자율적 피드백 기반 웹 서비스 선정을 위한 품질 브로커 아키텍처의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Quality Broker Architecture to Web Service Selection based on Autonomic Feedback)

  • 최근 웹 서비스 분야는 기업내외의 효율적인 통합 환경을 제공해 주면서 웹 서비스의 도입을 원하는 업체가 증가하고 있다. 또한 웹 서비스가 발전하면서 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 등장하고, 웹 서비스로 인해 국내 기업 환경 및 e-비즈니스 환경이 변화하고 있다. 유사한 기능을 제공하는 웹 서비스가 증가함에 따라 사용자의 요구에 가장 적합한 서비스를 찾는 방법이 더욱 중요시 되고 있다. 많은 유사한 웹 서비스들 가운데 하나를 선택해야 할 때, 서비스 사용자는 일반적으로 웹 서비스의 품질 정보를 필요로 하게 된다. 그러나 웹 서비스의 광고 QoS 정보는 항상 신뢰성이 있지는 않다는 문제점이 있다. 서비스 제공자가 더 많은 사용자들을 끌어들이기 위해 부정확한 QoS 정보를 게시하거나, 게시된 QoS 정보가 오래 되었을 수도 있다. 따라서 현재의 사용자들이 웹 서비스로부터 받는 QoS를 평가하고 이러한 평가를 공유하는 중개자의 존재는 새로운 사용자들에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 사용자의 입장에서 사용자가 원하는 최적의 품질을 제공하는 서비스를 찾도록 도와주는 에이전트 기반 품질 브로커 아키텍처를 제안한다. 동적으로 웹 서비스를 선정하는 아키텍처를 사용자에 제공함으로서 사용자의 품질 요구 변경 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 즉 사용자는 품질 브로커 서버에 연결된 UDDI 브라우저를 통해 최적의 품질 척도를 제공하는 서비스를 검색할 수 있다. 또한 각 서비스의 품질척도 값 결정에는 사용자 개입이 최대한 배제된다. 기존 선정 아키텍처에서는 사용자의 주관적 서비스 등급 선정으로 객관적 평가가 어려웠으나, 에이전트가 사용자 위치에서 모니터링 한 바인딩 정보를 통한 품질 척도 값 결정으로 객관성을 확보할 수 있다. 즉, 제공자들이 제공하지 못하는 서비스의 QoS 정보를 사용자측 에이전트들의 피드백으로 인한 QoS 정보 공유로 해결하고자 한다.

소비자의 가격태도와 위험지각에 따른 의류할인점 선택행동에 관한 연구 (The Study of Consumer's Clothing Discount Store Selection Behavior by Their Price Attitude and Risk Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is examine how price attitude and risk perception affect6 consumer's attitude to clothing discount stores. As for the methods of the research 313 female consumers who just finished shopping at discount stores were interviewed and questioned. The result is as the following. 1. The factors such as discount price inclination effective value inclination price-quality association and price-social grade association in the price attitude as well as social psychological risk and the risk of losing opportunity in the risk perception affected consumer's attitude to clothing discount store. 2. The domestic national brand discount store acquired the highest scores in all factors but discount inclination factor and low price inclination factor. No difference was seen between stores in terms of the risk perception. 3. The determining factors for repurchase intention were found to be store satisfaction and the attitude to clothing discount store. 4. The convenience of transportation the availability of exchange or repair the payment option the quality of the product and the attributes of the store e, g, good quality with relatively low price affected the store satisfaction. 5. Domestic national brand discount store showed higher score in 'good quality with relatively low price' than domestic casual brand discount store did. And difference between groups was found in repurchase intention, Conclusively most consumers using clothing discount stores are effective value-oriented.

