지각된 가치와 위험이 친환경농산물의 만족과 구매에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Value and Risk on Satisfaction and Purchase for Environmental-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • The objective of this study is to estimate the relationship among perceived value, perceived risk, satisfaction, purchase intention for environmental-friendly agricultural products. For this, we separate consumer with two groups that one is the experienced, the other is the not-experienced. Four factors is respectively adopted in perceived value and risk with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study show that emphasizing the value of environmental-friendly agricultural products is important to the not-experienced. And to decease the risk is more effective to the experienced for activating market.

의류상품평가에 대한 외재적 단서의 영향 (The Effect of Extrinsinc Cues on the Clothing Products Evaluation)

  • This research was aimed to present a model of clothing products evaluation nd to classify the effect of extrinsic cues on clothing products evaluation. In order to accomplish following subjects were established. First it is to find the effect of extrinsic cues -price brand store - on perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention of clothing products. Second it is to formulate a model of clothing products evaluation and find the relation among the variables such as extrinsic cues perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention. This research was mainly divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part previous theories and studies on clothing products cues clothing products evaluation perceived quality perceived risk and perceived value were examined to establish a research model and to present a theoretical frame for clothing products evaluation. In the empirical research a questionnaire was developed and statistical data were collected from during July 1997. The subjects were 862 women in the age of 20-35 living in Seoul and kyungki region. SAS and LISREL were used to analyze the collected data. frequency percentage factor analysis ANOVA duncan test correlation analysis regression analysis and LISREL were applied. The results of this research are as follows: First perceived quality consists of performance quality external quality and utility quality in a form of multi dimensional structural. Perceived risk is structured by social/resultant risk financial/fashionable risk and performance/management risk. Second this research proved that extrinsic cues are influenced by each individual variable and extrinsic cues interact with each other through the variable. The perceived quality is influenced most by price Among the perceived risk social/resultant risk by brand financial/fashionable risk by price and performance/management risk by store. respectively. Perceived value is inflenced by price and brand. Third in evaluating process consumer use extrinsic cues to first formulate perceived quality and perceived risk of clothing products and then formulate perceived value ot decide on purchase intention.

충동구매 시 긍정적 감정형성과정에서 구매위험지각과 비구매위험지각의 역할 (The Role of Perceived Consumer Risk for Purchase and Non-Purchase in the Formation of Positive Impulsive Shopping Emotion)

  • This study focuses on how positive emotions form when consumers impulsively purchase fashion products. Examined are the novelty seeking situations and the fashion knowledge of consumers as influential factors that affect positive impulsive shopping emotions along with the mediating role of the perceived risk of consumers for purchase and non-purchase. An online survey was conducted for the empirical research with a questionnaire about the fashion impulsive purchases of a product within the last 2 months. A total of 555 surveys were collected from impulsive female buyers and 404 complete responses were analyzed. The results find that the perceived risk is identified into purchase and non-purchase perspectives. Purchase perceived risk influenced negatively on positive emotions of impulsive purchase and non-purchase perceived risk positively. The perceived risk for non-purchase versus purchase increased by the more fashion knowledge consumers had and the more they shopped as novelty seeking. The results imply that non-purchase perceived risk importantly mediated between the influential factors and positive affect for impulsive purchase. Based on the findings, this study proposed some marketing suggestions and thoughts about effective purchase stimulation.

