  • 홍반과 소양감을 주증으로 하는 모르타르로 인한 직업성 알레르기성 접촉성 피부염 환자 1례에서 한약치료, 침 치료, 약침치료 및 외치요법 등의 한방치료만으로 양호한 치료효과를 확인하여 이를 보고하는 바이다.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of Korean medical treatments on contact dermatitis. Methods : Based on NDSL, OASIS, RISS, KTKP, KISS, KCI with the keyword 'Contact Dermatitis', published in 2001-2020.06.10., total 12 studies have been found and analyzed. Results : Out of 1,046 articles searched, 12 papers were selected. All of those were case-study. Herb medicine, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, externals, other treatments were used as treatment for contact dermatitis. All of research which selected have reported that the Korean medical treatment was effective. Conclusions : According to the results, Korean medical treatments can be effective treatment for contact dermatitis. Further clinical studies are expected using evaluation methods to analyze the results and to establish high level of evidence.

Thermal wetting 현상이 탄소나노튜브-금속박막 계면의 응착력에 미치는 영향에 관한 분자 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Molecular Simulation on the Adhesion Control of Metal Thin Film-Carbon Nanotube Interface based on Thermal Wetting)

  • This study presents a molecular simulation of adhesion control between carbon nanotube (CNT) and Ag thin film deposited on silicon substrate. Rough and flat Ag thin film models were prepared to investigate the effect of surface roughness on adhesion force. Heat treatment was applied to the models to modify the adhesion characteristics of the Ag/CNT interface based on thermal wetting. Simulation results showed that the heat treatment altered the Ag thin film morphology by thermal wetting, causing an increase in contact area of Ag/CNT interface and the adhesion force for both the flat and rough models changed. Despite the increase in contact area, the adhesion force of flat Ag/CNT interface decreased after the heat treatment because of plastic deformation of the Ag thin film. The result suggests that internal stress of the CNT induced by the substrate deformation contributes in reduction of adhesion. Contrarily, heat treatment to the rough model increases adhesion force because of the expanded contact area. The contact area is speculated to be more influential to the adhesion force rather than the internal stress of the CNT on the rough Ag thin film, because the CNT on the rough model contains internal stress regardless of the heat treatment. Therefore, as demonstrated by simulation results, the heat treatment can prevent delamination or wear of CNT coating on a rough metallic substrate by thermal wetting phenomena.

잔류응력 변화를 고려한 철도차량 차륜의 접촉피로 수명평가 (A Study on the Contact Fatigue Life Evaluation for Railway Wheels Considering Residual Stress Variation)

  • Railway wheels and axles belong to the most critical components in railway vehicles. The service conditions of railway vehicles became more severe in recent years due to the increase of speed. Therefore, a more precise evaluation of wheelset life and safety has been requested. Wheel/rail contact fatigue and thermal cracks due to braking heat are two main mechanisms of the railway wheel failure. In this paper, an evaluation procedure for the contact fatigue life of railway wheel is proposed. One of the main sources of the contact zone failure is the residual stress. The residual stress on wheel is formed during the manufacturing process which includes a heat treatment, and then is changed by contact stress developed by wheel/rail contact and thermal stress induced by braking. Also, the cyclic stress history for fatigue analysis is determined by applying finite elements analysis for the moving contact load. The objective of this paper is to estimate fatigue life by considering residual stress due to heat treatment, braking and repeated contact load, respectively.

저압 및 대기압 플라즈마 처리를 통한 폴리카보네이트의 접촉각 변화특성 비교 (Effects of Low Pressure and Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Treatment on Contact Angle of Polycarbonate Surface)

  • 저압 플라즈마와 대기압 플라즈마를 사용하여 폴리카보네이트를 처리한 후 표면 개질 효과를 접촉각 측정을 통하여 비교 분석하였다. 플라즈마 처리 전의 폴리카보네이트의 탈이온수의 접촉각은 $82.31^{\circ}$이었으나 플라즈마 처리 후의 최소 접촉각은 산소 분위기의 저압 플라즈마에서 $9.17^{\circ}$의 최소 접촉각을 얻을 수 있었다. 플라즈마 방전 전력과 반응기체의 유량 증가에 따른 접촉각의 변화는 크지 않았으나 지속적으로 감소하는 특성을 보였다. 플라즈마 처리 후 경과시간에 따라 접촉각의 증가 현상을 보여 플라즈마 처리 후 후속 공정은 가급적 빨리 진행하는 것이 표면에너지 증가에 따른 효과를 이용하는데 효율적이다. 표면 화학결합 분석에서 산소분위기의 플라즈마 처리는 표면에 상대적으로 많은 극성 작용기를 형성하였다. 전반적으로 폴리카보네이트의 표면 개질에서 저압 산소플라즈마를 사용하여 처리하는 것이 대기압 플라즈마보다 효과적으로 친수성 표면을 만들 수 있었다.

