식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 외식업체 배달서비스의 품질 지각 및 만족도 연구 (Research on the Consumer's Delivery Service Quality Perception and Satisfaction in Foodservice Industry Based on the Types of Food-related Life-style)

  • 본 연구는 급성장하고 있는 외식업체 배달서비스 시장에 관한 연구로, 배달서비스 품질의 차원을 도출하고, 소비자의 식생활 라이프스타일 따라 외식업체 음식 배달서비스 품질에 대한 차이가 있는지를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 식생활 라이프스타일에 대한 요인분석 결과 '건강추구형', '유행 추구형', '미각 추구형', '안전 추구형', '편의 추구형'의 5개 요인이 추출되었고, 군집분석 결과 '맛 추구형', '식생활 고관심형', '편의 추구형'으로 분류되었다. 배달서비스 품질은 '음식품질', '경제성', '주문 편의성', '직원품질', '위생', '주문 품질'로 6가지 요인이 도출되었는데 그 중 '음식품질'과 '경제성'에서 소비자 유형별 유의한 차이를 보였다, 또한 '주문 품질', '음식 품질', '위생' 등의 순으로 만족도에 미치는 영향력의 정도가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

한국과 중국시장에서 공익연계마케팅의 효과 비교 (Comparison of Cause-related Marketing Effect in Korean and Chinese Markets)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 공익연계마케팅 활동의 효과를 측정하기 위해 소비자의 공익연계마케팅 제품에 대한 선호도를 종속변수로 선정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 공익연계마케팅 제품에 대한 선호도에 영향을 미치는 주된 요인 중 하나인 제품 유형의 영향에 초점을 두었다. 기존 연구는 제품 유형이 공익연계마케팅의 효과에 미치는 영향에 관해 쾌락적인 제품이 실용적인 제품에 비해 공익연계마케팅의 효과가 높다고 밝혔고, 이는 죄책감의 논리로 주로 설명되었다. 그러나 상반된 연구 결과가 존재하고 죄책감의 수준은 소비자나 시장 환경의 특성에 따라 다를 수 있다는 점에서, 본 연구는 제품 유형의 영향을 심층적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 그래서 한국과 중국 시장을 비교 대상으로 하여 국가와 제품 유형 간의 상호작용 효과를 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 유의한 효과가 존재하였고 한국과 중국 소비자 간에 제품 유형에 따른 공익연계마케팅 제품 선호도에 대한 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 제시하였다.

펫푸드(반려동물 식품) 선택속성에 대한 소비자 특성 분석 (Consumer Characteristics in Terms of Pet Food Selection Attributes)

  • This study aims to examine consumer types based on pet food selection attributes and to analyze the differences in consumer characteristics by those types. In this study, the researcher uses k-means cluster analysis and crossover analysis to determine market segmention, and then analyzes the resultant characteristics by categorizing consumers. A total of 202 cases are used for this study. First, the selection attributes are classified into the six factors of credibility, quality, design, convenience, information, and price. Second, the clusters are categorized into the four clusters, which are designated pet food lower-involvement type, pet food information- and price-seeking type, pet food convenience-seeking type, and pet food higher-involvement type. Third, these four groups exhibit statistically significant differences in terms of occupational variables, number of pets, and purchase frequency. The results of this study may provide helpful information in establishing customized, market-based marketing strategies based on the characteristics of pet food consumers.