  • 케이블 TV홈쇼핑을 통한 제품 구매 시 소비자들의 지각된 위험(perceived risk)은 케이블 홈쇼핑의 저해요소로 작용한다. 이러한 저해요소에 반하여 홈쇼핑 광고에서 자주 쓰이는 수량과 시간을 제한하는 희소성메시지는 홈쇼핑 구매를 촉진하는 요소로 알려져 왔다. 그러나 홈쇼핑을 이용하는 소비자의 이용경험의 정도에 따라 지각된 위험이나 희소성메시지는 그간 알려진 바와는 다른 역할을 할 수도 있을 것이다. 먼저 이용경험이 많은 소비자들과 그렇지 않은 소비자들 사이에 지각된 위험에 대해 느끼는 정도가 서로 다를 것이라고 예상할 수 있다. 나아가서 이용경험이 많은 소비자들이 지각된 위험을 높게 느낄 때 지금까지 촉진 요소로 알려진 희소성메시지가 여전히 촉진요소로서 작용할지에 대해서도 의문을 가질 수 있다. 본 연구는 이렇게 홈쇼핑의 저해요인과 촉진 요인이 동시에 제공되는 상황에서 이용경험이 다른 소비자들의 반응은 어떠한 형태로 나타나는지를 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지각된 위험, 희소성 메시지 그리고 소비자의 이용경험을 세 가지 독립변인으로 설정하고 홈쇼핑 제품에 대한 소비자의 구매의도, 광고에 대한 태도 그리고 제품에 대한 태도를 소비자의 반응이라는 종속변인으로 측정하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 대학의 평생교육원에서 수강하는 110명의 주부들을 대상으로 실험연구를 실시하였다. 주부들을 대상으로 한 것은 이들이 홈쇼핑의 가장 실제적인 소비자라고 판단하였기 때문이었다. 본 연구에서는 홈쇼핑 프로그램을 녹화한 비디오를 사용하여 시청하게 한 다음 설문조사에 응하도록 하였다. 지각된 위험 변인의 처치는 홈쇼핑 프로그램을 방영하고 제품을 판매하는 회사의 이름을 이용하였다. 홈쇼핑 프로그램이 방영될 때 그 회사의 로고가 화면 상단에 표시되는 점에 착안하여 현재 문제가 되고 있는 유사 홈쇼핑 회사의 가짜로고를 만들어서 지각된 위험변인으로 조작하였다. 상대적으로 통제 집단에는 같은 내용이지만 유명 홈쇼핑 회사의 로고가 그대로 노출된 화면을 시청하게 하여 지각된 위험에 대한 반응의 정도를 비교하였다. 또한 희소성 메시지는 제품의 수량을 제한하는 자막을 넣어서 제작하였다. 이 또한 상대적으로 희소성 메시지를 처치하지 않은 비디오를 시청하게 한 통제집단을 두어서 희소성메시지에 대한 반응을 비교하였다. 소비자의 홈쇼핑 이용경험은 설문문항을 통해 측정하였다. 실험은 4개의 집단으로 나누어져 실시하였는데 한 집단은 지각된 위험과 희소성 메시지에 동시에 노출되도록 하였고 두 번째 집단과 세 번째 집단은 각각의 두 요인 중 하나의 요인에만 노출되도록 하였다. 그리고 나머지 한 집단은 통제집단으로 지각된 위험이나 희소성 메시지를 모두 처치하지 않은 프로그램을 시청하게 하였다. 연구결과 흥미로운 사실들이 발견되었는데 이용경험에 상관없이 모든 이용자들은 지각된 위험에 부정적인 반응을 보였으며 특히 이용경험이 풍부한 홈쇼핑이용자들인 경우 이용경험이 적은 소비자에 비해 지각된 위험에 더욱 민감하게 반응함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 희소성 메시지에 대해서는 통계적으로는 유의미하지 않았지만 이용경험이 높은 소비자가 이용경험이 적은 소비자들 보다 오히려 부정적인 반응을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지각된 위험과 희소성 메시지의 상호작용효과의 경우 이용경험이 높은 집단의 소비자가 특히 제품에 대한 태도반응에서 매우 부정적인 반응을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 사실은 이용경험이 풍부한 소비자일수록 신뢰가 생기지 않는 지각된 위험의 상황에서 희소성메시지가 제시될 때 희소성메시지의 설득적 의도를 위협적인 요소로 생각한다고 해석할 수 있다. 이상의 결과는 선행 연구들에서 지각된 위험이나 희소성 메시지를 각각 독립적으로 연구한 결과와는 다른 결과로 홈쇼핑 주 이용자들의 특성을 다시 한 번 생각하게끔 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 다양한 종류의 지각된 위험 요소가 내재된 홈쇼핑의 효과적인 설득전략을 위해서는 단순히 시간과 수량을 제한하는 희소성 메시지 기법 외에 이용자의 특성에 맞는 새로운 메시지 전략의 필요성을 시사한다.

