델파이법을 이용한 일차의료 개념정의: 이차출판 (Defining the Concept of Primary Care in South Korea Using a Delphi Method: Secondary Publication)

  • Background: There is no consensus on the definition of primary care in South Korea. This study's objective was to define the concept of primary care using a Delphi method. Methods: Three expert panels were formed, consisting of 16 primary care policy researchers, 45 stakeholders, and 16 primary care physicians. Three rounds of voting, using 9-point appropriateness scales, were conducted. The first round involved rating the appropriateness of 20 previously established attributes of primary care. In the second round, panelists received a summary of the first-round results and were asked to once again vote on the 10 undetermined attributes and the provisional definition. The final round involved voting on the appropriateness of the revised definition. The Korean Language Society reviewed the revised definition. Results: Four core (first-contact care, comprehensiveness, coordination, and longitudinality) and three ancillary (personalized care, family and community context, and community base) attributes were selected. The Korean definition of primary care was accomplished with all three panel groups arriving at a 'very good' level of consensus. Conclusion: The Korean definition of primary care will provide a framework for evaluating performance of primary care in South Korea. It will also contribute to resolving confusion about the concept of primary care.

대학홍보를 위한 캐릭터 상품화 연구 - 울산대학교의 상징동물 기린을 중심으로 (Research on Character Merchandising for Advertising Universities - Focusing on Kirin, symbolic animal of UOU)

  • 본 연구는 울산대학교의 상징 동물인 기린의 캐릭터를 디자인하여 대학 홍보와 상품화에 적용하기 위한 새로운 브랜드 제안이다. 현재 10대에서 30대 중반까지의 남성들은 인터넷게임과 애니메이션 등을 통해 캐릭터를 접하며 여기에서 파생된 상품 또한 많이 구매한다. 여성의 경우 초등학생부터 직장인에 이르기까지 문구류에서 옷, 인형 등의 다양한 캐릭터 상품들을 구매하고 있다. 하지만 현재 각 대학의 특성을 살린 캐릭터를 제작하여 홍보에 활용하거나 상품화를 하는 대학은 많지 않다. 이러한 시점에 우수신입생 유치와 재학생의 애교심을 높이기 위해 캐릭터를 활용한 친근감 있는 새로운 브랜드개발은 즐거움을 전달하는 매체가 될 것이다. 울산대학교만의 특색 있는 캐릭터의 개발은 라이선싱을 통해 다양한 상품화에 활용될 수 있다. 또한 캐릭터를 활용한 친근한 브랜드는 재미(fun)와 이야기(story)의 스킨이미지(skin-image)로 제작되어 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해 확산됨으로서, 소비자의 브랜드개성과 일치되어 대학홍보에 크게 기여하게 될 것이다.

압력손실시험을 이용한 막 완결성 평가에서 초기압력 및 UCL 도출인자 민감도 분석 (Sensitivity Analysis of Initial Pressure and Upper Control Limit on the Pressure Decay Test for Membrane Integrity Evaluation)

  • Recently domestic drinking water industry has recognized membrane-based technology as a promising alternative for water treatment. To ensure successful application of membrane processes, the integrity of membrane systems should be maintained. According to US EPA guidance, the pressure decay test based on the bubble point theory is recommended to detect any membrane defection of which size is close to the smallest diameter of Cryptosporidium oocysts, $3{\mu}m$. Proper implementation of the pressure decay test is greatly affected by initial test pressure, and the interpretation of the test results is associated with upper control limit. This study is conducted to investigate various factors affecting determination of initial test prtessure and upper control limit, including membrane-based parameters such as pore shape correction factor, surface tension and contact angle, and system-based parameters, such as volumetric concentration factor and total volume of system. In this paper, three different hollow fibers were used to perform the pressure decay test. With identical initial test pressure applied, their pressure decay tendency were different from each other. This finding can be explained by the micro-structure disparity of those membranes which is verified by FESEM images of those membranes. More specifically, FESEM images revealed that three hollow fibers have asymmetry, deep finger, shallow finger pore shape, respectively. In addition, sensitivity analysis was conducted on five parameters mentioned above to elucidate their relation to determination of initial test pressure and upper control limit. In case of initial pressure calculation, the pore shape correction factor has the highest value of sensitivity. For upper control limit determination, system factors have greater impact compared to membrane-based parameters.