AHP를 이용한 OTT 평가요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the OTT Evaluation Factors Using AHP)

  • Purpose Due to COVID19, the over-the-top media service (OTT) market is growing faster than expected at an annual average of 26.4%. In Korea, WAVVE, which integrated SKT's Oksusu and POOQ in September 2019, outperformed Netflix in the number of users immediately after its launch, but the number of users gradually decreased. Research on OTT investigated the spread of new media due to changes in regulations or policy, mostly in broadcasting media. On the other hand, OTT research in information systems began after the success of Netflix. It investigated consumers' satisfaction with information technology using the Information Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study investigates changes in consumer perceptions in the OTT market, which has grown after the Netflix's entry into Korea, the emergence of WAVVE and new OTT service providers, and the spread of COVID19. Design/methodology/approach This study selects contents, fees, service quality, and additional services as factors to evaluate consumer perception using AHP. Findings According to the 101 respondents, the content was the most important factor, followed by service quality, fees, and additional services. Contrary to previous findings that price is the determining factor in service adoption, this study reveals that consumers are willing to pay a reasonable amount for rich content and excellent service quality. Future research will use demographic analysis to reveal differences in consumer's perceptions of service selection.

  • Since in web service composition, the same service may be offered by different providers with different Quality of Services (QoS) attributes, selection criteria are needed to select which Web Services will be considered for composition. Location of provider can be one of these criteria and intends to decrease the number of remote interactions between providers as well as reducing waiting time of service consumer. Therefore in this paper, we present technique for composing web services according to their location by semantically describing customer's goals and provider's web service capability by means of carefully designed ontology and logical expression.

의복 추구 혜택 집단별 의복 선택 기준과 기분 상태별 선호 의복색 연구 (A study on the clothing selection criteria by pursuit of clothing benefit groups and the preference of clothing color by moodstate)

  • This study aimed to provide the basic data of the establishment of marketing strategies by dividing consumer groups in accordance with the pursuit of clothing benefit, and then understanding the importance of clothing selection criteria in those groups, whether there are any differences in it between groups, and whether there are any differences in preference of clothing color depending on the mood state of those groups. The scale of this study was comprised of the pursuit of clothing benefit factors, clothing selection criteria factors, and the factors related to preference of clothing color by each mood state. In the results of the analysis, the factor most considered when male and female consumers in 20s~30s purchase clothing was fitting, and followed by convenience, stable shape, condition, design, and others' reaction in order. However, those 'design', 'convenience', 'others' reaction' and 'condition' factors were significantly different between groups. Therefore, the significance of this study is that fashion brands could develop new positioning maps for marketing and promotional strategies based on the pursuit of clothing benefit shown in this study.

The Relationship between scuba diving participant's selective attribute, emotional response, and empirical value

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between resort selection attributes, emotional responses, and empirical values of scuba diving participants. The general population who enjoys scuba diving in Korea was selected as the population. Using the convenience sampling method, 553 of the 600 questionnaire samples were extracted as the final valid sample. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach's α test were performed using SPSS 23, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed with AMOS 18. The results are as follows: First, among the sub-factors of selection attributes, equipment, facility environment, and diving point showed a positive effect on emotional response, but staff service did not have any significant effect. Second, the emotional response positively affected by the selection attribute showed a positive effect on all factors of service excellence, consumer utility, fun value, and aesthetic value of empirical value. Therefore, scuba diving resort managers must recognize the importance of equipment, facility environment, and diving point among these selection attributes of customers. And to satisfy the customer needs the resort must accurately identify the needs for diving equipment, facility environment and diving point. Various methods for this should be explored through the needs of the identified customers, and efforts should be made to provide safe equipment, comfortable facilities, and various diving points.

Psychological Aspects of Household Debt Decision: The Use of the Heckman's Procedure

  • This paper examined the impact of psychological characteristics of consumers on household debt decisions. With the use of the Heckit models (the traditional approach to the selection problem) this study undertook an empirical study of the influence of a wide range of factors on financial decisions. This study used U.S. household-level data that offers detailed information on household debt, expectations about future income, expectations about future economic conditions, the amount of financial risk the respondent was willing to take, and the amount of time allotted for planning family savings and spending. This study showed that respondents with both substantial financial risk tolerance and positive expectations about future income were likely to have larger household debt showing that researchers and policy-makers need to consider consumer sentiment and preference measures in modeling behavior in credit markets. Additional results showed that household debt is significantly related to two key economic variables: income and net worth.

