The purpose of this study is to analyze how the new police education will affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the Central Police Academy, the new policemen(288th newly appointed officers) were surveyed as a survey of educational satisfaction(education, curriculum, teaching facilities, teaching facilities), and awareness of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results are summarized as follows. First, Educational satisfaction has shown that there is a static correlation between job satisfaction and organizational involvement. Second, the teaching ability has a significant effect on all the factors contributing to job satisfaction, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on job satisfaction. Third, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on organizational commitment, the teaching ability has had a significant effect on all the factors involved in organizational involvement, and education courses and educational facilities have shown significant effects on continuance commitment among organizational commitment. These results suggest that education for working subjects should be conducted in a more case-oriented instruction, and the practice of on-the-job training is required to ensure practical hands-on learning.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate web-sites related to infant health at day-care centers. A total of 87 web-sites were ultimately selected through Internet search engines, and educare sites. The basis of assessment in which standards and items were amended for the assessment of health information in previously used, and purpose, content, pertinence, accuracy, confidence, utility, authority, interactivity and continuance was assessed. Though the total score were 32 point, mean score was relatively low, 20.39 point. The score of accuracy and authority was relatively low while that of confidence and interactivity was high. As a result, it was revealed that there were no specific infant health related web-site with reliability guaranteed. Therefore, there is a need to develop a web-site providing accurate health information for infant at day-care centers. It is expected that these results can be utilized as a data for developing reliable web-site related infant health.

The mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives is reciprocal financing bring overs and shorts to settlement themselves by filling each other's needs among feeble fishermen economically. The spread of mutual credit through Fisheries Cooperatives reduces private loan dependence and private loan interest rate at fishery village, and that fills up policy financing being restricted by working scale. And seeing movement side of Fisheries Cooperatives, it has done an under board to settle self-supporting foundation of primary fisheries cooperatives early. The mutual credit deposit shows about 53 times increase past an interval of a ten years. This increase rate is an epoch-making record being unparalleled in other banking facilities except Fisheries Cooperatives. Then being unparalleled increase rate, time and savings deposits increase has been contributed a great deal than demand deposits. Thinking important function factors as mutual credit growth, we can classify interior and exterior factors. The exterior factor is income of fishery household in some measure, interior factors are the high deposits interest rate and the enlargement of facilities organization. As these, they have been in a better factors, also have been a restriction factors. The restriction factors are conflict cancellation between mutual credit and them bring into existence a village vault, mutual savings and finance companies, private finance. For the sake of continuance growth rate in mutual credit as past, we should eliminate restricted factors in growth. On the other hand the better factors in growth should be act upon affirmation side continually. Consequently under circumstances not to an amicable settlement bring the fisheries fund demand as policy financing, we should do continuous and sound development of fisheries financing by means of putting in good order of fisheries cooperatives mutual credit. Surveying a problem from these viewpoints, when we study more deep and a full into a subject about growth project of mutual credit, we think to expect continuous growth in mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives.

Government duties in the cases of crisis are aimed at supporting efficient military operations in the fields of non-military affairs and resource mobilization, maintenance of government functions, and search for the public security of living during the war. In crisis, the government must change its functions into the total-war system with all resources available for the efficient performance of military operations, war economy, public safety and security as well as government continuance. The main contents of "Chung-Mu Plan" include the alternative measures to control the circulation of life necessities, emergency electricity, water and gas; recover public facilities from the disaster; and accommodate the wounded and refugees. Governments have practiced Ul-chi and ChungMoo exercises to improve government's management capabilities and master standard operating procedures including systematic distribution plans in the national and local level. However, such plans have not yet sufficient enough for the maintenance of public security of living. In addition to the conceptual ambiguity, major problems are the inappropriate system of the war economy, legal institutions, and administrative SOPs for the efficient maintenance of it. Thus, for the betterment of national crisis management system, the government should have the manual stated from every step and level dealing with crisis to the legal institutions. It is important to empower the National Emergency Planning Commission for the policy consistency and efficient/effective implementation. The comprehensive plans must have an integrated cooperative system of the central/local governments, military and civil society with actual practices and exercises for the maintenance of the public security of living.