패션 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트에서 지각된 정보의 양이 소비자 위험지각 및 참여의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the effect of perceived amount of information in a fashion crowdfunding project on perceived risk and intention to participate)

  • 최근 크라우드 펀딩 시장의 높은 성장률과 장점으로 인해 브랜드와 기업의 참여가 증가하고 있으며 이는 패션 비즈니스에도 예외가 아니다. 특히 온라인 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 크라우드펀딩 상황에서 서포터가 실제 제품을 받기 전에 전액을 지불해야 하며 소비자의 지각된 위험은 소비자 구매의사결정에 핵심적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서 온라인 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 크라우드펀딩의 인지된 위험을 높이거나 억제하는 플랫폼 환경, 소비자 개인 특성, 또는 프로젝트의 구성 요인에 대한 심화된 연구가 필요하다. 한편 크라우드펀딩에서 인지된 위험과 소비자 태도에 대한 과거 문헌은 확장되었지만 패션 제품과 같은 경험재 소비와 관련된 맥락에서 플랫폼과 프로젝트의 특성에 관해 다룬 연구는 매우 드물었다. 따라서 본 연구는 패션 크라우드 펀딩 프로젝트에서 제공되는 지각된 정보의 양이 지각된 위험과 프로젝트 참여 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 총240명의 한국인 참가자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시했고, 본 연구의 실험을 위해 가상의 패션제품 크라우드펀딩 페이지를 자극물으로 설정하였다. 데이터를 분석한 결과, 패션 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트에 대한 지각된 정보의 양이 많은 상황에서 적은 상황에 비해 응답자들의 프로젝트에 대한 참여의도가 높았다. 또한 지각된 정보의 양은 소비자의 지각된 위험에 부적인 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지각된 위험은 참여의도에 부적인 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 지각된 위험은 지각된 정보의 양과 프로젝트 참여의도 사이의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 가졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 한학술적 실무적 의의 및 연구 제한점이 논의되었다.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업에 대한 지각된 위험이 만족, 신뢰, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Perceived Risk on Satisfaction, Trust, and Loyalty in Food-Service Franchise Context)

  • Purpose - Consumers perceive various risks while using food service franchise stores. Food service franchise stores offer consumers not just menus, but services, physical environment, and prices, which can be perceived as risk to consumers. This means that consumer behavior in foos service franchise stores needs to be studied based on perceived risk theory. Perceived risk consists of performance risk, financial risk, social risk, psychological risk, and time risk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived risk on satisfaction and trust, and in turn affect loyalty. The results of this study will provide guidelines for marketers to develop strategies to reduce the perceived risk of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - In order to achieve research purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses. Data were through online survey through an online survey firm. A questionnaire survey was distributed to customers who have visited the restaurant in the past three months. The survey was conducted from March 5, 2017 to October 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 people were e-mailed and 260 were returned. A total of 245 items were used in the analysis except 15 of the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: First, performance risk, economic risk, and psychological risk had negative effects on satisfaction. Social and time risks did not affect on satisfaction. Performance risk and time risk had negative impact on trust. Second, economic, social, and psychological risks did not affect trust, but satisfaction had significant positive effect on trust and loyalty. Third, satisfaction had positive effect on loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, food service franchise marketers should increase their customer loyalty by establishing a risk reduction strategy. Second, there are various risks to customers visiting the store. Therefore, marketers need to analyze the perceived risks of customers. Third, it is also necessary to eliminate the perceived risks of customers. In addition, a restaurant franchise company needs to find a reasonable way to reduce the material cost and present a reasonable menu price.

소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용가치와 불안요소 인지 - D백화점 쇼핑몰 고객을 중심으로 - (Consumer′s Perception and Buying Behavior through the Shopping Mall -Focused on the Customers of D Cyber Mall-)