한국 대중매체에 나타난 소비자안전문제의 내용분석-1991년부터 1993년까지의 신문과 소비자전문지를 중심으로- (Content Analysis of Consumer Safety Problem through the Korean Mass Media)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumer safety problems appeared in the Korean mass media-the newspaper(the Kong-A Ilbo and the Chosun Ilbo) and the consumer magazines(the Sobija-Sidae and the Sobija) from 1991 to 1993. I use the content analysis of the articles related with consumer safety through the above mass media. The results are (1) the goods-services areas that are severe in the consumer safety problem are food, environment, medicine, electric appliances, services(restaurant, medical service), and etc. (2) the most important problem areas are Toxic ingredients(remaining agricultural chemicals and heavy metal), Food additionals, Sanitary problem, Hygiene products hazard, Safety accident, Environmental pollution, etc. (3) the goods-service area and the consumer safety problem are different according to the publication year and the mass media type.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze Internet homepages of Korean companies. This study especially concentrates on consumer information and communication on a company Internet homepage. The method of this study is to review a company internet homepage. Main findings are as follows. 1) Consumer information is classified into product, living, study, law and regulation related to product, consumer's product evaluation, consumer education, A/S, company info. about branch stores, financial data, webzine and entertainment. 2) Communication type is classified into B2C and C2C, but Korean company concentrates on B2C communication channel.

인터넷 경매 이용 소비자의 구매, 소비자만족, 재이용의도 및 관련 변수 (Consumers' purchase behavior and satisfaction in auction cite)

  • This paper searches Internet auction sites to study consumer willingness to reuse and consumer satisfaction, along with its frequency of usage and evaluation. This study also examines the differency in the frequency of usage, the number of products purchased, consumer satisfaction and willingness to reuse, and evaluation of the auction sites according to the characteristics of consumers' socio-economic factors and the auction site itself. Determinant variables is investigated in the level of consumer satisfaction. The results of this study are as below: First, consumers used auction sites frequently, especially when they were in their 20s, intended to purchase clothes, and thought the delivery time would be short. In addition, consumers were more likely to purchase products, with low income buy first pay later, and short deliberation. Second, consumers, unemployed and in their 50s, sell-purchase among consumers were less likely to have a willingness to reuse the auction site. However, consumers with an experience to buy clothes or products with a price between 50,000 and 100,000 won were more likely to have a willingness to reuse the site. Third, consumer satisfaction with auction sites were higher among those who were females; responsible as a consumer; full of experiences; and received the product within a short period of time. Lastly, the willingness to reuse auction sites was positively related to the following type of consumers: single, employed, and responsible as a consumer.

남자 대학생의 의복추구혜택에 따른 니트웨어 선호이미지와 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Knitwear Image Preference and Purchasing Behaviors by Benefit Sought in Clothing of Male University Students)

  • The purposes of this study were to segment male university students on the basis of benefit sought in clothing, and to investigate knitwear image preference and purchasing behaviors of each segmented market. The research method was a survey and subjects were 249 male university students in Daejeon and Chungnam province. The questionnaire consisted of measurement items for benefit sought in clothing, knitwear image preference, knitwear purchasing behaviors, and subject's demographic attributions. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANOVA and Scheffe test. The results were as follows. First, male university students were segmented into 6 consumer types (practicality pursuit, individuality pursuit, comport pursuit, brand pursuit, social status pursuit, and unconcern type) by benefit sought in clothing. Second, male university students generally preferred dandy image and causal image, however, brand pursuit type more preferred trendy image, and practicality pursuit type more preferred active image than other consumer types. Third, the segmented markets showed many differences on knitwear purchasing behaviors. On clothing selection criteria, practicality pursuit type considered resonable price as important, whereas brand pursuit type considered brand reputation. On fashion information source, individuality pursuit type considered store display and other people's clothing, while unconcern type considered advice from friend and family. On main purchasing place, individuality pursuit type more used speciality store with no brand, whereas brand pursuit type more used department store and brand store than other consumer types. The results of this study supported that benefit sought in clothing can be useful as an effective variable for market segmentation.

소비자의 라이프스타일과 케이블TV 홈쇼핑 의류제품에 관한 연구 (A Study on CATV Home Shopping of Apparel and Life Style)

  • The purpose of this was to classify consumer groups according to the life styles and analyze buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect among consumer groups. And it was to clarify relationships between the experience of CATV home shopping and buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect. The subjects of this study were 270 women living in Chonbuk and Chonnam regardless their experience in CATV home shopping. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, factor analysis were conducted. The results were as follows; First, the type of life style were classified into the following subdivisions: products confirmed type, price-quality regarded type, time regarded type, new product regarded type. Second, the significant differences among the classified life style groups were found in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect. Third, there were significant differences in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect according to TV home shopping experience.