소비자 특성에 따른 저탄소자동차선택속성요인과 구매 시기에 관한 한·일 비교연구 (A Comparative Study Between Korea And Japan on Low-Carborn Vehicles Selection attributes and purchase Dates According to Consumer Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 아시아의 선진 국가로써 이에 따른 자동차 시장도 성숙 단계에 있는 일본과 한국의 수도권에 거주하는 소비자에게 소비자의 특성에 따른 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인과 저탄소자동차 유형별 예상구입시기에 대해 온라인 설문 조사를 기반으로 비교 고찰하고자 하였다. 본연구의 결과 한국과 일본의 소비자 특성과 소비자의 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인과의 차이분석을 살펴본 결과 한국의 경우 성별에는 차이가 없으며 연령별로 보았을 때 경제성에는 차이가 있으며 소득수준별로 보았을 때 안정성에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연령에 따라 저탄소자동차 선택속성요인이 나이가 들어감에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 소득수준이 높아감에 따라 저탄소자동차 선택시 안정성을 더욱 중요하게 여기는 요인으로 보았다. 일본의 경우는 성별, 연령별, 소득별로 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국과 일본 모두 저탄소 자동차 유형에 따른 향후 구매시기와의 연관성에 있어서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점 한국은 연령별로 보았을 때 경제적 측면을 중시하며 저탄소자동차를 선택하려는 경향이 있으며 소득수준별로 보았을 때 소득수준에 따라 저탄소자동차의 안전성을 중시하려는 경향이 있다는 의미 있는 결과를 얻었다 반면 일본의 경우 소비자특성별로 차이 없이 저탄소자동차를 선택하는 경향을 나타내고 있었다. 저탄소자동차의 유형에 따른 예상구매시기의 연관성은 한국은 저탄소자동차 유형중 향후 10년 이내에서 선호차량은 전기자동차를 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며 일본은 하이브리드 차를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • I need to study variations which affect Chinese internet shopping-mall vendor and Chinese buyer's long term relationship and utilize that insight on marketing strategy. For that, I studied effect of shopping propensity, internet shipping-mall quality on satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention of fashion products, mainly fashion goods consumers in their 20s-30s at Shanghai and Beijing. 453 respondents' survey was used for this study by random sample selection and analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, cross-tab, ANOVA test with SPSS12.0. Through this study, I found out that Chinese fashion goods consumer can be categorized as information seeker, variety seeker and innovation seeker. Among them, innovation seeker was most sensitive on shopping mall's quality, satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention and Chinese consumer's evaluation on internet shopping-mall' perceived quality affect satisfaction, absorption, trust and fashion goods purchase intention. Based on that, I need to understand more about target consumer before enter the market, because there is difference of shopping-mall quality, satisfaction, trust, absorption and purchase intention according to shopper's propensity and demographic factors.

패션 명품의 추구혜택과 온라인 구매위험지각에 따른 쇼핑채널 선택 (The Effect of Benefits and Online Shopping Risks on Channel Selection for Luxury Fashion Items)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing consumer's channel selection for luxury fashion items, specifically the effect of (i) perceived luxury benefits, (ii) perceived online shopping risks, (iii) demographics, and (iv) purchasing behavior. A survey questionnaire was developed and implemented to measure the perceived luxury benefits, perceived online shopping risks, purchasing behaviors, and consumer demographics. A total of 396 responses were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, cross-tab, and multinomial logit analysis with SPSS18.0. The results are as follows. First, those who shop in offline shopping channels tend to be heavy buyers that look for product quality and conspicuousness. They perceive low risks from online shopping and purchase few bag items offline. Second, those who shop online tend to be men and perceive the high benefits of economic value. Third, those who shop in multi channels tend to be men, search for information via the Internet, and purchase few accessory items. Implications for multichannel strategies are suggested.