  • Electric activity of cardiac muscles generates magnetic fields. Magnetocardiography (or MCG) technology, measuring these magnetic signals, can provide useful information for the diagnosis of heart diseases. It is already about 40 years ago that the first measurement of MCG signals was done by D. Cohen using SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) sensor inside a magnetically shielded room. In the early period of MCG history, bulky point-contact RF-SQUID was used as the magnetic sensor. Thanks to the development of Nb-based Josephson junction technology in mid 1980s and new design of tightly-coupled DC-SQUID, low-noise SQUID sensors could be developed in late 1980s. In around 1990, several groups developed multi-channel MCG systems and started clinical study. However, it is quite recent years that the true usefulness of MCG was verified in clinical practice, for example, in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. For the practical MCG system, technical elements of MCG system should be optimized in terms of performance, fabrication cost and operation cost. In this review, development history, technical issue, and future development direction of MCG technology are described.

  • Membrane fouling is an unavoidable phenomenon and major obstacle in the economic and efficient operation under sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO). When fouling occurs on the membrane surface, the permeate quantity and quality decrease, the trans-membrane pressure (TMP) and operation costs increase, and the membrane may be damaged. Therefore, chemical cleaning process is important to prevent permeate flow from decreasing in RO membrane filtration process. This study focused on proper chemical cleaning condition for Shuaibah RO plant in Saudi Arabia. Several chemical agents were used for chemical cleaning at different contact time and concentrations of chemicals. Also autopsy analysis was performed using LOI, FT-IR, FEEM, SEM and EDX for assessment of fouling. Specially, FEEM analysis method was thought as analyzing and evaluating tool available for selection of the first applied chemical cleaning dose to predict potential organic fouling. Also, cleaning time should be considered by the condition of RO membrane process since the cleaning time depends on the membrane fouling rate. If the fouling exceeds chemical cleaning guideline, to perfectly remove the fouling, certainly, the chemical cleaning is increased with membrane fouling rate influenced by raw water properties, pre-treatment condition and the point of the chemical cleaning operation time. Also choice of cleaning chemicals applied firstly is important.

DC/RF Magnetron Sputtering deposition법에 의한 $TiSi_2$ 박막의 특성연구

  • MOSFET, MESFET 그리고 MODFET는 Logic ULSIs, high speed ICs, RF MMICs 등에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 그것의 gate electrode, contact, interconnect 등의 물질로는 refractory metal을 이용한 CoSi2, MoSi2, TaSi2, PtSi2, TiSi2 등의 효과를 얻어내고 있다. 그중 TiSi2는 비저항이 가장 낮고, 열적 안정도가 좋으며 SAG process가 가능하므로 simpler alignment process, higher transconductance, lower source resistance 등의 장점을 동시에 만족시키고 있다. 최근 소자차원이 scale down 됨에 따라 TiSi2의 silicidation 과정에서 C49 TiSi2 phase(high resistivity, thermally unstable phase, larger grain size, base centered orthorhombic structure)의 출현과 그것을 제거하기 위한 노력이 큰 issue로 떠오르고 있다. 여러 연구 결과에 따르면 PAI(Pre-amorphization zimplantation), HTS(High Temperature Sputtering) process, Mo(Molybedenum) implasntation 등이 C49를 bypass시키고 C54 TiSi2 phase(lowest resistivity, thermally stable phase, smaller grain size, face centered orthorhombic structure)로의 transformation temperature를 줄일 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법으로 제안되고 있지만, 아직 그 문제가 완전히 해결되지 않은 상태이며 C54 nucleation에 대한 physical mechanism을 밝히진 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 증착 시 기판온도의 변화(400~75$0^{\circ}C$)에 따라 silicon 위에 DC/RF magnetron sputtering 방식으로 Ti/Si film을 각각 제작하였다. 제작된 시료는 N2 분위기에서 30~120초 동안 500~85$0^{\circ}C$의 온도변화에 따라 RTA법으로 각각 one step annealing 하였다. 또한 Al을 cosputtering함으로써 Al impurity의 존재에 따른 영향을 동시에 고려해 보았다. 제작된 시료의 분석을 위해 phase transformation을 XRD로, microstructure를 TEM으로, surface topography는 SEM으로, surface microroughness는 AFM으로 측정하였으며 sheet resistance는 4-point probe로 측정하였다. 분석된 결과를 보면, 고온에서 제작된 박막에서의 C54 phase transformation temperature가 감소하는 것이 관측되었으며, Al impuritydmlwhswork 낮은온도에서의 C54 TiSi2 형성을 돕는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 결론적으로, 고온에서 증착된 박막으로부터 열적으로 안정된 phase의 낮은 resistivity를 갖는 C54 TiSi2 형성을 보다 낮은 온도에서 one-step RTA를 통해 얻을 수 있다는 결과와 Al impurity가 존재함으로써 얻어지는 thermal budget의 효과, 그리고 그로부터 기대할 수 있는 여러 장점들을 보고하고자 한다.