Purpose: The study aimed to identify influencing factors associated with the organizational commitment (OC) among hospital nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was utilized. The subjects of this study were 447 female nurses working for over 6 months in Seoul. The study was based on the data from a self-reported survey using structured questionnaires. The data were collected from September 10 to 30, 2009 and analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of the OC was 2.45, slightly higher than the intermediate level. The mean score of the three-dimensional domain among the OC, affective commitment (AC) was 2.50, continuance commitment (CC) was 2.59, and normative commitment (NC) was 2.29. The influencing factors of nurses' AC were perceived organizational support (POS) (${\beta}$=.31, p<.001), supervisory trust, job burnout, nursing professionalism, and age, which accounted for 49.7%. The influencing factors of the CC were supervisory trust (${\beta}$=.20, p<.001), POS, and job burnout whereas the influencing factors of the NC were POS (${\beta}$=.40, p<.001), supervisory trust, nursing professionalism, and job burnout. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop supportive strategies that increase OC, which also improve the POS, nursing professionalism, and supervisory trust, and alleviate job burnout in hospital nurses.

The concept of attachment between users and Information Systems; specifically on mobile devices was examined in this study. Furthermore, the moderating effect of users' past experience also was investigated. The empirical study was done involving 240 university students; to investigate the participants' perceived value, perceived enjoyment, attachment and also continuous usage of mobile devices. Additionally, participants' past experience was also enquired to examine its moderating effects. The results show that attachment is mediating both perceived value and perceived enjoyment with continuous usage. Meanwhile, past experience negatively moderates perceived enjoyment with attachment and also negatively moderates attachment with continuous usage.

Since usage of smartphone becomes popular, Ecology of smart media based on smartphone is creating new ecological system of information. This research is for evaluating usability and sustainability of application due to development of smartphone usage in these days. For the research, precedent researches were analyzed and hypothesis were set up based on those researches. Then, iCloud Calendar and Never Calendar, which are two major calendar applications, were evaluated by in-depth interview and measuring task performance time of interviewees, and used these results to verify hypothesis. Then verify hypothesis through the research and analyze which type of users focus on aesthetic impression, and which users focus on usability and practicality. This research is to analyze success and failure points of Calendar Applications' user experience design, and suggests guideline for future transformation of offline to online.

The previous researches on customer participation(CP) have examined the influences of CP on customer satisfaction and service quality focusing on the role of CP in the service encounters. However, this paper identifies the path relationships between CP and relationship commitment focusing on the impact of CP on the relational outcomes. By expanding the role of CP in the service encounter, this paper shows what relational variables can be influenced by CP in detail, which identifies that CP plays an important role in service encounter empirically. As results, CP has significant influences on the relationship commitment such as normative commitment, continuance commitment, and affective commitment respectively. Additionally, considering the characteristics of CP, CP is more impactful on normative commitment than affective commitment.

Trust has been identified as crucial to intention to continue to use e-commerce systems. Although trust is inherent in relationship-based practices, most studies on trust have focused on influences on customer trust. From the viewpoint of mutual trust, few empirical studies have examined the effect of users' perceived trust from an e-commerce website on customer trust in that website, despite the obvious importance of this issue, particularly in the field of e-commerce. This paper empirically examines the role of customer perception of trust in the customer on the part of e-commerce websites. In addition, this study explores the ability of e-commerce websites' trusting actions to transfer positive impressions that encourage trust in those sites. The results indicate that in the e-commerce context, a website's trusting actions are important to customer perception of being trusted by and trusting in e-commerce websites.

Urban parks provide good services to the community, and they are enhanced by citizen participation. For that especially, organizational and continued volunteering can be a key strategy. The purpose of this study is to establish factors on promoting the continuity of volunteering in voulatary associations of urban parks. Variables of continuity are continual will, continual time, and psychological continuance motive. To add to this, this study is intended to inquiry about recognition and compensation that volunteers want to receive. The major findings are as follows: First, The main participantes were housewives with high education. Second, Continual will was influenced by gender, profession, the satisfactory degree for individual pursuit an ideal, and the degree of confidence with members. Third, Continual time was influenced by profession and individual network in community. Forth, Continual motive was influenced by individual network in community, the result-analysis behavior of related government organ, the degree of confidence and the degree of ties with members. Finally, Volunteers wanted to receive the volunteering expenses, the compensation about accident, and emotional recognitions. In sum : to ensure the continuity of volunteering, first, recruiting of volunteers is demanded to select a major target group in the community. Second, a voulatary association helps to make confidence and ties with members. Third, the related government organ strives for volunteers to have a positive recognition of the organ's attitudes, for the volunteer association to have a clearly distinguished area of action from the organ's one, and a co-operative system. Finally, an institution needs to be established to give emotional recognitions as well as volunteering expenses and acompensation for accidents.
