. The proposed system also can enhance quality and productivity of project by including features such as convenience of project management, planned project administration and steady process improvement.

Process Capability Index is defined as a ratio between predetermined tolerance and natural tolerance of existent process ($6{\sigma}$). And it is widely used as a performance measure for quality control activities, and a criterion for process classification. This paper developed a unity-fixed process capability table for convenience to calculate process capability and showed how to use it.

This study is to promote barrier-free environment to accommodate the request and the need for accessibility and convenience of disabled people including pregnant women, children and the elderly in using civic service offices which are supposed to play a role as community centers. This study researches the current state of facilities for convenience and analyzes the result according to the type of reasons which prevent disabled persons to get the accessibility and convenience for the information as well as the facilities. Sample cases are 15 civic service offices which are newly built after 1998 in the city of Daegu. There are found three types of problems about convenient facilities, which are the first cases with facilities not installed, the second cases with facilities not properly installed according to the rule, and the third cases with facilities installed properly according to the rule but inconvenient for the actual use. This study proposes a more critical process for the building permit to promote the rate of proper installation of convenience facilities, and the supplementary law with more specific regulations to improve the physical environment for the actual use of physically disabled people.

A more technical perspective is needed in estimating the effect of the Manufacturing Process for improving the Productivity, there are many statistical evaluation methods, convenience sampling, frequencies, histogram, QC seven tools, control chart etc. It is more important for the companies to use six sigma to reduce defective and improve the process control than the technical definition as a disciplined quantitative approach for improvement of process control and a new way of quality innovation. Process network analysis is a technique which has the potentiality for a wide use to improve the manufacturing process which other techniques can't be used to analyze effectively. It has some problems to analyze the process with feedback loops. The branch probabilities during quality inspections depend upon the number of times the product has been rejected. This paper presents how to improve the manufacturing process by statistical process control using branch probabilities, Moment Generating Function(MGF) and Sensitivity Equation.

This study attempts to improve the understanding of the rapidly growing online video platform market such as Youtube and OTT, and to investigate the attributes and relative importance of them. For this purpose, the factors that influence the choice to use were derived through literature studies and the Focus Group Interview (FGI), and the priority of the factors was calculated through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The upper layer of the AHP structure was 'Relationship', 'Entertainment', 'Informativity', and 'Convenience', and the lower layer was structured into 13 elements. The importance priority analysis among the factors that influence the choice to use was done by teenagers, 20s, and 30s and the results are summarized as follows : First, Users consider the 'Just for fun' and 'Satisfaction of interests' as the most important factors, followed by 'Easy accessibility to use', 'Vicarious satisfaction', 'Usefulness of Information', and 'Up-to-dateness of information'. Second, the ranking of the upper layer was in the order of 'Entertainment'-'Informativity'-'Convenience'-'Relationship'.As a result of AHP,'Entertainment' was 3.6 times more important than 'Relationship'. In the comparison by age group, only teenagers regarded that 'Convenience' is more important than 'Informativity'. According to the characteristics of the age group, the lower layer of teenagers consider 'Convenient function' to be important and ranked 'Usefulness of information' in 8^th. While 'Vicarious satisfaction' ranked 4th out of 13 factors in the entire age group, those in their 20s and 30s ranked 8^th, showing a difference. In the case of 20s, 'Reasonable price' was ranked 4th and the 'Diversity of Information' was ranked 5th, Otherwise 30s consider 'Trustworthiness of Information' to the third. Third, unlike 'Convenience' which was the lower-rank in the upper layer AHP analysis, 'Easy accessibility to use', the lower-layer of convenience, ranked third overall in the importance analysis among the 13 lower-layer factors, and showed a similar patterns in the age groups results. In the conclusion, this study demonstrates that 'Convenience' and 'Vicarious satisfaction' factors, which were not relatively well addressed in the previous studies, are the key factors to be considered in. By presenting the results of the importance analysis on each of the selected attributes, This study has a practical implication that Industries such as on-line video service platform provider can use the importance priority in establishing the directions of future strategy.

본 연구는 종단적 자료를 기반으로 이러닝 학습경험 전과 후의 이러닝 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 비교하여 대학생들의 인식 변화를 알아보기 위해 경상북도에 소재한 Y대학과 K대학의 대학생을 대상으로 연구조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 학습시간의 편의성과 학습과정의 용이성, 이러닝 유용성은 학습경험과 관계없이 이러닝 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습공간의 편의성은 학습경험 전과 후의 인식에 차이가 있었으며, 이러닝 학습을 경험한 후 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실제 이러닝 학습을 경험한 대학생들은 학습과정의 용이성이 이용의도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 효과적인 이러닝 활성화 방향과 이러닝 학습자들에 대한 종단적 연구의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the various expressions with materials in fashion illustration using CAD comparing with hand work. The design motive for this study is to be selected from Bell Epoque era which was the revolutionary period in fashion illustration. The results of this study were as follows: 1. By using CAD, water color was well expressed to repeat brushing for the clarity, darkness, and brightness. It was more effective to use CAD in layering or duplicating complex and intricate patterns because the base color gets to be concealed under the repeated oil pastel. Acryl, like oil pastel, was easily absorbed in canvas, so it is effective to repeat brushing for expressing pure color. It was inconvenient to use wax crayon for controlling the moderate opacity because wax crayon absorbed water color dye stuffs, so crayon line was concealed when repetitions were being done. 2. The advantage of using CAD was convenience for getting rid of troublesome process and inefficient works. Also, CAD had a good tool like oil pastel in the use of coloring work by using pure color. By using CAD, various expressions on materials and texture of surface can be achieved effectively. Also, it is very strong substitute for time-saving, convenience, economic aspects from providing simple instrument, and production in the state of various kinds of paper and canvas as a method of visualization. Therefore, fashion illustration using CAD provides effective way of producing works, and gives promising vision in the future.

Many producers put sampling inspection policy into the way of their convenience. Examples of the convenience are irregular lot size and too small sample size. Because they don't use a standard sampling inspection policy, they can not guarantee the quality level of their products. In this study, we developed a user-centered design program which can calculate the AOQL of their products to their buyers in the case of irregular lot size and too small sample size. Also this program propose a linear inspection cost by Hald's model.