작은 충돌손상을 가진 보강판의 최종강도 해석 (Ultimate Strength Analysis of Stiffened Plate with Minor Collision Damage)

  • The safety of on-going ships is one of important concerns in the view of environment and human life. The ship in bad condition is likely to be subjected to accidental loads such as collision. Once she has one or several minor collision damages in the form of circle or ellipse, her ultimate strength under compression or tension load will be reduced. Here, it is important to evaluate the reduction ratio of ultimate strength due to the damage from safety point of view. The problem of strength reduction of a plate with cutout such as opening hole has been treated by many researchers. As a result, a closed-form formula on the reduction of ultimate strength of a plate considering the effect of several forms of cutout was suggested. However, the structure of ships is composed of a plate and a stiffener so-called a stiffened plate, and it is likely to be damaged at a plate and stiffeners together in collision. This paper is to investigate the effect of minor collision damage on ultimate strength of a stiffened plate by using numerical analysis. For this study, the shape of minor collision damage of a stiffened plate was made by using contact algorithm. The deformed shape was used as an initial shape for ultimate stress analysis. Then, a series of nonlinear FE analysis was conducted to investigate the reduction effects of ultimate strength of the stiffened plate. The boundary condition was applied as simply supported at all boundaries, and the tripping of stiffener among failure mode under compression loading was neglected. These results were settled in the form of reduction ratio between ultimate of original intact stiffened plate and that of damaged stiffened plate.

  • The more deeply the researches make progress in ocean researches including the seabed resource investigation or the oceanic ecosystem investigation, the more important the role of UUV gets. In case of study on the deep sea, there are difficulties in telecommunications between AUV and ships, and in data communication and recharging. Therefore, docking is required. In AUV docking system, the AUV should identify the position of docking and make contact with a certain point of docking device. MOERI (Maritime & Ocean Engineering Research Institute), KORDI has conducted the docking testing on AUV ISIMI in KORDI Ocean Engineering Water Tank. As AUV ISIMI approachs the docking device, it is presented that attitude is unstable, because the lights Which is on Image Frame are disappeared. So we fix the rudder and stem, if the lights on Image Frame are reaching the specific area in the Image Frame. In this paper, we intend to solve the problems that were found in the testing, which, first, will be identified via simulation.

FPD 공정용 Glass 이송 시스템을 위한 자기부상 EMS의 개발 (Magnetic Levitated Electric Monorail System for Flat Panel Display Glass Delivery Applications)

  • In recent semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing processes, high clean-class delivery operation is required more and more for short working time and better product quality. Traditionally SLIM (Single-sided Linear Induction Motor) is widely used in the liner drive applications because of its simplicity in the rail structure. A magnetically levitated (Maglev) unmanned vehicle with SLIM traction, which is powered by a CPS (Contactless Power Supply) can be a high precision delivery solution for this industry. In this paper unmanned FPD-carrying vehicle, which can levitate without contacting the rail structure, is suggested for high clean-class FPD delivery applications. It can be more acceptable for the complex facilities composed with many processes which require longer rails, because of simple rail structure. The test setup consists of a test vehicle and a rounded rail, in which the vehicle can load and unload products at arbitrary position commanded through wireless communications of host computer. The experimental results show that the suggested vehicle and rail have reasonable traction servo and robust electromagnetic suspensions without any contact. The resolution of point servo errors in the SLIM traction system is accomplished under 1mm. The maximum gap error is ${\pm}0.25mm$ with nominal air gap length of 4.0mm in the electromagnetic suspensions. This type of automated delivery vehicle is expected to have significant role in the clean delivery like FPD glass delivery.

ITO 터치 패널 이용한 교시 제어 연구 (Development of Direct Teaching Control using ITO Touch Panel)

  • 본 논문에서는 ITO 터치 패널 센서를 로봇의 피부로 이용하여 로봇 팔을 제어하는 물리적 인간-로봇 상호작용 방법을 제안한다. 사람과 로봇간의 물리적 상호작용을 구현하기 위해서는 힘/토크 센서를 사용하는 방법과 작은 소자 타입의 센서를 배치하여 만든 촉각 센서를 사용하는 방법이 연구되고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 센서들은 가격적인 측면이나 성능적인 측면에서 장단점이 존재하며, 본 연구에서는 터치 패널을 로봇의 피부로 사용하여 물리적 상호작용을 하는 방법을 제안하고 전체적인 시스템을 구축하여 실험을 통해 힘/토크 센서의 정확성과 소자 타입 센서의 경제성을 보이고자 한다. 실험은 터치 패널에서 기준점을 잡아 제스처를 생성하여 로봇 팔을 제어하는 방법과 엔드이펙터에 장착하여 로봇 팔을 제어하는 방법에 대해 진행하였다. 이러한 실험을 통해 터치 패널을 이용한 교시 제어의 가능성도 확인하였다.
