This study is designed to examine the effects of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment. A survey questionnaire is used to gather the data while judgement sampling was utilized to choose the respondents. The results from the study indicate that transformational leadership is found to positively affect emotional and normative commitment respectively. Using multiple regression, it is also found continuance commitment is not related to transformational and transactional leadership. The study partially supports the model that perceived leadership affects organizational commitment. It is proposed that transactional leadership appears to be a more useful predictor of organizational commitment. Given the findings of this study, firms are provided with insights into how transformational and transactional leadership may contribute to managing workers' organizational commitment.

This study examines the factors that affect longevity of strategic alliances, highlighting environmental volatility, nationality, and previous experience with strategic alliances. In general, successful strategic alliances are more likely to continue to exist than unsuccessful ones. Therefore, it is argued that studying on factors affecting the continuance of strategic alliances indirectly confirms the factors of success and failure in strategic alliances. In order to conduct this study, the needed data were collected from CATI(Cooperative Agreements and Technology Indicators) Data Base, which was gathered by a group of researchers in the University of Limburg in the Netherlands. Cox's Regression was used to analyze the data. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

PI controller is widely used as voltage control system of generator. However when a generator system has various characters of continuance, a new PI parameter decision for accurate control is a hard task as method of solving this problem, in this paper, the method to generator voltage control using Neural Network self adaptive control is presented. A property continuous feedback control gain of voltage control system is decided by a rule of delta learning. The function of proposed control method is verified by voltage control experiment results of DC generator.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of a short-term temple stay experience on daily life-stress reduction and continuance. The result of this study is as follows. Average daily stress index of male and female after temple stay was remarkably low more than before. Stress index was relatively highly in the following order: just before temple stay, three months, a month, a week after temple stay. By age stress reduction, index of 60s' male was highest while one of 30s' and 40s' female was rather high.

The purpose of this paper is to infer the effects on the separation of pharmacy and clinic in the oriental medicine, the unification of the medical system and the medical and pharmaceutical system, etc. from the conflict between the oriental medicine doctors and the pharmacists in 1990s. The results are as follows. 1. The oriental medicine doctors, the pharmacists and a private organization(Citizen's Coalition for Economic Justice) found the solution in the conflict nongovernmently as the government failure. 2. The conflict brought about directly the separation of pharmacy and clinic in the western medicine but the opposite effect in the oriental medicine. 3. The conflict brought about the continuance of the dual medical system. 4. In the part of the medicine, citizen's organizations stated to play their part in the dispute. This is a positive side in the conflict. 5. The conflict contributed to democratization in the medical market and the medical world.

The purpose of this study is to construct an evaluation and improvement program of the spousal role in middle-aged rural couples. Based on the results of the previous survey conducted for the development of a program in 2001 and a review of previous research, this program consisted of four sessions, such as the history of my marriage-change and continuance, equal spouse role-individuation and integration, healthy role performance and communication, and the improvement of relations and the giving tree. Also the improvement indicators can be used as an educational tool for the educational program of the four sessions that were developed. The educational program was accomplished by giving lectures and activities for one hour per session. The effectiveness of the educational program on every role area except the economical role area was proved to be significant.

The objective of the present study is to identify the security factors that influence customer trust towards intention to continue using Internet banking in Malaysia. The participants are individual Internet banking users in Peninsular Malaysia. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed using the drop-off and pick-up (DOPU) technique to bank branch managers who then passed the questionnaires to their customers. A total of 413 respondents completed the questionnaires. The SPSS statistical analysis software package and Partial Least Squares statistical method were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that authentication, confidentiality, data integrity and non-repudiation are significant factors that influence customer trust towards intention to continue using Internet banking. Trust plays a critical role in influencing the intention to continue using Internet banking in Malaysia while perceived privacy does not. An understanding of the factors identified in this study will enable Internet banking providers to effectively and efficiently enhance the security of services and thereby promote continued usage of Internet banking among customers. The findings of this study are thus expected to be of great use to Internet banking providers as improvements in Internet banking security will increase business in the long run.

By the skyscraper building, increase of skin area and expansion of curtain wall system will be the important factors of acceleration in extending supply of BIPV system. In the future interior environmental evaluation is not a necessary to the residents but an essential term which will bring enormous influence. In the interior environmental evaluation, natural light will let the residents with direct contact with outside circumstances and make them feel opened. also only the daylight has radiant energy and color rendering that will have a great influence to residents' mental, operation efficiency and advancing productivity. This research compares and analyzes BIPC system in office spaces with two general sunlight's module. In addition to natural light's efficiency for BIPC system's comfort and confirmed economical efficiency will be applied to basic research data. Hence forth, ensuring indoor intensity of illumination and controlling light system to reducing energy research data will be demanded to increase the amount of supplying BIPC system. Also continuance research in the possibility of applying BIPC system in various buildings, room temperature affected by location of windows and its condensation, and economical evaluation will be required.

This paper studied the spatial factors activating the personal interaction based on case studies of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ in France. The spatial factors are analyzed into material factors and dematerial factors. The material factors have physical features in space and directly or indirectly activate the personal interaction. They consist of 8 elements including pocket space, balcony, atrium, stairs, elevators, windows, conference rooms and furnitures. The dematerial factors consist of 6 elements including polycentrism, continuance, mixture, interpenetration, dematerialization, transparency. They are compounded of material factors and explain them conceptually. But dematerial factors are abstract concepts. To provide reliability I confirm the relationship with dematerial factors by using a connections, topology, a phased depth of the Depthmap as the framework of the visual recognition of the space syntax covering the characteristic of dematerial factors. The result of the quantitative analysis human-behavior in $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ and the result of applying the spatial factors of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center to the $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ proved that the spatial factors are significant factors of the $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center.