밀착성 외측 쐐기 스트랩 깔창이 내반슬 골관절염 환자의 대퇴경골각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Femorotibial Angle of a Contact Lateral-Wedged Insole with Strapping in Patients with Varus Deformity Osteoarthritis of the Knee)

  • The purpose are to assess the efficacy of a contact lateral-wedged insole with strapping on the femorotibial angle in patients with varus deformity osteoarthritis of the knee after treatment period. 25 outpatients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) were randomized to be treated with a contact lateral-wedge insole with strapping. Standing radiographs were used to analyze the femorotibial angle for each subject. The result of repeated two-way ANOVA's reveled that a contact lateral-wedged insole with strapping produced significantly differences in the femorotibial angle between groups after treatment period (P<0.05). and repeated one-way ANOVA's reveled that it produced significantly differences in the femorotibial angle between experimental groups after treatment period (P<0.05). We suggest that these results may be beneficial for manufacturing foot orthotic devices, such as wedged insoles, to control medial and later compartment forces in the knee varus-valgus deformity.

조류의 오존산화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ozone Oxidation of Algae)

  • The objectives of this research were to estimate variation characteristics of TOC, UV-254 and NH4+-N, etc, if odorous generated algaes flowed into water treatment plant and they contacted with ozone known as typical advanced treatment. It was estimated that pH decreased from initial 7.4 to 2.1 after ozone contact 100min. pH declined to early 10min. suddenly and then pH drop did almost occur. TOC and UV-254 continued to decrease with passed time of ozone contact. NO3--N concentration was much higher than NH4+-N and NO2--N for whole test period. Because ozone oxidized organic matters as various kinds of ion material and ion intensity of sample was extended, conductivity showed high as passed time of ozone contact. Owing to ozone oxidation of algae, color did almost disappear after ozone contact 20min.

저온플라즈마 처리가 발포체의 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Low Temperature Plasma on the Properties of Foam)

  • The effects of low temperature plasma treatment on the properties of three types of foams, polyurethane(PU), injection phylon(IP), and phylon(PH) that used for footwear mid-sole were examined. The change of surface properties of foams were characterized by electron scanning microscope, contact angle measurement, and universal testing machine. Adhesion was tested by T-peel tests of plasma treated foams/polyurethane adhesive joints. The contact angle of three types of foams were decreased dramatically with the plasma treatment time, specifically noticeable in the case of phylon(Ph). It has shown the relationship with the contact angle of phylon(PH) and the distance between electrode and samples. The peel strength of foams were increased with the increase of plasma treatment time.

Effect of Picrorrhiza Rhizoma on Dinitrofluorobenzene-induced Contact Dermatitis (Type I allergy)

  • The effect of Picrorrhiza Rhizoma (PR) aqueous extracts were evaluated on 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB)-induced contact dermatitis, type I allergic model. Contact dermatitis was induced by sensitization with dinitrophenyl-derivatized ovalbumin (DNP-OVA) and DNFB challenge as antigen. Three different concentrations of PR extracts (300,150 and 75mg/kg) were orally administered to DNP-OVA sensitization mice once a day for 7 days with reference materials; dexamethasone (15mg/kg, intraperitoneal treatment). End of 7 days oral administration of PR extracts or intraperitoneal treatment of dexamethasone, the changes on the edematous changes and scratching behavior were measured. Immediate after DNFB challenge on ear or paw of DNP-OVA sensitized mice, increases of ear and paw thicknesses and weights were detected with anterior ear skin (dermis to epidermis) thickness and paw scratching behavior increases. However, these DNFB-induced increases on ear and paw thicknesses, weights and scratching behaviors were decreased by treatment of all three different dosages of PR extracts and dexamethasone, respectively. In addition, the increases of anterior skin thicknesses were also dramatically inhibited by treatment of all three different dosages of PR extracts and dexamethasone at histopathological observations. The results obtained in this study suggest that oral treatment of PR extracts also has relatively favorable effects on allergic dermatitis.

Ag-CdO계 전기접점재료의 미세조직에 미치는 열처리 조건과 산화 공정의 영향 (The Effect of The Heat Treatment Condition and the Oxidation Process on the Microstructure of Ag-CdO Contact Materials)

  • Contact material is widely used in the field of electrical parts. Ag-CdO material has a good wear resistance and stable contact resistance. In order to establish optimizing heat treatment condition, rolling temperature and oxidation process, we studied the microstructure of Ag-CdO material with various conditions. The experimental procedure were melting using high frequency induction, heat treatment, rolling and internal oxidation. And we experimented on difference process, Post-oxidaion. In this study, we obtained the optimizing heat treatment condition was $700^{\circ}C$ for 15 min. and the optimizing rolling temperature was $730^{\circ}C$. In investigation of the microstructure of oxidized material, coarse oxide and depleted oxidation layer existed. The hardness was average Hv 70. When we used Post-oxidation, oxides were finer than prior process and depleted oxidation layer did not exist. The hardness of Post-oxidation material was average Hv 80. And the optimizing rolling temperature was $800^{\circ}C$.