소비자 성별(消費者 性別)에 따른 의류제품(衣類製品) 쇼윈도우 디스플레이 유형(類型)에 대한 태도 요인(態度 要因) (Factors that affect consumer attitude by the types of show-window display and the difference by the gender of consumer)

  • The main purpose of this research is to examine what are the factors that affect consumer attitude by the types of clothing window display, and find if there is any difference by gender of consumer group. Total 357 data from random sample of 347 adults(156 male and 191 female) who were between 19 to 49 years of age were analyzed. Sources for the sample were companies and apartment complexes and several colleges in Seoul and Chonan to diversify by such demographics as age and social status. Factors were measured by respondents' rating of 9 statements using a 5-point Likert-type scale. SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) Version 10.0, is used for factor analysis in order to comprehend the factors of consumer attitude and Cronbauch's ${\alpha}$ in order to measure the credibility of questions in each factor. The main findings are as follows: First, three dimensions of consumer attitude to two types of window-display of product centered display and image centered display were identified as interest, information, and impression and theses are same to both male and female consumer group. Second, for both male and female consumer group, three dimensions of consumer attitude toward two types of window-display were same, however, included sub categories in each dimension showed a little difference. In product centered display, both male and female consumer group showed high interest in the sub categories of 'fashion' and 'informations related to the product' and they were considered same factor. Otherwise, In image centered display, two sub categories of 'having some interests in the display' and 'recognize the display that projects the image or impression of clothing well' were showed high relationship each other and they were also considered same factor. Third, Cronbauch's ${\alpha}$ of three dimensions of consumer attitude demonstrated high credibility from 0.75 to 0.91. Mean score of subcategories of attitudes toward the type of display by the gender of consumer showed high scores of 'interest' and 'impression' categories in image centered display and showed high scores of 'information' category in product centered display for both gender.

유튜브 브랜디드 콘텐츠의 결론유형과 제품관여도의 상호작용이 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Interaction Effects between YouTube Branded Contents' Ending Types and Product Involvement on Consumer Responses)

  • 본 연구는 콘텐츠결론유형(해피엔딩 vs. 논해피엔딩)과 제품관여도(저관여 vs. 고관여) 각각이, 그리고 둘 간의 상호작용이 소비자의 부정적 반응에 미치는 영향 및 차이를 분석하였다. 국내 주요 브랜디드 콘텐츠 제작회사에서 운용하고 있는 유튜브 채널 내 186개의 브랜디드 콘텐츠를 분석한 본 연구의 결과, 브랜디드 콘텐츠는 콘텐츠 메시지와 제품 간의 연계성이 낮아 제품관여도는 소비자 반응에 유의미한 차이를 미치지 않았다. 더불어 논해피엔딩보다 해피엔딩 결론유형을 활용한 브랜디드 콘텐츠가 소비자의 부정적 반응에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 소비자의 공감반응에 관련된 연구에서 2000년 이후부터 제기되고 있는 선택적 공감이 본 연구의 결과에도 나타난 것으로 분석된다. 자신의 경험에 기반하여 상황을 선택적으로 공감한다는 선택적 공감은 현대 사회의 바쁜 일상과 사회적·경제적 불평등의 부정적 영향이 만들어 낸 현상이다. 마지막으로 콘텐츠결론유형과 제품관여도의 상호작용은 소비자의 부정적 반응에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 해피엔딩은 저관여 제품과, 논해피엔딩은 고관여 제품과 결합되었을 때 소비자의 부정적 반응에 미치는 영향이 유의미하게 약화되는 것으로 나타났다.