  • This study examined the effects of demographic variables on buying behavior, and investigated buyers'perceived value and risk perception of the internet shopping mall. The sample was collected by a department store in Daegu, and it included 1,732 individuals using the Cyber Mall. Research methods used in this study were simple statistics, t-test and ANOVA. The buyers perceived values through the internet shopping mall were classified into five categories-price, time, convenience, intrinsic attributes, reliability and the risk perception also was classified such as the overall purchasing process, quality of products, exposure of the personal information, delivery system, refund and exchange. The major findings of this study were 1) most important categories affecting their buying behavior were the value of convenience and following values in order were time, price, reliability, intrinsic attributes. 2) the risk perception were overall purchasing behavior, quality of products, exposure of personal information, delivery, and refund & exchange in order. 3) age of buyers, buying experience on the internet shopping mall, and gender were the important factors affecting the buyers'perceived value and risk. 4) the study also, showed that according to the variety of products, buyers perceived the value and risk differently, for example, the price was the most important perceived value in case of food product. The implication of the study is to strategically suggest how to enhance the buyers'perceived value and diminish perceived risk of different products.

관여도에 따른 와인 소비자의 인지된 구매 위험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wine Consumers' Perceived Risk of Purchasing by Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean wine consumers' perceived risk dimensions affecting wine purchasing behavior and identify the differences in the dimensions by wine involvement. Questionnaires were collected from the wine purchasers of wine retailer shops in Seoul. 230 data were analysed using SPSS package(v. 12.0). Findings were as follows: (1) There were 5 dimensions in the perceived risk of wine purchasing: functional, social, physical, psychological, financial. Social dimension was the most serious risk for wine consumers, then come psychological, functional, financial, and physical ones. (2) There were significant differences in the perceived risk dimensions by involvement level except the financial dimension. The perception level of wine purchasing risk was relatively low in the high involvement group while high in the middle and low involvement groups.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자의 워험지각과 정보탐색에 관한 연구 (Consumer′s Perceived Risk and Information Search in Internet Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze consumers' perceived risk and information search behaviors in internet shopping. For this purpose, survey was conducted on 302 consumers in their 20s and 30s who had internet shopping experience. This study found that consumers' perceived risk was significantly related to their gender, educational level, income, credit card use, period of internet un, number of internet shopping experiences, and purchased product. Consumers' search behaviors were also significantly affected by gender, age, educational level, income, period of internet use, and purchased product. In addition, a higher level of consumers' perceived risk was significantly related to the amount of information search on product attributes themselves rather than on general information search such as the number of sites or the number of brands.

소비자 옴니채널 성향과 소비자-브랜드 관계에 관한 연구: 브랜드 경험 조절효과 (Effect of Omni-Channel Use and Customer-Brand Relationship)

  • Purpose - The ICT(information and communications technologies) development is affecting consumer behaviors on selecting channel or distribution system. This study aims to advance our knowledge about the factors influencing omni-channel behaviors. This study considers the positive brand experience as the moderating variable into the relationship between omini-channel use intention and consumer brand relation. Also, the effect of positive brand experience on consumer-brand relation is researched. Research design, data, and methodology - This study conducted an empirical test with the subject as customers who purchase goods or service through on-off cross channel simultaneously. The research model is developed from prior literatures about influencing variables on channel selection. The structure of this study is designed to identify causal relationships between the variables. 268 survey data from the questionnaire survey which is conducted to target customers who use online and offline channels, is used for empirical analysis. This study validates generality with descriptive statistics and data reliability with Cronbach's alpha value. The exploratory factor analysis is used for value purification. Then, the confirmatory factor analysis is conducted for structural equation modeling. Finally, the execute structural equation modeling is analyzed to confirm the hypotheses Results - First, the two causal influences between perceived performance risk and the propensity of omni-channel and between price consciousness and the propensity of omni-channel are verified through the empirical test. Second, the result identifies that the propensity of omni-channel is influenced on consumer-brand relationship. Third, the AMOS analysis proves that the moderating variable, positive brand experience, has significant positive impact on consumer-brand relationship. This significant relationship is highly supported by the regression analysis between brand experience and propensity of omni-channel because it results that positive brand experience has positive impact on the propensity of omni-channel. All hypotheses are verified to be true. Conclusions - Based on the empirical result, this study confirms that perceived performance risk and price consciousness are the important factors influencing propensity of omni-channel. According to the additional analysis, the moderating variable and positive brand experience plays important role between the propensity of omni-channel and consumer-brand relationship. Furthermore, positive brand experience influences more on consumer-brand relationship than non-positive brand experience.
